I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas!

I spent mine reflecting a great deal. Please allow me to share some thoughts….

If we’re to join the intergalactic family of civilizations, (1) and I’m going on guesswork here, there’d be certain things that I think would be expected of us.

It would be expected that, when an extraterrestrial craft lands on Terra or Earth, they’d be landing on a planet in peace.  If they saw a war in Ukraine, one in Israel/Gaza, and everyone facing off against each other in ships and planes – unless they came to help, I don’t think they’d land here at all. There’d be nothing to be gained.

Second of all, it’d have to be a planet that solved its problems around distribution. There can’t be the homeless and the happy – if there are very many who are genuinely happy these days, given the relentless attacks of the cabal (hurricanes, toxic vaccines, derailments, chemical spills, financial scams, drones, on and on).

There would need to be mutual respect for all beings as creatures of God embarked on the one same journey from God to God. (2) From a lack of consciousness of Self to full-blown Reunion and Oneness.  (3)

A galactic civilization would not come to Earth, I believe, at least not for some purpose other than business, strictly conceived, as long as Earth’s people looked down upon people of a certain skin color or religion. For what reason? Since they are, for the most part, higher-dimensional, what have we to offer them on the one same journey that all of us are on?

Until we stop warring on each other, they’ll remain here as our teachers, hidden but accessible, whatever else they can accomplish.

They know about the journey. They’re teaching us about it to this day through their channeled messages. Some day their channeled messages will be studied at our universities.

We’ve all of us been extraterrestrial. I was last on Arcturus. But I’ve been on Earth before, fighting battles and writing books.

One could conceive of that as an extraterrestrial coming to Earth to pitch in. But we don’t usually think of ourselves that way. If you’re born on Earth, you’re a terrestrial.

Let’s forget for a moment that most extraterrestrials we’ll meet in the beginning will not remember having been born at all, the time will have been so long ago. And they won’t die.  Just leave that aside with a few other disorienting facts.

Since I’ve actually experienced peace as a divine state, which, like love, is a world beyond its everyday counterpart, I’ve had a taste of what inner state they live in.  It’s a blessing beyond words.

So if you add to that all our squabbles and self-serving bias, our focus on earthly pleasures and ignorance of the Self in us and others, we’re very fortunate to have the loving attention which our star family gives us. It must be a little like herding wild horses.

They clean up after our oil spills. They neutralize our chemtrails without tipping the deep state off that their weather-warfare weapon is not working. They redistribute the energy from earthquakes so they aren’t as devastating as they might be while still allowing Gaia to stretch. They prevent nuclear weapons from exploding. They will prevent world war because we have an Ascension to enjoy. Which is why we’re here and they’re here. And after which we’ll be a lot more like them. (4)

Coming to peace worldwide is something we do for us. But it’s also something we must do if we’re to join the intergalactic family of civilizations.

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 

We are quite enriched by every experience that we have with all of you there on Earth, and we include these transmissions as experiences that we are having with all of you, because we know when you receive the transmission and we feel the effect that each transmission has upon you. We also get all of our ideas about what to broadcast to you from you. So we are connecting with you all the time, and we are enriched and enlivened by each and every experience that we have with one of you.

We invite you to see yourselves in that way. See yourselves as ones who have so much to offer your nonphysical friends and your e.t. friends. We all wouldn’t be interested in you if we didn’t feel that there was something about you that had substance to it. We know that you often see yourselves as being the lowly fourth-dimensional human beings who have yet to achieve a level of consciousness that you desire. However, you are just as evolved spiritually as we are and as all other beings in this universe are.

You are choosing to have those experiences because you know that the experiences you are having there on Earth give you the greatest opportunities for growth and evolution. You are valuable to this universe. You are contributing mightily to Source Energy with all that you are willing to take on with those challenges that you face in your day-to-day life experience. It is time to hold yourselves in higher esteem. It is time to see yourselves as equals to all other beings in the universe, and it is time for you to make contact with other beings in this universe of ours with that knowing. 

You are not reaching up and out to all of us from a place of not being in our same boat. We are all in this together, and we see you through the eyes of love and compassion. And if you see yourselves in that way, then you will know that you are worthy of receiving messages, downloads, information from all of us in the higher realms. We are in this dimension by choice. Your soul is projecting many aspects of itself into our dimension and higher dimensions as well, and you are your soul. 

So there is no reason for you to diminish yourselves or think of yourselves as less than any other beings in this universe. And as you elevate your sense of self to be equal to all of us, you then experience communication with us, and it is a two-way communication. It doesn’t have to be that you just call out in those moments of despair for help from above. See us as your collaborators and your co-creators, because we are, and we are benefitting from all that you are experiencing there on Earth. All of the issues, the challenges, the problems that you face are helping the entire galaxy, the entire universe, and are giving Source opportunities to know Itself that Source otherwise would not have had. 

You are keys to this universal ascension, and when you see yourselves in that way, you make yourselves open for contact with physical e.t.s and with nonphysical collectives like ourselves. And that’s what we are all looking for from humanity at this time. We invite you to see yourselves as we see you and to value yourselves to such an extent that you can start living the lives of joy, freedom, love and creativity that you deserve to be living.

They have volunteered for these “jobs.” Since they exist in great numbers in each group in the Light Realms, they take turns fulfilling these positions, thus avoiding drudgery for anyone at any time. These portals and corridors of Light are filled with various kinds of wondrous and interesting “comfort stations” of great beauty that cosmic travellers use to meet friends, to recharge their energies, or to simply receive in-formation and direction. At times, they are the sites of great encounters between beings from many dimensions.

Following are a few guidelines for some of the portals for this planet, solar system and galaxy. The same principles apply everywhere, but the higher you go in frequency, the more highly evolved are the guardians of these portals.

The first rule is that no one can travel freely through por¬tals or gateways to dimensions higher than the level of consciousness they themselves have attained. You must first have the permission of those who reside where you want to go.

Permission is sometimes granted to souls who are not yet at the necessary level if they are accompanied by a sponsor, a being from a higher dimension who accompanies them. A planetary ascended master who has attained a high level of consciousness may also volunteer to take such a soul to their destination.

For example, if you were personally called to the Great Central Sun of this Universe for an interview with the Father/Mother God, a being such as Sananda, Mother Mary or Saint Germain could take you there or an emissary from that plane would come to get you.

In order to get there, you would have to travel through various multi-dimensional planetary, galactic and universal corridors and gateways. Unless you are with someone who has a cosmic passport to travel those corridors, you may not be allowed to go all the way to the Great Central Sun.

The role of the guardians is to maintain the integrity and purity of the various planetary systems, galaxies and universes.

Each corridor, gateway, portal and grid system is guarded by beings who resonate with the level of frequency of the place they are protecting. Unless this resonance is matched, entry may be denied. These rules safeguard the integrity, purity and efficiency of those portals and corridors. Understand that if you were to travel to the Great Central Sun or the Galactic core through these corridors, it is a very great physical distance from the Earth plane. If I were to explain in detail all the steps, it would fill several chapters and you would see how complicated this becomes.

In reality, when one has attained the level of evolution that is required to travel to those places, it only takes seconds to arrive there.

These corridors allow cosmic travelers to visit countless planets or galaxies and places beyond this uni¬verse. Your travel happens in the twinkle of an eye, unless you choose to make several stops along the cosmic highways to enjoy the view and social activities.

A long time ago, in our solar system and Milky Way galaxy, the Arcturians took on the job of creating and maintaining a large percentage of our multi-dimensional portals and cor-ridors. They have become great experts in this work, and their expertise has been and will continue to be in demand throughout this entire universe. The role of the guardians of portals is to prevent unwanted energies from infiltrating places of great purity and wisdom. It is also to offer direc¬tion, guidance, comfort and information to travelers who are learning multi-dimensional travel and traveling those corridors for the first time. You may want to consider these guardians as “diplomatic relation teams.”

Actually, none of this happens exactly the way I am explaining it to you now. The complexity simply cannot be explained and comprehended from a third dimensional perspective. This explanation will give you a basic idea, how¬ever, of how it works. Spacecraft also travel through those systems of corridors, gateways and grid systems to go wherever they want at great speed.

Although I mentioned that the Arcturians are the great masters and guardians of the main portals of this galaxy, they are not the only ones. Each planetary system has its own portal and corridor system that is guarded and maintained, usually by advanced souls from that same sys¬tem.

The Sirians and the Andromedans, among others, also work in close collaboration with the Arcturians to maintain these vast and numerous multi-dimensional openings.

Those of you who are star-seeds, who have come to this planet from other worlds, are already familiar with most of these portals, corridors and the Beings who guard them. When you are not in a physical body, you already know how to get back and forth.

Once you have completed your evolutionary process here of ascension and enlightenment, you will remember how to do this quite easily. Your grand cosmic passport will be returned to you with the stamp for a much expanded arena of cosmic traveling than the one you previously were allowed. I’ve spoken a few times on the process of emergence that I believe all lightworkers – and perhaps everyone on the planet – is going through. (1)

I’ve never really examined it from the standpoint of being called forth and calling myself forth.

Let me bank on a familiarity with the process of emergence and start from where that leaves off.

When I looked at my process some time ago, I saw a pattern that led me to ask Michael if he was “calling me forth.” This was after a strong disagreement I had with a colleague. I didn’t feel guilty and I was wondering if I “should.”

AAM commented:

Archangel Michael: It is time for that assumption of leadership responsibility to be front and center. So the avoidance due to prior injuries – terrible injury, particularly to one that has been in a leadership or cutting-edge position not only upon Gaia but elsewhere – that was deep devastation.

Now, I am very busy healing the wounds of war and who do you think I am starting with?

My inner cadre, and, dear heart, that includes you. I need you as you need me.

Steve: You are calling me forth, right?

AAM: That is exactly what is happening. That is why this line in the sand is being created [an incident in which I felt I needed to assert my authority].

It is not about the old realm of control or greed, or anything like that. It is, in order for the plan to be unfolding, in order for the practical building blocks (which is what you’re asking for – money) to be in place, there has need to be a very strong re-assumption of leadership. …

You are getting there. Simply bring [leadership] back up, dear heart, and let it flow. It is dormant. You haven’t been attending to it as vigilantly as you might because you have been worried and in fear around finances. Be re-assured and go forth.

What is the “me” he’s calling forth? Well, as you know, I had an experience of that “me” on June 12, 2023. (3) I used to call that “me” the “Commander” and “Big Steve.” Psychologist Eric Berne (Games People Play) called it an “Adult” ego state. (4)

Werner Erhard used to speak about “presencing” the Self. For me, that covers the same territory as what I term “calling myself forth.”

I can tell you how I pick up a glass. Ride a bike. Drive a car. But I can’t tell you how I or anyone else presences the Self. It’s something we don’t usually do unless needing to lift a car off our child.

The philosophy that has programmed out of us that we have a Self to presence is called empirical materialism, the belief that only what we can see, hear, and touch (i.e., sense) is real. Most people get how to presence the self or call ourselves forth, I think, as a realization or a revelation or guidance – an “Aha!” moment.

Calling myself forth, presencing myself we often called “arriving.”  It’s something I’ll have to practice and process again. It’ll be required in any of our dealings with our star family, I imagine, and in any of our leadership initiatives.

I see that some intel gurus are predicting that the emergency broadcasts will start on Friday, Dec. 15.

If that were the case, and the EBS spanned ten days, that would make its end be Christmas Day, Dec. 25.

I predict that the Ring of Fire will occur at the end of the ten days of broadcasts, which, according to this schedule, would be Christmas Day 2023. Wouldn’t that be amazing?

We’re going to need it by then. Let’s look at events in more detail and from a more general perspective.

The programs on Starlink will run 8 hours three times a day. They’ll reveal the truth of what’s been happening on this planet since as long back as we care to remember. Adamu recently discussed the ancient roots of today’s deep-state Illuminati. (1)

It will culminate in asserting that the deep state that rules today – or did – is Satanist, cannibalistic, pedophilic … in a word, given to evil behavior…. Once most of the population has picked itself up off the floor when the names are read out, it’ll give the good news, which we’ll come to in a minute.

This will only be half the picture. This is boots-on-the-ground, eyes-on-the-prize reporting.

There will be a whole lot more happening behind the veil that empirical-materialists and deep-state scientists don’t recognize. (2) For that we’re going to need strong channels to keep us informed, not so much of the Global Alliance’s plans, but of the Divine Plan.

After being flattened by all the bad news of Planet Earth, I believe we’ll come to all the good news. G/NESARA, replicators, free energy, med beds, Ascension, what’s not to like?

And at the end of the good news – that is, on Dec. 25 – I think will come the Ring of Fire, Wave of Love (Solar Flare, Event, Singularity), that so many channeled sources have talked about since a very long time.

It’s that Ring of Fire that I want to focus on here.

I think the Ring of Fire will come at the end of the ten days of broadcasts and will not only set us all back on our feet, but see the departure of many dark souls. And it’ll unite those who remain with a passionate love for life, liberty, and the pursuit of … happiness, yes, but also enlightenment. (3) Humanity will feel united in this shared experience of the most profound love we’ll have ever known.

That’s the way I’d do it if I were in charge, which, thankfully, I’m not.

Let me just save time by quoting from our sources on the Ring of Fire. Notice the range of them discussing it.

It Ends the Rule of the Dark

White Cloud via Blossom, 2021: Bring your world into the Light and rid it of the darkness for it is the Divine Plan that you do so. (8)

Matthew Ward: A tsunami of [lovelight’s] high vibrations is the means whereby violence will be ended. (9)

Blossom: Will the dark ones still be able to function after this Wave of Love has taken place?

Federation of Light: No. … That which is coming, Blossom, that which ‘This Event’ will bring with it, is of such Light, such Energy change … for/of … ALL THAT IS. Both on and off Planet. This is why we have said ‘All eyes are on your Planet’ as it is part of the upliftment of everything … for everything is connected.

This LOVE LIGHT that is to sweep over, through and within, is of a magnitude that has not yet been experienced in such a way. … The souls of many of such Beings will leave immediately via ‘disintegration’. … Yes, Blossom, it shall be as if their physical Being literally crumbles and disintegrates.

B: For real?

FoL: Yes, for real Blossom. For the Energy that is carried within the entire body and soul of such ‘naughty folk’ is so ‘dis-eased’ that the Wave of Love … the Strength within it … will cause such Beings to crumble, for it cannot possibly survive within the Vibrational Frequency that the Wave brings. … We understand that it all may sound farfetched … for your programming has been so ‘normalised’ and all thought of such happenings leads you to believe such things are only make-believe. When will It Come?

And, when that time comes, that wave of love, that energy of love will sweep over, through, within your planet. You know this because it was shown to you before you came and you agreed that you would put up with all you are putting up with now in the knowing that this wave of love, this Event if you like, will take place.

And when it does the change in vibration upon your planet and within [you] will feel so different from the way you are feeling now. Do you believe me? Do you know this inside of you? Do you feel this inside of you? Because if you don’t go back inside until you find it.  (11)

The Grand Finale of This Stage of Ascension (Not the Culmination)

Jesus: We are approaching the Grand Finale of this stage in your awakening process [i.e., the Ring of Fire].  It is not the Magnificent and most Wondrous Event of the Great Awakening in all its glory [i.e., Ascension], but it will be the most exciting and uplifting event that humanity has ever experienced. …

Heart-centered consciousness is the state [you will then experience] in which, as humans, you feel only love for all life, knowing that you are one with all life, and in which you love and accept yourselves in your human forms without any reservations whatever, knowing, as you most definitely will, that you are following your divinely-guided path Home to Reality, and that all that occurs is part of the grand design you planned for yourselves before incarnating into form. Time to Reach the Finale Though

You are creating this part of the plan, and moving yourselves more and more into the timeline of your choosing. The old timeline is not for you. You have moved beyond it. You have passed beyond the point of no return. Not that any of you would want to return. All of you are here to move on and continue on with the Ascension process. And to once and for all end this part of the journey, to end the show, end the movie. For indeed you are watching a movie. And it is time to reach the finale of that movie. (13)

Blossom: So the Sun is our link to Source energy?

Federation of Light: The actual ‘flash’ itself as it leaves the Sun … will trigger a few of … the main circuits /switchboards [of the monoliths]… which in turn will Energetically connect with all the others, for they are all … ready … in place. Blossom: What happens when [activation of the monoliths] happens?

FoL: They are of much Power … beyond your comprehension, or anyone of Earth. When ‘ignited’, when ‘activated’ … and ‘at play/in play’ … their ENERGY will enable a huge Magnetic, Energetic, Electrical Wave … of both Sound and Movement. (16)

Federation of Light: Yes. We cannot begin to explain the enormity of this. It is imperative for Earthly strategies to be in place … along with certain Planetary/Star alignments … in order for EVERYTHING to come together in THIS DIVINE PLAN. In order for the END OF THE DARKNESS and the BEGINNING OF THE LIGHT WORLD to flow into position. As you can imagine, Blossom … the complexity of this Plan is far from a ‘walk in the park.’ (17)

Former US intelligence officer David Grusch testified before Congress during the July 2023 UAP hearing, stating that we have numerous spacecraft of non-human origin. If this is the case, one might wonder if any contact has been established between humans and these extraterrestrial species. There have been persistent rumors suggesting that the US government may have signed treaties with these extraterrestrials and has been engaged in collaborative efforts with them over an extended period.

According to a rather extraordinary claim made by former US government consultant Timothy Good, it is alleged that the 34th President of the United States, Dwight D. Eisenhower, had three clandestine meetings with extraterrestrials. Good claimed Eisenhower met aliens at a remote air base in New Mexico in 1954. In more recent times, former Israeli Space Head Haim Eshed stated that aliens and the U.S. government had reached some type of deal to stay quiet about their experiments on Earth and secret facilities on Mars. Eshed went on to claim the existence of a “Galactic Federation” and implied that then-President Trump was on the brink of making significant revelations in this regard.

Video Evidence

During a podcast with former Fox News anchor Clayton Morris on his show Redacted, Joshua Reid, a former United States Navy serviceman with a background in missile weapons defense systems, brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. He opened the conversation by referencing his personal experiences in the Navy, specifically during the years 2004 to 2006. Reid’s background made him intimately familiar with topics related to secret space projects, a subject that has piqued his interest for over two and a half decades.

It is worth noting that Joshua Reid’s extensive research in the field of UAPs and classified information has led him to the inner workings of certain government activities. His extensive four-year investigation revealed a disconcerting pattern. It appeared that military technology, particularly in special access programs, was unintentionally making its way to foreign adversaries, including China. This exchange of classified information seemed to involve universities and professors who were receiving grants to reverse engineer technologies from these programs.

The remarkable twist in this story was that Hillary Clinton’s emails were potentially facilitating the sale of this classified information to China and other foreign entities. China would fund universities, enticing professors to divulge information on special access programs. This enabled them to advance their technology rapidly, potentially reaching parity with the United States.

Former Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III, well-versed in these special access programs, played a crucial role in this unfolding drama. He represented David Grusch and became a central figure in the whistleblower saga. According to Reid, multiple whistleblowers were involved, with two possessing firsthand information and tangible evidence. The fear of repercussions led these individuals to testify in front of congressmen, notably, Indiana Congressman André Carson. However, it was not until these whistleblowers presented video evidence of intelligence community members communicating with extraterrestrials that congressmen took their claims seriously.

The impact of these videos was profound. Congressmen were visibly shaken, with one trembling and another drinking water profusely. This sudden shift in demeanor signified that the evidence was both extraordinary and unsettling. The whistleblowers were introduced to Inspector General McCullough, who had an extensive background in the very special access programs at the center of the controversy.

“I’ve heard that we can confirm this later, but from what I’m hearing, André Carson is this Congressman that they testified in front of, along with a few others. The Congressman didn’t take these guys seriously, but what ended up happening is they pulled out the evidence, a DVD, and they showed these congressmen video evidence of intelligence community members communicating with extraterrestrials. After these videos were shown to congressmen, they were noticeably shaken in fear. One of them was holding a piece of paper and could not stop shaking. Another was drinking water profusely, and this is when they began to take this very, very seriously and introduce these gentlemen to the former Inspector General of the Intelligence Community, McCullough. Hence, he enters the picture as someone who understands these SAP programs, has been read into these programs from back in the day, and is now representing these gentlemen.”

Secrets are being revealed, and there’s no turning back. We’ve lived through decades of being deprived of knowing what others knew about extraterrestrials and their spacecraft. Enough is enough.

UFO sightings have always existed. In the Bible they were described as fiery “wheels within wheels” that rose in the heavens. UFO activity exploded in the mid 1940s along with another kind of explosion – atomic ones that impacted the physical realm of planet Earth and even the subtle realms of the whole solar system. Suddenly, Earth attracted a lot of attention from concerned otherworldly sources.

In the summer of 1947, a private pilot flying over Oregon saw ten Unidentified Flying Objects a few miles away. He reported that they moved “like a saucer if you skip it across the water” so journalists immediately coined and popularized the term, “flying saucers.”

Just days later, a UFO crashed near Roswell, New Mexico. The local paper announced the news of a recovered “flying disc” but the story was immediately hushed up for national security reasons. Many years later, in 1997, retired US Army Colonel Philip Corso published the story of how he had been one of the personnel assigned to unraveling the technology found on the crashed UFO. With the Soviet Union as a nuclear-powered enemy and Cold War secrecy at an all-time high, he had to find a reasonable excuse for how the technology artifacts had come into his possession. So, he told corporate research departments like Bell Labs that his mysterious technology artifacts were smuggled in from “foreign enemies” and asked them what they could discover from these samples.

As a result of the efforts of Corso and others, transistors and integrated circuits were “discovered” by the process of examining “foreign” technology. The computers and smartphones that we use today grew out of these developments. Other breakthroughs included night vision, lasers, and the fiber optic cables that are the backbone of today’s Internet.

Corso was tasked with seeing what new technology could be used specifically for defense purposes, then allowing the rest to be used to create products for sale to the public as an incentive for the corporations doing the research. Because of the Cold War secrecy, the public never knew how much of the really cool UFO technology – like, how to build a flying saucer – was successfully replicated. The Cold War ended in 1991, but its secrecy lived on in the form of new weapons ready for any new challenge that might arise to threaten the survival of the U.S. and other cooperating nations.

The propaganda war against UFO contactees that began in 1947 continued unabated, programming the public to equate the term “UFO” with a sense of ridicule. Today, with the new awakening, secrets of all kinds are emerging into the public consciousness. Now, we know enough to speculate on some of the technology that might emerge. Forced to discuss the subject, and wanting to sidestep their own ridicule, officials have now given UFOs a new name – Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP).

In the USA, well-informed and now-protected whistleblowers are being encouraged by UFO Disclosure advocates like Dr Steven Greer to come forward with alien-sourced technology developments, especially in relation to clean energy generators – devices that produce electricity from environmental sources without burning fossil fuels.

Another type of technology high on the public wish list is anti-gravity shielding. Isolation from gravity also explains how UFOs can make “impossible” turns and maneuvers. Their isolation from the universal, subtle magnetic Field shields them from gravity and also the source of inertia. With no inertia present in their shielded environment, pilots can make sudden turns at high speed and not be crushed by inertial forces.

The propulsion drive units of UFOs are probably based upon electric fields reacting against the universal magnetic Field. Even more interesting is the ability of UFOs to disappear from one location and immediately re-appear quite a distance away.

This means they are using the dimensional property of Location. As revealed in my book, Spiritual Metaphysics: Answers to the Great Mysteries of Life, Location is one of the nine physical dimensions. It is a dimensional attribute which determines where an object belongs in the universe. Every location in the universe has a unique etheric signature tone. The question is whether its signal can be detected physically as well as etherically. If so, then, sooner rather than later, we can open up a whole new avenue of research into teleportation.

Imagine, teleporting from Los Angeles to London in an instant rather than sitting for endless hours in a mind-numbing and body-numbing airline seat. Sounds good to me! Let’s encourage more of those insider disclosures. It’s time for transportation technology to take a long-overdue leap forward.
