January 2025 Energy Report

We are barely 2 weeks into the new year and so much is going on that it feels like it should be June already. I told you the energy would be moving faster this year and if you heard the 2025 Predictions you know that so much more will happen this year. We are in a big power period, one of several that we will have this year and the energy will be moving non-stop. If you missed the 2025 Predictions call you can get it at this link. I almost didn’t do this month’s energy report partly because I covered so much of January’s energy in the 2025 Predictions call and to be honest, the days have been moving so quickly that I can’t believe it’s already nearly mid-January. But it’s tradition and I have been doing monthly energy reports for over 20 years so here it is. And in February we will celebrate 23 years online as my first website went up and my first newsletter went out on February 4, 2004. What a ride it has been. More on that in a later article for now, here’s the January 2025 energy report.

Since we ended 2024 with a strong Capricorn new moon on December 30, we enter 2025 on a high note, sort of. The year began with the echoes of a new moon representing fresh starts, new actions, bold moves, and beginnings.  At least we do not have Pluto in Capricorn to deal with any longer but we still have a strong energy aspects to start this new month and new year. A lot is happening this month with Mars returning to Cancer, Mercury transiting Capricorn, the nodes changing sign to Pisces,  the end of a 19 year cycle, and  a big Pisces stellium which last happened in 1989.

It is going to be a good year for putting new plans and projects in place, for finally creating the transformations you have wanted to create for so long, and for coming to terms with your truth and your light. And it starts in January so let’s sit up, pay attention, take notes, and ask the right questions.

January opens with the echo of the December 30 Capricorn new moon which featured strong oppositions – planets at 180 degrees and most importantly, a Mars/Pluto opposition from Leo to Aquarius.  I call this a ‘power to the people’ moment which started in November 2024 and will last through  April 2025. It is not going to go away quickly and it will have a profound effect on society and culture all over the world. Watch what happens as people rise up against the 3D energies of corruption, control, domination, power over, separation, competition, and disconnection from spirit.

This new moon in Capricorn is not a rehash of the past 16 years of that tough Pluto transit, it is a new energetic boundary reminding us of where we have come and what we do not want to repeat. I see it as a 4D bridge activation, creating a space of awareness of where we began in 3D and shining a strong light across that bridge to new levels of joy, peace, love, abundance, and prosperity.

The 5D portal is wide open now so there are options available and choices to be made and many, many people are choosing the light. The first Pluto in  Capricorn transit opened the portal to self-sovereignty. The latest one opened the portal to energetic sovereignty. We are energetically sovereign, aware, and ready for action. We know this, now we have to live our lives within this understanding.

Then on January 7 Mars retrogrades back into Cancer, the sign it first entered in September 2024 to begin its ongoing opposition to Pluto as that planet finished its final Capricorn retrograde and moved into Aquarius. I’m telling you, this Mars/Pluto opposition is the cornerstone for the new empowered 5D paradigm and will help many people choose empowering transformation and move into higher frequencies.

The next day Mercury enters Capricorn to hold that transformation and decision space for us as we get more ‘gentle’ nudges from the Universe about moving through the 5D portals to create our 5D paradigms. These gentle nudges can be  soft whispers of a need for something different to a full out disintegration of our reality so we can start over. For some people this will be an easy, gentle process; for others it will be a real challenge. But whatever form your transformation takes, the goal is the same – this is our moment to become aware of, align with, integrate, and embody a 5D energy paradigm.

A full moon on January 13 is in Cancer, bringing attention to the Mars/Pluto opposition and brings the Sun and Moon into its orbit of influence. We have a strong presence by the warrior planet Eris, as well as the opening stellium in Pisces (a stellium refers to 3 or more planets in the same sign) which comes to full peak around January 15. My guides have been telling me for weeks that January 15 was an important date but they did not tell me why, they usually don’t give me all of the information.

This Pisces stellium highlights the ongoing presence of both Saturn and Neptune in Pisces, holding the energy for spiritual awareness and integration and grounding. With so many planets present there, we get the full effect. Remember the chariot parade from the movie Ben-Hur? And with the North Node in Pisces for the first time in 19 years, since 2006, we are on a spiritual roll here.

Do you remember me saying that  we would be getting spiritual support for this part of our ascension path and that Neptune in Pisces has been holding that energy for us since 2011? Well now it’s time to take our victory lap, to enter the winner’s circle, and congratulate ourselves for a job well done. I am not saying this ascension path is over, just that we have arrived at another significant milestone and we can take a minute to celebrate.

And that’s just half of the month. Ready for the rest? We have a new moon on January 29 which is also the Chinese New Year and this year is the year of the snake, an interesting testament to the transformation of this year because snakes shed their skin when it is time to replace it because they have outgrown the old one.  In this 9 numerology year, symbolizing endings which create space for beginnings, what a beautiful synergy.

So we will have to ask ourselves:

 What ‘skins’ are we ready to shed now?

What is attached to them that is going to also leave our reality?

Are we ready to let it all go?

There is always a choice in every situation and what we choose is what we are ready to align with in this moment. With so many energy cycles ending and renewing now, avoid judging what you were not ready to see, do, understand, acknowledge, or release before today. Because ultimately, it is what you do in this moment that matters.  

The energy theme for January is truth and this is a very big topic because it does include what we believe is true but it is also inclusive of our truth, what we believe about ourselves, our reality, and our power, light, and spirit.

This month we have an opportunity to create a new truth, one that is not determined by how we want others to acknowledge and accept us, the truth that we mirror to gain the love we so desperately want from those who do not, will not, or cannot love us, the truth others will connect with so we can be part of their group, or the truth that will help us do the healing work that will resolve our healing missions.

This is the truth that is aligned with our energetic sovereignty, the truth that is aligned with our 5D life path instead of what we have experienced in our 3D realities.  We have to acknowledge this truth about ourselves first before we can present it to others. It won’t be easy to change lifetimes of mirroring the truth we want others to believe about us, to rise up out of our fear of persecution karma repeating itself, to break the cycles and patterns of our fear of betrayal and rejection and set forth a new truth that creates a different reality.

It may not be easy to affirm a truth that requires us to release all of our attachments and connections, to let go of years, decades, and lifetimes of effort to acknowledge that what we have tried so hard to create will not happen as we want it to, hoped it would, or tried so hard to manipulate into being. But this is the threshold of our 5D portal that is waiting for us to shed our energetic baggage so we can enter it.

Many years ago (around 2009), while I was hosting my radio show on Blog Talk Radio, which was on the air from 2008 to 2016, I said that the portal to our new energetic realities was very narrow, similar to the biblical tale of the camel going through the eye of the needle. And if you imagine your energetic baggage like a big backpack on your back, like a camel’s hump, there is only room for you to get through that portal. There is no room for you and your energetic baggage, it just won’t fit. You have to decide whether you are ready to shed your baggage to enter the portal now, or not. It is a yes or no choice, and there is no judgment about it.  Like crossing the 4D bridge, your choice opens new energetic portals and it is final – there is no turning back. You know this on a soul level, which is why the choice can be so hard.

And it’s also why January’s full moon on the 13th is such a powerful motivator for truth, being, alignment, and transformation, preparing us for the new moon on January 29 in a process that was started with the December 30, 2024 new moon.

With Pluto now firmly in Aquarius, another ‘no turning back’ milestone on this ascension path, we have our new 5D soul mission before us. Do we have the courage to embrace it? Are we moving forward with confidence or turning back with regret because we (still) have hope for different outcomes? Ponder this question as you experience the transformative aspects of January and the ‘skin’ you know you have outgrown.

It’s a powerful month, the start of a powerful year. And In this 9 year, January is a 1 month which means from the outset we start the year primed for new beginnings, fresh starts, elevated paradigms, and the opportunity to explore our energetic sovereignty free from the baggage of the past and the bondage of our energetic prisons.

If you have the courage to shine big and brightly, you will find this a month that is both challenging and freeing and by month-end your life may look very different than it did when the month began.

Yes technically today is the new year because the Equinox marks the beginning of the astro calendar. Historically (until it was changed by the UK parliament in 1751) the calendar began in March on the Equinox.

It's the Equinox, finally. The energy has been wound up so tightly for the past few weeks that this feels like such a huge release and a relief.

Do you realize that this is the first Equinox we have had without Pluto in Capricorn since 2008? For all of the fire signs, especially Aries, Pluto in Capricorn has been a real challenge (I know this from personal experience) so it's an extra special celebration for us!

With Pluto in Aquarius the theme of this year's spring Equinox and new astro year is freedom. If you are wanting to have more freedom in your life it's up to you to take action.

A big theme for the Equinox is growth and beginnings - it is the beginning of a new astro year. So make this a happy new year by celebrating the most important person in your life - you!

We cannot reach for the stars if we are not grounded in our reality. Expansion begins from our foundation or energetic wholeness so if you're scattering your energy in all directions, expansion is going to be difficult.

As much as we want to 'help' others, being in service to them (as a servant) is not helpful to anyone. Our freedom challenge is to learn to be a source of inspiration, to be a shining light that serves as an example of empowered, joyful living.

Today is a good day to start that process.

Celebrate a new season and a whole new vibe and paradigm of new potentials.

It is the first month of the new year and we’re all excited about that. This is a time when we are full of promise and resolve ‘to do better’ than the previous year and hope that we won’t get repeats of the past. This new year brings in a whole new vibe and we can make this year a fresh start. But that won’t happen with resolutions, new goals, and hope or wishful thinking. It will happen with resolve, intention, determination, and operating from a fresh perspective.

January 2024 is an opportunity for a fresh start but that begins after we take care of some loose ends and unfinished business. So bring in the fresh energy but don’t ignore those nagging leftover odds and ends that demand our attention because they may become our stumbling blocks later this year. January’s Energy Report reminds us that routine maintenance and energy tune-ups are essential to a smooth journey. And this 2024 edition of the newsletter begins my 21st year of writing the newsletter, energy reports, and sharing these insights, resources, and information with you.

It is January and we are in a year that promises fresh starts and new beginnings. After the heavy energy of the last 4 years, and especially that of 2023, we are ready for anything that is not a repeat of the past. But before we try to move ahead too quickly January’s energy will be sending us reminders that any old business which crops up requires our attention and resolution. Completion and closure are especially important now and if we don’t want a repeat of the past we will have to give it some attention now and then.

This newsletter marks my 21st year of writing and sharing these insights, resources, and information with the world. Little did I know, when I was first contacted in October 2003 by Archangel Uriel, that I would be doing this work for over 2 decades. To be honest, I thought it would be about 6 months and then I would continue with my career in business and technology. In fact, all I wanted to do was to be ‘a senior VP of IT in a fortune 50 company.’ Just goes to show that the Universe has its own plans. I don’t regret any of it, it has been an honor and  a privilege to be part of this ascension cycle. But it has had its moments and we have shared a lot together.

And when I was sharing the GPS 2024 theme of the SHIFT with my guides, I had to laugh because the first series I wrote in February 2004 with the first newsletter was on the shift, so we have come full circle.

In the 8 year that is 2024 January’s 1 energy makes this month a 9 vibe which is the number of completion. So yes there will be times when we have to go over old ground as we prepare for new paths. That is not a bad thing, it’s simply part of life. The difference now is we can truly put the past in the past where it belongs and not have it crop up at the most inconvenient times and disrupt the present, preventing us from moving forward.

A 9 month at the beginning of the year just creates an opportunity for review and reconsideration of old business. It is OK to start new things, we just cannot ignore the past and we have Mercury in retrograde shadow until January 21. We never truly put the past away, part of our mind’s function is to remember the past so we don’t repeat unwanted or unnecessary actions that have not worked out before. Now we have the understanding and spiritual maturity to use the past more purposefully and intentionally, as a stepping stone instead of a millstone.

January’s theme is revitalization and that sounds good to me. So much of what has happened in the last 4 years in particular and in the 15 years of Pluto in Capricorn has been an exercise in futility, disappointment, challenge, and testing our commitment. I look back on when Pluto entered Capricorn, in 2008, and I am inspired by the growth, awakening, and new awareness that it has introduced (although forced would be a better word). Of course I would have preferred that it was not accompanied by so many challenges on so many levels but that is what Pluto does.

For several years, especially with the US Pluto return in 2022, I have been writing about the vast social, economic, and political changes that are part of Pluto in Capricorn. This Pluto cycle was no different. In fact, it was even more global in nature because of the internet and of the level  of connection we have today. And this month Pluto finally exists Capricorn and begins its 20 year journey into Aquarius. That is going to bring a monumental shift in global energies and that is already beginning. It will make a brief return to Capricorn later this year but by November it will be fully in Aquarius and ready to begin its work there.

It was rather sobering to realize that when Pluto leaves Aquarius, in 2043, I will be well into my 80s. For many of us, we will spend the rest of our lives with Pluto in Aquarius. Some of us may see Pluto enter Pisces.  For the Pluto in Leo generation, from 1938 to 1958, Pluto in Aquarius will be a Pluto opposition. The Leo generation saw World War 2 and the installation of the globalism that has been a source of tyranny for decades. The opposition now will see the dismantling of this system and it is high time. Pluto is unforgiving and relentless in its energy cycles.  It often allows things to get out of control before it comes in and brings its own version of truth and right sizing.

We’re due for this change now and Pluto in Aquarius is going to usher in the light that will further unravel so much of the 3D darkness that we have lived in for a very long time. Pluto works like a glacier, moving slowly and steadily forward, carving up the land as it passes over it. The results of a glacier’s movement are not immediately visible, but the landscape it moves over is permanently altered.

January’s new moon on the 11th is the last hurrah for Pluto in Capricorn as it features a wide but potent aspect to Pluto. It is not going to leave Capricorn without reminding us of all of the changes it brought so we don’t forget that our landscape has been permanently altered. There is no returning to the old ways so we might as well accept that a new higher vibe paradigm has moved in and learn how to make the most of it.

The full moon on January 25 features Pluto front and center as it makes a conjunction to the sun in Aquarius and opposes the moon in Leo. The energy of that full moon may just see the fall of some public and government figures who have been operating in very selfish and self-centered ways, and who have taken advantage of the public for far too long. I think we will be seeing the dis-integration of quite a few ivory towers this month.

And there is more Capricorn action this month, especially at the full moon, which will take us into February, with Mercury, Venus, and Mars all in Capricorn. We are not finished with that energy yet. This will bring in the personal aspects of Capricorn’s clearing and if there is any old business we have not taken care of yet, we will have a chance to do so in late January going into February.

On January 21 we have the big move of Pluto into Aquarius on the same day as the Sun also moves into  Aquarius. That is significant because Aquarius is a 5D planet and we are going to officially be in 5D territory from here on out. Now that Pluto has permanently altered the geopolitical landscape, it is going to work on the energetic landscape. January 21 is also the day that Mercury finally ends its retro shadow and the node is at 19 Aries, the degree of the April 2024 total solar eclipse.

That is why I have been saying that we need to start being more aware of the energy, of energetic resonance, congruence, and flow because this is where we awaken and remember our true power as creators. Never doubt that our power to create our own reality extends to influencing the global reality as well. And with the vast majority of humanity connected as we are today, that influence is powerful indeed.

We are truly the family of humanity and we have a strong awareness of and connection to everything that happens around the world. Nearly every place in the world is accessible to us via the internet. For example, did you know that there is an internet application called Radio Garden that you can use to listen to any radio station in the world, in real time? I use it to listen to radio stations in France, Australia, and other countries around the world. In fact, if you are trying to learn a new language, it is a great tool to use to practice your fluency. I have read that if you can understand radio announcers, who talk very fast, you can consider yourself to be fluent in a language.

Everything is super charged today, changes happen with lightning speed, and events take hours or days, not weeks or months. I was very active on the internet in the late 1990s and wrote the first book on the internet and business then. I quoted an article that said that an email could go around the world in 24 hours. Now a social media post can go around the world in seconds. While you may not like everything on the internet, it can be a force for good, for awakening, connection, and for enlightenment.

January’s theme is revitalization and it is a welcome step in a blessed direction as we could all use some new perspectives, focus, and direction now. To revitalize something is to bring it back to life, to refresh its purpose, to give it a new mission and focus. What a fitting theme for the first month of 2024, a year of great potential. We can’t revitalize without including the past or remembering why something didn’t work out, was disappointing, or did not meet our expectations. Sometimes it is our expectations which got us into trouble in the first place, so maybe that is a good place to begin our revitalization.

If you have spent much of the last 4 years dealing with life and health challenges, like me, this is a good month to bring new life to your life. What is important to you now may have changed and that’s a great place to start. Life is dynamic, not static, and we do change our priorities and possibilities over time.  Use January’s theme of revitalization to enhance and support what is important to you, and to prune away what is not.

This is a good month to do an energy inventory and assess what is truly important and meaningful to you, and what no longer matters. You may find that you just cannot tolerate having these things in your life any more, and if so then it’s time to walk

 away. Walking away can also mean disconnecting energy cords and removing our energetic support for any beliefs, attitudes, memories, and situations that no longer have a place in our life or in our energy field.

We do not have the energy to support what we no longer resonate with, nor do we need to. And letting go is part of revitalization, especially when we are letting go of things that we can no longer tolerate, manage, or want to deal with. So do not be afraid to let go of old energy  paradigms because that is necessary to creating new ones. And the new 5D Pluto in Aquarius paradigm is going to bring in some very big changes, just like it did during its previous Aquarius cycle that started in 1778.

There is more good news with the Alpha Omega portals in effect this month as these support both beginnings and endings and really help tie up loose ends. And Pluto in Aquarius is going to have a close aspect to Jupiter in Taurus for several months, shaking up the rampant materialism and self-centered behavior that seems to have become a new social norm. And that includes the illusions of glamour, fame, and money that have become the new marketing models for so many on the internet.

Have you noticed that there are fewer ‘influencers’ now, and fewer people trying to gain online celebrity and fame by flaunting their usually phony lifestyles and money? Watch that decline even further as Pluto in Aquarius shifts that landscape too. There will be far more focus on the 5D energies of community, connection, cooperation, collaboration, and creativity and far less on 3D carats, cash, and crass behavior.

If you have felt defeated by what has been going on in the world in the past few years January is a good time to regain your mojo. The hard part of being awakened and aware is that you have a different perspective and a deeper understanding of world events and happenings. You see the truth but you may be the lone beacon of light trying to shine in the darkness. But as people awaken, and that has been increasing exponentially lately, you become the voice of truth that everyone wants to listen to. Miracles and energy shifts abound now so be open to receiving because it’s time for the light to shine.

January is a potent shift in awareness and a much needed energy reboot that is welcome after the heavy energy of 2023. It ushers in just enough change while also maintaining just enough of the status quo to remind us to deal with the past we want to have closure with so we can truly start the year fresh. Remember January’s 9 energy is not an invitation to rush out of the starting gate, it’s a reminder to make sure we have the route planned, gas in the car, we have done the routine maintenance to prepare for the road trip, and have plenty of snacks to keep us nourished.

It definitely will not be a boring month and it will bring in fresh ideas and perspectives, new plans and projects, and a revitalization of our perspectives so we can truly make the most of this year of the SHIFT and of our new 5D I AM paradigm. Some weeks have stronger energy than others and this is a big one, starting with the new moon on December 12.  It's a powerhouse of energy and it continues for the next 3 weeks, to the end of the month and the end of the year.  Yes even with Mercury retro starting on December 14, it is not going to slow down this energy blast. In fact, it makes it stronger!

For those of us who have struggled with Pluto in Capricorn (that's most of us), that journey is nearly over. Just a few more weeks and we'll end that cycle which began in 2008. Definition something to celebrate!

We have also had stronger than normal solar flare activity, and that's incoming this week.

If you thought that 2023 would end quietly, it won't but it will go our with an energy blast that is worthy of putting an end to this tough year and this tough cycle.

Is everyone well fed and over-shopped? I do not go out this weekend because it is too chaotic, too much traffic, too many people, too much weird energy. So I stay home, catch up with family and friends, and have a quiet day.

We have only 6 weeks left in 2023 and then we're in a new year with a new vibe. 2023's number vibe is 7, the number of spiritual initiation. We get the descension energy in 6 and the integration of 8 (which is the energy of 2024) and the in between place is 7, where we have to do all of the review, release, reconsider, and re-orientation work.

This is where we reconcile the past to become more fully energetically congruent in the present so we can fully engage with the 8 energy of instant manifestation and unbounded potential. That is what we can look forward to in 2024.

For now we have 6 more weeks of 2023 and all of the gifts of awakening, awareness, and clarity that it has to offer.

And if you slept a lot over the weekend - as in you could not stay awake and took 2 or more long naps every day (I did), you're not alone.

I did not intend to be offline all weekend but I was too tired and too busy taking multiple naps to do much else. I feel that it is in preparation for Monday's full moon (that's today) and the energy coming in is stronger and very different.

I do not remember being this tired in quite a while. Of course I have been up at 3AM too but I do go back to sleep eventually. This is different and in addition to long (2+ hours) naps I have been having dreams of meetings and battles and communities and talking to people and plans unfolding and of working hard.

When I wake up I feel like I have been literally 'out of this world' and I am not really rested even though I have slept half the afternoon or evening. And then I am still tired enough to go to bed by 11PM (which is very early forme!

How is your day going?

A friendly reminder that we are in an eclipse portal that ended  on October 29 so if you’re feeling wired, tired, fried, and strung out, that’s why. The energies are intense and everything is shifting quickly and mightily. The world stage is a mirror of what is happening energetically and we are seeing so many layers of density and brokenness, a total lack of integrity, of genuine higher vibe alignment – it can be depressing. Just remember that we have to know what’s in the dark so we can create the light necessary to overwhelm it.

I wrote about the decaying 3D paradigm a few days ago, which explains what we are seeing. Not only is 3D dis-integrating (coming apart) because of 5D energy integration, but the 3D systems that support the darkest of these energies are decaying, like the rotten potato I found in my bag which caused me to think about these decaying systems. We have a visual representation of that rotting, decaying mess right now. Don’t lose hope – light always overtakes darkness.

Since I began writing this newsletter in February 2004 I have always said that we are ending karma in this lifetime and that includes our own grief and energy trauma, the karma cycles we have with our karma and soul groups, our soul contracts, and those that the earth has with us. This is an important step in our ascension cycle because there is no karma in 5D so whatever karma clearing is happening individually and collectively, it’s all part of the process. This week’s newsletter and podcast theme addresses the topic of karma. And it fits with the October theme of catharsis and November’s theme of reclamation.!

I have long suspected that I had some serious past life issues around being a prisoner, being shackled, persecuted, tormented, judged and suffering as a result of injustice, abuse of power, persecution, and control. But I had no idea, until serious health issues forced me to look deeply within my energetic and karma core for clues to understanding why this was happening in my life and understand how far back these energetic imprints go and to what extent I have lived my life through them.

For many years I joked that I must have frozen to death Ina past life because I hate being cold and I always have a jacket or sweater with me, extra clothes in my car, and am always prepared for inclement weather. I wasn’t wrong, I just didn’t know it at the time.

For the past five years I have noticed this trend in my clients too, as I can always trace present life issues to past life traumas and show them how they can be healed and overcome. And these past life issues generally come up around serious life issues that they feel very challenged and disempowered by.

I used to do past life readings 20 years ago and they were always interesting and highly correlated to what was going on in someone’s current lifetime. Every challenging theme in someone’s life today was a reflection of some important karmic issue from their past.  Here’s one of my favorites from these past life readings out of the hundreds that I have done. (listen to the podcast for details of this karma history).

In my case, some of my karmic history included a time when I starved to death in a French dungeon, where I was shackled to a wall for expressing my political beliefs. In another place which looked like ancient Sumeria, I was a powerful teacher who was enslaved by the government, persecuted, imprisoned, and eventually executed for refusing to deny my beliefs that opposed existing dogma.

And in ancient Egypt I was an imprisoned queen, on public display in a cage, shackled at the ankles and used as a war trophy to intimidate and control my people by those who had overrun and occupied my country. In these past lifetimes, the person (me) was immobilized, imprisoned, and profoundly persecuted, which are powerful karmic themes for me today.  I lost everything because of others’ jealousy and betrayals.

Have you noticed how I have become the leading voice against content theft and theft of IP? These things have been happening to me in this lifetime and most recently in my business. I speak out and act very aggressively against people who steal my content and since doing this for the past 10 years I have inspired and encouraged many of you to go after people who steal your content (which is a great thing). From a karma standpoint, having my property, personal assets, and freedoms taken from me has been a long-standing theme in my karma repertoire.

As I looked at these lifetimes that involved extreme persecution I could see myself move from anger to despair at my situation. Struggle was futile, escape was impossible, and in a modern-day insight, I realized that the only way I knew of escaping from imprisonment was to die, which is what nearly occurred with severe health issues I experienced a few years ago.

As you know, in this lifetime, I was paralyzed by a vaccine at age 5 and could not move for 2 years and did not walk for 5 years. I have also had 3 near death experiences in which I was told it was not my time to leave so I had to stay. I also had an acute case of appendicitis that resulted in the discovery of what could have been a life ending problem which somehow did not manifest or I would have died 10 years ago.

If death was my past life option to escape imprisonment  and persecution, there are other options available to me today, which is why I am still here and still alive. Once I understood the karmic core trauma issue, which is a repetitive situation around being imprisoned, shackled, tormented, and persecuted (I have recurring problems with my ankles), being immobilized or ‘imprisoned’ or paralyzed, and being silenced for speaking out, I knew what was causing the situations I have experienced in this lifetime.

So I have the karmic scenario and know the core trauma energy, now it’s time to create a different solution to end the karma and to step out of this cycle that has repeated itself so many times in my lifetimes and in my life today.

If you can relate to any of this, there is powerful healing available to you once you are able to identify the karmic cycles you are part of and create new options for your life. What’s the core issue around a karmic cycle? It’s the thing that keeps repeating itself over and over again, maybe it looks a little different each time, but it is the same kind of situation.

What I have described here is my experience of karma and its trauma. There were other people involved – what about them?

Well, that’s another aspect of karma that is quite compelling, I just looked at my energy trauma from my karma perspective. What about the people involved in the karma with you? What happens to them? Well, they come along for the karma ride and you stay with each other through lifetimes, repeating the same karma over and over again.

For example, who was persecuting me and why? What was their objective in challenging me on every level – what did they want and hope to achieve? And how do they figure into my life today?

You probably won’t be surprised to learn that my biggest persecutors in past lives are part of  my karma circle and soul group and some of them are my closes family members (parents and siblings). One of my most aggressive betrayers in a past life is a man I fell deeply in love with and wanted to marry although it never worked out. I had a great relationship with a man I worked with and realized he had a past life as a roman guard who was one of my protectors (I always liked and trusted him).

Have you ever met someone who you instantly liked or disliked, or who was hell bent on making your life difficult? Welcome to your karma!

Why is it important? Because it is the reason for your lifetime today, to experience it and to create a different outcome.

How do you manage this karma and the people who come along for the ride? Unless you are consciously aware of it, you do the same thing each time, unaware of what is happening and not seeing the repetition, and repeating the pain without realizing that you are doing it.

With awareness, you can see the pattern,  create multiple alternative solutions, and have the courage to implement at least one of them. Usually, the answer is the one thing that you do not want to do or have been resisting.

But there is a reason for all of this (isn’t there always a reason), and it has to do with ascension, transformation, transitions, and new beginnings. As Jesus said, ‘you cannot put new wine in old wineskins,’ and I don’t think he was talking about alcoholic beverages.

If we’re the ‘new wine’ we can’t step into our new paradigms still carrying our old beliefs, habits, energies, frequencies, and karmic patterns. I have often referenced the eye of the needle’ in my writings about karma and soul groups and that can refer to the biblical verse in Matthew 19 but we are not talking about camels and needles here. I think the bible verse translation is wrong and rather than referring to a ‘rich’ man, it should refer to a burdened man, someone who is carrying a lot of baggage.

How much karmic baggage do you think you can take with you as you go through the eye of the needle in your life (which is the 4D bridge between 3D and higher dimensions)?  How much are you willing to delay that journey to keep your karma commitments intact? And before you say ‘of course not’, remember you have agendas, motivation, reasons, purposes, and a whole lot of emotional energy tied into your karma. This is a very complex situation and you are not going to go down without a fight.

What do we do to release our baggage? We arrive at what we think is its core and uncover that truth, which includes the actions we repeat, our personal agendas (because we have one/many), lifetimes of effort and focus, a lot of expectations, the desire to have validation for our suffering, and more. Then we dig a little deeper to find the bigger truth, the one that lets us see the connections between every situation, relationship, person, belief, and event that we have experienced in our lifetime, uncover the buried lifetimes they are related to, and see how we have built and retro fit our lives today to  re-create them.

And if we aren’t ready to see that yet we will get a big push, in the form of a life event that compels us to really take notice, to explore those areas until we are willing to face ourselves in all of our aspects, history, and energy so we know exactly what is required to bring us back to wholeness  or being karma free.

So often we tend to simplify karma into a continuous  interplay of one upmanship where someone did something to us in one lifetime so we’re going to get back at them in another, and that is one aspect of our karma connections. But they are so much more than that too. Deep trauma, hurt, pain, and suffering demand some kind of restitution and we want to know that someone could do better so we’ll give them every opportunity to prove that they can.  Or we want a do-over to undo past actions so we’ll engage with the same people over and over again, hoping the ‘next time’ will be different. Our emotional trauma is a sordid tale of love denied, lost love, unrequited love, abandonment, betrayal, and extreme disappointment.

We are not blameless either, as we make it our life purpose to make someone see the light, change their ways, and make amends for the wrongs they caused us. In addition to our karma connections we have secret agendas, the 4 karma anchors, the 3 karma expressions, the 4 karma embodiments and the 5 karma agendas.

Karma is complicated and ending it is not that simple but it can be done and it’s time for us to consider that as an option before we dive into another iteration of karma with someone who has already let us down multiple times and will probably do so again.

It is a journey from healing to wholeness which leads to congruence and harmony and whatever is the source of our core trauma is preventing us from being ‘whole’. Karmic cycles are energy drains which use our energy, limiting our ability to expand into higher aspects and to release the density necessary to achieve new frequencies and cross over into higher dimensions.

Hidden within our core karma is how we have experienced 3D energy that now weighs our soul down with pain and fear. Like the ballast that weighs down a hot air balloon, if the balloon is to rise, the ballast must go over the edge. The choice is ours, to stay on the ground or to rise, to be in a karmic cycle or to forge a new path.

There is no better time than now to do this level of work, as the entire universe is encouraging us to complete this and move into the next phase of our ascension cycles. It’s your time and your turn, are you willing to throw off some karma ballast and soar?
