Today's Full Moon brings light to what lies in the depths of our being offering greater insight into what we are feeling compelled to change.  Our attention is being directed inward as what we have perceived to be stable and secure continues to be shaken. Areas of our life that have become rigid or stale, where we have become complacent, are highlighted and as such we may be feeling restless.  This restlessness can be used to help us break free of that which is keeping us stuck or stagnant.  

The pace of change continues to accelerate pushing awakening, healing and growth to new levels.  Within this space you are being encouraged to reclaim your power and to accept the challenge to break free from perceived limitations. You are being encouraged to reshape your self identity by deepening your consciousness around what it truly means to embody your soul, connect with your spiritual nature and embrace your humanity.  

Be mindful as you navigate this week that there is a tension brewing between your pereceived needs and the needs of your soul which may trigger survival instincts that get in the way of your intuition and creativity.  Allow yourself to delve deeper, to be brave and plunge into the depths of your psyche to uncover what lies beneath the surface and needs healing and release.  Feel what you have been avoiding and liberate yourself from patterns, programming, and attachments that keep you small.  As you navigate the week ahead remember that being grounded, present and balanced is key.
