We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help. 

 

We see you as you truly are, and that is our greatest gift to you. The greatest gift you could give to someone else is to simply know them as they truly are, because if you do, you are more likely to send them love, hold space for them and interact with them with the level of respect that you would give to an ascended master were one to materialize in front of you. When you think about your gifts, you often think in terms of your abilities to channel, to offer psychic insights, or to heal. You think about reading people’s akashic records and being able to tell them very specific things about their past lives.

But if you were to think of your greatest gift as your ability to see someone as they truly are, then you would be aligning with us, and we know that many of you would like that. It is quite possible for you to utilize this gift in any and all circumstances. And in fact, you will often put yourself in situations that will challenge you to see the other as a being of Source Energy, a being of unconditional love. This is the challenge that you face as a collective. It is something that could potentially bring you together.

And yet, so many more people are interested in the fancy spiritual gifts than the ones they have access to at all times. Now, we understand why that is, and we know that you are emerging out of your egoic shells as we speak. And so, we are here now to encourage you to reach for the most beautiful gift that you can give to another and to practice sharing that gift in every circumstance you find yourself in.

Let us give you an example. Let’s say you are interacting with someone, and they are coming at you from their ego. They have certain desires, and they feel that you are getting in the way of them attaining their desired manifestations. And so, they are approaching you from that lower-vibrational place of anger. You can still look through the anger and past the ego, and see them as they really are. You can see the Source Energy love inside of them getting bigger and burning brighter because of your willingness to focus on that, instead of what they are showing you in that moment.

And that is the best way for you to help that person and help yourself, because if you meet them where they are, you are likely to get into an argument that no one wins. Now, as you pass a person on the street who is begging for money and obviously doesn’t have a home, you are also helping that person a lot more by seeing them as a Source Energy Being than if you just walk right past them or drop some money in their palm and you continue walking. You may feel better about yourself if you hand out some money, but unless you are willing to also see them as a Source Energy Being, you have only helped them temporarily.

You want everyone to feel better after having been in your presence. You want everyone to know more fully who they really are because of how you gazed upon them and the words you spoke to them, and you want this because of course you want to live in that world, and you want to see humanity complete the shift in consciousness joyously and effortlessly, and you can also engage in this practice and utilize this gift because you will get the most satisfying feeling you can find inside of you by doing so.

You will know yourself as you truly are because Source looks upon everyone as a being of Source. And as you align with Source, with that which you truly are, you become a more effective creator and you become a more effective manifestor. You do then actualize more of your spiritual gifts as well. And so, this is a path that we are offering to you, and it is a path that many of us have walked ourselves, and so we know how effective it is, and we know that it gets you to where you ultimately are going and want to go, and it gets you there faster.

 

We are The Creators, and we love you very much.

Today, within moments of awakening, my phone spontaneously started playing a video on YouTube called “I Worked Out Like David Goggins for 100 Days.”

The video was posted by a man who decided to devote himself to 100 days of high-level fitness and exercise. He wanted to challenge himself to turn his life around by engaging in the intensive exercise program of retired Navy SEAL turned motivational speaker and author David Goggins. I am familiar with David Goggins, and I am interested in wellness and health optimization, but more so, today, the video had me ask myself another question:   “What do I what in the next 100 days?”

Let me ask you this as well.

Can you, would you, commit to spending the next 100 days connecting with Spirit every day? You can access the Akashic Records, you can connect with your Higher Self, the angels, Ascended Masters, or any higher level being that feels just right for you. Can you, will you, commit to checking in at least once a day every day for the next 100 days?

Let’s do the work. :)

Let’s start now. First, take a moment to breathe in, feeling the air and light move through your entire body. Breathe out and feel a sense of softness start to come in. Breathe in again and breathe out again, feeling any defenses, any protections, any barriers to opening to the Divine that are present in your body now simply start to dissolve.

Breathe in again, and allow your awareness to flow out of the top of your head and all the way into the center of the Universe. Rest here for a moment, and feel the softness, the sweetness, and the beautiful enduring light. Breathe in again, and as you do, call this beautiful soft pink gold white light down into your body. Pull it into the top of your head, and then breathe in again. Let it go all the way down through your head, your neck, your shoulders, and down your arms to your hands.

Breathe in once more, and draw the light into your chest, your solar plexus, your lower abdomen, and down into your legs. Take a moment to feel this Divine light inside of you, and know that this is your true self. Feel your essence energy now.

Breathe in again, and ask to be connected with the highest source of light possible – God/Spirit/Source, the Akashic Records, Christ Consciousness, or any angels or Ascended Masters with whom you are personally connected. Reach out to these beings and invite them near. And now, set your phone for just one minute. And let yourself be in this light, in this love.

When you are complete, breathe in and breathe out. Release this heightened connection to the higher realms, and take this energy throughout your day.

For many years, the Akashic Record Keepers have been my trusted guides into the higher dimensions. I love the feeling when I say the prayer and lift into the space of my own Akashic Records. I experience a sense of lightness, freedom, and love, and the sense that no matter what is happening, everything will be all right.

Recently, Spirit has been talking to me about how to help more people feel the love and light and potential that I experience in the Akashic Records. Do you know that you can access beautiful wisdom through the highest aspects of your own soul? This part of you is the bridge between your conscious human mind and Divine Source.

Different traditions have different names, but I call this aspect the Higher Self. I have been heightening and purifying access to my own Higher Self, so that I can share this with you. There is nothing I would love more than for you to experience a pure, clear, 24/7, always on connection to the most beautiful energy and wisdom possible.

Take a moment to imagine this.

Imagine feeling light and pure and free and peaceful within yourself.

At the same time, bring your awareness to the infinite possibilities that are available to you. Anything you want can be yours when you are in alignment with your pure spirit.

Let’s begin to activate your own awareness now.

If you are already working with the Akashic Records, this will heighten your access even more.

If you are just opening up to communication with Spirit, this will supercharge you now. :)

Breathe in.

Imagine pure diamond white light coming into the top of your head.

Breathe this air and light all the way through your body, and declare to yourself, "My relationship with my Higher Self is activated *now.*"

And so it is. :) ✨

In the next few days, pay attention to the subtle ways the Universe is speaking to you. Pay attention to the sensations in your body, to the thoughts that come into your mind, and any signs and signals in the world around you. Most especially, pay attention to the increased sense of love that is available to you now.

Let’s go on an adventure. Let’s bring you home to yourself and to your highest guidance now.

Hello! I was inspired to share a few thoughts with you today... :)

Every morning, and always way too early, Spirit awakens me and sends me out to the beach to walk. What I discovered after a while is the presence of a small collection of people who also walk in the predawn hours. Usually they’re the lonely ones, oftentimes they’ve suffered a loss that drives them from bed in the middle of the night. The moonlit beach provides some measure of solace and beauty and a place to reflect in peace.

This morning, I paused to talk to one of the beachgoers I recently met. He was a widower, and his sadness was palpable. His wife had been undergoing cancer treatment for several years until she made her transition very suddenly from an unusual respiratory illness that was probably Covid before Covid had a name.

Today he was asking me how I got into my work with the Akashic Records. I related the story of how I had been on the track of professional psychology until my father’s sudden passing from pancreatic cancer triggered a spiritual awakening. When I was a few sentences in, my beachgoer friend started doing that thing that people do when they’re not really listening, “Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay.” I stopped and let him talk.

He told me shortly after his wife died she had come to him in the middle of the night, jolted him awake, and told him the way things should be. She told him to get out of the house, stay active, meet other people, and not let his life end there. He told me he got up and went into the other room and wrote down everything she said. He couldn’t believe it.

The next morning, and for days afterward, he said he researched her words on the Internet to see if he had heard them in a movie somewhere. He hadn’t. He could never find the words.

He said he’s a chemical engineer, and it didn’t make any sense. If something couldn’t be proven theoretically, it didn’t exist. He was in a quandary. I asked him how it felt to hear her words, and he said it was very reassuring.

As I was listening, it struck me that I live in a world where talking to Spirit is ordinary. The fact that his dead wife had some very distinct thoughts about what he should do wasn’t surprising to me at all. But it was surprising to him.

As I walked away, I was thinking about the people around me. I was thinking about everyone who so graciously reads these Love Notes. I was wondering, What do you think? What is your relationship to Spirit? Do you feel the living presence every day as I do, or is it something that comes and goes?

The other dimensions will often break through in times of crisis, but what Spirit wishes you to know right here, right now, is this:

You are always loved, you are always held, you are always supported. ❤

For the last few months, Spirit has been talking to me about the notion of finding your way back. Finding your way to a deeper relationship with yourself, to the sweet sanctuary of relationships with those you love who love you, and to resting peacefully and delightedly within your spiritual connections.

Accessing the Akashic Records is a very beautiful and elegant way to have a direct connection to the higher realms. At the same time, you are always connected to the Divine through your Soul and its most evolved aspect, your Higher Self. The Record Keepers and I wish to come to you today to encourage you to live within the knowledge that you are always loved and held in grace. And by this, they mean there is an ever-present stream of love, light, and wisdom that belongs to you alone.

As well, they say with this comes the inherent capacity to heal yourself, to soothe whatever troubles you emotionally, spiritually, or physically. They say, if you can learn to rest gently through meditation or simple quiet reflection and ask for help from within your own heart and from the celestial beings with whom you feel most connected, you may open the way for a deep and profound experience at any time.

The Record Keepers always love to speak with you, and they always delight in asking you to join with them in experience. So, in this moment, take a minute or three or five, if you will, and connect to the highest aspect of your own Soul. Connect with your Higher Self.

Begin now by breathing a beautiful white light into the top of your head. Bring it all the way down to your heart, and let it expand outward. Do this three times, and feel as your chest starts to open.

Take another deep breath in and wash this light through your entire body. Let it sweep out anything you are ready to release.

Breathe in again, and gently sense your body. Become aware of what is present there now. Then, bring your attention back to your heart, and imagine you are breathing right into the center of your heart. See a white or golden light expanding outward in a flash. Do this several times until you feel a sense of peacefulness and relaxation.

Then, breathe in again and shoot this energy up and out the top of your head, like a diamond white light that you are sending back to the heavens. The Record Keepers say when humans send their energy to the higher realms, it is the sweetest gift imaginable.

So, send your love up for a moment. Then, breathe in.

Now, ask a question that has been lingering in the back of your mind…. Perhaps the decision you haven’t been sure how to make, perhaps the lingering notion of whether you are truly loved or cared for…

Ask the question that is with you now.

Then, listen.

Listen to the voice of your Soul or your Higher Self. Pay attention to any whispers that come your way. You may hear something, you may feel something, you may see an image, or you may just simply know. Many of us, those ones with the beautiful minds, :) often just receive information as knowings.  Sometimes this can make it harder, because we’re not sure if it’s us or something else. In this moment, feel yourself drop into a deeper level of peacefulness, and know that what you receive comes from a higher aspect. Allow yourself to listen for a few moments and also feel the sweetness, the softness, of these energies as the wisdom comes through.

The Record Keepers say, allow us to be with you a moment longer. The feeling they are transmitting is like resting in a sweet meadow of fragrant flowers. The grass is soft, the sun is shining above. Simply relax, and imagine the sunshine coming over you. Allow any healing of mind, body, or Spirit/Soul you would like right now. Just simply receive. Stay here for as long as you can, even if it’s only a few moments, and know this is in perfection, too.

Now they ask you to come back… To this moment… To this time … And feel yourself refreshed. Feel the sensation as if you’ve been away, playing in the higher dimensions, if even for a short period of time.

They say, wiggle your fingers and your toes, scrunch your shoulders, and gently open your eyes. They say, know that you are loved always, know that you are held always, know that we are with you always.

Returning to yourself, say thank you to your Soul or to your Higher Self, and then come back to your day.

In the days ahead, the Record Keepers encourage you to continue finding your way back to yourself, finding your way back to the sweet sanctuary of those you love who love you, and to your ever present, ever enduring connection with Spirit.

A Love Poem to God

I wanted to share something that came up in an Akashic Records session recently.

The lovely woman with whom I was speaking was struggling with the circumstances of life, with disappointment, with self-doubt. Everything felt hard.  

Perhaps you have felt this way at times, too… where everything you want is a struggle, and it is so difficult to find your way through.

The Record Keepers asked this one to write a love poem to God. A mystical love poem the likes of Rumi, Hafiz, and Mirabai - expansive and filled with love.

As these words came through me, I could feel their beauty. I could also feel it was the most perfect medicine.

“Write a love poem to God.”

Can you feel the energy of that now? It is exquisite.

To write a love poem to God, you must first get quiet within yourself. Take a breath and feel the sensations of your body and then drop in even more. Touch into your heart for moment, and see if you can feel the peace that always resides there. And then breathe in again.

Next imagine your mind or your awareness reaching up into the sky, into infinity. Feel the expansiveness there, feel your own self become without limit. Take an even softer breath now and let that limitless feeling expand.

Now touch into your heart, and see if you can feel the love that is always there. For good measure, breathe into your heart to amplify this feeling.

Now send this sensation up through the top of your head and into the heart of the Cosmos. Feel the expansiveness again.

Put pen to paper or fingertips to keyboard, and write the love note to God. And of course by God, I mean God/Spirit/Source/The All That Is, the Universe - however you imagine it. Write the love poem that God wants to hear, the one God needs to hear. It can be a few words or many stanzas. Write the love poem God needs to hear.

As you write this poem, feel yourself touching into the heart and the beauty of who you are, and expressing it freely.

If you indeed take the time to write this love poem, it will activate that which is most beautiful inside of you. Even more, it will let you know who you are. You will be made aware again of the beauty of your own heart.

When you finish your love poem, hold it up to the light, and read it out loud. This will transmit the vibration of it to the heart of the universe immediately. It will be lovely. When you are finished, press your love poem against your heart, and let its vibration fill your chest.

Breathe in your love poem until it feels complete. Then rest for a moment.

If you feel called, please share your love poem as widely as possible. Share it with the people you love, share it by email, post it on your favorite social media platform. The farther these vibrations can reach, the sooner the world can be transformed. Let this be your gift of love to God and to the world today.

The other day, as I was opening the Akashic Records of one of the lovely souls I am honored to mentor, I was shown that she was being held on the wings of butterflies and gently carried in life. It was so very beautiful, and we were both deeply moved by this special gift. The next morning, the energy of Butterfly (the Butterfly Kingdom) returned to me to express a very special message:

I come to you on the wings of beauty today. I wish to share with you the spirit of my world. You see how fragile I appear, you see how delicate, and yet I survive through all - all storms, all weather, all circumstances of life before me.

No matter what happens, I prevail.

As well, I begin my life in one form, which I must surrender completely to move to the next. I don’t know what will happen, I only know deep inside something must change.

Once transformed, I travel lightly through life. I live in a world of sunshine and frequency, and I go from flower to flower seeking color, light, and nectar. If I do not find what I am seeking here, then I just as easily go there. I can travel long distances in the course of the day, and I am content within myself as I travel, always.

I move with the winds, and I am supported and uplifted from beneath. Oftentimes I travel in the company of angels and fairies. Such fun! My light-hearted friends offer themselves to journey you as well.

What I wish to share most today is that I exist in an eternal state of lightness of being. I consciously go from one to the next, delighting in and engaging fully with life, with no worry about what is to come. I simply travel on the winds, knowing I am being moved in just the right way, at just the right time.

Today I offer you the energy of Butterfly: color, sweetness, lightness of being, and the absolute assurance that in every moment, you are held in grace and love and flow. :)

What Does it Feel Like to be in the Akashic Records?

It is my greatest honor and pleasure to be able to access the divine light and wisdom of the Akashic Records, for my own soul’s journey and for those of other people. There is absolutely nothing like it.

What does it feel like to be in the Akashic Records? It is truly divine. As I am saying the prayer to access the Records, there is a tangible shift in the energy from my everyday in-the-world awareness to something that feels more expansive. There is an immediate feeling of lightness of being followed by a whoosh! as the space around me gets bigger, and a sense of sparkle and magic comes in.

Once I’m inside the Akashic Records, there is a rush of energy as I feel myself attuning to the other person completely. It is as if I am experiencing their soul essence and what they feel as they are feeling it. It is a combination of light and spaciousness and incredible energy running through me.

Oftentimes there is a rush of words that want to be expressed right away. It’s almost as if I can’t stop them. The Record Keepers, the divine beings who watch over the Records and bring the information forward, want to acknowledge the person before me in their entirety, in their full beauty, and it is breathtaking. I feel love beyond words for every aspect of who they are, and I feel complete understanding, complete acceptance of them, in all ways. And in that space, I know absolutely that only love is real.

The Record Keepers seek to reflect back to the other person the magnificence of who they are and why they are here. They want them to know what their soul purpose is and how they have affected those around them. Although I have stepped back from my human personality to bring through the wisdom and energies, I am aware of feeling in awe and honored, too.

As questions are posed from the one who has come to receive the wisdom of the Record Keepers, it flows through me purely and smoothly without effort. Everything they wish to know, it is all right here. It is all expressed in the context of love. There is no judgment. There is no sense of right or wrong. There is a beautiful, peaceful neutrality, and the perfection of every choice and every action is immediately apparent. It all makes perfect sense. It’s all a part of the whole.

The Record Keepers always wish to communicate a deep sense of love and acceptance, for this is the truth. You can do nothing wrong. It’s all an act in a larger play. They wish to take the worry or concern out of the decisions that are made. You can’t get it wrong. They always wish to say there is only love. They indicate as well that so much of this was planned before we got here, and your task is only to feel into what is right, what makes you happy, what feels easy and smooth.

The light and magic of the energy is strong throughout, and I oftentimes have a sense of excitement and elation. As we speak, we may touch upon old core wounds, and there is an incredible compassion that comes forward. It is as if the Record Keepers are wrapping each one in a blanket of love and soothing their heart.

Anything that needs to be resolved, it can flow up and out, and through divine grace be fully released. Then, we get to create the new. The Record Keepers say, “This is the fun part.” We get to breathe in the new patterns in an active process of co-creation. We fill the spaces of past experience with the diamond light of what we wish to have now. They say again, “This is the fun part. This is the creativity. It is here that the new beginnings truly start.”

As I close the Records, there is a sense of a gentle return to earth. All the love is still there, while there is a quieting, and the beautiful sense of union with the soul before me begins to recede. I notice the Record Keepers always leave a lot of love in the space we have created together.

The energy of love persists after we close the Records, even if the words we shared do not remain in my conscious mind. There is a sense of upliftment that fills the day, like a mild sunshine. I notice the quiet satisfaction the Record Keepers have in being able to assist in this way. It is as if they are saying, simply, “Good work was done today.”

When I emerge from the Records at the end of the day, everything is filled with light. I feel uplifted. The energies dissolve, but the love remains. Always, the love remains.

The ability to access the Akashic Records for ourselves is a gift that everyone possesses. It is your birthright, and a skill that can be nurtured and refined. To be filled with the light and love of the Records for upliftment, insight, and sweetness is like no other experience I know. Please take a gentle breath in and meet me in the field of love today. :)

I’m often asked what brought me to working with the Akashic Records, and I would like to share my story with you today.

As a child, I was sensitive, intuitive, and always a little bit different. :) The universe was alive and spoke to me in so many ways. A shy young girl, I spent much time alone or in the company of my animal companions, where I felt accepted and understood.

I'm an empath by nature, and as I grew, I was drawn to deeply connecting with people and listening to the stories of their lives. One of my greatest joys was bringing out what is best in others and helping them find their own beauty. In my path of service, I was first drawn to psychology. I received my Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. in the field. I loved the depth and intimacy of working with people in this way. After I completed graduate school, I was offered a counseling position at a local community clinic, and I happily accepted.

I had been seeing clients at the clinic for several years when my father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. My parents divorced when I was young, and he had always been more of a good friend than a father. We were very close.

The cancer was advanced when it was detected, and there was nothing to be done. My father died five weeks later. It was shocking and heartbreaking. Losing him so unexpectedly changed me.

Within days of his passing, my father started coming to me. I began hearing messages and having unusual, visionary dreams. He would appear before me, still wearing his hospital gown. Here I was, practicing full-time as a traditional psychologist, and my deceased father was showing up in my living room.

At the same time, all kinds of strange energetic phenomena started happening: one line of a song would repeat over and over on the radio when I got into my car, feathers, coins, and symbols were showing up everywhere. Even though I had been intuitive throughout my lifetime, everything was amplified. While I knew this meant my father was alive and well on the other side, at the same time, it was scary.

I share this because many people have this experience when the spiritual world starts breaking through. It can be unnerving. These experiences compelled me to engage in a deeper exploration of my spirituality, looking for answers, as the veil between the two worlds thinned rapidly for me.

Meanwhile, I continued working as a psychologist at the clinic. Within weeks, the clients who came to me began describing spiritual experiences that did not fit within the bounds of traditional psychology. They were fascinating and profound. One Tuesday afternoon my client Annie came in, and life changed forever.

That day, Annie told me a very moving story that had taken place a few years earlier. She had experienced a lot of trauma and abuse in her early years and lived a very painful, challenging life. One night, overcome by pain, Annie decided to commit suicide. At midnight, she walked quickly to the end of a local pier, paused for a moment, and jumped off. As she slipped into the dark, icy cold water, Annie prepared to let go of life.

Suddenly, a strong light surrounded her, and she heard a voice say, "It's not your time to go." Disoriented, Annie didn't know what was happening, but felt what she described as a warm blanket of love surrounding her. She heard the voice again, louder, "It's not your time." Out of nowhere, a hand firmly grasped her shoulder and pulled her up to the surface and to shore. She crawled out of the water and looked around for her savior, but the beach was empty.

Somehow Annie knew she had been in the presence of an angel. Stunned, she collapsed to the sand and wept. She had always felt unwanted and uncared for, as if she didn't matter. To have an angel come to her at the lowest point in her life and pull her to safety changed everything in an instant. We were both deeply moved in the telling. 

A few days later, as part of our weekly case consultation meeting, l told the story to my supervisor at the clinic. I was still profoundly affected by it. My supervisor looked at me and said, "Brynne, you've got to figure out what hat you’re wearing. You've got the psychology hat, and you've got the spiritualty hat. You can’t wear both of them at the same time.”

He went on to explain that Annie had simply made up the angelic rescue story in response to her unconscious wish for an idealized father figure to save her. As I listened, I felt something change deep inside of me. I slowly walked out of his office, and it dawned on me I probably could not continue to do this work. I no longer believed psychology was the ultimate explanation.

Within a few weeks, I left the agency. I lost everything – my practice, my home, my friends. My family thought I was crazy. I even lost my own identity. It was a very confusing and painful time.

Ultimately, it took about two years for me to give up the idea of who I thought I was going to be as a professional psychologist. After I let go, I started doing spiritual counseling and energy healing, which felt much more aligned with what I came here to do. Eventually, I found a mentor who taught me to access the Akashic Records for myself and other people, and everything took off from there.

As much as I was helping people in a very real and heartfelt way as a psychologist, I wasn't in alignment with my soul. These two events - my father's passing and the supervisor’s admonition – were my cosmic wake up call. Everything changed.

Since then, I’ve had the gorgeous good fortune to be in the Akashic Records every day, accessing their light and wisdom and feeling their love and healing energies. I get to help people blossom in ways that are beyond anything I could have ever imagined.

I now open the Akashic Records on a daily basis to access divine wisdom for insight, for writing, and for healing. My life has changed in every possible way as a result. I have the richness of the universe available at all times, offering me clear guidance on how to live an uplifted, inspired life, full of possibility. I experience ever deeper gratitude and appreciation for the people closest to me. I am living in full alignment with my soul’s divine purpose.

Best of all, I know I am held in an ocean of love, always.

And now, I am delighted to guide other people to learn to access the wisdom and healing energies of the Akashic Records, so they may experience all of this, too.
