My dear Earth friends,

I am happy that I can share a message with you once again.

Today I would like to discuss a trap that Earth people frequently fall into, and a trap that I have repeatedly fallen into.

The trap is assuming that anyone who disagrees with you, is automatically dumber than you are.

Or alternatively, that a person who disagrees with you is less informed than you are, or is less spiritually evolved than you are, or is morally inferior to you (they're virtue-signalling, or racist, et cetera).

This is really convenient for the ego, because it lets it maintain the self image that you're the smartest, or the most informed, or the most spiritually evolved, or the most morally upstanding person.

And you're certainly better than that person who disagrees with you, who is clearly dumber or less informed or less evolved or less moral than you are.

Your ego really likes feeling superior to others, and it likes thinking that your current worldview is correct and indeed is superior to the worldview of others.

But the problem, of course, is that sometimes a person who disagrees with you actually isn't dumber, or otherwise inferior to you.

In fact, it's a common ego defense to label smarter or better-informed or more evolved people than yourself as actually being inferior to yourself.

However, doing so means that you learn a lot less things than you could be learning, and you miss opportunities to dispel illusions and misconceptions you might have. And most likely you have those.

One example of this phenomenon is: imagine a person on the other political side. Notice how you're probably picturing someone who is likely inferior to you in some way. Even though there certainly are people on the other political side who are smarter than you, who are more well-read than you, who donate more money to charity than you, who spend more time doing volunteer work, et cetera.

That very thought, that some people on the other political side are superior to you in some way, may be vaguely uncomfortable to you.

Is that vaguely uncomfortable for you? I invite you to take a moment to feel your body.

That's the crux: your ego is trying to meet your surface-level needs, and immediate psychological well-being is one of them. Hence people's tendencies to assume that people who disagree with them are inferior to them.

Yes, this contributes to the resistance of sleepers to wake up.

But spiritual people do it too. A lot of spiritual people are implicitly assuming that people who disagree with them are just less spiritually evolved than them and therefore wrong. They don't say that out loud, but that's what a lot of spiritual people secretly think.

Or spiritual people might make self-serving rules that then "prove" that they're superior to others. For example, a vegan might think that anyone who isn't a vegan automatically isn't as spiritually advanced as them. (I'm not saying all vegans think like this, I'm saying some do.)

Or a dedicated yoga practitioner might think that anyone who isn't doing yoga or something similar automatically isn't as spiritually advanced as them.

Or someone might think that anyone who meditates less or does fewer spiritual retreats automatically isn't as spiritually advanced as them.

Or a person with a following might think that anyone who doesn't have at least as big a following as they do, automatically isn't as spiritually advanced as them.

Or a spiritual person might suppress and ignore everything that isn't happy, and share only the most happy and most spiritual moments on social media, and act in a stereotypically spiritual way. And then that person might think that anyone who isn't as good at performing spirituality as them automatically isn't as spiritually evolved as they are.

Even though actual spiritual masters aren't just someone who conforms really closely to the spiritual stereotype. Actual masters are typically non-standard in some way, or have some non-standard belief or beliefs.

So, how do we avoid this trap where people assume that everyone who has a different worldview than them, is inferior to them?

First of all, you are good enough already, even if someone else is smarter or more informed than you are. Smarter or better-informed or more spiritually advanced people than you existing doesn't somehow make you "not good enough."

In fact, the ability to open-mindedly listen to people with different perspectives, and to occasionally learn from people and change your mind, is a quality in and of itself. It's only the ego that thinks that never changing your opinion is somehow strong or good.

If we're talking about politics: don't only look at the dumbest and most extreme people on the other side. Yes that is egoically pleasing, but there are smart, well-informed, reasonable people on the other side too.

Yes, almost certainly there are uninformed and morally reprehensible people on the other political side who have very dumb reasons for being on that political side. But that doesn't mean that everyone on that political side is like that. Just because some people on the other political side are idiots or evil, doesn't mean that they're all like that.

Try to be fair. So don't just blindly accept any argument that supports your worldview, even if it may be unreliable or poorly argued, while being extremely critical about any argument that doesn't fit your worldview.

Similarly, don't just blindly accept any argument that makes you feel good, even if it may be unreliable or poorly argued, while being extremely critical about any argument that makes you feel bad.

And acknowledge that people are different, and it's not always the case that if only that other person was as smart or well-read or as spiritually advanced or as moral as you were, that they'd think exactly like you did.

People who disagree with you aren't just a dumber clone of yourself.

Instead, different people are actually different. Other people might genuinely think in different ways. They're not just exactly you, except dumber.

They're not just exactly you, except less spiritually evolved.

A mistake I made back in my selfish days was that I thought that psychopathic, cold-blooded, self-interested logic was all there was, and the rest was all just weakness and nonsense.

From my perspective, I could out-logic and out-debate literally anyone.

I disregarded everything that wasn't psychopathic logic as invalid, and then could win any discussion on my home turf. But of course, I was just looking through a very narrow lens.

I was just subjectively and even irrationally labeling the thing I like as being the one valid thing. But there was never any objective reason for why my thing actually was the only valid thing.

That's a bit of an extreme example, but different people put different weights on things like rationality versus emotions, on being kind versus speaking the truth, on the importance of safety versus freedom, et cetera. Different people are different.

If you value a certain thing very highly, then it might be easy to think that of course you're smarter and better informed than everyone else, because after all your worldview is the only one that sufficiently values that thing.

But this doesn't indicate that other people are dumber than you. It may just mean that other people have different values than you. And their values aren't automatically worse than your values.

Other people aren't just dumber clones of yourself.

Also, I would like to talk about one more thing that frankly irritates me, R'Kok, perhaps more than it should.

Many people love Tunia's messages, and are either fine with or actively enjoy that she occasionally talks about sex.

However, some readers, or listeners, have mentioned that Tunia talks excessively often about sex, after her message: "Tunia: What Pleiadians Are Like".

Obviously you're free to have that perspective, yet I would like to give my perspective as well.

I think that if you did a word count on all messages Tunia has ever put out (not just last week's message), you'd be surprised how few words Tunia actually spends talking about sex.

In most messages she doesn't mention sex at all. And in the others the sex talk either serves a larger purpose, or it's just jokes or stories on the side. However sex isn't the main point, nor is it most of the word count. It's not like she's writing the kama sutra here.

Although note that even in the much more pleasure-focused kama sutra, people have in their head that that book is just one sex position after the other. When in reality, the kama sutra isn't predominantly about sex positions.

I guess that if a spiritual book or person talks about sex, especially a woman, that's apparently so scandalous and sticks in the mind so clearly that people think that it's all or mostly about sex. Even though it's not.

Sex is an important part of life, so why would it be bad for sex to also be a part of her messages?

When Tunia jokes "After a century of being with him, I’m still working my husband’s penis like I’m a slave driver" then some people still remember that sentence almost two years later. But do people remember any other sentence from that seventeen-page message? Probably not.

[Channeler's note: Tunia interrupts me to communicate that that sentence was not, in fact, a joke. Now, back to R'Kok.]

And then you can wonder if it's the spiritual book or person that is weird about sex, or if it's the average Earth person or Earth society that is weird about sex.

Who determines what is excessive sex talk, after all? It's not like Tunia is hurting anyone, it's not like sex or human bodies are bad, and it's not like her being different from the norm is automatically bad.

So then, I say to those people who are a bit triggered by Tunia's sex talk: as always it's good to look inwards before you point the finger outwards.

Do you have "sex is shameful" or "bodies are bad" or "women aren't allowed to be openly horny" or "women must be modest" programming?

Or maybe you're in pain that most Pleiadians are having a great time while you're down on Earth? Which would be a completely understandable feeling, but if that's alive in you, then it's good to be aware of that and to observe it.

Or is sexuality something you judge in yourself, or are you unhappy about your own sex life? Again, I empathize, but if so it would be good to observe it.

Personally, when I left my selfish days behind me and I left my fellow reptilians and joined the Pleiadians, I was very repressed and angry and ashamed and stuck in my head.

For me, it required a Pleiadian woman, who was just consistently and authentically herself, to eventually help me break out of my own shell and out of my own head and out of my own prison of mental constructs and illusions and nonsense.

I called her a bitch a few times, because she triggered me, but really she was just being herself and wasn't hurting anyone. Well, she was hurting me, but then again she really wasn't.

I've since apologized to her.

She was alive for me to apologize to her, but she chose to pass on before I was able to actually get over my own nonsense enough to realize that I appreciated her, that I cared for her, and that her authentic weirdness had inspired me and had taught me a great deal.

It is one of the regrets in my life that I wasn't able to get over my own nonsense in time for me to be able to express to her that she actually meant a lot to me. That she was more to me than "well, you're not a bitch. Sorry."

Those were the last words of any substance that I ever said to her. I exchanged a few words with her a couple of times after that, but I didn't say anything meaningful those times. Pathetic.

Maybe I'm projecting, but maybe Tunia, or some other Pleiadian woman, can be the authentic teacher who helps you get over some of your nonsense. Not by any particular technique of hers, but just by her being her own authentic weird self. And sometimes maybe by triggering the heck out of you.

Good. Get triggered.

Get triggered to hell and back.

Get triggered until your castle of nonsense collapses in on itself.

And I pray that when your castle of nonsense finally collapses, and you finally get over yourself, that woman will still be alive for you to be able to express to her just how much she means to you.

Let’s not be under any illusions: the 3D System and Power Pyramid will fight to the last, even are doomed, for saving their animal farm and dairy cattle, meaning all earthlings. After Darks invasion of Earth, causing the pain was the main tool to syphon the vital energy for them. They quickly realized that couldn’t survive by feeding the life power of animals during sacrifices. The amount of pain should be enormous, and the animals almost don’t suffer. In dying, they only feel the physical pain that parasites tried to consume. But it turned out that it wasn’t suitable as food. They need entirely different suffering. What kind of?

Pain is just pain, and suffering is pain about pain. Physical distress can’t be too strong, limited by biological protection. But the suffering, produced by our mind and Soul, as subtle energy, is much richer and can be endless. It’s a unique product of a sentient being person who can produce it in infinite quantities. Therefore, the rulers of 3D Earth quickly moved from the ritual killing of animals to mass human sacrifices. From now on, we became their food.

Over the millennia, the milking technologies were constantly upgraded – from wars and epidemics, to artificial disasters and rapid wear and tear of people. Everything caused enormous suffering. Nowadays, a vastest array of sophisticated know-how every minute aggravates our sorrow and everyone’s bad mood around us. This non-stop conveyor is the main workplace of humanity, and matched life forces’ syphoning is an ideal method.

This is the essence of the achievements of the 3D System and its Power Pyramid, which conducted hundreds psy, political and social experiments. The most brutal totalitarian societies were built to produce more suffering. But this option also proved to be inefficient. It was replaced by the complete freedom of all from everything human, and by a more advanced high-tech, based on MK and emotions’ run.

The human brain goes through cycles of joy and suffering very quickly. We can be cut up not once or twice a day, but several times a minute. Darks knew this, but for a long time, couldn’t understand how to reach it in needed scale. They can’t ignite war every half hour, even if want to. The man’s inner dialogue is limited. It’s difficult to make us remember every five seconds that we are losers, that we don’t have money and any future, although the best minds of the System are working on this.

They solved the problem by entertainment industry, which allowed steering man’s mind through cycles of joy and suffering as often as possible, dragging in all the strength and depth of our emotions. Video games, movies, Internet, socials, news, porn hubs – the list is constantly growing… Any of these realities is like a dream, where joy and suffering alternate at fastest speed.

The movie’s or game’s character, in which we turn into, doesn’t eat, doesn’t sleep, and doesn’t bother of every day and world issues. We don’t have to live a long life to throw the highest possible emotions’ jet into space at the moment of death. Now, we are in near-death state many times an hour, and die every minute, continuously radiating suffering.

Yes, in video games, man seeks pleasure, and not suffering. That’s the trick. He doesn’t suspect that their main content is frustration, which the System does not advertise. It perfectly knows that the player enjoys his invulnerability, seeing the danger, to which the virtual hero is exposed in an artificial world. Our brain can’t work not meaning it. On conscious level, we aware that are playing a console shooter. But every time the controller shudders in our hands, and the screen is covered with painted blood, part of us, and a very significant one, is ready to die in earnest.

Any game smooths out and masks the suffering, which is hidden under a thin layer of pleasure. Unpleasant emotions are a necessary ingredient in any game. The satisfaction we feel is connected with overcoming them. And the parasites get more food by keeping a person in front of a video game console for a month than by sending him to the Gaza Strip once. Instead of a real fight, where man will die one hundred percent, the System runs him through a hundred virtual fights, and in each, his mind dies, conditionally, by two percent. But the total amount of released suffering increases many times.

Why do we enjoy video games? In fact, we don’t get pleasure, but frustration and anxiety, at best – indifference. But we still have a false memory of the felt pleasure. That’s why most console games don’t have instant saves. It forces us to repeat the same route to the checkpoint many times. This is done precisely to maximize the vital food to parasites. For the same reason, the mission time is limited, forcing to complete it in five minutes and not a second more. So, with the help of one page of code, we are milked dry not once, but twenty times in a row. The art of writing games is precisely to increase the amount of released suffering, and not throw the controller for as long as possible. It’s a science… A good slave will always pass the game at the hard level.

Informational fodder created a new type of nutrient environment into which the System immerses us from birth. All kinds of sensory stimulation compel our mind and Soul to produce emotions that are so necessary for Darks. There is no difference between games, movies, TV, Internet and everything else. The same arousal patterns await us everywhere. The interactivity of most games is false. The console game is just a hand-drawn movie, divided into portions. For the new part to start, we have to press the required key combination at the right speed, and that’s it. The main things are identification with and complete dissolving in the virtual hero, who bleeds and suffers, but fights against enemies.

The torment of the moviegoer is not so intense. An intelligent viewer is especially tormented by understanding that everything in film is only a cold math. The plot is built around the hero, who must overcome difficulties. That is a must in all manuals on screenwriting. The character is not fighting because he has problems. He has problems because decided to fight. When an intelligent person realizes that movie’s storyline is just a mechanical stimulation of his emotions with a light milking machine, he experiences inexpressible suffering from the inhumanity of the world. That seems to be a trifle, but gives a huge amount of milk. This is how the System siphons the smartest much more intensely.

It’s the same with the news. For example, we got tired of the movie and switched the TV to the latest updates. And we see that FX rate has changed in the most fatal way, workers died in the flooded mine, pedophiles abused children, and banks stole the money from everyone… There is no good news at all, as they don’t sell well and therefore don’t bring ad’s revenue. Entire national and global media are het-up on hype, instability and insecurity. The whole world is fickle and causes enormous suffering. One inevitably leads to another. Even when suffering is disguised as pleasure that someone else is feeling bad today…

In this sense, the Internet is the most valuable milking tool. We always go online with the anticipation that now will catch something precious, interesting and absolutely necessary from the information ocean. After three or four hours, we get up from the monitor with the feeling that a herd of pigs has swept through our Soul. We swear to selves that will never waste time on this garbage dump again. And tomorrow repeat the same thing.

It can’t be any other way. The Internet is a cosmos of games, movies and news. The black sky, dotted with kinescopes. We move from one star to another and each time rush to the promising maximum pleasure. This is the psychology of Internet surfing – constant search for the greatest bliss. But at the end, it produces not drive, but suffering. A man, engaged in electronic masturbation, very soon begins to run around his personal space in circles. He looks like a rat who hopes to get a stimulating impulse, but constantly shrinks from an electric shock, remembering that he has no money, no prospects, or even time for this surfing. The entire Internet is thickly dotted with markers reminding about this. Thus, the System always wins. Its information feed is not only absolutely homogeneous, but also flawlessly fractal.

Many people don’t notice this inhumanity. No one objects. On the contrary, men buy small portable milking machines-smartphones, not disconnecting from them for a second. And pay whole lot of money for it. They dutifully copy patterns of behavior invented by marketers to get more milk from gadgets addicts. Buried in them, we are happy and consider selves free, thinking that at any moment can choose content and our route from point A to point B, although, in fact, this freedom doesn’t exists.

The System is vitally interested to lock us in stall forever, plunging everyone into a golden dream full of entertainment and eroticism with a slight, almost imperceptible frustration. Today, sex content has taken up most of the network traffic and its volume is constantly growing. Millions of porn users spend their days and nights boiling themselves on a hot stove, which they turn on under their ass. They deceive their brains by showering the heat of lust on electronic receivers and antennas aimed at them, and pump the vibrations of own lives into a bottomless black hole, not seeing the parasites, who milk them on the bed of perverted passion.

This is the 3D System. To it, we’re just brainless sheep. Someone cuts our hair, someone eats our meat, and someone collects our bones. But exclusive delicacy is adrenochrom, received by torturing kids, sold or abducted all over the globe. On this drug sits entire power elite. It convinces us that we don’t deserve another. That we’re just statistics, churned up by random number generators. Statistics, which lives in fear and hope that is not noticed by the System. But the System doesn’t need it, because makes us what we are.

Everything is simple. We are born as a clean flash drive, and the System instantly records fragments of its cultural code on us. Many no longer have any words of the Almighty, or even a concept of it. Splashes of shit from the world fan became our control program and determine all our thoughts, feelings and actions. And accordingly, we’ll be pardoned, rewarded or executed. Power Pyramid pours its festering thousand-year-old poison into us, making guilty before the one who stuff it deeply in our Soul. And if we are guilty, what can we demand? There are no villains or perverts, only scripts obediently working out one line of code after another. The System sees us as just executable operators, and no more. It is confident that we are zombifyed till death. Are we?

Greetings and love I, Lord Buddha, extend to you now. I come forth with the truth of my being, radiating also the truth of the Creator. Truth is such an important aspect of ascension at this time.

You are being invited to recognise your own truth – what your soul resonates with, what your soul wishes to achieve or to access or bring forth. You are being invited to recognise the illusions held within your mind and also the truths that you hold onto, so that you can emerge with a greater connection with yourself, a greater connection with the Creator and a greater ability to recognise the truth, for you, in your current reality.

The truth for someone else may be completely different. Truth doesn’t have to be the same. Not everyone needs to hold the same truth throughout the entire world or even the entire Universe of the Creator. The truth that you access is important for your soul, your reality, the perspective that you hold, the purpose and service that your soul wishes to bring forth, through you, and your own spiritual growth.

Every soul upon the earth has a journey of truth, or with that truth, that is unique – that is different and diverse. In ascension and spiritual growth, you are guided to accept – to accept yourself, to accept your soul and soul group, as well as the Creator.

Recognising that everyone upon the earth and the inner planes is an expression of the Creator, you are being invited to accept those around you. Acceptance doesn’t mean that you agree or disagree. It also doesn’t mean that you judge or that you pretend to believe. It simply means that you value your own inner beliefs and truth and that you know and believe that these are appropriate for you, in this moment, and also that they may change, transform or shift and that you will move with them.

Acceptance is also that you allow others to be as they are, as they wish to be, in this moment. Even if you perceive that they are energising illusions or creating chaos in their reality, or ignoring their truth, there is a need for acceptance – that this is where they are, in this moment. It does not have to be forever. With your acceptance comes unconditional love and support, allowing each expression of the Creator, including yourself, to have space – space to explore, to experiment, to connect within and understand within. As you learn to recognise your own truth, and be accepting of others and their current moment in their reality, you allow space and momentum for the truth of the Creator to not only flow through your being, but throughout the earth and all beings.

Today I wish to also speak of footsteps of truth. Now this requires you to adopt a perspective. It might be a perspective that you already hold. If that is the case then I, Lord Buddha, invite you to embody this perspective.

You are an expression of the Creator upon the earth therefore you have access within your being, to the truth of the Creator, and it is born through you. Every soul upon the earth, every being upon the earth expresses the Creator through their body and has access to the truth of the Creator within their being.

When we imagine this, in embodiment, it can shift the way that you see yourself and your capabilities and the way that you see others and their capabilities. If you imagine and know yourself as an expression of the Creator – that you radiate the Creator’s energy and truth – you can recognise that your footsteps ground the Creator’s energy into the earth. You can recognise that the footsteps of others ground the Creator’s energy into the earth.

We recognise that, through your feet, you can absorb Creator wisdom, knowledge, love and truth that have already been planted/anchored/grounded into Mother Earth.

Imagine/sense/acknowledge that you truly believed in this perspective. Would you walk differently? Would you stand differently? Would you lie down on the earth in a different way? Would every footstep be joyous, awakening and enlightening? If you required wisdom/knowledge/truth, would you connect within and then go for a walk, being conscious of your feet and all that your feet were emanating and all that they were absorbing simultaneously? Would you recognise that truth is not only within you, but within Mother Earth – within her soil, within her body? Would you recognise that every person upon the earth is sharing a gift, an expression of the Creator that is creating a larger picture, a larger understanding and a larger essence of the Creator on the earth?

Of course, it is not only your feet but your entire physical body, but walking is something that you might do without even thinking, and therefore, I wish to bring forth a more conscious awareness of the exchange of truth through the feet, through the body, through the voice, through the eyes, even through hearing and through touch.

There are so many expressions of truth. As you become more and more aware of the truth within you, the truth within others, the truth within Mother Earth, and you increase your sensitivity within your body, you allow yourself to gain a new perspective of truth and an new embodiment of truth that may come automatically and allow you to see yourself and the world around you differently.

I invite you to contemplate my words and to awaken your own inner truth.

We had a request from a reader to talk about the subject of distraction. What is meant by distraction? We could say that distraction is something that pulls you away from your focus on awakening. You have your intention or your awareness placed on one thing and something draws your attention in a different direction; you are distracted. To begin with, as with everything else, you are not a victim of distraction. In fact, it might be more truthful to say that you welcome distraction because it brings you back into safer territory. There is a fear that surfaces when you look deeply within yourself, a terror of releasing the lies and illusions you have lived with as well as seeing the things inside of you that you don’t want to admit are there. So, the distraction may be a very welcomed event. This is all part of the awakening process.

One type of distraction consists of things that happen in the outer world, and these events are constant. There is information coming to you from your cell phone, from television, from people that you meet, from world events, from governments and politics, as well as from wars, pollution and pandemics; all these things grab your attention and instill fear or other emotions. Am I saying that you should not pay attention to any of these things from the world? No, in fact I would say, “Good luck with that.”  To try not to pay attention to them creates a conflict. You will bounce back and forth between the two in an unending dualistic fashion. Peace cannot come to you through conflict. We are coming from a basic assumption that you wish to experience your awakened state and that you don’t want to be torn by the craziness of the world. We have to admit that it is a pretty insane place. You could spend all of your time and energy noticing the craziness, mulling it over in your mind as you search for solutions. All of these efforts to fight it and to make changes are nothing but a fool’s quest. You will not succeed. The world is as it is. However, you can make use of the world’s distractions.

First of all, you can choose to pay less attention to them. Short of going to sit on a mountaintop, you won’t be able to escape the world totally. You can choose to not let your mind dwell on these distractions, to notice when you are, and to let it go and let the next thought come in. Secondly, as these thoughts do come into your mind, notice where your judgments arise, whether toward the world as a whole, a group, or an individual. As you find yourself upset and in judgment over what you perceive, I want to remind you that this is all projection. You cannot possibly judge others for something that you do not hold within yourself. You judge yourself for this, though you may be in denial, necessitating the projection. The ego mind wants to argue and say that you are not like that. As long as you hold on to denial, you will go on through your life, projecting, being incapable of doing anything about your projections, and experiencing sorrow, pain, and suffering. You will feel hopeless, until you finally just give up.

For instance, you see an example of violence in the world. You may feel sadness for those you see as victims of the violence and anger toward those you see as perpetrators. You might also feel anger directed toward those who differ in opinion from you about who is at fault. All of this you see as external to yourself in your thinking. You are righteous in your feelings. This is denial. Its opposite is acceptance, which might look like acknowledging that you are violent. This is the critical point. The ego mind does not want to take responsibility for its projections. This keeps you stuck. This is how distraction works. You are distracted from the truth of your own violence by the actions of others. Because you have little or no hope of changing anyone else or the world, you are helplessly stuck in a violent world. But, you do have full power to accept the violence within yourself. You can accept it without judgment, without labeling it as right or wrong. This is not about changing anything, including you. It is just noticing, just acknowledging. If you can’t get past your denial, you might look at where you have a secret wish for harm to come to those you are judging. Maybe you wish they were dead. That is violence. When you wish anything negative to happen to another, you are exhibiting violence. Are you absolutely certain there are no violent tendencies within you?  Why do you avoid acknowledging the violence within you? Do you fear a punishing God? No such God exists; you are loved unconditionally. You are projecting your own belief in a need for punishment upon God. Are you afraid that you will not be rewarded with heaven, God’s forgiveness, ascension, enlightenment, or awakening if you admit to being a violent person? The only one standing between you and these “rewards” is you. Holding on to untruths keeps you separate from realizing the truth of God.  Accept that you are violent. If you notice fear or judgment accompanying that, accept that also. Perhaps you also notice embarrassment or shame. Acknowledge that. The distraction is in believing it is somebody else when it is always you.

Connected with the outer distractions are those that come from your thoughts. Nearly every thought that you hold expresses a belief that is not true. Let’s say the thought expresses a judgment about your partner such as they hold you prisoner and don’t allow you to fully be who you are. There were events in the past that you projected onto your partner. Now you hold a belief that is “proven” by this imagined past. Today when you meet your partner, instead of being in the now – in this moment, you are living in the past with the lies you projected. You recreate something you never wanted to begin with. This is not your partner doing this; this is you. Your job is to not let yourself get distracted with untrue thoughts. Notice each thought that emerges in your mind. Ask yourself if that thought is really true. Is there projection involved? Is it my partner who doesn’t let me be who I am or do I do that to myself? Am I afraid to be who I am? Notice these things.

You are distracted by your beliefs that come from the past. Believing these thoughts keeps you from being present. This is not to say that the past and your thoughts hold no value for you. Technological information is valuable. You want to remember what you have learned about driving a car or using a computer. This value ends when your thoughts are about yourself, others, and what to do. Here the past can only confuse things. You know things about how to work with the physical world, but you know nothing about the truth of yourself and others, about divinity. You know something about how to survive in the world, but you didn’t come here to survive. You came to wake up. Thoughts cannot help you there. Finding the truth is a process of elimination. As these distracting thoughts enter your mind you recognize, one after another, that they are not true and you cast them off. When you have discarded what is false, all that can remain is truth. It is likely that every thought you have is not true, is a distraction from being present, from being awake. So, look at each one and then release it.  If you give energy to a concept, you sustain an untruth and you remain in confusion. To paraphrase Socrates, “The only difference between me and those I meet is that, even though neither of us really understands anything, I know that I don’t know anything while they believe they are wise.” As long as you think you know, you cannot find the truth. You can reset your default reaction to each thought that enters your mind to be one of disbelief. Fears and hopes about what might happen in the future also distract you. These thoughts, too, keep you from acting in the present.

As you learn to ignore the past and the future you are left with the now. You ignore the distractions of your thoughts and notice what is truly present. As an example, say that someone stomps on your toe with their boot heel. You feel immediate pain. That is real. It is in the now. If you blame or judge the other for that action, that is not real. It is not a present reaction, but a thought about the recent past; it is likely a projection. As you release that thought and come back to the present you will likely find the pain quickly dissipates. What is real is the nature around you, the sun shining or the rain falling, the birds chirping or the dog barking.  To wish that it wasn’t raining is to deny the reality of what it is and substitute your thought from the past about how the weather should be. You will never win that fight. It is insane to try. Accept what is. Release your thoughts. Analysis and interpretation are always misleading. Thinking you should or shouldn’t do something isn’t sane; these are just more thoughts from the past. You have been taught ideas by your society, your parents, your teachers, and your peers. You made a decision in the past and you believe it applies to the present. In the now, you never have to make a choice. Choices come from your mind and from the past. The now lets you know what to do. It is certain. You don’t have to decide what to do if a dog attacks or a car swerves toward you. You simply act. Knowing exactly what to do is sometimes called intuition. It is knowingness without understanding why you know. It is certainty that defies explanation. Sometimes this can feel perfectly natural. You eat when you are hungry; sleep when you are tired. You may want to sing or play an instrument, to draw or paint, to run or to swim. You do these things as expressions that move from within you, not because you think you should. If it is the latter, you will eventually meet resistance.  The mind always tries to complicate things. It wants to dictate what and when you should eat, the proper position for sleep and the right time and purpose for creative activities. All of the craziness of distractions enters, keeping you from being present. This fills your time and saps your energy.

Finally, and we could have just as easily begun here, let’s look at distraction as simply not paying attention. This is a form of resistance. You have made the decision that you wish to wake up, to ascend. Most days you don’t focus on that intention. You go on living life as you always have, distracted by each little thing you encounter each day. You take your thoughts seriously without further investigation. Periodically you become aware of what you are doing and feel guilt, perhaps hopelessness. What is there to do? You can at least acknowledge how you are dealing with life. Intention for you does not seem to be enough. There needs to be a fire lit within. The whole world and all of your education and experience seem to oppose your awakening. There must be a passion to face all of this and to keep facing it. Without this passion the distractions will continue to control. Maybe you can generate such a focus. Perhaps things need to get worse for you before they can get better.  Your situation might have to become unbearable. Spirit is always doing whatever it can to shake you awake. Your thoughts may judge this as good or bad. In the now it is always perfect. The process of getting there may be frightful and painful, but so is the illusion of the world. In the now there are no distractions. There is only the real-time perfection of what is happening and your inner guided response. Eventually the passion will come. It is your call, and your calling.

Dear Ones,

It is Mother Earth, God/Source/Creator, Mother Mary, El Morya, and the Arcturian High Council here, streaming through the Pure Light within the Heart Center of Creation.  The Lion’s Gate is seeding in each of you the Power and the Inspiration to Go for the Gold so to speak.  And we come through the Golden White Light of the Heart Center of Creation where the illusions of time cannot reach, and thus the illusions found in lower dimensions of time cannot reach this sacred space either.  And this is where we wish to commune and communicate with you today. This essence of being, feeling, and knowing yourselves as Divinely Free. This essence of being, feeling, and knowing yourselves as Golden White Frequencies of Light, liberated in God/Source’s Eternal Now, to create to your Heart’s Content ~ the New Earth’s Birth in all of it’s resplendent glory!

So let us first take a Deep Divine Conscious Breath In today together, and feel this Sacred Prana filling your cells, your airways, your dream pathways, and your heart centers in the most flowful ways possible.  Feel this Conscious Breath, seeded and breathed in Union with Source, flowing to all of the places inside you that otherwise would orient toward the 3D world and its obligations, tensions, responsibilities, and incarcerations . . . but now . . . are expanded in Unified Light with Your Divine Creator . . . and you now Breathe This Expansion in One Unified Breath with Source.  When you breathe consciously in this way, everything is possible. Everything you dream is possible, and it is yours to quantumly create.  If you can conceive it, it means you remember it!  If you can conceive it, you can dream it.  You can vision it, and you can give form to the formless of its seedling vibration, and bring it into your life’s experience.  So let’s breathe another Conscious Divine Breath in to support our Diving Dreaming today, and to support your Higher Ascension now, to Dream and Breathe beyond the calls to shrink back into your 3D roles, allegiances, belief systems, and tethers.  You are breathing yourselves into a whole new world of Divine Experience.  Let it flow within you.  Let your soul remember what it already knows to be True about this Timeline, and about You in this window of time.  And let go of any lower vibrational attempts to tether your conscious attention and your ego’s attention, knowing that you have chosen the Higher Path today, through how you are Breathing; Through your Choice to listen to a Soul Powered and Empowered Message like this one today.  You are showing where your Consciousness is right now, as you Breathe in Union with Source.  The 3D matrix recognizes that another soul has just risen, and will no longer buy, breathe, or allow prana-deprived 3D oxygen alone in their life’s experiences.  Today, you can claim that prana fills your every breath!  And that means that prana fills your every Unified Breath with Source, which means that in every breath you breathe, you are quantumly co-creating with Source the Life of Your Dreams.  So let’s get started with today’s August-September 2023 Energy Update.  Shall we?

The Golden White Light of Lion Energy is powering up your entire physical vessel, helping you to feel the inflow of energy coming through the 8-8 Lion’s Gate on a personal level, and also helping you to tap into this Powerful Life Force so that you embrace the Creative Life Force housed in your physical body and your emotional body and your spiritual body, all this time.  Some have said in this Timeline of Revelations, Release the Kraken.  Yes?  And for many Truth Seekers, this has meant on one level or another, Release the Truth!  Release the Illumination of Truth and simultaneously clear out the Dark Forces on your planet that have played out the biblical serpent’s agendas to enslave an entire planet, and a Human Collective, that is rich in Divine Life Force.  Well . . . we wish to also say in the month of August and as time itself rolls into the Energies of September . . . Release the Lion Harbinger! Release the Lion Energy in each and all of you.  Its time for the Power to Return to the People.  Not just for People to Rise Up and Beyond the Tyranny of Serpentine Rulers and Snakes in positions of power.  But mostly, at least for our messages to you in these times, for people to rise up and claim their gifts, their talents, and their creative life works, for the second half of your gorgeous incarnations on this planet in these times.  There is so much Goodness, Wholeness, Wholesomeness, Inspiration, Brilliance, and Love to seed into this new world.  God/Source is counting on the Awakening of many Light Warriors, Light Creatives, and Light Players to step up their Quantum Creations, at a whole new level this month and beyond.  Are you among them?  Are you among that stellar group of incredible souls who knows yourself to be here for this Now moment?  That when the Trumpet sounds, and the Cosmic Bell rings, sounding the Light of Freedom Ringing worldwide, . . . through a series of events and unfoldments on your world still to come . . . can you feel your vision for your new life?  Can you feel your soul expressing, untethered by the former serpentine vines of endless education, certifications, legal paperwork, student debt, mortgage debt, and a 3D assundry of never ending debt, and free to be YOU and to express what you uniquely came to bring to this world?  We want you to celebrate that.  We want you to pre-celebrate that now.  So that that kind of celebration simply becomes your Now, and the “pre” part drops away, as celebration becomes your all time frequency.

When you live the Power of a Dream, celebration becomes your every moment’s frequencies. The Power To Dream and the Power of Living Your Dreams is like an every day chime of a Freedom Ringing through your whole body and beingness . . . that you are a Divine Expression of God living life on purpose, in joy, and in alignment with Who You Are.  Who is ready for that?  Who is ready to embrace that?  Who is ready to create new ways to be that, and to embody it, in every moment you can?

Releasing the Kraken has been unfolding for some time on your world.  Many tapped into their multidimensionality already know this.  Release the Kraken is not a future proclamation.  It is a multidimensional proclamation that all in the Cosmos heard deep and clear, all the way to the depths of Heart of Creation.  It was a Cosmic Command, emanating from the Heart of Creation.  The Kraken is a mystical being that has multiple legs or arms that can move independently of the others, to execute swift cosmic justice for the injustices allowed to play out in the Serpent’s Den for thousands and thousands of years. And that Kraken, that Multidimensional Kraken, is still rounding up and cleaning out dark forces and factions of this serpent infected planet, to make way for the Divine Clearings and Liberations that are surfacing more and more to those with greater soul sight.  The Kraken is God’s Creation’s Tool, one of many, that is helping to rid the world of evil and evil doings.

Releasing your Inner Lion is something you must choose. It is something you must do.  The Lion’s Gate has opened.  The codes from 2023 are supporting the most epic liberation of all sentient life on any planet in all time.  And that liberation not only frees you from the “bad stuff,” but it invites you to create the Good Stuff!  Which means that Lion is journeying with each and all of you right here and right now . . . and inviting you to access more of what your Truest Dream was when you incarnated into this life this lifetime.  What is the happy thought in your heart center that you know that you tucked away for right now?  For this Now moment and Time?  We want you to feel into that.  What makes your heart so happy that you can still feel the joy of that Divine Instruction and that Divine Dream Seed, beyond the Cries and Revelations of the Cosmic Kraken?  What can hold your attention in the feeling of Freedom, and Joy, and Light, beyond any revelations of darkness?  Feel that.  Find it.  And know that that is Quantum Ticket and Cosmic Ticket into feeling good no matter what, as more storms reach the surface of humanity’s collective consciousness, and as more storms reach your personal consciousness?  Is there something inside you that you remember so deeply, so well, so truly at soul level . . . that its frequency can outshine and outknow any darkness that wants to come into your path?  If so, we are thrilled and delighted to see it.  If not, keep looking within.  Because it’s there.  In every single one of you.  You have an ember of the Divine that knows Joy beyond any shadow, beyond any trauma and tragedy, beyond anything you think you are, from 3D perceptions and lifetimes of separation and struggle.  You are Resplendent.  You are Pure Source Golden White Light.  And that is your Cosmic Ticket out of Despair, out of Cognitive Dissonance, and out of any kind of Pain and Suffering . . . and into the Light and Joy of your Best Life Lived in a Whole New Dimensional Experience.

So when you have full financial freedom to choose what you do each day, what are you doing?  What are you living?  How are you serving?  How are your talents helping rebuild this planet and helping sentient life upon it?  How are you connecting with Gaia and Source every day, and nourishing that connection as Priority #1?  How are you living this new Conscious Connectedness of your Mind, Body, and Spirit?  When you no longer work paycheck to paycheck, and you are free through Divine Grace and Multidimensional Liberations to have more leisure time to live and be your unique gifts, do you know what they are?  Do you have a dream?  Can you describe that dream to yourself?  Can you acknowledge it today to yourself?  If you feel it but can’t speak it yet, can you indulge the feeling every day going forward, when you take a conscious breath in Union with Source?  Consciously feeling your new life goes a long way into making it so!  So let’s do it!  Let’s feel the brilliance of the Dream, Your Dream, and your Dream Seeds, as a lifeline to Source, as a lifeline to the Higher Dimensional Life you will soon be inhabiting as more changes sweep the planet . . . and end the old systems that corruptly required servants and inmates in the world to run, and as a lifeline to Higher Dimensional Creation which is why you all are here in the first place.

It’s Time to feel Your Power. Lion roars in agreement.  It’s time to remember your ability to Create.  Lion roars in agreement.  It’s time to shine a Light on your Prana Filled Life and to release your oxygen and life-force-deprived 3D life behind, by not empowering it with your limited ego thoughts and your contracted 3D subservience. Lion roars a third time in epic agreement.  You are here to make manifest the brilliance and the resplendence of the Light and the Gifts that you uniquely have.  Find ways to feel what makes your soul happy, like we are talking about today.  Find ways to spend time in that energy every day.  If it is teaching, find ways to teach, even if that means training a puppy.  If it is building and designing, then find ways to sketch your ideas or record them for a podcast or social media post, or to journal them for later reading yourself.  If it is healing, then find ways to help others in big or small ways every day.  Listen for your gifts and what they are whispering to you.  And then breathe some conscious breaths asking Source to open doors to this soul expressions of you, and for you.  And trust you are being led!

More chicken little type events may unfold on the planet this next month and beyond.  The old system has to crumble to the ground.  We have said it is a time of endings.  This is very True.  But what is ending should thrill and empower the majority of humanity!  Like the munchkins felt in The Wizard of Oz, when the wicked witch was dead.  Sometimes endings are cause for celebration.  Remember this.  Remember this.  And while the endings unfold and ensue, know that New Beginnings are happening simultaneously.  So look at what is growing.  What is beginning.  As other things . . . come to their end.

Open to developing another higher aspect of Clear Soul Sight, which is Multidimensional Vision.  Singular vision, more akin to 3D vision, will trap your attention on the “ending” and disallow your awareness at all of the New Beginning rising from the ashes at the same time.  We invite you to train your vision now for Multidimensional Vision, Multiple Timeline Vision, and Multidimensional Victory over Multidimensional Tyranny!  God wins.  God is always victorious.  Even in times when it has seemed God abandoned humanity and sentient kind on this world.  What appeared to be abandonment was simply a battle playing out in another timeline for the Ultimate Victory that is Timeless and True in All Time.  The Serpent’s Den has existed without the Expansive Nature of Transparency, Illuminating Divine Light, Divine Truth, and Divine Justice for a long time.  That does not mean that Transparency, Light, Truth, and Justice were not occurring in other ways and in other dimensions for this ultimate “End Time” that is now.  Have faith.  Consciously Breathe.  Engage Divine Union, where you Breathe Union with Source, and eradicate Separation Consciousness in yourself through your moment to moment breathing.

A Much Bigger Dream and A Much Bigger Victory is emerging through the Heart of Creation with the steady work of the Cosmic Kraken, with the steady boldness and strength of the Cosmic Christed Lion Harbinger, and with the steady soul sight and soul steps of amazing Light Warriors, Lion Warriors, and Ascended Masters like you.  As darkness gets exposed, allow the exposure to carry its own weight in the darkness of the dark Truth.  Don’t take on the burden of inhabiting that darkness with your 3D wounded frequencies that resonate with 3D suffering.  Take a deep divine breath of neutrality.  And witness the darkness exposures.  And then take a deep divine breath for Quantum Creation in that same experience and window of time.

You can be a Conscious Breather of Quantum Healing and Alchemy in this time right now.  You can be a Conscious Breather of Quantum Creation in this timeline right now too.  You can be a Quantum Creator in Union with Source while at the same time . . . big storms or challenging Truths of Age Old Darkness are being revealed.  Some of you have prepared to be that Quantum Alchemist in these times.  And we would say, thank you and get kraken!  Be the Cosmic Kraken – Alchemist of your own experiences if you will.  Several legs of your Kraken can be witnessing darkness while others are building new Light.  Be that Cosmic Alchemist in your life, and embrace your multidimensional heart that knows how to very consciously and with great presence . . . attend to multiple timelines and realities all at the same time, while knowing deeply which timeline requires the most – if not all – of your life force, your soul force, and your commitment to create with God/Source/Creator.

You are Free, dear ones, to choose to be You . . . however would most serve you and the collective simultaneously.  If you need some time to grieve, or to make repairs, or tend to family members or household things that are challenged right now, do it.  But we recommend you always have an anchor consciousness that comes from your Heart Center in the Higher Dimension.  Because the exposures of this illusionary timeline will test and try men and women’s souls.  But your ability to breathe the Prana of the Higher 5D True Timeline is the Lifeline and the Trustline that your soul needs in these times.  It’s how you build the dream while the illusion is being torn down.  This will happen simultaneously.

So keep dreaming the dream.  Keep finding ways to tap into a deeper and otherworldly and other dimensional prana in these times.  Witness reveals of increasing darkness and storms.  And ground in the Heart of Source.  Ground in the Breath of God.  Ground in the Brilliance of The Dream.  The Divine Dream, that All in Creation are Dreaming . . .  and your own personal Divine Dream within the Collective Dream.

Be Your Own Lion Harbinger embodying strength, courage, and faith in these times.  Persist in tuning into the Divine Dream, no matter the clouds of darkness that surface and may create an Ascension Smog for a while.  God/Source/Creator is clearing all illusion from this earth.  Those who can dream the Divine Dream will enter the 5D New Earth and Divine Kingdom of Heaven on Earth with a little more ease and grace, than those who choose to try employ more 3D skills and transportation methods to get there.

The New 5D Earth is vibrational.  It is an energetic reality.  It is a consciousness!  So Divine Dreaming makes great practice for all of you, to dream in big and small details . . . the Life you truly want to live.

Breathe deeply into your heart center when you dream in this way, and God will meet you there.  Every time.  Without exception.

August and September 2023 will continue to increase highly potent Ascension Energy, Heat, and Alchemy.  Much is being cleared.  So that even more . . . can rise!

Choose through your Heart Vision how you wish to rise.  And make it so!  Dream it so!
