My dear friends, we love you so very much,

You live in exciting and turbulent times. Never before has humanity called for so much love, and never before has so much love been allowed by humanity, into your 3D reality.  As a result of this influx of light, there is great turbulence. Old energies are attempting to continue their existence in a fast-moving flow of love that will no longer sustain them.

Darkness (which is only a name for that which lives in an illusion of separateness from the Source) can only be sustained when surrounded by others lost in illusion. It cannot live in a heart filled with love, a mind focused on the good, and a body illuminated by the soul. It cannot be sustained in your earthly systems when the light of love, compassion, and prayer shines upon them.

Nonetheless, it is part of nature’s order that when two energies of similar intensity meet, there is some turmoil as they attempt to reach a greater state of harmony.

For example, when a hot and cold front collide, they can temporarily stir up tumultuous weather systems.  When a strong virus becomes active in the body, it can inspire an overactive immune response.  When two pebbles are thrown into a quiet pond, there are seemingly chaotic interference patterns before the ripples find a new order. And when two human beings with vastly differing views collide, the results are often a battle or an explosion of passion! 

However, if one energy is much stronger than the other, there is very little turmoil as the system seeks to create greater order. A virus introduced into a healthy body is swiftly disabled.  A strong cold front moving into a cooler area does little damage.  When a person with a strong opinion meets one who simply accepts them, they cannot really stir up a response.

So, while you witness the turbulence on your news, and sometimes in your minds and bodies, you can take heart because this is simply a meeting of truth and illusion, love and not-so-loving, stuck energy and a fast flow.

There is bound to be a little chaos as that which resists love meets the fast flow, dear ones. You feel it. It is harder than ever to stuff your feelings, put up with things that don’t truly uplift you, and pretend to be ok when you are not.  It is so much easier to be authentic, honest with life and the world, and honoring of your own spirit.  If you take a flashlight in a darkened room, you see all the cobwebs, and if you thrust open the windows, you stir up the dust, but then, dear ones, you can clean out, clear out, and find greater order.

So, for those of you who worry about the world, see this for what it is: a time of seeing what has been hidden—for better or for worse, a time of examining what is useful on your planet and what no longer serves, a time of questioning how much energy you want to waste in anger and fear, and how much easier it is to turn your sights towards love.

Love is the fast-moving flow. Align with it in the simplest ways, and you will feel exhilarated. Resist it in the simplest of ways, and you will feel exhausted.

Your bodies are all becoming accustomed to this new energy, and so many of you are indeed physically tired as you readjust. Many of you experience some dizziness. Many of you are finding health issues that were quietly causing problems. They are coming up simply to be brought into the light so you can heal and live more fully.

All of you, dear ones, are in motion, and we are not talking about changes in your external world necessarily but rather about the energies and emotions that are stirring within you.

To weather this period in grace, go back to simple truths. Love and accept yourselves as you are, even as you grow into more. If you are tired, rest. If you do not feel like doing something, either find a way to make it fun or don’t. If you have an urge to do something—even if it seems frivolous—love yourself enough to allow the flow to move you in this fashion. You never know how some seemingly small choice can affect your life in a glorious way. You coud meet the love of your life because you craved a cup of coffee so much you got off the couch to get one! You could find your dream job because you felt like scrolling through articles online. If you trust the movements within you, you are trusting God.

Be kind to yourselves. Be gentle with yourselves in body and mind right now. Try not to push yourself unless pushing yourself exhilarates you!  Try not to make yourselves wrong for feeling what you feel. Love yourself through your difficult feelings. Try to focus away from that which gives you pain and focus towards that which gives you soothing or joy.

These things we have been teaching you over the past few years will enable you to weather this tumultuous period with grace. Even when you feel tired, upset, or fearful, you can take a little break from your thoughts and do something kind for yourself. You can take a nap or sit quietly and breathe and allow us to nurture you.

Whatever you do, don’t give your power away to that which looks dark at the moment. The light is far brighter. The love is far more prevalent than you will see on your news. The flow is far greater than that which resists.  With every single loving choice, you open to this mighty flow of love, allowing your own lives to transform moment by moment and become the conduits for love upon your earth.

Whether you are “doing” a thing, if you are “being” loving or kind, your life has value, meaning, and purpose. Don’t let the darkness you see fool you into states of despair.  Love is and always will be the one true power in the universe. Despite this messy rebirthing, you will live to see a kinder, more harmonious, and beautiful world evolve.

A Purposeful Decision

Greetings beloved beings of light, I am Saint Germain. 

It is an honor to be in your presence at this time. I am overseeing the energy shifts taking place in the ascension process, currently. I am supporting connection. I am supporting openness, the shift in illusions and the development of truth. I am also supporting those upon the earth in developing purposeful decisions.

A purposeful decision is a decision or a choice that holds a purpose. It has an outcome that brings immense joy, light, love and a deeper connection with the Creator, as well as an openness of expressing the Creator through your being.

A purposeful decision comes from your soul. It bypasses the mind and even the needs and wants of the mind. It is a decision – a choice – that comes from your soul, from your essence, from the truth within you. Sometimes these decisions do not make much sense to you or you cannot understand the reason for them. However they fill you with great joy, love and truth.

A purposeful decision is a choice from the soul that is not influenced by the mind. It is also not influenced by your current situation or the reality that you’re experiencing. It is simply an energy expression from your soul that will serve you immensely.

When you begin to allow yourself to hold the intention of creating purposeful decisions, you’ll find that you wish to create purposeful decisions for each choice that requires to be made because you know that the decision, the understanding that comes forth, is born from your soul – born from an aspect of your being that holds a greater knowledge, a higher perspective, and that it is also guiding you in achieving what is appropriate and necessary for your spiritual evolution upon the earth.

To create and to allow a purposeful decision requires you to trust your inner essence, to connect with your soul or your inner essence or Creator presence, to be open to that essence or Creator presence…engaging with you, connecting with you, speaking to you…being open to receive it allowing the illusions of the past to be dissolved, meaning that opinions that you have about yourself or your reality, or situations you’ve experienced in the past, that you do not let these influence your current choice making.

The choice – the decision – comes from an essence of purity and love; you might say caring nature within your being. To create a purposeful decision does require trust.

I, Saint Germain, invite you each day, to ask to connect with your essence, your soul, your Creator presence…whatever you wish to call it…and to speak to that essence, saying that you trust the guidance and the truth of that essence within your being, even if you do not trust or you feel like your mind does not trust.

Speak to yourself in this way. Say to yourself that you trust that inner essence and its guidance and allow or ask, or hold the intention, that that essence – your soul or Creator presence – emanates into your entire being, especially flowing into your mind, filling your mind, your brain and your thoughts with light.

Simply practicing this every day will serve you in being connected and open to your inner presence and those purposeful decisions while also enhancing and developing your own inner trust. Then, when you do have a choice or a decision to make, you can practice this same technique, and then ask, what is the purposeful decision waiting to be heard, or waiting to be experienced, or waiting to be embodied – whatever feels appropriate to you?

The understanding may come in simply or it may come with time. It may simply be a feeling. When you think about something you have this feeling of knowingness within your being, even if you do not know within your mind.

Once you gain that purposeful decision, you can question it. What purpose will this create in my reality? What purpose will I experience in my reality? How does this develop my purpose – even if you do not know what your purpose is?

Focusing upon creating purposeful decisions allows you to engage with your soul, your essence, your Creator presence, on a daily basis. With time, this will naturally and automatically become a part of your being and a way of thinking so that every choice that you make – even down to the food that you eat or places that you visit and people that you see – will all be a purposeful decision.

You may not know what that purpose is – that outcome is – but your soul knows. It creates more grounding. It creates more connection, more openness and it actually dissolves illusion. You’ll find the things that you had been holding onto, that were illusions, will be dispersing.

I will leave you to contemplate this. I love you unconditionally and am present to serve you.

The New Crystalline Solar Lightbody

Even as the New Crystalline Solar Light body is formed in and around us as we step deeper into the 5th to 7th dimensional state, we are morphing from a very dense and solid form, at very low frequency and vibration into a much lighter form.

So become see-through and therefore you live your highest soul truth with great love. With joy, with inspiration, embracing abundance in all and every way, and find beauty and harmony and balance everywhere. You are open and everyone can “read” you, for you are living your truth – your thoughts, words and deeds reflect it. So does your whole life!

At the moment so many are feeling this on levels they are not always conscious of and then wonder why they are stuck, or why everything seems to be disintegrating in and around them, or that the old patterns and forms simply do not seem to work anymore. Indeed it seems like hard work and effort trying to get them to work. And the more you try, the more they jam and disfunction. And this includes all areas of life.

All of this is showing you where you are still clinging onto to old, attached to it in some form or another and these include old behavior patterns, old habits, old thoughts and thought systems, old ways of life and living and relating. This not only in your own life and immediate circles but in all of life and all structures and forms. This includes countries and governing powers and indeed it seemingly is getting more chaotic and messier.

Notice the “seeming” for indeed it is a spinning out of illusions for in fact they do not exist anymore, except in the minds of humanity and in the minds of those who think they are in charge, when in truth they are not anymore.

We need to leave it all behind us now, yet we cannot leave it all behind, when we are still attached in some form or another, nor wish to give up our comfort zones, or whatever old patterns and forms we still do not wish to dissolve. And this includes forgiveness of self and others, and all those things which are still pushing your buttons, and causing you to negatively react. All these things happening are serving you, to remind you to stay centered and focus on ascending and morphing into the LightBody and to not allow all the yapping dogs to distract you.

This means constantly turning WITHIN you, instead of listening to what the outside world is shouting at you, or trying to draw you away from your own core soul, by distracting you.

As long as the outside noise is greater than the inner knowing, you will get sidetracked. It is in the stillness and centeredness of your own heart and soul, and expanded consciousness that the truth reveals itself and where there is just unconditional Love and where you walk in the company of heavens and being carried through. This is where true guidance comes, and intuitive knowing for the most accurate GPS systems to navigate these momentous changes is there within you!

All is well.

All is on track.

When we all move into the highest consciousness we unify.

As we unify we transcend all duality, all divisions, all separations, and indeed unity in love and with love and work together as one. Unity is strength.
