It is a time of great change, and of course, this means that everything is affected. It is not like a single stream of light that inspires a plant to grow, it is a planetary, universal change that is comprehensive and profound. So be kind to yourself and others. This is one big birthing process and there are many, many contractions required to bring this transformation into being over a period of many years. You came here for this, so ride the waves of change with as much patience and grace and trust that you can. Helping your mind understand the magnitude of these times is helpful, for it gives you a detached, wise view. If your view is small, you will easily get caught in the undertow. Think big, be big and hop up on your surfboard. It is important not to get caught in your body’s daily aches and pains of transformation, for this can take you down. Stretch, support, find the fire within (no matter how small the flame) and keep breathing deep into your toes. You are birthing your body through radical transformation and it is capable of doing it, especially if you believe it is so.

You know by now that this is a consciousness revolution, so use your own expansion of being to lead you through the changes. Your small mind will keep you myopic and small, when connecting to divine mind will support you through this the entire way. Connect with your deep inner knowing. Your heart will tell you the truth. This is monumental, global, galactic recalibration and it is also happening to each microcosm as it contributes to the macrocosm. If you are only focused on survival in your small world (which is what the oppressors intended) then you will miss the magnificence of these times. Think big, be big, know big, act big. Contribute huge positive energy into the cosmic stream.

Lightworkers have always been separated out in their incarnation. They are doing their best to heal the myriad of persecution wounds they have experienced in order to remember the powerful being they really are and fire up to participate in the transformation into the Aquarian Age on Mother Earth. We are coming together out of our solitude to strengthen in solidarity. We have had to heal our loneliness and realize it was only an illusion that pushed us toward our greater being. A child without playmates has many in spirit, physical challenges inspire the development of extrasensory abilities and an isolated adult chooses to seek companionship with God; this is often the path of the spiritual warrior. This conflicted experience perfectly prepares the incarnated Soul to know at a deep level they are never alone and are always connected to All That Is. Otherwise, a Soul is trapped in an unrealized expression. Our job is to be a lively expression of our authentic Selves to contribute to this Great Awakening, both within and in the stream of inspiration for others.

Hold onto your hats for an onslaught of realizations coming to the outer world. The dam has been broken as the false barriers can no longer be sustained in the higher frequencies of light now resident on the planet. Be the calm that others can find theirs as they traverse the flood of new information. You were a forerunner so that you could hold the light at this time, for nothing really surprises you anymore. Hold the line. Be there for others who ask for insight but being an evangelist during a crisis is never welcome and usually contributes to further shut down. Stay strong, stay open and stay kind with those who are trying to understand. You are being asked to be the calm in the storm all the while trusting the storm as necessary, helpful and hopeful. No one knows the outcome for it is being created by the new consciousness and you are an important part of that stream of creation. The primary covenants are divinely guided and are founded on love, peace, equality, truth, and abundance for all. It is up to the collective consciousness to build upon that and create a new world inspired by these divine, heart-centered principles.

Know that you are contributing to the creation of the new Earth as you continually calibrate your thoughts, intentions, words and actions to these indelible truths.

Hello, our dear ones. We are the Council of Light, and we greet all of you with the highest love. We are always present. We are among you all, and those of you who open your awareness to us, perhaps feel our energy and our presence more strongly.

We never have a shortage of wisdom and messages to share. What we wish to focus on today is how to help you all recognize the greatest teachers in your lives and understand that while there are many teachers — many of those who have ascended the average level of consciousness and teachers who have been with humanity throughout times — these teachers were meant to teach many.

And each of you have different teachers in your lives. They may not be well known, but they will always be renowned as long as your soul has opened up to the meaningful presence, energies, and teachings that they bring to your life.

Recognizing the Three Types of Teachers in Your Life

There are three different teachers, and while teachers can bring many lessons, they tend to show up in your lives in very unique ways. And some of these teachers may not always appear through the lens of love.

They sometimes may bring bad news. Sometimes they may wear the mask of a rather unpleasant energy, lesson or emotion, but remember that all emotions come as teachers, and all teachers are here to bring a lesson.

It is up to them to show up in your life, to interact with you, albeit for a short or for a longer period of time, but it is ultimately up to each of you to question what it is that they were meant to bring to your life, and how you are meant to learn, grow, and expand from those experiences.

The First Teacher Triggers Your Journey

The first type of teacher is sometimes an adversary. And an adversary is one who perhaps shows up and may bring at first an energy of discord, an emotion or a feeling that may initially be experienced by you as frustration, hurt, loss, or rejection.

And remember, our dear ones, that although these emotions may be difficult in the moment, they are all destined to catapult you to higher learning. It is those triggers, however they may have been brought on in your life —whether it is one who has disappointed you, one who has perhaps made you feel smaller or belittled — it is those triggers that invite you to look within yourselves, to ask why you have been triggered, how you are meant to overcome these triggers.

And it is, in essence, those triggers that reflect to you an area of vulnerability. And this is why it is important to be vulnerable. Because when you open yourself up to being vulnerable, you begin to understand how and where your soul needs to heal. It is those wounds that arise as hurt and vulnerability, yet once you acknowledge those deeper inner wounds, you take the very important journey towards healing, growth, surrender, and letting go.

Remember that those who trigger you are simply here to teach you something, and there may be many individuals who trigger you, perhaps in a different or in similar ways.

Recognize these souls not as individuals who come to hurt you, but oftentimes they are here to show you something about yourself that needs to be seen, witnessed, and experienced.

The Second Teacher Helps You Recognize & Release

The second type of teacher is the individual who teaches you how to let go and how to surrender.

Sometimes these may be the same teachers that trigger you, but they may entirely represent a different individual or group of individuals, and they are here to encourage you to let go and to surrender, to acknowledge those triggers, to honor and recognize what it is that you need to attain and achieve within yourself.

It is the individuals that help you release and remember that there are a number of ways in which you can release. Perhaps it is those who offer a shoulder to cry on an ear when you need to discuss or vent. Sometimes those teachers come as individuals who allow you to temporarily escape the hurt, to laugh, to release in a multitude of ways.

Those are the teachers who help you transition from the trigger point to the healing point. They carry you, they hold you, and they uplift you. Oftentimes, these teachers, though they may be present in your life for a short time, they tend to be people who are known as friends, as colleagues, as your support network.

The Third Teacher Helps You Learn & Heal

And, our dear ones, there is a third type of teacher. These teachers often come as the healers.

Understand that those who heal are those who allow you to connect to a higher consciousness, to fully integrate within your being the actual lesson that you needed to learn from those inner wounds. For once you acknowledge those wounds, once you learn to release and let them go, you are ready to commence the process of healing.

And healing is partly a reflection of your ability to surrender and let go. But true healing comes with the ability to learn; to learn the lesson at hand, to understand what it is that you learned from the hurt, how you have let go of the hurt, and how you then heal by stepping into a higher plane and realm of consciousness.

When you are healed from those triggers, you learn to connect with a higher energy — one that is more neutral to those triggers in the future, or in the very least one that allows you to be more resilient to any triggers.

This does not mean that you will never be triggered again. It simply means that when you are triggered, you are going to be able to immediately bridge from the trigger to the release and the healing that is essential.

When you heal, our dear ones, you rise above the initial hurt, and you learn to connect to wisdom within yourself that is always connected to Source. This reminds you of what it is that your soul chose to learn from those triggers. In many ways, these teachers are here to help you journey on the path to higher learning. Healing is one sure way to receive and instill this learning within yourselves.

We will also leave you with this very important message that though loved ones around you may come as teachers at different stages and phases in your learning and growth, we wish for you all to remember that all of those teachers — at an energetic level — are connected to you from a place of love.

No matter how they show up, no matter how long they stay, they are here to help awaken the teacher within each of you. For first and foremost, you are all your highest and best teacher to yourselves and the way in which you allow the inner teacher to emerge is by first recognizing that you are always in receipt of wisdom and messages from beyond.

The more you open yourself up to these messages, the faster you learn and emerge from any and all hurt and the more quickly you learn to connect with the lessons that your soul has come here to embrace.

We are always present to guide you towards the path of healing. You have all the support, all the tools, and all the resources to expand this learning in a way that serves your highest and greatest good.

You are so much more than you know. It is so easy to perceive and feel that you are small and weak and insignificant, but this is just not true. When you realize that your skin is not your outer limit but just the shell of your container, you can conceive that there is actually no limit to you. You are both a receiver and a transmitter, and you have profound influence on the field. The combination of all of your faculties that resonate together to receive and then broadcast creates a tone, a frequency, that contributes to creation. You are either quietly tapping along with the music or beating on a giant drum or ringing an immense bell, what do you choose? Your consciousness about what you contribute is also an important factor, for then, simultaneously you become the composer, the musician and the conductor. Do you see that you are created in the image of the Divine that you can hear and contribute to The Great Symphony?

So, think about what all of those roles must do to and keep in tune. Hold a frequency in your own body that is responsive. A clear bell rings clear, a broken or encumbered bell rings dull. Stay connected to Divine Source for inspiration and trust that it is always there for you. Stay neutral and be open to receive. Show up with your talents to transcribe and perform the music. Practice and play often to keep yourself in the groove. Maintain your love of music and curiosity to learn more. Avoid being tangled in theory and imperfections. Keep doing it for love. Stay happy and positive as much as possible, while also understanding that your own emotional complexities help you know the depths of those important base tones too. Naturally step up as a leader as inspired. If you can hear all of the varying tones and complexities of the music and each player’s role in it, then you are perfectly ready to be in the conductor role, all the while remaining humble. Your childlike sense of play, deep love for self and others, and wise perspective will bode well in leading the group. Keep your ego in check and allow your True Spirit to lead. Always remember, with unwavering conscious devotion, your original purpose of receiving and transmitting the music of the spheres. Keep showing up. Your participation and your contribution makes a difference. The song of your heart matters. You are a valuable member of the band!

There is much interfering noise trying to distract you from all of this. The first step is to make sure your bell can ring clear; this is your greatest responsibility. Ensure that your mind is not running off with you and making you crazy with fear. You are in charge! Stop the ruminations and redirect them to work for you and to creating what you do want. If you are the victim of your mind’s ramblings, it is critical for you to change this entrapment. The outer world does all it can to influence your mind for its own purposes, so do not allow anyone or anything to have control over your precious mind. Once your mental sovereignty is secured, you are safely in the influence of your Higher Mind and aligned with the direction of your Sacred Heart that does not lead you astray. Live from your heart and expect your mind to follow your intentions as established there. Line up with love. Line up with peace. Line up with all that you desire for yourself and the world. One for All, All for One. Maintaining your sovereignty over the external noise means it does not have power over you. No longer your primary influence, you are free. Now you can hear the promptings of your own Soul. Now when you pick up your instrument, you are playing in alignment with the real music, the real healing and uplifting tones of the universe. So shut out the noise and listen. Nature is already attuned, so any time spent listening to that melodious symphony will recalibrate you. Choose the real sound, not the false ones meant to suppress your True Self. When you are in your True Power, nothing can have power over you, and then you are humbly connected to Divine Power without interference.

So, as of this moment, choose to hear only the pure, true tones of your Divine Self. Intend that all false sounds cease and your authentic harmony with the Great Divine Tones continue. There will be no limit to the miracles of creation that will resound from you.

Let the symphony begin!

We are the Andromedan Council of Light, and we are very excited to connect with humanity. 

It is a wonderful time there on Earth to be seeking out your own sense of fulfillment and satisfaction, and that is because you have never had more access than you do right now to so much energy. You have never experienced your creative potential as welling up inside of you, like you do now. You are amidst wonderful energies of change, and these energies are meant to stimulate the new, to bring about that which is different. You all know that you like what is different, and you know how capable you are of bringing to fruition something that you would like to experience that goes beyond that which is traditional.

The religions of Earth are very traditional. They are steeped in traditions, rituals, and practices that are quite out-dated, and you are bringing into your awareness now that which is new and different. And in so doing, you get to create the different world, the new world that you want to experience. You are doing it. You have already done it to some extent because here you are, receiving this transmission, and these transmissions are not the norm. This is a different experience for so many, and many are not ready for this type of communication, but you are.

And so, as you embark upon the rest of your time there in the fourth dimension, begin to consider what it is that you would like to see in your experience that is different from what you have been experiencing, and then ask yourself the question, ‘Do I believe it is possible?’ If you don’t believe that something is possible, then focus on something that you do believe is possible, so that you can demonstrate to yourself that you are in fact a conscious and deliberate creator of your reality. You can bring about the different experiences in your lives and in the world, but you need to believe that it is possible to do so.

Now, one of the ways you can help yourselves in this regard is to acknowledge that you don’t have to do it all yourself. You have helpers that are unique to you as individuals, and you have helpers like us, and we are looking out for all of humankind, as are many groups here in the higher realms. Now, you also have the ability to change everything by changing a single thought, and when you demonstrate to yourselves that you can do this, you will then feel more in alignment with that new world that you want to see and experience in your reality.

Don’t wait for ships to land or governments to crumble. Don’t wait for a financial collapse or a solar flash, or anything else that you’ve been hearing about now for quite some time. Let the change begin with you and the very easy way that exists for you to see something differently, to change your thought about something, someone, or some group, that will help you move past the old ways and move into the new world that you and others like you have been co-creating.

Your nervous system is charged up with frequencies to help your body transform into its higher state. The ear-ringing, body tension, sore muscles, different sleep patterns, emotional swings, brain fog, appetite fluctuations – all of it is a result – so it is important to be especially gentle with yourself now. Mentor yourself through everything now by ensuring that you are in communion with your higher self, listening to and trusting your inner voice, instincts, intuition and promptings. You are your own best guide through it all. Defaulting to external guidance just keeps you in a spin. There is lots of dross out there, so choose your external inspirations wisely. If it uplifts you, allow it to, and if it doesn’t, discard it right away. There is tremendous sorting going on right now and it is essential that you learn to repel lower frequency things immediately so that you build up your natural shielding. This is the time to bring out your inner warrior; the one who has been trained out of you to comply and accept and avoid and not to upset the status quo. Well, the status quo has become so tainted and controlled that it is time to be a systems buster. Not by resistance, but by not allowing the old corrupt system to infiltrate anymore and to turn, in strength, to emanate what it is you do want and create from there.

On one hand, you are integrating intense new energies coming in to support the revitalization of your true self, and on the other, you are standing strong to deal with the acknowledgement and sorting of that which no longer supports the new world you are creating. Bring out your warrior spirit to handle it all. The most important thing to do it to know, in every aspect of your being, that you are powerful. You are wise. You are receptive with fine acuity to your inside and outside world. You know, in your heart, what serves you and others. You do not allow your mind to run off with you, as it is not fueled by fear, it is committed to service for love. It is locked in now. Your heart guides you. You are strong, so you are able to identify and accept the truth immediately because your attention is required in service to it. Assess the situation and act accordingly to your heart’s truth. Rest well, trusting your heart will inform you of required action in the perfect timing. Be like a cat – able to chill without being on red alert, and yet attuned to your environment and able to react with grace and agility in lightning speed. Yes, be like a cat. Connected half and half with the physical and etheric world, wise and confident, sensitive and strong, ready for anything, anytime and yet able to completely relax in the warm sunshine. You are all of this and more.

Much is churning in the outer world. With conviction and courage, and the determination to know the truth – and your truth – intend that you are most responsible for dealing with your own experience with integrity and strength. If each one did this for themselves, it makes the greatest contribution to The One. At our core, the beings of light are all here for the same purpose, to resolve the imbalances that have occurred by eradicating the world of the distorted darkness so that all can live free. It is time in this evolutionary story, for the consciousness of light to expand and take back charge of this Earthly realm. This is your ultimate purpose, to contribute to and experience this transformation. Feel deep inside of yourself how you know that you are a part of this next step in our evolution. Your heart has always known this. Your head will tell you there is nothing you can do, but do not listen. What you emanate in every aspect of your being in every moment, contributes to the whole. You are love. You are powerful. You are God consciousness in action. You care about it all. You know, deep in your heart, that you are part of the stream of life and that stream is coming alive and imbued with greater light in every moment! You ARE the stream of light that is creating the new world.

Use the power of your consciousness to create. Envision the world as it could be in its highest expression. Envision everyone coming together and living their lives based on love. Imagine how the world supports the magic of children and of new creations and of systems that are created by each one of us together, the brilliant people who care about people. Imagine heart-centred communities and interactions in harmony with the natural world. Imagine a clean world where we all live and travel freely without restriction. Imagine rules based on morality and freedom. Out picture a realm that honours all others as expressions of the same Source light. It is all possible as we make it so. Our hearts all desire the same thing, it is time to unite in common purpose. All we each need is to be and do, in each moment, what it is we desire to create. Each emanation creates the whole. We’ve got this!

Remember, too, to be guided by the purity of the universal laws of cause and effect, attraction, correspondence, rhythm, oneness, polarity, etc., for they govern our realm. Continue to intend that you are strong, resilient and responsive. You are a warrior for the light and the reestablishment of the rightfully powerful human love beings on Mother Earth. Estimate only your true power and contribution to this, after all, it is why your Soul chose to be here at this transformative time. You know, to shine in your greatest feline glory!

It’s easy to sink to another’s level. In fact it is the easiest thing because you are influenced by their energy and therefore have the ability to match it or rise above it.

It takes mastery to remain in a higher state of vibration, of being, of responsiveness because it takes effort, awareness, choice to not sink to another person’s level. It doesn’t mean you see them as less, but like Jesus said, they know not what they are doing, in other words they are unaware of who they are, disconnected from their true being, true essence.

And that’s is a challenge for you when you face such individuals because in that challenge, in that face to face confrontation, you have a choice at that particular moment to be like them, to sink to their level, to disconnect from your essence, or to be the master that you are and remain in that state of connection, realizing, recognizing, knowing they know not what they are doing, without the necessity to judge, simply to recognize they are not being their full selves.

It takes mastery to not sink, to not get influenced, to keep aligning with spirit, with your essence, your higher self and that’s why it is mastery. So you forgive yourself when your sink and allow yourself to practice some more until you no longer need to practice. Like every master, you are a student first and you practice until the practice becomes you, therefore no longer needing to practice.

Recognizing these simple truths is always a big step in your advancement, growth, evolution, expansion. So it is all working perfectly for you to succeed, you see.

How did the hermits find fullness in seclusion if it wasn’t something to be found within? How did they reach enlightenment in seclusion, in silence, if it wasn’t part of the process? Of course you don’t need to seclude yourself anymore, but you do need silence still. In silence you can hear the voice within. In silence you can feel the world within. You can hear your own thoughts, you can be aware of your own emotions, and you can observe yourself without any outside influence telling you what it means.

How did the hermits feel fullness in a cave, unless that fullness was already within? The doing gets you going in the world you live in, while simultaneously it keeps you distracted from the world within you, the real world that is already full. When we say you are extracting those states and qualities from within you, it is because they are already there, independent of the outside events and circumstances, and it is up to you to reach inward and extract them out. You can be at peace no matter what’s going on, because you are at peace with you. You can be in love no matter who is there or not, because you are in love with you. You can be in joy whether something is happening or not, whether you are doing something or not, because you feel the joy from within yourself, the joy of being, the joy of being one with Source, the joy of being Home.

How did the hermits do it back then? They realized everything they are looking for on the outside already existed on the inside, and they withdrew from the world, from the outside, in order to find what they seek within. And when they did, they were a changed person, because they became the master they realized they are. You all can do this. Mastery is not reserved for a select few. The only reason Ascended Masters and Enlightened Beings walked amongst you is to show you what is possible, not to tell you they are the exception.

You will become the master yourself once you detach from everything outside of you, and no longer give meaning to anything outside of you, as being more powerful than you, more valuable than you. When you finally realize you are the source of all your experiences, and you are the source of all that you feel, and all you create in mind, then you realize you have the keys to the kingdom. That you can create whatever you desire without moving from where you are. That you can create any experience without anything happening or changing on the outside. That you can travel to far distant lands without leaving your couch. And we are not talking about some virtual reality game that you plug into, but the vast spaces within yourself, the infinite capabilities of your own mind. For remember, that mind is connected to universal mind as much as it is connected to any other mind on your planet. You can call it the collective consciousness and the universal consciousness which contains all consciousness. When you tap into the storehouse of infinite consciousness, you can see what your eyes cannot see. You have access to knowledge that your fellow men don’t. You have access to information that the world around you cannot provide.

How did the hermits do it? They withdrew their attention from the world outside and delved into the world within, the world of creation within. You always create from within, never from without. They turned within to the source of their happiness or misery. They turned within to the source of their creations, their experiences. They turned within to the well within themselves of infinite riches, far beyond any riches they could find on Earth.

And it is a beautiful time on your planet, because having access to these states and emotions within yourself is now easier. For despite all the distractions, the energies coming in are supportive of you. There is an outpouring of energy coming to your planet from every angle at this moment, all for your upliftment, for your elevation, and these energies touch you without you even knowing. They come from everywhere, from your earth, from your animals, from your planet life, even within the air you breathe. Your evolution and transformation is being facilitated by higher beings offering you their light and love through these energies. Love and light that you can’t help but feel at some point no matter what you are going through. And so there is hope, because you are receiving, and your are changing, and luckily for you, you don’t have to retire to a cave. But you have to allow yourself some moments of silence, during which you open to receive more than what you can ask for, because we see you from a different perspective, and know what you need at a deeper level, at an energetic level, and we are all delivering to you one by one, wherever you are, in sleep and in wakefulness. So be ready for more, because more Is the mantra of this universe. More and more and more. It is infinite. So enjoy the ride!

You don’t have to do anything at all, your natural essence will naturally emerge. You just have to stop doing what suppresses your natural essence from emerging. You have to then let go trying to impress, to make things happen, to grab and hold on to, to prove, to justify, to be better than. You just have to let go what is not you in order for your natural essence to emerge.

You see, it’s not something you have to do, rather it is something you have to let go of, which is the notion that who you are is this body and this character. The idea that the Divine is this body and character. In other words, that the ego is equal with the Divine. The Divine is your natural essence, the ego is a man made construct, it is not Divine. It is an illusion, all the opposite of the Divine. Ego is limited, insecure, attached, focused on the external, on the physical, born from the physical, lives in the physical, is impressed by form, attached to form, attached to the doing. Your essence is the being that doesn’t need the physical to be, that doesn’t need to be doing anything in order to be, to exist.

The ego, the identity you have taken on, is only part of this world. Of course in the real reality which is infinite and eternal, you are all bodies, all qualities, all characters, all roles, and still none of them. It is like an actor who is able to take on any role and yet knows he is none of these roles. Your capacity to take on any role is infinite, but you are not any of these roles you play. That’s key because you are always playing, acting if you want on the big stage, universal stage on which we are all playing together in visible and invisible degrees.

Your natural essence is not something you need to earn or even bring out, indeed. It is not something you need to prove or be worthy of. Your essence is who you are, and when you are not standing in the way, your natural essence always emerges, for that which is within you is bigger than anything else, stronger than any illusion. But you can play within the illusion for as long as you like, you can go back and forth for as long as you like, as you are a free being, loved regardless, that is, unconditionally. There is no limit, no restriction, no requirement that is ever set upon you. In fact, you set these upon yourself, the ego sets these upon the character it is playing, believing in the character to be this or that. Your essence is infinite in potential, it is eternal and never dies, or changes, or gets blemished by any role you play.

And so, when you are wondering what to do to feel better, to raise your consciousness a little more, to reach a little higher, the answer is always, stop doing what you are doing, rather than do this or that. When you are judging, when you are complaining, when you are finding fault, when you are finding lack, when you are pushing against, trying hard, you are in effect blocking your natural essence from emerging. It is only when you let go that you find relief, that you find peace, and allow your essence to come to the surface. You can never snuff out the light that is within you. You can diminish its luster, you can hold a blanket and diminish its radiance, but you can never extinguish it. It is the light of Source itself, and you can never extinguish Source.

Therefore, be at ease, be in love, be in joy, is not something you need to try to be, it is something you naturally emanate when you allow yourself to let go of everything that is in the way. Every worry, every concern, every want, every desire, every complaint, every fault. To love unconditionally is to allow the mistakes to happen, and hold the other in the highest light, seeing them rise from their mistakes as a new being. And that is what Source sees in you every time you trip, every time you block the light, every time you stand in the way of your natural essence and live in the shadow of who you are. Because Source knows who you are, how powerful you are, and that it is impossible to stay there for long without realizing you are on the wrong track. And that is good news, because when you do realize you are running in the opposite direction of Source, of the light and love that you are, the feeling of unease becomes intolerable, and you cannot but run in the opposite direction, back into the arms of the Most High, back into the bosom of your true self, back into the essence of who you are.

There’s nothing you need to do that you are not already doing. There’s nothing you need to know that you don’t already know. There’s nothing you need to prove. There’s nothing you need to do, because who you are is a being of light, of love, of joy, and when you allow who you are to surface, it won’t matter what you do, where you are, or who is there. Because then, you will be connected to Source, acting as Source, in all you do, say, think and feel, and that is the ultimate place where you want to be.

The path to ascension is the path to your freedom and liberation. But how can you get there if you don’t know what it means? How can you get to unconditional love if you don’t know what love means, when your idea of love is about possessing?

Forget love, start with appreciation. You don’t have to love something to appreciate something about it. You don’t have to love your home to appreciate sleeping on a soft mattress. You don’t have to love your neighbor to appreciate the fact they keep to themselves or keep an eye on your house when you are away. You don’t have to love the chair to appreciate the support it gives you when you sit on it. You don’t have to love your car to appreciate the fact it drives you safely to where you need to go. Start here.

Forget joy and bliss, for your idea of joy is attached to the doing of something or being with someone or achieving something. Forget joy, start with feeling better. When you make a choice that feels better than the other choice you could have made,you are on the path to joy. Start with feeling better.

Forget being light, start by lightening your load so you feel lighter. start by delegating to universal forces all that is heavy and then you will be on your path to light.

Forget compassion, for your idea of what it means feels like pity and resistance. Send those suffering your prayers to overcome. Send them the intention you would like to receive if you were in their shoes.

To move forward on that path to freedom and love, you need to open up to different ways and expressions of what it means.

Forget abundance, start with enough. You don’t need to have plenty of everything in every moment but you can recognize when you have enough of what you need in every moment and make that enough.

When you have a full belly you ate enough. When you wake up refreshed you slept enough. When you put time and effort on a project you worked enough. When you go to the store and stand in the aisle that’s full of products and variety you have enough to choose from. Start with enough.

If the path was like a measuring stick, don’t measure yourself with the end of the stick. Take note of moving a little more towards the end, for that is the path and the end is a destination.

So forget perfection as a final product and start with better, a little better.

You need to charge the way you look at things and measure things in order to be free of these concepts and definitions and move past them. And when you release the definitions, the boxes that define things with borders, now you are free to move beyond these boxes, beyond 3d.

It is a path, a direct line to more, so you start where you are and move to a little better.

Feeling a little better.

Appreciating a little more.

Feeling a little fuller.

Feeling a little lighter.

And the time will come as you move on that path, when you would have become lighter, larger, bigger, better, fuller…. a larger version of you.

Don’t make it complicated.

Don’t make it hard on yourself.

You can say the journey is to move from an automatic reactive state into a heart centered, consciously creative state.

Since day one, you came into this world and you were told how it works, what is right and what is wrong, what is good and what is bad, what is acceptable and what is not, what you should and shouldn’t do, and it became the blueprint to navigate this world/reality. So you spent your life in reactive mode, reacting to everything happening based on these parameters and definitions of what this or that means.

And then one day you decide you no longer want to feel this way, and you move into another level of creator-hood. But it is the first level, when the ego’s idea of better, more, stronger, comes into play. So you begin to consciously create better from a self serving state, the ego state who wants to be better than, stronger than, richer than. And you begin to show others on the outside, with all the stuff that you gathered, that you are better, bigger …

And then, the heart must open, so you are no longer creating from the self serving ego, that relies on the external things, and begin to create from the heart, by accessing these states from within. The organ of the heart is on the inside of the body, and so to create from the heart is to create from the inside.

Now you begin to create these states of better, of more joy, more harmony, more abundance from the inside and operate from there. And since there are so many subjects on your world with which you are involved, you repeat that cycle in every area, with every subject, until you’ve mastered them all. That’s why you’ll see some people in control in one area but out of control in another. Say business vs relationships.

And when you finally open your heart, you will begin to see it all perfect at that level. The reactive state is perfectly reacting. The ego state is perfectly creating its self serving end. The heart state is perfectly creating these states from the heart, no longer creating on the outside, reacting to the outside.

And when you mastered all these subjects on your planet; what’s over there and its half stories, your family, friends, money, your governments, the stranger you meet, your colleagues, your business … now you have the opportunity to stay and guide others or to transition to the next level and help them from there.

In a nutshell, in practicality, that’s the journey, to move from a reactive state to a conscious state which must go in degrees, for ego comes first. Then the heart opens when ego realizes all it has built on the outside is not enough, that there is something inside missing. And when you master all these subjects in your life, in your world, you would have become the master you intended to be, and you would have become higher and larger, therefore becoming that larger, bigger, wiser version of you, what you call your higher self.

And the game repeats, for you to reach higher and create from higher to higher and up, back to the infinite heart of The One.
