It is happening that the early Light Warriors will receive a fundamental energy refresh at their core in the coming weeks and months. Overpressure

JJK: Currently, I'm generally perceiving a kind of "overpressure" in the system! It often seems to me as if something should be released soon, but it isn't. It's much more than just the "calm before the storm"; something indescribably great is building up or brewing—depending on the situation...

MSG: Both a break and a new beginning – and the uncertainty: How will this end? Even if the light triumphs in the end, the end is not yet here. While the light and goodness become ever more apparent, the dark entities cast ever new nets to bind as many people as possible to themselves and capture them for their own purposes.

This time of transition is the greatest challenge for you humans, especially for those warriors of light who have been embroiled in the fire for years and have longed for and awaited the end of this battle. Today is the time to gather new strength and rise like a phoenix from the ashes, giving birth to a new spirit and achieving a fresh and new approach to everything that defines you.

What are we talking about here?

Refreshing the Light Warriors

From the refreshment of the Light Warriors – and I tell you: It happens during sleep, during meditation, during prayer, in nature and during every minute of the day in which you are with yourself. 

The light warriors of the first hour are now being cared for, guided, recharged with energy and realigned around the clock.

For before the earth and humanity can be reborn, those people who make this change possible must be reborn. Without you, the birth of the new humanity and the transformation of this world would be a hopeless undertaking.

Beloved people,

The ascension is underway and some of you will remain on this earth until the final chord to assist those who do not see, do not accept and do not want to recognize until the end that a whole world is changing before their eyes.

These prophets and researchers, these spiritual warriors and beings of light know that they were born with the mission to announce the end of time to people. They know that they will remain on this earth until the end of time, and they know that the time for the end of time has now come. Like captains who stay on board a sinking ship until the last passenger is safe, the light warriors of the first and last hour remain on this world. Until time and the world evaporate, these creatures remain on this earth in human form.

Today we give you the certainty that you are honored beyond measure and that you are supported beyond measure by the powers of light. Your blessed actions are accompanied by a host of heavenly beings and so your intentions will succeed and your light-filled plans will be implemented.

Whatever a person does in harmony with the unity of GOD will succeed even when forces work against it and resistance builds up. 

All light warriors who remain on this earth until the end are given specific and great tasks, and so what has been waiting to be fulfilled since the beginning of time is now being fulfilled.

The coming events will challenge you completely. Because while more and more people are losing their nerve and their center, it is important for you to keep your nerve and stay centered. To do this, you must resort to the techniques you have practiced in consciousness work.

How important YOU are!

This message reminds you how important you are! Whatever you are prepared to do for your fellow human beings, it is about preserving your inner power and strength. It is important to sharpen your self-awareness. Especially now, when you are being challenged by your fellow human beings and by circumstances, it is important that you take time for yourself.

You can only fulfill your role if you have enough strength and energy available to do so. Paying attention to this is vital for your survival now, because only by regularly strengthening yourself, by grounding yourself solidly and aligning yourself internally with the divine light can you hold out to the end and fulfill your tasks:

• You are the lighthouse for people, pay attention to your light.

• You embody life, keep the strength and joy.

• You look at the world with love, maintain the purity of your heart.

• When you get tired and worn out – take a break and give yourself some time.

• When you feel sad and discouraged – take a break and give yourself time.

• If you don’t know what to do next or can’t go on – take a break and give yourself some time.  

• Shake off people who want to enrich themselves with your energies.

• Ignore people who can no longer understand you.

• Let people who turn away from you go in peace.

Strengthen your core!

Strengthen your center, pay attention to your connection and nourish yourself in the light of GOD! As soon as your strength wanes, step back and stop. No one has the task of saving the world or all of humanity. However, every person is born with talents and equipped with tasks to make their contribution to the success of change.

You, the warriors of light of the first and last hour, have been given the task of shaping the end of time and shining as light in the darkness until the end of time.

In humility respect your own limits, in humility give yourself love, in humility honor your life – just like every life you want to preserve.

The time of times is coming to an end – with people who are fully aware of their task and their light.

Respect the life that has been given to you so that you can fulfill what you have been commanded to do.

We are always with you in this great hour of humanity.

JJK: Yesterday Christmas blues and today world pain – what’s wrong with me? I feel like I’m in a hole…

SANANDA: Restructuring your cells – this brings old stresses and fears to the surface and they are flushed out.

JJK: I had a beautiful dream in which someone showed me how to tap the heart with my index and middle fingers and everything was healed in no time.

I’ve already done it, but so far without success…

SANANDA: Time – it takes time.

JJK: Suddenly there were fears of getting old – and of no longer being physically fit. Fears like this never haunt me…

SANANDA: Fears are leaving – deep-seated fears, disappointments and powerlessness, everything is now coming up and leaving your system. This takes time.

JJK: How much time?

SANANDA: How much do you want to lay off?

JJK: Anything, if I can stand it…

SANANDA: It happens in stages. This evening you will feel better, tomorrow it will subside and the day after tomorrow you will be back to your full strength. This is followed by a break. Your mental team will continue to work while you sleep until everything that causes this world pain is history.

JJK: I slept a lot and still feel exhausted! This is also something that rarely occurs for me…

SANANDA: Many light warriors and light workers don’t pay enough attention to themselves.

Breaks and rest

They ignore the signals of the body or the psyche and they exhaust themselves to the point of collapse. That’s never a good way. It’s good if you recognize the signs that invite you to pause and react to them.

Breaks and rest are essential for the success of projects and for completing orders. Pay attention to this! Love yourself by taking time for yourself.

JJK: After the light reading I had 3 days to myself, now it’s my family’s turn. I’m looking forward to it – and then I’ll be so dilapidated?

SANANDA: Even your work, as fulfilling as it is, doesn’t mean that you have time for yourself. It’s a constant giving! Always be aware of this.

Even if you sit in your room and write when you are all alone, you give people strength, support and energy in this situation too. You can’t always fill up your batteries to the same extent.

This is impossible, especially if your own processes are activated. You give not only during light readings, but every day that you continue your work: energetic hard work in continuous mode. Become aware of it! Nobody misses out when you take breaks.

My family

JJK: But my family – I often think to myself that I should have more time for Noah or that I should support Nadja more…

SANANDA: You give what you can give, and I tell you – it is abundant. Your presence is always felt by Noah and your family, even when you are not there. You are a wonderful team.

Nadja gives herself away just as you give yourself away, each in their own sphere of influence – and you both always need breaks.

The family field is nourished, held and strengthened by both of you. It is a rare happiness for children when two mature souls support them and cradle them in love.

JJK: That’s nice and calms me down. Thank you.

Own death

JJK: I often think about my own death these days. Mathematically, I am in the last third or quarter of my life. My best friend (meaning HANNELORE) returned to the light 3 months ago at the age of 76 – so I still have around 20 years. I suddenly become very aware of this finitude…

SANANDA: Everything is coming up now. These thoughts are part of what needs to be considered now so that you can reach the next level.

You delve very deeply into the human emotions associated with death – hence your mood. It’s a process and it passes. After that everything becomes much easier. Your condition is stabilizing. It is an open energetic wound that needs to be taken care of now.

JJK: That’s exciting for me. During the light reading I give everything to people, I am recharged and full of power – and days later I could use a Jahn myself.

Coaches need coaches too

SANANDA: Every person who practices light work at a certain level must regularly delve deeply into their own issues. Keeping your vessel pure and cleaning it when necessary is the key to allowing the energy to flow through you. Every trainer also needs a trainer himself.

Do not worry! This training of your consciousness is followed by breaks. It happens!

All people who have followed these lines and who are faced with similar situations have been told:

Pay attention to your own needs! Recognize the time for rest! Take breaks! Stop! Energetic processes need space and time.

The world and people will have to wait if you prepare to give to the world and people.

The message is: YOU come first!

Ascension Thoughts Update

I am devoting most of this post to reflecting on our current situation as awake Light Warriors in an increasingly surreal nutty world. It has been a while since I wrote an Ascension Update post.

I remind myself of two things several times a day. One: I am not crazy. Two: I am not alone. Those two thoughts sustain me when I feel the world start to spin crazily. I am sure you will relate to it.

Being outside in nature is calming and soothing so I usually take two walks a day by the seashore. Thank goodness for my lovely environment. Weeding the garden is grounding too.

The word ‘discombobulated’ often comes to mind. I have always liked the word – it is quirky and has an impressive six syllables which makes it fun to say. Previously it was not relevant to my life but now it is my ‘go to’ word to describe what I am feeling. Collins Concise Dictionary definition of discombobulate: ‘To throw into confusion..’ Being thrown into confusion is an almost constant state these days for Light Warriors.

Talking to Light Warrior friends is always a delightful relief. We don’t have to go to great lengths to describe how we are feeling – we know we are BOTH feeling the same way.

I haven’t discussed Ascension symptoms for a while so here is an update…Weird dreams…hungry in late evening…thirsty throughout day…craving carbs…sudden bursts of energy interspersed with times of deep weariness…loud ear-ringing…sudden aversion to certain foods…friendships either rapidly falling apart or strengthening…loss of interest in activities that were always enjoyed before.

No wonder we are feeling discombobulated in a surreal nutty world.

It really helps to trust the Divine Plan. If you have not read the previous post of the One Who Serves channeling, I recommend that you do. He confirms that many arrests have already happened behind the scenes.

Hang in there, Light Warriors. We are the bravest of the brave, the strongest of the strong. We have already weathered so many storms in the last few years and now the finish line is finally upon us. Nothing Can Stop What Is Coming.
