Hello Beloveds,

Self-love is the ability to be good to yourself, no matter who isn’t good to you. As your self-worth elevates by treating your heart to the friendship, support, honor, and validation you deserve, you become less resonant with those who say one thing and do another, make promises only to break them on a regular basis, or take their unprocessed pain out on you.

When self-love is active, you are able to honor anyone’s potential, while not placing yourself in toxic partnerships, from a standpoint of “what if”.

In self-love, you are able to have a point of view, establish healthy boundaries, and utilize the power of your voice — all from the graceful power of an open heart.

In self-love, you don’t need the agreement of others to be set free.

Instead, you just need time and space to align with your true essence, cheering, cherishing, and accepting your way into an unwavering depth of clarity, confidence, and inspired action that only your love can activate in you.

In time, other members of your soul tribe will appear. What often calls them forward into your reality is how consistently you are willing to emotionally support yourself.

This is why it is essential to love yourself more, not less.

Not just as a modality in response to emotional triggers, but as an embodied living practice that becomes as essential to your soul as your breath is for the body.

And, when knowing how each “I love you” simultaneously sends blessings to every heart on a quantum level, you come to realize the most direct way to heal yourself and transform the planet occurs within the same heart-centered space.

The Beloved: “It is truly wonderful, and appropriate, for you to be disenchanted with the progress in your spiritual life, and in the way you live your life. This is exactly what I desire for you to feel; for this will spur you on to continually seek Me. It means that you are alive and growing. However, please do not become discouraged, for, at first, all new growth can be difficult and painful, although this does not necessarily have to be so.

Mortal life is effort and struggle, yet nothing worthwhile can be gained without it. It trains the mortal to continually seek better ways, especially on this confused and backward planet, where everything seems tilted towards the materialism of the outer world. Rather, I would desire for equal time to be devoted to the growth of the inner spiritual world. Personal spiritual growth is the responsibility of each thinking individual.

Your planet is beset by, and labors under outward clamor and noise, which is empty of real value. In the inner life the true values of honesty, sincerity and integrity are to be cultivated and nurtured, along with the outward manifestation of clear understanding and soulful compassion, overshadowed by unconditional love towards self and all others.

This is the ideal life your Master Jesus exemplified when He lived on your planet. You may think that this sound like Utopia and impossible to achieve, but this, dear one, is what true evolution – creation in time and space is all about. For human, soul, and planet alike, the true destiny is a working towards perfection in light and life.

Your planet will surely experience light and life, even though she is going through a very difficult stage in her evolution. There are still too many mortals living upon her who do not respect her as a living breathing being, and who greatly dishonor her because of greed.

In the same manner, you are to honor your Spirit within by allowing yourself more time to come to Me, to truly listen to My still Voice, and to pay heed to My efforts to guide you. I shall endeavor to lead you in the right direction, one that allows you to achieve a harmonious balance between the inner and the outer world.

Both worlds need your attention, as the benefits you reap are increased physical health and mental and emotional stability, when you put Spirit in charge of your life.”

It’s another home alone at Christmas. Seems a reoccurring pattern. I remember all the family would visit my folks in California who have since passed every Christmas. I would stay home with the excuse of I can’t leave the ranch the pipes will freeze and someone has to feed the animals. I would stock up on food and spend much of the time in deep meditation, take long Epson salt baths and go for a walk through the forest, snow shoes required. During that time, I would work on releasing the past, forgiving anyone necessary and dive deep into my shadow side seeing what came up to clear. The more I spent time in spirit especially in communication with the higher dimensions the less I desired contact with humanity. I could see how wounded and trapped most of humanity is, how socially engineered, most not even knowing who they are completely detached from their heart and soul. Very few even knew why they incarnated. Sadly, most were caught up in the monkey trap seeking love, acceptance and approval outside of self. The socially engineered completely out of touch with heart and soul trying to impress other socially engineered people. I always loved the saying who would you be without your story? A humble God/Goddess in service to others if you knew the truth.

Spirituality has become fashionable filled with spiritual egos reciting cliches they heard on Facebook but that is their story. Who would they be without that story? Our personal problems all come from the be lie f we are a person separate from the whole seeking outside of ourselves what has always been within. Your story is what keeps you from the is that is all that is within. We are multidimensional beings, which aspect of self on the vibrational continuum do you want to be your story? Are you Pleiadian, Orion, Sirian, Arcturian, Andromedin, were you raised on a ship in previous incarnations? Do you wear that life as a badge be lie ving you are special? What if you believed you were nothing? Nothing to be acknowledged, nothing to defend, just the observer? The only reason anyone has any power over you is because you want something from them. What if you wanted nothing? What if you were just there, in the moment sharing or choosing not to share without any attachment or need to enable someone else’s story? Imagine how your friends and family would react to that? They will do everything to put you back in the box, their projection of who you are. And that is why I stay home alone for Christmas loving every second of it. Not that it would’t be nice to share with another on the same page. Right now, it is like finding a needle in a septic tank. Just kidding, kinda, it is a very dysfunctional planet in process and I have lots of friends on functional planets.

Something to ponder.
