Where are the Functioning Military Tribunals?

Dr. Jan Halper-Hayes told John of The Patriot Voice that military tribunals and executions are “going on around the globe.”

“This is not just a US plan. This is far bigger. How big I don’t know. I only know what everyone knows, from picking up the tidbits, but I do know it is a far bigger plan than just the United States in cleaning up the evil.” (1)

Tribunals are being established above ground, below ground, and even on ships and barges. Judy Byington says:

“Run by JAG Corps, these tribunals override civilian courts, using classified evidence and extreme measures to execute justice without hesitation.” (2)

Under President Trump’s restored executive orders, Gazetteller tells us, “sealed indictments have now been activated. Over 500,000 sealed cases are being executed globally. Military tribunals are being fast-tracked.” (3)

There’s lots of bluster in these descriptions. But there’s also not a great selection of sources to choose from. Use your discernment please.

Let’s have a look at where the known locations are, according to investigative reporters (once called “conspiracy theorists”).

Around America

Gitmo and the States

Camp Justice at Guantanamo Bay is the best known tribunal location and the nerve center for all the rest. “Mt. Pool” on Telegram explains:

“Guantanamo Bay (GITMO) is … seeing significant new activity. Reports indicate that massive expansions to GITMO’s holding facilities have been completed in recent months, in preparation for the mass influx of Cabal prisoners. Military tribunals are set to begin within weeks, and high-ranking global elites will be facing justice for crimes against humanity.

“The latest wave of prisoners includes financial oligarchs, tech billionaires, and politicians, many of whom were secretly extracted from their underground bunkers. These tribunals will be broadcast to the public as part of the EBS, exposing the full extent of the Cabal’s operations—human trafficking, child exploitation, financial manipulation, and even satanic rituals tied to adrenochrome harvesting. ” (4)

Judy Byington describes the seriousness of Gitmo’s intent:

“Camp Justice: Guantánamo’s Iron Grip: This isn’t a courtroom—it’s a battlefield. Camp Justice was built for one purpose: total domination. Located in untouchable isolation, it guarantees that no legal loophole, no external force can interfere. Here, justice isn’t blind—it’s armed and dangerous.” (5)

“Gitmo has expanded its capacity fivefold,”  Gazetteller informs us.  (6)

They tell us that “secret underground tribunals are already underway in Nevada, Texas, and Alaska.”  (7)

In Texas, “U.S. citizens were incarcerated at … the Fort Worth Naval Base Military Prison.” (8)

Offshore

Guam

Camp Blaz in Guam was originally built to hold the mass media. In May of 2024 alone, 3,000 prisoners were sent to Guam. (9) “Tensions in Asia?” Judy Byington asks.

“Camp Blaz ensures America’s dominance. Swift, relentless, and final, this tribunal hub prosecutes operatives without delay. A stark warning: you can run, but you won’t escape.” (10)

Greenland

Judy Byington asks:

“WHY GREENLAND? BECAUSE YOU NEVER ESCAPE THE ICE Thule Air Base is America’s most isolated military fortress. Total lockdown. Brutal weather. Full surveillance. No one gets in, no one gets out. Greenland offers more than isolation — it’s a legal and tactical dead zone, where American power operates without interference.

“WHO’S DOWN THERE? THE WORST OF THE WORST Whistleblowers confirm: this prison holds high-level operatives tied to human trafficking, bioweapon experiments, international espionage, and media manipulation. Not foreign agents — but insiders embedded in government, media, finance, and intelligence. No trials. No cameras. No names. They’ve been erased, not by censorship, but by confinement.” (11)

Diego Garcia

Tribunals are taking place at Camp Thunder Cove, Diego Garcia:

“Military tribunals [are] happening now behind closed doors at Diego Garcia.” (12)

“Camp Thunder Cove … operates in the shadows, striking without warning. High-value targets vanish into this isolated outpost, never to be seen again.” (13)

Guatemala

“There were already 40,000 members of the notorious Mexican Cartel incarcerated in Guatemala,” Judy Byington. tells us.  (14)

Honduras

With a crowded GITMO and the Antarctic Military Base nearing full capacity, Judy Byington tells us, “Military Base Sato Kona Detention Center (XPL) in Honduras is used.”  (15)

Puerto Rico

Judy informs us that “U.S. citizens were incarcerated at San Juan Guaynabo U.S. Military Prison in Puerto Rico.” (16)

Tierra del Fuego

Merdea Greere tells us that:

“At the Out Of Babylon Conference (segment 3 of 8) hosted at Church of Glad Tidings between June 4-6, 2021, David Lester Straight (former County Sheriff’s Deputy, Intelligence Officer & Presidential Task Force Agent) confirmed the use of … Tierra Del Fuego.”  (17)

Judy Byington adds:

“Ushuaia Naval Base: Judgment at the Edge of the World: This fortress near Antarctica ensures no enemy is too remote to be crushed. The message is clear: nowhere is safe.” (18)

Santa Cruz Islands

Judy includes Spain’s Santa Cruz Islands as also being used:

“With a crowded GITMO and the Antarctic Military Base nearing full capacity, Military Base Sato Kona Detention Center (XPL) in Honduras is used, as is Spain’s Santa Cruz Islands.”  (19)

Pine Gap in Australia

Gazetteller asserts that “military tribunals [are] happening now behind closed doors at … Pine Gap.”  (20) That’s all the information I have on that.

Antarctica

Medeea Greere explains that:

“As the domino effect of overcrowding rippled through the global network of detention centers, it soon reached even the most remote and unexpected locations. The Antarctic military base, for instance, was reported to be nearing full capacity. The icy, inhospitable environment of Antarctica now plays host to one of the most secretive and high-stakes detentions in modern history.” (21)

Judy Byington adds, for good measure:

“Military Tribunals: brutal, unstoppable, and everywhere. From Guantánamo Bay to Antarctica, these iron fortresses of justice crush enemies with ruthless efficiency. No hiding. No mercy. No second chances. The reckoning isn’t coming—it’s here.” (22)

Shipboard Tribunals

Dr. Han Halpert-Hayes tells us that shipboard tribunals are happening:

“I’ve been told – and it’s the Navy that has the greatest credibility from a legal standpoint – that there is a ship off Israel; there is a ship off Asia, I think, Japan; there is a ship in the Mediterranean where military tribunals are being conducted as we speak.”  (23)

“The Floating Courts: Land-based tribunals are just the start,” Judy Byington tells us.

“Prison barges operate in international waters, untouchable and untraceable. Here, enemies aren’t just tried—they are neutralized. ” (24)

Given that the number of indictments handed down is in the hundreds of thousands, this elaborate a structure becomes understandable.

This is all I know at the present time.

A Message to all Conspiracy Theorists and Curators from Ben Fulford

To all of you who have spent years being ridiculed on social media and being called “crazy” and still standing up for what you believe in and trying to spread the truth to the public:

· You lose friends and family, and despite being ridiculed, you speak the truth.

· To all the Light Workers, Starseeds, Wayshowers, and Alternative Therapists who have always felt left out and different but never stopped being people who tried to offer another perspective on things: I learned about energy healing, crystals, Mother Gaia, and healing therapies while everyone around me laughed. You were different, you were eccentric, and you never adapted or adapted to this situation without regret.

· For sensitive people who are heartbroken after learning about human trafficking, pedophile rings, and harm to children.

· The woke people who realized what was going on in the world and had to break their hearts into a million pieces while thinking everyone in their lives was losing their minds. You had to face all this alone and it broke your heart, but you made it through and faced the dark night of the soul!!

· To the old souls who feel alone and different, who strive every day to help humanity who have lost many friends and family in the process of awakening.

· The people who don’t go out anymore, the people who research till the end of the day, the people who dare to stand up and say things that no one else would say.

· You have dedicated your life to this ascension process.

· I respect each and every one of you.

· This process is the hardest thing anyone has ever had to do, but you did it first.

· Every day more and more people are waking up.

· I know it’s hard and I know you can be exhausted and exhausted by the negative reactions you’re getting, but this fight will be over soon and soon the world will realize what we did. Stay strong because you will find out why you did it.

· Where one goes, all go too.

· This time will be mentioned in history, and your efforts to awaken and heal humanity will not only affect our existence on Earth, but everything throughout the universe.

· This is a galactic event and you chose this task before incarnating into this timeline.

· You chose to be here now.

· You are a divine being. Remember who you are. Endless blessings. The best is yet to come. God is in command.

Conspiracy Theorists Were Right About Climate Lockdowns

Well folks, I really hate to say this, but it’s another win for the conspiracy theorists. They can take off their tinfoil hats and take a deep bow. Yet another one of their outrageous “predictions” is coming true. For anyone keeping score, sadly the score card is rather one-sided. I think the count is something like Conspiracy Theorists = 1,000,000 wins vs. Logic & Normalcy = 0 wins. Boy how I wish we could win some on the “Logic & Normalcy” scale!

So, I acknowledge that I do have a rather dry sense of humor. I throw sarcasm in there a bunch. A couple of my friends tell me they cannot always tell when I’m being serious or if I’m joking. This makes me think that quite a few of you will be wondering, “Is she serious or is she joking with the title to her article?” To that I answer, I will tell you what I know, and then you decide. (You know how I love to promote critical thinking)…

Yesterday, our unfortunate Governor of New York, Kathy Hochul, issued a TRAVEL BAN for an entire county. You read that correctly. No, not a travel advisory, but a full on travel ban! Meaning, New Yorkers in Erie County are forbidden from going anywhere. What’s another name for that? Well, if you live in a rural or very suburban area (which most of New York State is), where driving on a road is the way you get from point A to point B, then I would say a synonym would be “lockdown.”

And what was Dictator Hochul’s, I mean Governor Hochul’s, reason for this lockdown of close to one million New Yorkers that live in Erie County? Wait for it. Ready? It was going to SNOW! For anyone who does not live in New York, or who has never been to Western New York in the winter, that area of our state gets a lot of snow. Often. And yet, the governor thinks (all of a sudden, out of nowhere) everyone living there is so ignorant, they must be confined to their homes until she says it’s safe for them to rejoin the world again. Either that, or she’s just testing you to see how far she can take her totalitarian desires. Or both.

For all the keyboard critics who love to jump in and twist my words, I’ll cut you off at the pass and say that I am not admonishing a governor’s desire to keep people safe in the wake of a storm. That’s not at all what I am saying. If a natural disaster is approaching, people should be warned, emergency services ready to roll, and help made readily available. Encourage people to stock up, stay home, and hunker down? For sure! Forbid people from leaving their homes? NO.

There is a big difference between caring about New Yorkers’ safety, and wanting to control people. Huge.

And in fact, Hochul was banning people from leaving their homes even if it was NOT snowing! Sound unbelievable? It sure does. But remember in my article last week, I cited an ancient Greek philosopher, Heraclitus, who fittingly said, “The truth often evades being recognized due to its utter incredibility.” Put another way, when something is so outrageous, it is often cast aside as untrue. Well, here’s what comrade Kathy posted on her Twitter yesterday:

She went on to post several other times about the snow and her travel ban. I was actually encouraged to read that most of the comments she received were negative, logical rebuttals to her power grab. Here are a few…

OK, so digging a bit into travel bans, you’ll recognize that there have been travel bans based on big storms in the past here in New York. However, those are issued by the local government (i.e. County Executive), after a state of emergency is declared. They are not issued by the Governor, nor are they issued without an emergency declaration.

By the way, the travel ban is still in effect for most of Erie County today. Anybody surprised?

Does anyone see the correlation here between government overreach, their quest for “centralized” power, and their fear-mongering? It’s the same thing the Governor and her DOH have been doing with their hideous “quarantine camp” regulation that I have been fighting in court for nearly two years now! The name of that case is Borrello v. Hochul, and you can read the details and case history here. Connecting the dots to the analysis at hand, you will note that the quarantine camp regulation tried to take the power from (elected) judges (in keeping with our law) who have the authority to temporarily quarantine sick, dangerous people, and shift that power to unelected, statewide, DOH employees and appointees who have zero accountability to We the People.

Under their quarantine camp reg, the Governor and her DOH would have centralized control over 19 million New Yorkers, to force you to lock down in your home, or they could force you (with the use of police) to go to a quarantine center/ facility/ camp (pick your noun), without any proof you are sick, indefinitely, with no procedure by which you can regain your freedom, and with no declared state of emergency! The fear factor used to try to justify the authoritarian power grab here is the threat of death…If we don’t lock people up who are possibly exposed to a disease, then you might die. Swap out “possibly exposed to a disease” and put in its stead “unclean.” What does that make you think of?

My next question: do you see any similarities here to Hochul’s probably illegal climate lockdown? I say “probably illegal” because I couldn’t find the supposed legal authority that she’s relying upon to prohibit people from driving. If you know what she is relying upon, feel free to post it in the Substack comment section below.

Before you draw your own final conclusion about all this, I will add one last thing for you to consider. In December, a month before Hochul issued this Erie County travel ban, the (Democrat) County Executive, Mark Poloncarz, set up an online portal so residents could check and see if they would be deemed “essential workers” and thus exempt from any futuristic travel bans. Oh, and he coordinated with their “partners” in the federal government to come up with the list! Sound familiar, folks?!

Remember Governor Cuomo’s C19 lockdown (“Just 2 weeks to flatten the curve”), which lasted for months, and all the “essential workers” that he exempted? Here’s an article about Erie’s coincidentally-just-in-time-for-a-travel-ban portal, “Erie County’s new online portal will identify essential workers exempt from travel bans.”

So… after taking in all that, is it 1,000,000 to 1… or is it 1,000,001 to 0?
