Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.

We know that we ask a lot of you in these transmissions. We know that we are asking you a lot of yourselves. In other words, we are prompting you to expect more from yourselves. You are the ones in charge there, because you are the ones who get to use your free will, and our hope is to guide you to use that free will appropriately. We don’t have any easy answers for you, and we don’t have any bailouts to give you.

We place the power in your hands, and we seek to then offer you the instruction manual that you were not given when you were born into that body. With your power, you get to choose, and your decisions create. You are there to create, and we know that you would like to experience better-feeling creations. Our best guidance to you then would be to pay attention to how you are feeling as you make each and every decision that you do in your lives. You are making the decision to focus on something or someone, and you are making the decision to focus in a particular way.

When you are conscious that you have a choice and that you get to make a decision for yourself, then you want to do so while also paying attention to the feeling inside of you that is telling you everything you need to know about that decision. You develop lots of fancy techniques to help you to decide, and they are usually mind-oriented ones. Your feelings matter. Your feelings materialize into physical form, and your feelings will continue to tell you what you are in the process of materializing. Pay attention, and choose consciously.

We know that this approach works, because we know that while you were not given an instruction manual, you were given everything that you need. You have your feelings. You have the ability to choose; your free will. And you have powerful minds that you get to focus. Now, just because it took you longer in life to understand that you had all of these powers doesn’t mean that you are lost or that you woke up too late to be able to do any good with this knowledge. You are perfect as you are, and you are perfect where you are, because you are always meant to be expanding.

And from where you are, all you can do is expand. Feel also for the expansion of a decision, and when you can feel that decision is taking you to the more expansive place you ultimately want to go, then you know it is the right one. You often hear people say, ‘Follow your heart,’ and we want you to know it is some of the best advice you will ever be given. It is so simple, and yet it is only three words. Spend some time meditating on those three words, and ask yourself the question of, ‘What does following my heart look like to me?’

Your answer may surprise you, but then again, surprises are good. Surprises mean you are moving in a new direction, and that new direction will always be the growth of who you are as a soul. We promise to be here with you holding your hand along every step of the way.

Dear one, this is a very important time! You have spent many years learning about and releasing in a way that is safe and comfortable for you. 

This time of change will bring many important experiences, please do not discount them! Instead, breathe deeply, stay grounded and pay attention. 

What you are receiving from The Universe now will assist you to manifest who you will become in the best way possible. 

It may be more challenging than you initially expected but, as always, you are supported and loved as you continue your journey to becoming whole.

Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.

We notice how you live, how you think, how you act, and even how you breathe, and we notice these things because we aspire to help you in every imaginable way. We know that there is significance to everything that you do and the way that you do everything that you do, and we invite you all to slow down so that you can do the same. Pay attention to how you are eating that meal. Pay attention to whether or not you are breathing easily when having a conversation with another person. Pay attention to how you shower and bathe yourselves.

Pay attention and slow down, and you will instantly notice the types of things we notice about you, and when you notice something is awry or not quite the way you would like it to be, you can stop yourself more quickly from continuing down a path that you really don’t want to be going down in the first place. You can not only stop yourself from progressing down that track, but you can also turn around, and you can turn around quickly and easily. You will do so because you have gone off of autopilot, and you have put yourself in the driver’s seat where you have access to all of the controls.

You don’t need to control anything outside of you, especially not other people, to change everything in your life for the better. When you want to see changes out there in the external world, then you had better believe that there are changes that need to be made within you. You can see the outside world from any number of lenses that you have inside of you to choose from. Changing yourself and changing the way that you look at the outside world is such a powerful process that you will notice the difference right away.

You are not only the creator of your reality, but you are also the experiencer, and you are the creator of yourself. Therefore, you really do have all the power, and when you exercise your power to choose by exercising your power of paying attention, well then you have everything that you need to live the life of your dreams. You are dreaming this life into experience, into reality, and so you might as well start dreaming it the way you want it to be. And again, if you start with the little things that you can notice, the little ways in which you can make a change in how you are doing something, then you can see the ripple effect and how that all creates the bigger world that you want to experience outside of you.

There is nothing more satisfying than mastering yourself and your reality, and we have just given you the keys to the kingdom. And when you use them, you have access to everything that is within the kingdom. And so now the ball is in your court, and we know that most of you already know these things, but we also know that in this moment you are ready to apply that knowledge and apply it in a new way.

Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.

We see you as you truly are, and that is our greatest gift to you. The greatest gift you could give to someone else is to simply know them as they truly are, because if you do, you are more likely to send them love, hold space for them and interact with them with the level of respect that you would give to an ascended master were one to materialize in front of you. When you think about your gifts, you often think in terms of your abilities to channel, to offer psychic insights, or to heal. You think about reading people’s akashic records and being able to tell them very specific things about their past lives.

But if you were to think of your greatest gift as your ability to see someone as they truly are, then you would be aligning with us, and we know that many of you would like that. It is quite possible for you to utilize this gift in any and all circumstances. And in fact, you will often put yourself in situations that will challenge you to see the other as a being of Source Energy, a being of unconditional love. This is the challenge that you face as a collective. It is something that could potentially bring you together.

And yet, so many more people are interested in the fancy spiritual gifts than the ones they have access to at all times. Now, we understand why that is, and we know that you are emerging out of your egoic shells as we speak. And so, we are here now to encourage you to reach for the most beautiful gift that you can give to another and to practice sharing that gift in every circumstance you find yourself in. 

Let us give you an example. Let’s say you are interacting with someone, and they are coming at you from their ego. They have certain desires, and they feel that you are getting in the way of them attaining their desired manifestations. And so, they are approaching you from that lower-vibrational place of anger. You can still look through the anger and past the ego, and see them as they really are. You can see the Source Energy love inside of them getting bigger and burning brighter because of your willingness to focus on that, instead of what they are showing you in that moment. 

And that is the best way for you to help that person and help yourself, because if you meet them where they are, you are likely to get into an argument that no one wins. Now, as you pass a person on the street who is begging for money and obviously doesn’t have a home, you are also helping that person a lot more by seeing them as a Source Energy Being than if you just walk right past them or drop some money in their palm and you continue walking. You may feel better about yourself if you hand out some money, but unless you are willing to also see them as a Source Energy Being, you have only helped them temporarily.

You want everyone to feel better after having been in your presence. You want everyone to know more fully who they really are because of how you gazed upon them and the words you spoke to them, and you want this because of course you want to live in that world, and you want to see humanity complete the shift in consciousness joyously and effortlessly, and you can also engage in this practice and utilize this gift because you will get the most satisfying feeling you can find inside of you by doing so. 

You will know yourself as you truly are because Source looks upon everyone as a being of Source. And as you align with Source, with that which you truly are, you become a more effective creator and you become a more effective manifestor. You do then actualize more of your spiritual gifts as well. And so, this is a path that we are offering to you, and it is a path that many of us have walked ourselves, and so we know how effective it is, and we know that it gets you to where you ultimately are going and want to go, and it gets you there faster.

Because everything that exists is in our own infinite consciousness, we can become aware of all of it. It requires our energetic alignment with whatever we desire to pay attention to. Our desires have polarity and frequency. We are like tuning forks, vibrating at the rate and polarity of our perspective, thoughts and emotions. Unlike tuning forks, we have the capacity to create and emit a vast array of negative and positive vibrations within our essence. Most of these have been subconscious, but we can learn to align them with the deeply-expressed theta frequencies in the heart of our Being. When we gain the ability to remain in the moment between waking and sleeping, we can have access to the depth of our Being. This is where the unconditional love and infinite awareness of Creator Consciousness resides within each of us. In our deepest inner knowing, we can learn to be in this highly-awakened state as we go about our lives effortlessly in deepest love and joy.

Beyond our wildest dreams as humans, we are so much more as expressions of the entire consciousness of the Creator. To be aware of our expanded consciousness, we must recognize, accept, resolve and release the self-imposed limitations of our conscious awareness. As we align with our heart-consciousness in deep meditation, we can enter unlimited acceptance of who we are and realize the love of the Creator that resides in our heart. For most of us, this can happen with strong intention and lots of practice. When we pay attention to how our life transpires through awareness of our state of being, we can begin to realize the extent of our creative essence. 

As we realize the Self-assurance of our amazing essence, we can understand the nature of human life and the game of consciousness that we are playing. Everything we experience is a result of our conscious and subconscious vibrations. By training our subconscious to align with our highest aspirations and heart-felt desires, we create miraculous experiences in deepest love and complete confidence. This is possible for all of us. It is how we are designed to be. When we desire to realize who we really are, apart from our sojourn as humans, we can regain awareness of our essential Self. It is the brightest, most beautiful and spectacular experience we can ever have.

There are many who do not have this desire, and that’s fine. They need more experience in the world of good and evil. For those of us who have the desire to know our true Self, with our infinite awareness and creative ability, know that it is possible. If we do the psychological work on ourselves, we can awaken beyond the limiting beliefs about ourselves, to awareness of the amazing majesty of who we are.
