Feel Your Pain

Feel Your Pain

Tunia via channel A. S.

Posted on February 15, 2025

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Tunia speaking. I love you so very much.

This channeler is in a long-distance relationship with a Pleiadian woman. They haven’t physically met yet, but they talk a lot and they’re both skilled enough at energy work that their energy bodies can interact with each other just fine. Almost every night this channeler goes to sleep cuddled up with the energy body of that Pleiadian woman.

The reason I’m sharing this is to illustrate that this particular Pleiadian woman is looking through this channeler’s eyes a lot, and is looking through his memories a lot (all with permission). And she’s not just surface-level looking at the facts, but she’s really feeling into everything, because she wants to understand the channeler and life on Earth as best as she can.

And this particular Pleiadian woman also cries about once every week or once every two weeks as she sees the darkness and loneliness on Earth, and as she feels into the pain that this channeler has experienced in the past.

And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with this Pleiadian woman. While not all Pleiadians cry when looking at life on Earth, her crying every now and then is still a completely natural and frankly appropriate reaction.

This Pleiadian woman isn’t being traumatized. There’s a spiritual principle that says “be as a child” and indeed she somewhat regularly has a short period of crying when looking at Earth, and then completely gets that out of her system and she suffers from no ill long-term effects. You know, as a child does. And this isn’t bad at all — what children do is often healthy and natural. Meanwhile the shape that Earth adults have been molded into often isn’t psychologically healthy.

Her crying initially made this channeler highly uncomfortable, but he’s since learned that there’s nothing wrong with crying, and that there’s nothing wrong with her, and that her crying doesn’t mean that he failed or did something wrong or that he needs to go fix some problem. In fact, all is as it should be.

As she said: “even if I’m crying, I’m fine. Just because I’m experiencing the emotion of sadness in the moment, doesn’t mean I’m not fine.”

After all, you don’t ask “what’s wrong” if someone went to the bathroom in an ordinary way, right? It’s understood that going to the toilet is just a thing that keeps you healthy. There’s nothing wrong with going to the toilet, in fact not doing so is weird and unhealthy. Similarly, there’s no need to ask “what’s wrong” if someone is crying. There’s nothing wrong with them, they’re just relieving themselves by crying and keeping themselves healthy in the process.

In fact, sometimes she cries about something, and that causes him as well to deeply feel his pain. And he heals and opens up a bit more because of that.

So, if even someone who isn’t living on Earth but is merely observing life on Earth feels the urge to cry pretty frequently about the situation that’s going on — well, then I imagine that most people on Earth are in deep pain themselves. Which, again, is entirely understandable given the state of Earth.

Obviously people and people’s circumstances are different. Yet I believe that most people on Earth simply aren’t feeling their pain and are suppressing it, at least some of the time. Including most spiritual people.

And I think this leads to people being blocked emotionally or spiritually, it leads to people feeling despair, it contributes to physical and mental unwellness, it leads to people engaging in addictions and distractions and it leads to people harshly judging others and demanding that the external world be fixed so that they can finally feel happy.

So… if you do feel despair. If you do feel the urge to engage in addictions or eat unhealthy foods or distract yourself. If you do feel the urge to not just disagree but in fact to harshly judge other people and point the finger outward and demand that other people fix the world for you… then quite possibly there’s pain in you that you are not feeling.

Every time you feel the urge to point the finger outwards, look inwards instead.

Every time you feel so-called negative emotions, look inwards. Fully observe what’s going on inside you, because those negative emotions will pass quite quickly once they have been fully observed and accepted and acknowledged.

If you feel your pain, it doesn’t turn into suffering.

And I get it. There’s so much darkness and pain on your world that subconsciously it might feel easier to just suppress it at least part of the time and get on with your life.

Yet, suppressing your pain is profoundly unhealthy in the long term.

So, feel your pain. You don’t need any special technique for that. Just observe what arises in the moment, and if it’s pain that arises, then allow it in and accept it and feel it. And if you feel the urge to cry or to go move your body or something, do that if you’re in a situation where that’s possible.

And if something in you arises that may be a secondary desire or a secondary urge, try to feel what’s below that. So for example, a desire for more luxury objects can mask a desire to be seen and loved and appreciated.

And while it’s not strictly necessary, get emotional support if you can. This can look like having a dog or a cat. It can look like journalling. Or it can look like having one or a few people with whom you share your emotions, including the so-called negative ones.

Asking for a hug can help. Recently this channeler asked for an energetic hug from his Pleiadian girlfriend, and she said “thank you for taking care of yourself. You asking for a hug when you were upset like that was the healthiest thing you could do.” So asking for a hug isn’t weak; it’s healthy.

And try to make your contact with other people as emotionally safe as possible. This doesn’t mean that you never disagree with each other. But it does mean that, for example, if someone is in pain or cries or shares insecurity, that you simply listen and love them, without immediately trying to fix them or fix their problems or suggest solutions.

It means that if someone is venting, that you don’t lecture them that they’re being irrational; they probably know, they’re just working through their emotions. It is because they’re venting now that they’re able to be more rational later on.

Being emotionally safe means only very rarely giving unsolicited advice, and only after you fully understand them (which requires much more listening to them than most people do). Probably you don’t want to get unsolicited advice yourself from someone who doesn’t fully understand you; well most people feel the same way.

People have this idea in their mind that most people are fine, and the people who aren’t fine are the ones who are crying or are experiencing emotional pain.

But in fact, almost no one on Earth is completely fine. Most people on Earth suppress their pain, and the people who do cry or talk about their pain are the people who are most effectively taking care of themselves.

After all, a person who genuinely is completely fine and isn’t in any pain whatsoever and who doesn’t have any old unresolved pain is a person who radiates love and who has significant psychic abilities unlocked. Sure, there are a couple of people like that on Earth, such as accomplished spiritual masters, but it’s a small minority. The average spiritual person isn’t like that yet.

Most people aren’t fine, and they’re just unhealthily suppressing their pain. The people who are crying or working through their pain are at least engaging with it in a healthy way and are taking good care of themselves.

That said, I do acknowledge that some people have serious practical problems, such as financial problems, and for them making sure they can pay rent is a higher priority than feeling their pain. That is true, and I very much empathize.

You’re in my thoughts every day. You will be free. And I love you deeply and endlessly.

Your star sister,

Tunia

Achieving Trust

Achieving Trust

The Blue Avians (12D)

Channel: Octavia Vasile

Posted on August 26, 2024

Greetings to all of you. We are delighted to establish a connection with you again, and we truly hope that our messages nourish your soul and bring you back home.

We would like to see you joyful and relaxed, remembering that you are always taken care of. Surrender.

So today, we bring a few tips on how you can achieve that level of trust more effectively.

First, note that any negative thought you believe in will create something accordingly in your reality—a reflection of it. But what you actually want is not to fight the thought, nor to believe in it, but rather to get to its roots. The root of it is always a vibration, which is expressed as an emotion (energy in motion). When the energy is not accepted, it gets stuck (stored) in your body.

It is simple to change a pattern by following these steps:

✨Do not follow the mind—do not engage with the thoughts—though be aware of them.

✨See the feelings beyond the thought.

✨Stay with the feeling—observe it like a doctor observing a wound, with full objectivity and acceptance.

That’s all. In this way, the energy starts flowing again, transforming into something else as it is meant to do. Know that this is how you can change any mindset or belief. It seems difficult because you try to change it from its surface, but you never destroy the roots. Change the energy by accepting it, and the pattern can be easily reprogrammed. Try it out, and let us know!

We will provide all the necessary support for you to create this change. You are ready to free yourself from the illusory cage.

Interrupt a pattern, and you start creating new neural pathways; creativity opens up, and life becomes so much more joyful. Be ready to be truly happy—in flow with the divine energy that wants to carry you with grace and love.

We are here to offer all our help, along with so many others who are ready to even incarnate on Earth once again.

Are you ready to receive our help?

Affirm: “I wish to experience the change that will serve my highest purpose and to receive all the necessary cosmic support. I call upon the Blue Avians and all the beings of the purest light and love to help me. May it be so for the highest benefit of all.”

Your heart knows the truth—listen to it.

May you all experience timeless love.

Each thought, feeling, emotion and action sends a ripple into The Universe that changes the very existence you are living.  Good, bad or indifferent; The Universe responds in kind and gives back whatever you choose to send.  The next time you are feeling powerless, remember!

Also, this shift is giving you some very important tools to work with.  Now that they are in place, it is time to re-think, reassess and release.  Do not allow yourself to be distracted by overthinking.  Know it is there and begin!  This is something you have been waiting for, it is here…time to allow!

One More Time…

One More Time…

The Creator Writings

Channel: Jennifer Farley

Posted on October 2, 2023

It is time to hang on tight… one more time.

The wave coming to your Earth plane will, once again, bring many changes in thought, mood, emotion and action.

Your path may become bumpy where it was smooth and less challenging where it was rough.

The important thing is to keep moving.

The tenacity you have shown thus far is admirable, however, it may require a bit more.

Keeping an open heart and mind while maintaining your boundaries during immense times of change is a feat in and of itself, but it can be done.

You chose this lifetime, and The Universe chose you because of the power of change you possess.

It is time to move from theory to practice, dear one…it can be done!

The A.I. Surveillance Tool DHS Uses to Detect “Sentiment and Emotion”

The A.I. Surveillance Tool DHS Uses to Detect “Sentiment and Emotion”

By Joseph Fox

Posted on August 26, 2023

Customs and Border Protection (CBP), part of the Department of Homeland Security, has bought millions of dollars worth of software from a company that uses artificial intelligence to detect “sentiment and emotion” in online posts, according to a cache of documents obtained by 404 Media.

CBP told 404 Media it is using technology to analyze open source information related to inbound and outbound travelers who the agency believes may threaten public safety, national security, or lawful trade and travel. In this case, the specific company called Fivecast also offers “AI-enabled” object recognition in images and video, and detection of “risk terms and phrases” across multiple languages, according to one of the documents.

Marketing materials promote the software’s ability to provide targeted data collection from big social platforms like Facebook and Reddit, but also specifically names smaller communities like 4chan, 8kun, and Gab. To demonstrate its functionality, Fivecast promotional materials explain how the software was able to track social media posts and related Persons-of-Interest starting with just “basic bio details” from a New York Times Magazine article about members of the far-right paramilitary Boogaloo movement. 404 Media also obtained leaked audio of a Fivecast employee explaining how the tool could be used against trafficking networks or propaganda operations.

The news signals CBP’s continued use of artificial intelligence in its monitoring of travelers and targets, which can include U.S. citizens. In May, I revealed CBP’s use of another AI tool to screen travelers which could link peoples’ social media posts to their Social Security number and location data. This latest news shows that CBP has deployed multiple AI-powered systems, and provides insight into what exactly these tools claim to be capable of while raising questions about their accuracy and utility.

“CBP should not be secretly buying and deploying tools that rely on junk science to scrutinize people’s social media posts, claim to analyze their emotions, and identify purported ‘risks,’” Patrick Toomey, deputy director of the ACLU’s National Security Project, told 404 Media in an email.

404 Media obtained the documents through Freedom of Information Act requests with CBP and other U.S. law enforcement agencies.

One document obtained by 404 Media marked “commercial in confidence” is an overview of Fivecast’s “ONYX” product. In it Fivecast says its product can be used to target individuals or groups, single posts, or events. As well as collecting from social media platforms big and small, Fivecast users can also upload their own “bulk” data, the document says. Fivecast says its tool has been built “in consultation” with Five Eyes law enforcement and intelligence agencies, those being agencies from the U.S., United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Specifically on building “person-of-interest” networks, the tool “is optimized for this exact requirement.”

Related to the emotion and sentiment detection, charts contained in the Fivecast document include emotions such as “anger,” “disgust,” “fear,” “joy,” “sadness,” and “surprise” over time. One chart shows peaks of anger and disgust throughout an early 2020 timeframe of a target, for example.

The document also includes a case study of how ONYX could be used against a specific network. In the example, Fivecast examined the Boogaloo movement, but Fivecast stresses that “our intent here is not to focus on a specific issue but to demonstrate how quickly Fivecast ONYX can discover, collect and analyze Risks from a single online starting point.”

That process starts with the user inputting Boogaloo phrases such as “civil war 2.” The user then selects a discovered social media account and deployed what Fivecast calls its “‘Full’ collection capability,” which “collects all available content on a social media platform for a given account.” From there, the tool also maps out the target’s network of connections, according to the document.

Lawson Ferguson, a tradecraft advisor at Fivecast, previously showed an audience at a summit how the tool could be used against trafficking networks or propaganda operations. “These are just examples of the kind of data that one can gather with an OSINT tool like ours,” he said. Jack Poulson, from transparency organization Tech Inquiry, shared audio of the talk with 404 Media.

Ferguson said users “can train the system to recognize certain concepts and types of images.” In one example, Ferguson said a coworker spent “a huge amount of time” training Fivecast’s system to recognize the concept of the drug oxycontin. This included analyzing “pictures of pills; pictures of pills in hands.”

Fivecast did not respond to a request for comment.

CBP’s contracts for Fivecast software have stretched into the millions of dollars, according to public procurement records and internal CBP documents obtained by 404 Media. CBP spent nearly $350,000 in August 2019; more than $650,000 in September 2020; $260,000 in August 2021; close to $950,000 in September 2021; and finally almost $1.17 million in September 2022.

CBP told 404 Media in a statement that “The Department of Homeland Security is committed to protecting individuals’ privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties. DHS uses various forms of technology to execute its mission, including tools to support investigations related to threats to infrastructure, illegal trafficking on the dark web, cross-border transnational crime, and terrorism. DHS leverages this technology in ways that are consistent with its authorities and the law.”

In the context of why CBP needs to buy Fivecast’s software, the internal CBP documents point to several specific parts of the agency. They are the Office of Field Operations (OFO), the main bulk of CBP which enforces border security; the National Targeting Center (NTC) based out of Virginia which aims to catch travelers and cargo that the agency believes threaten the country’s security; the Counter Network Division (CND) which is part of the NTC; and finally the Publicly Available Information Group (PAIG), which focuses on data such as location information according to other documents I’ve obtained previously.

Yahoo News reported in 2021 that the CND has gathered information on a range of journalists. The Office of the Inspector General made a criminal referral for an official who worked with CND for their role in the monitoring, but they were not charged. A supervisor of that division previously told investigators that at CND “We are pushing the limits and so there is no norm, there is no guidelines, we are the ones making the guidelines.”

“The public knows far too little about CBP’s Counter Network Division, but what we do know paints a disturbing picture of an agency with few rules and access to an ocean of sensitive personal data about Americans,” Toomey from ACLU added. “The potential for abuse is immense.”

Do you know anything else about Fivecast or the CBP’s use of this tool? Do you work at Fivecast, or did you used to? I would love to hear from you. Using a non-work device, you can message me securely on Signal at +44 20 8133 5190. Otherwise, send me an email at joseph@404media.co.
