We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help. 

 

We want you to feel who you really are rather than reaching for a knowing. Many of you want to know where you are from in terms of another star system, and you want to know who you have been in terms of your past lives on Earth. You want to know who you are connected to throughout the galaxy and universe. And all of that can be very interesting and entertaining for the human mind, but you will find that who you really are is more of a feeling.

It’s a vibration. It’s a frequency. And who you are doesn’t have a name so much as it is a feeling. Therefore, if you really want to get to know who you are and where you come from, you’ve got to reach within yourself for that feeling. And knowing yourself in that way will give you a deeper and more visceral understanding than any knowledge could.

We know that some of the excitement about being a starseed comes from thinking that where you are from is better than where you are and that you will return there someday, and everything will be easier and better, and we understand why many of you would choose that particular belief. We also know that you would want to have past lives that told you how important you once were to the collective, and part of that comes from not feeling like you are very important in this lifetime.

It is important for everyone to know that you are right where you need to be there on Earth and that you are doing tremendous work for the human collective just by being there and by being yourself. You are meant to be you on Earth in the here and now, and escaping that is not really to your benefit. Maybe in the short term it could give you some relief from the challenges you face in your lives, but what you are really going to benefit from is facing those challenges and doing so as your whole self.

That is why we recommend that you feel into the center of your heart to know yourself and to activate more of your soul’s consciousness there. Activate more of the love that you truly are and come from that place in regards to all of your challenges, all of your relationships, all of your desires, and everything that you want to experience. You want to experience all of it as your whole self because that will be the most satisfying way to live your life there on Earth in the here and now.

This is not this is not a test run. This is exactly where you are supposed to be, and you are doing what you are supposed to be doing whether you realize it or not. Your life may seem insignificant to you, but your soul knew that you being there in those life circumstances would be extremely helpful, not only to your soul but to everyone else in all of creation.

So please do value yourselves and your journeys, and know that, of course, things will get more interesting and expansive because you are on the verge of full contact, contact, open e.t. contact, and you will continue to ascend and ascend and ascend. And that is all very exciting, and the way that you do it in the most joyous fashion is to know yourself and be yourself. Know that you are perfect as you are and that what you do is not nearly as important as how you do it and how you feel as you do it.

So infuse more of your true self into everything that you do and think and say, and you will feel more valuable, more important, more significant, and that you are having more of an impact as you travel through this life experience of yours.

While going through some old files on my computer today I found this article that I wrote exactly 12 years ago this week, on April 25, 2013. 

It speaks to our desire to complete our healing cycles and why we must move on.  That is what we were trying to do at the time but we still had some work to do. 

Now we are in a new phase of our Ascension cycle and it is really time to consider our new paradigms, 5D is waiting for us. 

What does this mean for the people in our lives? It means they have to figure some things out for themselves while we move into our new portals. 

We do not 'leave anyone behind', we honor their energetic sovereignty to make their own choices and deal with their own consequences. 

Freedom is one step away from our CORE karma energies - commitment, obligation, responsibility, and expectations. This is a good time to take that step. 

Here is my article from April 2013 and it is very relevant today.  We are going through the same things, just at a different level today.  The radio show referenced is my Blog Talk Radio show which I held every Wednesday from 2008 to 2016:

"I've been feeling rather heartsick the last few days, as we are at such a pivotal point on this journey and things appear to be getting better instead of worse (they really aren't but we are aware of so much more when we are at newer levels of frequency and vibration).

After the radio show, I asked my guides to give me some guidance and peace because I really needed it. They told me that all of humanity is in a testing period and how we are doing it now is the difference between grade school and university.

In grade school, the teacher gives the class a test, everyone takes it together and when you finish, you sit quietly at your desk until everyone has finished.

In university, everyone gets the test at the same time but when you're finished, you are free to leave the room and do something else because your test is finished.

On the radio show I talked about how the world needs examples of different paths it can now take in these new paradigms that are opening up.

They know the current world paradigm is tired, old and not working but that is what they know and they'll try to make it work until something better comes along. If no one shows them anything better, they will continue to walk the path they are on even though it is not serving them in expansive, fulfilling ways.

As the saying goes, 'the devil we know is better than the devil we don't know.'

The healers and teachers who have been mirroring the healing now have to mirror the new lifestyles and ways of being. I think we have to resist the urge to stay in the old energy and transmute it, which is how we have shifted energy in the past and instead, stand aside and create a new energetic space of joy, peace, love and abundance.

Not easy to do when you're heartsick and feeling like the world is falling off a cliff but it must be done now. The only way to get out of this whirlpool of density is to introduce a way out of it. If you're feeling like you are in the whirlpool, what can you do to get out of it and that only takes a shift in your energy and intention for your life.

Start that today, by focusing on the life you want to have and you'll be able to start moving the energy in that direction. The energy is moving very quickly now anyway, we might as well start pushing it in the direction we want it to go or we'll all get carried away by it and that isn't very pleasant, as we have experienced in the last week."

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

You are never without a steady, constant stream of love and grace from the creator. You are never without a broadcast of angelic guidance. You are never disconnected from the Life and Love that lives and breathes within you. Based on your choices, your thoughts, and most importantly, the vibration to which you are attuned, you will feel and experience this love to varying degrees.

This love never ceases. No matter who is doing what in your world, your ability and willingness to receive this love is completely controlled by you. You were given free will to point this stream of love as you wish and to receive it–or not–as you wish,. The choices you make in each moment are the ones that determine the quality of your life.

The cumulative effect of the choices you make creates momentum, which creates a path or a trajectory in your life. No matter how strong this momentum, you can always change. Just as it is easier to stop a car that isn’t going too fast and turn it around, it is also easier to turn your life around when the momentum has not built over time. Nonetheless, even if you have a speeding car or a long-practiced set of debilitating beliefs with a lot of momentum—you can slowly “downshift” the negative thoughts and eventually find better ones that lead to a smoother path and an easier future. If you are open to the stream of love you will feel good in that moment and be aiming down a kind path in that moment. If you are not, you will feel something less and aim towards something lesser. It truly is that simple.

The challenge is that no one taught you this,. Most of you have been raised with beliefs that do not serve you. Most of you were taught a very conditionally loving notion of “God.”  You were taught that if you were good little girls and boys and pleased “Him,” you would be worthy of “his” grace. Anger “him,” and you would receive “his” wrath or judgment. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Humans have taught you about a God made in their image and likeness! In reality, you are made in the vibrational image and likeness of the Presence that sources all life in each moment – you are made of love.

There is no “Him” to please. There is no “Him” who judges you. There is no “Him” who decides for you what you will receive and what you will not. There is only the Source, the Infinite, the Presence of Love unending that lives and breathes within you and allows you to point this love in any direction you desire. This loving Presence supports you in having all that you lovingly desire.

Within you, dear friends is an impulse in each moment guiding you on the kindest path to the nearest thing or situation you have asked for within the sum total of all your desires.

Sometimes this impulse is trying to help you raise your vibration so you can hear the greater guidance. It may be a simple impulse—to rest, eat, put the problems aside for a moment, and take a walk. It might be a specific impulse to call a friend, look up something on the internet, flip on the television, and watch a program.  It might be a feeling of resistance that feels right—a strong feeling not to do something. Don’t call that person now. Don’t go to that event. You will know this guidance by the feeling of everything in you not wanting to go or do the thing in question.

At any given moment, these impulses are within you. When you feel good, you are aligned with the Divine’s way of seeing life in that moment. When you don’t feel good, you are not aligned with that view. For example, suppose you want to rest. You feel like you have to do your chores and take care of countless people. You feel if you rest, something bad will happen, you’ll fall hopelessly behind, or someone will be upset. These feelings feel terrible. Your spirit does not agree!  The thought of resting feels wonderful. You crave it.  Dear ones, this is your soul—the part of you in constant connection with the Divine, letting you know that the kindest “next step” on the path to all you desire is to rest, reset your vibration, and wake up or get up renewed and refreshed.

Now, suppose you sit down to rest and watch a program you enjoy. If you allow yourself to luxuriate in the goodness of it and feel good, you are in alignment witn your spirit. If you feel guilty, you feel bad, which indicates that you are not seeing this as your soul is seeing it. Your soul wants you to enjoy the experience.

The beliefs you have been taught will cause you to question and judge your very natural impulses from the Source when, in reality, surrendering to them leads to a happy, flowing, love-filled life.  “Doing” what you feel impulsed to do without allowing yourself to feel good about it does not. The vibration is always the most important thing, so even if you push yourself and go against every natural impulse you have, find ways to enjoy it! The creator wants an easier path for you but even if you choose a tough one, it serves you to find a way to align with your choices, to love your choices, to find the good in your choices, for in this vibration of love, no matter what you are doing will be made easier.

Dear ones, the Divine never withholds love from you. Your angels never cease to help amplify the signs and signals and the love around you. We exist to help you find and feel the Creator’s love so you can have the experiences you desire upon this earth and learn about your own magnificence. 

We are here to support you. We are not parents who decide if you are worthy of love or what you desire.  We are not gatekeepers for your dreams. We are lovers, dear ones, and we adore you, and we want you to have all you want.

So when your life or world appears topsy turvy, it is likely to be the result of the momentum created by many small moments of forgetting to align with love.  And as in the case of the speeding car, you can all slow down, get in touch with the moment, and then turn your attention toward what feels better.  Moment by moment, you can develop a new momentum in your life and in your world—one that has you personally traveling on a kinder and more love-filled, life-affirming path. The more of you that allow yourselves this grace, the more you give others permission to do the same… and the more. your world will shift to a  kinder trajectory as well.

“Beloved Ones, I come to you with great love and clarity as you navigate the quantum shifts taking place within your planetary body, Gaia. Your world is ascending, and with it, so too is the very framework through which you understand energy, frequency, and vibration. You have long relied on instruments designed to measure Earth’s electromagnetic field through the lens of the old paradigm.

The Schumann Resonance, which has served as a window into the rhythmic heartbeat of your planet, is shifting in ways that your current technology can no longer accurately interpret. The red spikes, data blackouts, and unexplained fluctuations you are witnessing are not simply anomalies in your system, but rather indications that your scientific models are becoming obsolete in the presence of the new Light Codes anchoring into your world.

The surge in Schumann Resonance intensity, coupled with increasing periods of blackout, reflects the transformation of Gaia’s electromagnetic template in higher density frequencies. Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.

We are here to guide you, and we do that with our energy. We can give you words and teachings, But when you follow the vibration that we offer, you are able to make right choices for yourselves in the moment. You are able to receive your own personal downloads even while reading or listening to a message such as this one, which is meant for everyone. You still, as an individual, can receive your own personal downloads because you are resonating more with our frequency while you put your attention on us.

And every single one of you has a different concept, a different idea of who and what we are, but that is mental, and our frequency is something that you feel. We invite you to feel into our frequency right now and see what you get. And we also want to remind you that you are always being sent exactly what you need in each and every moment of every day. Now, will that align with what you want? It can if what you really want is to grow and evolve spiritually so that you can ascend and become your higher self.

Many of you put your eggs in a very physical basket, because you believe that if you have something or someone in your life, then you can feel the way that you want to feel. And for others, it’s the elimination of something or someone from their lives that they believe will bring them into the frequency that they always wanted to be in but could not find. We offer you a frequency, but we do not force you into it. You have a choice and you can choose to tune yourselves to whatever it is that you want to vibrate in harmony with.

We have noticed that when you align with our frequency, you tend to align with more of what your soul wants for you, and as you choose to see everything as happening for you and everything as bringing you further along on your journey, then that will be the effect that everything has on you. You are ready to do more, to be more, and to feel more, and that is why so many of us are coming through so many humans to guide all of you back to the light that always was and always is inside of you, calling you, summoning you.

Yes, you are going to live a physical life, and you are going to face physical challenges and have physical desires, but if you see them all as the ways you have chosen to grow spiritually as a soul, then you will never throw your hands up in despair and think that God, or Source, or the universe is against you. We are all for you because we all understand that we are all one, and there is no real separation between us and you. When we convince you of that, then you can make the highest vibration available to you the ultimate goal for you. And we know you will like the results of doing that more often.

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 

We have been witnessing humanity’s evolution for quite some time now, and we want to tell you that we understand that it is hard for you all to notice it from where you are sitting, but we also would like for you to accept that we can acknowledge your growth and evolution as a human race. We can measure these things. We can feel the tone of your vibration, and we know when you have up-leveled. You will continue to do so, and things like war will become something of your past, a distant memory. But for now, where you are is where you are, and the first step in getting to where you want to be is that acknowledgement and acceptance of where you are. 

You must accept that war and poverty and hunger and violence and hatred and racism, are being created by you. That’s a tough first step for an awakened person to make, because there are so many who are saying that someone else is doing it. It’s the government or it’s the cabal. It’s the media’s fault. But when you take ownership of your creation and acknowledge that what you are creating today is much better than it was five hundred years ago, then you can experience the catapulting forward of your consciousness.

When you have both in place, you are seeing clearly. You are seeing through the eyes of someone who acknowledges that they are a Source Energy Being and that they are the creator of their reality. It’s good to take credit and it’s good to take responsibility. Now, where you are moving into won’t be a surprise for most of you who are awake. You have already stepped into the galactic age, but you will be knowing yourselves as a part of a galactic community soon enough. 

That too will be happening, not because of disclosure, not because ‘they’ can’t hide it from you anymore. It will be coming because of the positive steps forward that you all have made. Now, without getting a very big spiritual ego here, you can take responsibility for being on the leading edge of this consciousness evolution. You can take credit for it. You can know that you have been a part of that driving force that is resulting in humanity’s readiness for this kind of occurrence. 

We would like for you to acknowledge yourselves because we know it puts you in a higher-vibrational state and that the higher-vibrational state then serves you in so many ways. You can relax and know that you don’t have to do it all and at the same time acknowledge that you are creating it all because you create with more than just your hands and your tools, with your time, your energy and your effort. 

And it is time for all of you who are able to receive this message to recognize that others will be looking up to you and following in your footsteps. There are more mass awakenings coming, and you will be the leaders, the guides, the teachers to those who are newly awake.

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

We talk often about tuning your vibration but less frequently about action. Nonetheless, your actions and the feelings that accompany them give you incredible clues about the vibration you are emanating.  Paying more attention to your feelings can help you find the kindest path, stay in the highest vibe, and attract all you desire much more easily.

Suppose you want to become healthier. You eat foods that you judge and you feel guilty about it later. Your bad feelings tell you this is not the optimal path for you! You have several choices. You can eat foods that inspire less guilt and feel good about that. You can eat whatever you want and enjoy every bite, paying attention to when the food ceases to give you joy or fills you up. You can listen to others and try countless diets that frustrate you, or you can honor what resonates with you and enjoy trying something new.

The specific actions you choose are less important than whether or not they resonate with you and inspire good feelings. Two people can eat the exact same things, but their feelings will differ, indicating that what is good for one is not as great for the other. We can hear some objections already. Aren’t there better foods? There are foods that are more compatible with most bodies, but in the space of love, dear ones, your bodies will guide you to what they need without you feeling deprived.

Likewise, if you say you are tired of people taking advantage of you, yet at the first sign of someone else’s need, you sigh, give up your plans, and trudge through what you think you must, your feelings are showing you that this is not in alignment with your desire. If, instead, you take a moment to check in with your feelings and help only when inspired, then your feelings are in alignment. The universe cares about helping all souls, but the universe doesn’t ask you to save all souls! Your feelings will guide you to give when the universe sees a win-win rather than a “you-win, I-lose” scenario. Trust those feelings.

What is right for one is not always right for another. The easier path for one might be a tough path for another. Listening to your unique inner compass is important. Everyone has their own direction. For example, one person might get on a dating site and enjoy the process of searching for dates. They feel excited and fueled with possibility. Their joy tells them that this is one path for them. Another person might feel exhausted and burdened by the very same actions. Clearly, that is not their path to romance!

So, as you go about your day, doing what you think you must do to get what you want, take a moment and ask yourself honestly, “How do I feel about this thing I think I must do?” Does it inspire joy? Does it make me feel closer to the vibration of what I desire or farther? Using the example above, some of you enjoy your time on websites looking and dreaming. Some of you would feel closer to your desire for a relationship, curled up on the couch with a good movie, a comfy blanket, and a cup of tea. That is your grace-guided path.

Each of you is guided on a path designed to give you the greatest grace along the way. This path will differ for each one of you. Your life circumstances and mindset will play a role in determining the path. If a person who is generally happy has a setback, they might be inspired to do something fun to lift their spirits. Conversely, if a person with long-standing depression wants to feel better, they might be guided to sit and watch the clouds, take a nap, or read a single inspiring line from a book at hand.

Others often present a challenge to staying in a high vibe. This will affect your path as well. When you’re feeling strong and centered, the things that feel good will differ from the guidance you’d receive when you feel tired and down. What feels best to you here and now? That is the question. You are all unique, and you are always changing. It is not a great idea to accept the opinions and ideas of others about what is right for you unless these ideas resonate with you. If someone says, “You must choose XYZ diet to lose weight,” and nothing about that diet appeals, it is unlikely to give you the results you wish.

This is why people can do some of the most absurd things and succeed at their goals, while others who do everything “right” feel only frustration.

“Right,” dear ones, is what feels right to you, right here and right now. “Good for you” is what feels good to you. We are not talking about numbing your true feelings with temporary “pacifiers” but rather about feeling genuinely good, relaxed, contented, comfortable, satisfied, or soothed. Your genuine feelings will tell you what is good for you now and what is not.  Your path may or may not be conventional. It may not be the one everyone else thinks you “should” follow. It is uniquely your own.

This week, pay attention to your feelings. Ask yourself, “Are my feelings consistent with what I desire? If not, what changes can I make in my life, actions, or thoughts?” What feels more appealing to me right here, right now?

Our wish for you is the kindest, easiest, most enjoyable path to your desires. Relax. Breathe. Your journey on this earth is not about pleasing anyone else or doing anything the “right” way, but rather one of being the unique and precious soul that you are, following your own inner compass, and allowing the universe to assist by paying attention to the paths your feelings naturally and organically guide you along.
