The incredible opportunities the masses of Humanity have experienced during the past several months have paved the way for the next Quantum Shift in Mother Earth’s Ascension process. Millions of people are Uniquely Awakening and are now able to lift above the chaos manifesting in the outer world effectively enough to hear the Inner Guidance of their now fully integrated I AM Presence.

Each and every One of us made the Heart Commitment, prior to our embodiment in this lifetime, to assist Mother Earth and all Life evolving upon her in our own unique ways during this Ascension process. This Heart Commitment is now beginning to resonate in every person’s Conscious mind and feeling world. The Company of Heaven has affirmed that this realization within the hearts and minds of the masses of Humanity is motivating changes in people’s behavior patterns and belief systems. This is lifting them up in new ways and allowing them to perceive the Truth about the opportunities happening on Earth during this wondrous but chaotic time.

As we assimilate the NEW frequencies of the Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection that Beloved Saint Germain and his 5th-Dimensional Violet Flame Archangels are blessing Humanity and ALL Life on Earth with throughout this entire Month of May, you and I have the ability to assist the masses of Humanity to the next level of their Unique Awakening. Everyone has free will of course, so we cannot just do this for them, but you and I and the rest of Awakening Humanity have an amazing ability to help in this process.

Since we are One with every person on Earth, we have the ability to invoke assistance from every person’s I AM Presence and the Company of Heaven on their behalf. The Company of Heaven has clearly demonstrated that when we invoke the Light on behalf of Humanity, the Elemental Kingdom or Mother Earth the Floodgates of Heaven open.

Many of the masses of Humanity have been so manipulated and controlled by their own and other people’s fear-based, fragmented human egos that they do not even remember that they have an I AM Presence or that they are a Beloved Child of God. They are oblivious to the wondrous events occurring on the Planet. These are the souls that continue to act out adversely in spite of the pain and suffering their actions are inflicting on other people as well as in their own lives.

The millions of people who are Uniquely Awakening and making the choice to move into the Light on their own are not the Ones who need us. It is the Children of God who have forgotten who they are and the fact that they are One with all Life that need our help at this time.

Contrary to what we may think, these recalcitrant and asleep souls are not acting out in the appalling ways we are witnessing because they are evil. Their obsolete and grossly mutated behavior patterns are due to the fact that they are terrified and so trapped in the illusion of separation and duality that they think the only way to survive is to lie, cheat, steal and kill.

These are the very people we are being Called to help. These are the people who will make the most positive difference in our lives and the lives of Humanity, the Elemental Kingdom and Mother Earth when they at long last Awaken.

Today, the Company of Heaven will join us to empower an activity of Light that has been building in momentum for decades. Because of the shifts that have taken place in 2025 so far, this Gift from On High is now able to affect every person on Earth in more powerful ways than ever before. If you have the Heart Call to participate in this Holy Endeavor, please know that Lightworkers around the World and the entire Company of Heaven are joining with you. And we begin.

I AM Loving ALL Children of God FREE

I AM my I AM Presence and I AM One with the I AM Presence of every person on Earth. As One Collective I AM Presence, the Children of God on Earth now merge our Unified Heart Flames with the Heart Flames of our Father-Mother God and the Legions of Light throughout Infinity. Together, as we Breathe our Elevated Holy Breath, every person on Earth is lifted into a higher frequency of Divine Consciousness. This monumental shift of Consciousness is being accomplished by every person’s I AM Presence in perfect alignment with each One’s Divine Plan and the highest good for all concerned.

Beloved Saint Germain and the 5th-Dimensional Violet Flame Archangels stationed in every person’s aura; we ask that you now greatly intensify the 5th-Dimensional Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection with every Holy Breath we take. As this tremendous influx of Light bathes the Planet, every facet of Life is lifted into a Higher Order of Being.

Every person’s I AM Presence now Creates the sacred space in which they are able to open our 5th-Dimensional Crown Chakra of Enlightenment to full breadth. This allows each person to Ascend ever higher into the Awakened State of Christ Consciousness, Oneness and Reverence for ALL Life.

As this occurs, multidimensional and multifaceted 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Light expands from the very Heart of our Father-Mother God into every cell of Humanity’s Earthly Bodies allowing our I AM Presence to take full dominion of our physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies in ways we have not previously experienced.

Now, all is in readiness. Through our I AM Presence, every person is participating at both inner and outer levels in this activity of Light which is raising the Consciousness of the masses of Humanity and assisting every person to now tangibly experience the Enlightened State of Christ Consciousness through our newly empowered Creative Faculties of Thought and Feeling. Individually and collectively every person’s I AM Presence now affirms:

I AM One with my Father-Mother God and I AM reaching up into the Infinity of my own Christ Consciousness. I clearly perceive that as I AM lifted up, ALL of Humanity is being lifted up with me. In this frequency of Christ Consciousness, I see that Humanity’s free will is at long last becoming One with God’s Will.

Instantaneously, I see the Truth of every person on Earth. I see ALL of my Siblings in the Family of Humanity, even the most recalcitrant or asleep souls, as precious Children of God, no matter how far their behavior patterns, or their life experiences may be from reflecting that Truth. I perceive all of the painful human miscreations associated with my Siblings as innocent primordial energy entering my awareness now to be Transmuted back into Light and Loved FREE.

I happily greet all of these Children of God and all of their misqualified energy the same way my Father-Mother God would greet them. I greet them with Comprehensive Divine Love from within the embrace of Eternal Peace, Detachment, God Confidence, Supreme Authority and Cosmic Forgiveness.

I AM enveloped in an Invincible Forcefield of God’s Infinite Light, as I invite my Siblings into the Kingdom of Heaven within my Heart Flame. I hold them in my arms of Light as I would an injured child. They cannot overwhelm me or control me in any way. I simply hold them and Love them until they surrender to the Love of God, desiring on their own to enter the Kingdom of Heaven within the Divinity of their own Heart Flames.

Now, rather than feeling rejected and thus perpetuating their negative behavior patterns, these Children of God feel accepted and Loved as the innate Sons and Daughters of God they are. They voluntarily release themselves into the Light, and they begin to KNOW that they are ONE with ALL Life and that ALL Life is Divine.

I rejoice that every person and their unascended energies are finding their way Home and I release myself into the Peace of KNOWING: “My I AM Presence is handling ALL imperfection perfectly.”

As these Children of God Awaken and surrender to their I AM Presence, they begin to remember who they are and why they are on Earth during this auspicious Cosmic Moment. With this Sacred Knowledge, they once again find their proper place in the Family of Humanity. In perfect Divine Order, they are set FREE to live and Cocreate the patterns of Love, Oneness and Reverence for ALL Life that are now being revealed as the next phase of Mother Earth’s Ascension process. And so it is. Beloved I AM That I AM.

Dear One, as you daily and hourly empower this activity of Light by envisioning the highest good for all of the Children  of God on Earth during this Cosmic Moment, ask your I AM Presence what you can do to help implement the Heart-based patterns for Mother Earth’s unfolding Divine Plan on behalf of ALL Life evolving on this sweet Earth.

Beloved Ones, I ask that you gather up every electron of precious Life energy being expended by Humanity during this sacred and holy time. Purify this energy with the power and might of a thousand Suns using the NEW 5th-Dimensional Solar Frequencies of the Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection. Weave this purified energy into the Collective Cup of Humanity’s Unified Consciousness which is now being formed by the Global attention being focused on the events unfolding in the outer world.

I ACCEPT and KNOW that through this Activity of Light every electron of precious Life energy being released by the Children of God on Earth is being used to manifest the Immaculate Concept of the Divine Plan for this Cosmic Moment in Earth’s Evolution.

Now, Beloved Legions of Light, I ask that you Breathe through the greatly expanded Portals of Solar Light Codes from our Grand Central Sun, the right and perfect Light Codes for every single person’s next level of Unique Awakening. Blaze the full Divine Momentum of this incomparable frequency of GOD’S INFINITE LIGHT in, through and around every electron of precious Life energy that has ever been misqualified by the Children of God in any time frame or dimension both known and unknown.

Now, with the full power of my Beloved I AM Presence and the VIOLET FLAME OF COSMIC FORGIVENESS, MERCY, AND COMPASSION…

every person, place, condition or thing that may have wronged me in any way, at any time, for any reason whatsoever, and I LOVE FREE all debts owed to me by Life everywhere.

I now Invoke the Violet Flame of God’s Cosmic Forgiveness, Mercy, and Compassion on behalf of myself and every person on Earth for any misuse of God’s Gift of Life since the beginning of time.

and as I AM Forgiven, I send forth a Gift of God’s Comprehensive Divine Love to balance all debts to any facet of Life that I have Created which still remain unpaid.

Let this purifying essence saturate the atmosphere around me. Wherever I live, move, Breathe and have my Being, allow your miracle-working Force of Cosmic Forgiveness, Mercy and Compassion to give daily, tangible proof of your reality to all Life.

Beloved Saint Germain and the 5th-Dimensional Violet Flame Archangels stationed in every person’s aura, I ask that you intensify and guard this frequency of the Violet Flame around me and ALL of Humanity in order that we may use our Life and our Light to their fullest in our service to Life. The Joy of Forgiveness

Now, I AM flooding my Being and every single Etheric Record since the beginning of time with the Joyful experience of the Violet Flame of God’s Cosmic Forgiveness, Mercy, and Compassion. In Forgiving, I let go of all the effects of misused energy impinging on my life and the lives of all Humanity, the Elemental Kingdom, and Mother Earth. I let go of the ignorance, confusion, and pain of this World. I now know I have come to Love Life FREE and through this Gift of God’s Violet Flame so I shall.

This is the Heart Center of my existence, the Joy of Forgiving Life as it enters my awareness. From this moment forth, I AM Loving all Life FREE into a higher vibration with the Gift of Cosmic Forgiveness that my Father-Mother God and the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame Archangels have given so freely into my keeping this sacred and holy day. I AM a Force of this Violet Flame now blessing ALL Life on this sweet Earth!

We Are The Hands of God

At this time, we are moving through uncharted waters. Due to the urgency of the hour Humanity en masse is being given the opportunity to experience a Unique Awakening. This Awakening is designed to help each and every one of us burst any remaining bonds that our fallen human ego might still be using to manipulate or control us.

This fallen aspect of our personality is desperately doing everything it can to prevent us from listening to the intuitive Inner Guidance of our I AM Presence. Our human ego knows that when our I AM Presence reclaims full dominion of our thoughts, feelings, words, actions and beliefs the ego will no longer be able to manipulate or control us in any way.

According to the Company of Heaven, whether we are Consciously aware of it or not, this Unique Awakening is something we have all been preparing for lifetimes to accomplish during this Cosmic Moment. The Unique Awakening every person’s I AM Presence is NOW striving to Cocreate with the Company of Heaven is manifesting in the outer-world as a Quantum Shift within the Consciousness of every Awakening person. According to the Beings of Light this shift is affecting Humanity’s 5th-Dimensional Twelve Strands of DNA in very positive ways.

Over the past few years new Solar Light Codes have been activating within Humanity’s Twelve 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Strands of DNA multidimensional patterns of perfection that we have been preparing to tangibly Cocreate on the New Earth. This activation within our 5th-Dimensional DNA has cleared the way for the Company of Heaven to assist us in previously unknown ways. This new Divine Intervention is designed to help Humanity transcend the limitations we experienced when we were trapped in the paralyzing grip of our fallen human egos.

The original 12 Strands of Humanity’s DNA short circuited into the fragmented double-helix DNA with which we are now familiar. This fragmentation of our DNA occurred aeons ago when we fell into the abyss of separation and duality and lost the awareness of our I AM Presence. During that fateful time, our Crown Chakra of Enlightenment closed. This caused us to lose Christ Consciousness which is the Enlightened state of Consciousness our Father-Mother God invested us with when we were first Breathed forth from the Core of Creation.

The Divine Purpose of our 12 Strands of DNA was to keep the Sons and Daughters of God Consciously connected to our I AM Presence and the Realms of Illumined Truth during our Earthly sojourns. Originally, our 12 Strands of DNA functioned like a very elaborate fiber-optic communication system. This system allowed us to easily communicate intuitively with our I AM Presence and the Company of Heaven. When our Crown Chakra closed and we lost awareness of our I AM Presence, that is when we developed our fragmented and fear-based human ego.

That distorted aspect of our fallen Consciousness descended into such chaotic frequencies of discord that our 12 Strands of DNA short circuited into the double-helix DNA that science is now researching. Our fragmented and fear-based human ego came to the erroneous conclusion that the Earth is an inanimate object to use and abuse as we see fit. It also concluded that our human ego’s purpose and reason for being was to gratify our physical senses. To this very day we can easily perceive that self-obsessed level of asleep Consciousness within Humanity.

Even with all that our scientists have discovered about our DNA and the genome in the double-helix DNA they have access to, some still profess that 98% of our DNA is “junk DNA.” Of course, there is no such thing as “junk DNA”, there is only DNA that our scientists have not been able to identify or categorize with their current methods.

For decades scientists believed that our DNA was stagnant and fixed in a particular pattern. Now we know that our DNA is a shimmering waveform configuration that is being modified by a greatly amplified influx of our Father-Mother God’s Light. Our DNA is also being modified by waves of solar radiation, magnetic fields and sonic impulses, as well as thought forms and emotions that are associated with the shifts of energy, vibration and Consciousness taking place within the hearts and minds of Awakening Humanity.

The Company of Heaven is revealing that through the new 5th-Dimensional Twelve Strand DNA activation and the Unique Awakening that is taking place at this time, Humanity en masse is reaching a critical frequency of vibration that is Creating an unstoppable shift of Awakening Consciousness. This is occurring within even the most recalcitrant or asleep Sons and Daughters of God embodied on Earth.

This shift is not occurring outside of us. This is a very cellular-based Transfiguration that is now occurring within the Core of Purity in every Electron of our physical, etheric, mental and emotional Earthly Bodies.

This week we are being asked by our Father-Mother God to contemplate the magnitude of the opportunities being presented to each of us by our I AM Presence to actually be the Hands of God on Earth for this essential facet of Earth’s Ascension process. Every day go within to the Divinity of your Heart Flame. In a state of Listening Grace, allow your I AM Presence to support and encourage you during this wondrous and simultaneously confusing time. Here is an affirmation that may help you to stay focused on your facet of this Divine Mission.

I AM THE HANDS OF GOD ON EARTH

I AM the Hands of God. I have come to set right the vibratory action of all energy and substance in my world and in all of the World.

I AM the sacred Hands of God, moving through this Earth. I AM instantly reestablishing Divinity wherever the Light of God is applied.

I invite, invoke, focus, concentrate, manifest and sustain the Light of God on Earth with every Breath I take.

I AM a director of God’s Light. I AM humble before its magnificent Presence.

 I AM Grateful to unleash God’s Power on Earth.

I AM the Light of God flowing through my Heart Flame Loving all Life FREE!

And so it is. Beloved I AM That I AM.

Dear One, stay centered in your Heart Flame and focus on the wonders being revealed to you through your intuitive Inner Knowing. This is our NEW BEGINNING!

Walking Between Worlds

It can often feel like you are walking between worlds at this time, because of the immense changes which are occurring on all levels now, as the old is being churned up to be dissolved and the new is forming.

It can feel like one is in the midst of whirlwind at times, while at other times, there is that deep serenity which passes all understanding.

It is a matter of being like the skipper of a yacht at sea now, and taking it all as it comes, yet riding out the storms as much as the calm.

Both serve and both lead us to the end destination of the New Life and totally new and much higher dimensional form and life and living.

This is why it is so necessary now to go deeper within to find the still point within and to trust that inner guidance, the inner GPS and to follow that knowing, no matter what is happening outside.

I see it as far more, for our higher soul self is now fully awakening, and with it we can now access universal and galactic knowledge we simply could not access previously.

We are becoming more and more SOUL connected not only with those of our own soul groups, but also with like-minded souls, and those who are on the same wavelength and frequency as we are.

It is a deep recognition of soul, which happening, and deep knowing that we have been here before and we now have come again to see this work into fulfillment.

Yet, in signing up for this, we did not quite know how this would all constellate into form and being, but we came anyway. Indeed, we so wanted to be here, not only to witness this, but to experience it, ALL OF IT!

I was joking with a friend saying I am sure that the Intergalactics sometimes watch us from their spaceships and then scratch their heads at the way humans behave: – I am sure they often have a good chuckle, much like when we look at baboons, and have a good laugh at their antics.

Yet, the same baboons can look deeply into your eyes, and there is an ageless wisdom there, that speaks volumes. They know things we humans still need to master.

One day, long after we have left this planet, we will meet again somewhere in the Universe and remember this lifetime, as one of the most amazing experiences we have ever had as souls.

All I know is that it is all worth the ride we are on and what a ride it is!

5D Finding Balance

As we move toward the fifth dimension, we will begin to become more and more balanced.

Remaining stuck in one of the poles of personality still gives the ego an illusion of control over our lives. However, the more we receive higher uploads, the more the old ego patterns will begin to falter. And that is the intention, because only when the ego surrenders to the inner guidance of our higher Self can we truly begin to experience our divine essence.

Right now we are getting aware of where our ego is still digging its heels in. It prefers to hold the reins, and where our higher Self starts pulling a string the ego will pull out even more to keep control of our lives. This can be very subtle, but either way it is a form of Self-sabotage! On the way to Self-Awareness, however, it will still emerge and be on our own plate.

There may be a thousand and one causes and reasons behind why you are bothering yourself on your journey to the Light. As a soul, you are on your way to self-liberation, which is to bring you right out of heaviness, out of all limitations and out of all duality. The causes of Self-sabotage lie in the past. But liberation from these vicious circles must take place in the here and now. When we break free from the lower frequency workings of the third dimension, there is more room for our divine Self!

All the experiences that have shattered your divine Self-image have been disempowering and painful. To turn at all requires a great deal of love and understanding. Simply saying “then stop working against yourself” does not work as long as you yourself are not aware of how a certain part of you is still sabotaging your path to the Light. Wanting to stop self-subversion with a hard hand always backfires. But compassionate determination can work wonders. Therefore, we are going to see in which force field this sabotaging part is stuck. Linked to it is a deformed self-image that no longer belongs to you. To put it mildly: it no longer does you justice!

Deformities come from an imbalance that was once there, first outside of you. Something or someone managed to pull you out of your divine connection, allowing you to have certain experiences in the polar force field of duality. If that imbalance has not been corrected you have carried it with you into the remainder of your life(s). You have internalized the deformity from outside, made it your own. An example: if an authoritarian or someone you held in high esteem ever told you that you were so worthless or sinful that God would be angry with you forever, you will have put on the penitential garment and may still be unconsciously walking around with it.

How can you begin to see through and free the self-saboteur? Through your higher Self you can begin to balance the polar workings of your own personality. You need the balance of the four elements that affect your personality: earth, air, water and fire. It may seem like a lot of work, but with examples it gets easier. I’m going to put everything under a magnifying glass and exaggerate the pitfalls so you can recognize it even better. It’s not the whole story, but hopefully it will offer you more insight!

If your personality has too much of the earth element, you may have become heavy handed. You make everything much heavier and more dramatic than it is. You identify yourself (too) much with your material form, but quickly see all kinds of earthly problems and limitations that are not there from a higher perspective. Because you weigh heavily the burdens of life, you become frustrated. Gravity pulls you down to lower frequencies. Because it is not pleasant to be in this heaviness and you feel increasingly oppressed, you easily project to the outside world. This causes you to lapse into a perpetrator role. If you bottle everything up, the result can be gridlock, gloom, melancholy, powerlessness and apathy. To balance this, you need air!

If your personality has too much of the element air, then you have pulled yourself out of your grounding and prefer to float somewhere in the universe. You find it difficult to be in your body and the world of forms is not for you. You seek safety in a dream world and like to build air castles in which you can be completely at ease! On earth, however, you are easily pushed around and you have difficulty guarding your limits. A steady job in society costs you tremendously because you feel far too transparent, vulnerable and wobbly for the hard world of forms. Volatility and floating, fear of connections, not being able to sink your teeth into something, directionlessness, being in your head a lot and feeling like a victim (“I never wanted to be born!”) can be the result. To balance this, you need earth!

If your personality has too much of the element water, you like to identify with your feeling side. You prefer to avoid obstacles in life, especially discussions. Out of self-protection you prefer to drift with other people’s currents, with the result that you easily drift away from yourself, or you cling to beacons outside yourself. What you want or think is almost scary to feel, because suppose someone else disagrees? You don’t put up with resistance; you prefer to swim around it. You tend to give too much, because by giving you hope to be seen and receive love! Indecision, coldness, burnout, emotional, lingering in your grief and victimization can result. To balance this, you need fire!

If your personality has too much of the element fire, you will quickly become hot-tempered. You are easily annoyed by what you think is wrong around you. You are critical and like to react outwardly. You would like to improve everything and everyone and are not afraid of heated discussions or arguments. You prefer to fight rather than flee! You easily hide inner dissatisfaction with yourself and the world behind anger and resentment. If you don’t express it, it strikes inside and you can get all kinds of inflammation. But actually, behind your anger there is a lot of pain and powerlessness, and to reach it you need water.

Speak to yourself from the missing polar forces. Imagine how you would act and how you would feel in the extreme of the other pole. Sometimes you have to go all the way to the other pole to finally discover your own golden middle! Because from the “too much of one” there is always a longing in us for that other pole. If we do see it in another, we can either be annoyed by it or long for it immensely and admire the other for it. But realize: Everything is also in you, everything is attainable! From your divine essence everything can come into balance and you will be amazed at your Self!

As you become proficient at picking up on My signals, I enlist your services as My devoted spokesperson. You are lending Me your vocal instrument, thus sanctifying it. I will dispose of another means to share My pointed words with many auditors, thus contributing to their spiritual enlightenment.

 

May you wholeheartedly embrace this new opportunity for human-divine communication! Take your first tentative baby step TODAY! You will never look back with nostalgia to the days of your spiritual deafness. My voice spoke to you all along but was drowned in your overactive mental chatter, making it hard for it to stand out.

 

Therefore, before setting out on this inner voyage, still your mind so that My voice can profile itself against the silent background. To monitor our progress, I suggest you record our spoken words. Listening to them later will be all you need to validate our success.”

Dealing with Tyranny and Adversity

We are always being guided through the best situations for us, with a view of transcendence and alignment with the Consciousness of our Creator. When we realize that we have limitless awareness, everything that we gaze upon with our inner vision becomes real for us in our experience. We are learning to direct our attention to our inner vision by opening our awareness to the most life-enhancing inner guidance that we can pay attention to. Our attention and vibratory alignment are our energetic creative modulators of the quality of our presence. By our thoughts and emotions, we are constantly emitting photons with an electromagnetic radiance, attracting resonating energetic patterns to our attention, and that become our experiences. 

If we learn to control and direct our attention to the vibratory spectrum that we love the most, we can transform our lives into encounters that we most want to pay attention to and experience. Outside of our own consciousness, there is no requirement for us to experience anything we do not resonate with. We live in an energetic band of vibrations that emanate from our heart and are shaped by beliefs about ourselves. By intentionally opening our awareness in gratitude to a realm beyond fear and doubt, we can feel and know the unconditional love that is the essence of our Being. Once we are aware of limitless consciousness, we can align our imagination and feelings with its vibrations. This alignment holds our attention in the vibratory range of creative joy and compassion. 

When tyrannical events occur around us, we can understand that this is happening in our own consciousness, and we can change it within ourselves. Arising for us through the heart of our Being, our conscious life-force constantly guides us to safety and life-enhancement, if this is our desire. All possibilities are available to us in every moment. By being able to control and direct our attention constantly to what we can feel grateful for, we open our awareness to an expanded realm of realization beyond our ego-consciousness. 

In this state of mind, having inner awareness of Self-Realization of our essence, we cannot be threatened with victimhood, because negative energy does not exist in our realization. Instead, we become masters of our situations, able to modulate the energetic patterns that we encounter with our own life-force flowing through our presence of awareness. This awareness can be directed to anything anywhere, creating the qualities of experiences that resonate with it. If physical danger is imminent, we are guided to safety in a different situation. 

What appears to be happening in the world around us is all happening in our own consciousness. By directing our own perspective in opening our awareness to the light in every being, we exempt ourselves from being victims, and instead can act as masters of our human experiences. It’s all about staying vibrationally high throughout our awareness and acting creatively. This means alignment with infinite love and enhancement of all life.

Our Destiny and Our Choice

As we begin on the inward path toward Self-Realization, there are things that we learn along the way. We realize that human life is a play in consciousness, and all of us are playing our predestined roles for ourselves and for everyone else. Every situation and encounter has meaning for us to recognize. If we pay attention, our inner guidance gives us understanding. At the same time, we can shape the qualities of our experiences with our intentional thoughts and emotions, both conscious and subconscious. Because of this, everything we experience is self-created, by our doubts and fears as well as our transcendent presence. We choose the energetic quality we will participate in and experience.

We are all interconnected in consciousness. Each of us is our own unique person with a deep connection to the consciousness that creates everything. In order to play an authentic human role, we must create a mind-set with parameters to our awareness. As long as we stay in this mind-set, we cannot know our true essence, but we can find clues to direct us deeper within our presence. These clues can be anything, and they are directed to us in ways that each of us can recognize. 

In our essence, we are all Masters of every aspect of life, but in our ego-consciousness we cannot realize this. If we follow our inner clues and guidance, always searching for the most life-enhancing thoughts and feelings, we can realize a world that we can inhabit now by directing our imagination and feelings to living in the realm we truly want. It is the vibratory polarity and frequency of our perspective and state of being that attracts our experiences, and we can intentionally control this. 

We can learn to control our thoughts and emotions in ways that inspire and stimulate us with gratitude and good feelings. We can disengage entirely from negativity, and instead follow the wonderful desires of our heart. As we clarify our mental and emotional processes, we can focus more acutely on what we know is life-enhancing for all of us. Everything exists in our own consciousness, and we can open our awareness to this. 

Without limiting beliefs about ourselves, we can realize our true nature beyond time and space and in other forms and persons, as well as our human presence. It is all available for our awareness and realization. When we realize the reality of someone or something, it becomes real in our experience. This realization comes from our intentional opening to it and feeling its energetic presence. We can intentionally create our own reality in interaction with the consciousness of humanity.

Us Men are sadly lagging behind you ladies in tapping into our intuition and inner guidance.

I recently had an interesting interview with a new friend Doug Beitz, who is an intuition coach for men.

Doug asks me more deeply about my Kundalini awakening and what happened.

I answer questions to help men to access their intuition and follow their inner guidance. All men need to tap into this more as an additional source of information to help them make decisions and to guide their life.
