We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 

You have already begun your ascension. You have ascended from the third dimension to the fourth, and you are ascending into the fifth, but you are doing so gradually and at your own pace. You do not need to be in any hurry to get there, and you will find that patience comes more easily to you when you are in a state of trust, when you have faith that you are ascending, and so is everyone else. 

Now, what does that mean, exactly? It means you have access to more of your light body, and you can heal more quickly. It also means you can manifest more quickly than ever before. It means you are accessing more and more of your spiritual gifts, and you are connecting to other beings from other dimensions and star systems, especially while you are asleep.

One of the ways in which you can experience more of the fifth dimension is through remembering your astral travels, and so we recommend that you do that as you are falling asleep. And you can even set an intention to go to different places and connect with different beings that you want to connect with. You see, the realization that you are creating your reality one hundred percent of the time is also indicative of the fact that you are shifting your consciousness.

You are getting closer and closer to a fifth-dimensional frequency range to exist in, and that’s very exciting. You will have extra-terrestrial contact there on Earth before you complete the shift, and by interacting with these human/e.t. hybrids, you will raise your vibrations, you will have better coping mechanisms and strategies for living on your Earth and in harmony with her. You will get a lot out of e.t. contact that will go beyond just knowing that you are not alone in the universe. 

You also have the ability to receive more downloads, activations, and upgrades in the waking state, as well as in the sleep state. So that is something else for you to set intentions for as you are drifting off to sleep, but in the waking state you can also tell your spirit guides what activations you are most interested in receiving. As we said previously, it is better to be patient when it comes to the completion of the ascension and enjoy the ride than it is to impatiently wait for some big event to occur outside of you. 

You are there for the journey, and the journey includes everything we have just laid out for you. All of that means that you do not need to be in any hurry to get to the fifth-dimensional frequency range, since you already have access to so much of what being in the fifth dimension will provide you. See what you can activate, download and manifest today by simply believing more in the possibility and believing in yourself as an awakened soul who is consciously ascending to the fifth dimension. Doing it consciously means you get to enjoy it more, and you are more likely to see everything as bringing you closer to the completion of the ascension. 

You are there to do it, and you are there to help others do it. And one of the ways you help others to ascend is by having that certainty, that knowing inside of you that ascension at this point is a guarantee for humanity because it is already happening.

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 

We are very aware of every single person there on Earth who is doing what they need to do to reach a higher state of consciousness. We see and feel those of you who have taken on this initiative, and we applaud you. We call you the Awakened Collective, and we want you to know that your numbers are growing in every single day. We invite you to feel for the enormity of what you are doing there on Earth, and we also ask you to recognize that you are not in fact alone, even if you feel alone in this quest. 

You are connecting with one another in the astral plane. You are sharing thoughts, ideas, and experiences there, just like you do on the Internet, and just like you do when you speak to one another, text one another, message one another. You have many ways of reaching each other, including telepathically. You are coming together as the Awakened Collective, because you know how powerful you are when you are united. Those of you who are awake also need to set aside your differences in terms of your beliefs. Your beliefs do have the ability to separate you there on Earth. Just ask anyone who is a part of a religion. You need not do that as the awakened ones.

Also, please recognize that even those with whom you disagree on a number of topics, you are connecting to them in the astral plane. And there you do not argue, you do not debate, you do not try to prove that you are right and they are wrong. If any group there on Earth is going to unite, it is all of you. Therefore, if you find yourself in judgment of someone else because they believe in something that you don’t, recognize that judgment and let it go. You will then relax and let in more of your soul family group. You will tell the universe and the galaxy and all the beings within both that you are ready to come together with more e.t.s and nonphysical friends.

We know that you are uniting, because we see and feel that as well, and we know that letting go of those petty differences is a big part of how you raise your level of consciousness, you raise your vibration, and you become that which you were always meant to become in this lifetime. You are the unifiers. You are the wayshowers and the lightworkers, and when you show others the way, you will see the results of that, even with those religious groups that typically are at each other’s throats. Look for evidence of what we are saying to you, because it’s out there, and because you get to focus on the reality of your choosing. It is the best use of your free will. Your time has come as the Awakened Collective to come together, rise up, and lead humanity into the consciousness of the fifth dimension.

Q:  P’taah can you tell us a little more about the confederation of star people and the planetary council?

P’taah:  Well it is not really the time to go in to detail, but rather to simply say, and this is known with certain aspects of government around your world, that the Earth is not alone.  That there certainly is a council, if you like, of civilisations beyond this plane of your reality.

And it is, in a way, difficult to give you an idea of the breadth of civilisations, because, in a way, your planet Earth, in this timeframe, in this your perceived reality, is like a playpen of children who cannot play nicely – rather you are always in conflict with each other.  And also it is difficult because there is, in a way, not one Earth.

You are locked in to your perceived timeframe and your perceived reality, and your frequency of mass consciousness, so it is not black and white.  There are frequencies that you do not perceive in your day to day reality, simply because of your focus in your own reality, in your own perceived reality – this is very difficult to explain to you, really.

And because your focus is so, likened unto a laser beam, you do not perceive what is around you, let alone what is in existence in a universal and multiversal level.  So, in a way, when we speak of this for you it is simply a story.

And certainly it may, in some way, allow you to recognise that you actually do live in a much more complex web of energy than you normally perceive in your day to day reality.  And it is very difficult for you to even comprehend how it is that you, each individual, have alternate realities, because they do not exist for you.

You know Beloved, when the weather is beautiful and you can lie on your earth and look up at the stars, and when you can imagine that there are multitudinous populated universes out there, then indeed it is rather wondrous to contemplate, that you are not alone, eh?

And of course you are not alone, each one of you is honoured and, we would say, cared for, and in a way nurtured, if you can allow it.  And when you are in your day to day doings, and when you are saying your thank-yous, you are being in your now, and in that now you are connected with everything!

When you are in your thank-yous you are open to that nurturing, open to that connected-ness with the All That Is, feeling the connected-ness.  Of course you cannot not be connected, but in your thank-yous you can feel that non-separation of anything anywhere – anything in existence, the All That Is.

And as there is no thing without the All That Is, you are connected with your, if you like, life support system!  So that in itself is a great comfort.

Q:  Is it important for us to connect our bodies directly to the ground by walking barefoot?

 

P’taah:  Yes, absolutely.  Because you are simply a frequency.  Each human is a vibrational frequency made manifest in to physicality, in the same way that everything upon and within your planet is.  And because nothing is in separation – the collective consciousness affects everything in your world – it is really wonderful if more and more of you could really connect with the planet herself, and with nature.  To walk barefoot, to lie on the earth, to send forth your thanks and your gratitudes each day for the nature that supports you.

 

The giving of thanks and, in the understanding that there is no separation, sending your love to the planet, and also into the water – you know the water is the grand connector of everything in your existence.  So it is just, really, about becoming more aware, in the now, of this connected-ness, of this Source-ness.

 

You are expressions of Source and so is everything else – there is no separation.  Every atom and molecule can only exist with Source, without Source there is no existence.  And really this is the bottom line, everything else is just a story.  Everything else is just a story – about the star peoples, about the inner Earth peoples, about the power-brokers on your Earth, all of this is just a story.

 

To go beyond the story is to be in the thanks, and to be in the awareness of non-separation.  To say thank you, and to live with love, honour, respect and kindness – to your planet, to your peoples, to your creatures – in your thoughts, in your heart.  To live with love, that is the bottom line, everything else is a no thing!

 

And you know, to remember that you are eternal beings, that you are light beings come forth to have a human experience on this planet, for however long you choose to be here.  And in this adventure you come forth for the intensity of the emotional experience of being human, to know more about love, to feel the Source-ness in everything.

 

And as you walk barefoot on the grass, or lie with your spine on the earth, or your spine on a tree, then indeed say thank you for being connected – you know it is such a beautiful feeling for you.

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are excited, as always, to witness you growing and expanding in the ways that you do in every moment of every day. You may not see the growth that you want to see out there in the physical universe, and you might not be able to detect as much growth in yourselves as you would like to see, but every moment of every day you are gaining more awareness, more consciousness. You are becoming more awake. You become awakened to the truth of who you really are at some point, but then you go through the experiences that make you more aware of your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and even your actions, things you do on autopilot instead of from a place of inspiration.

And this is what you are growing from and growing into as you continue on there in this lifetime. This is a long and meandering journey for you. It’s not a straight shot on a bullet train where all you do is sit and look out a window. You’re there to experience it; you are there to go through those growing pains and to recognize once and for all that everything serves you. Think about everything that is in your life right now, and realize that it serves you. And then ponder everything that isn’t in your life right now, that you would like to be there, and realize that not having it serves you, and then take a deep breath, and then relax. And realize you have attained inner peace in just a few moments of your time.

From the place of peace, you can create; you can open up and receive. You can experience joy. You can look around at what is in your life and appreciate it more. You can appreciate the people in your life more. You don’t always have to be striving and climbing and struggling to get to the next step of your spiritual evolution. When you have more awareness, you then realize that awareness is the key. It’s not just that you are now aware of what you have to fix, what needs changing in your life. Just being aware is the fix; it is the change. It means you are more conscious, and you will choose more consciously the next time around, the next time you are faced with that difficult person or that difficult situation in your life.

We want you to stop and acknowledge yourselves more for the growth you are making in every single moment of every day, and if you do that, you will find yourself living in a fifth-dimensional frequency range sooner than later. You will find that you can hold that frequency for longer and longer periods, and you will not be waiting for anything to change outside of you so that you can then relax and feel good about how far you’ve come. Just do it now, and everything else will change, and it will change more quickly because you took the few little steps we outlined here in this transmission, and you will feel better about your life right now.

The Scribe: “It is with gratitude that I once more accept your casual invitation for me to feel welcome and at home in your nearness. They are those mortals on an unwavering path into an uncertain future – yet steadfast in spirituality, and with the conviction of reaching Paradise … some shiny day … and ‘who would care about how long it might take’ – which can be casual, although well meaning, always.

“Today I wish to converse with you about mortals connecting with their Spirit Selves. In clarification of a somewhat routine procedure: Planets which have attained their era of Light and Life, do as a matter of cause receive a preponderance of Virgin Adjusters to indwell their mortals. These humans, living in truth, beauty and goodness, have a greater capacity to initiate contact and connect with their Indwellers. Although perfect as is the Creator Himself, Virgin Adjusters lack all experience, but for that which was taught by their experienced kin.

“Worlds in their primitive stages are more liberally supplied with the more experienced, Advanced Adjusters, and these will generally play a rather greater part in initiating the connection between Spirit and mind to the benefit of the mortal soul. In all of the universes there is not a place where strict rules do not apply, but likewise, wherever you might travel, fair play is also the rule. They are the truly barbarian planets, and the rebellious ones, that are generously gifted with the Supreme Adjusters of the highest standing and greatest achievements.

“On a world such as yours these Supreme Indwellers will often be the first to awaken the mortal minds by taking their awareness along on ‘astral flight’, or by approaching human curiosity ‘of there being something more to life’ through the imprinting of certain visual or audible events before their actual happenings, déjà vu. They are the universal rules of fairness and evenhandedness which – where talent, intellect and education may be lacking – offer such opportunities, so that these free-will mortals will not be spiritually disadvantaged.

“On such a world, your world, it pays to build a relationship with one’s Adjuster – Virgin, Advanced or Supreme – by acknowledging the Indweller before retiring each night and upon awakening each morning. It pays to strengthen the relationship by discussing the project for the day, one’s concerns and one’s delights. It pays to honor that valuable relationship by in detail discussing all future plans, and asking for, and waiting for an opinion, even casually.
