Seven Facets of Spiritual Awareness

Seven Facets of Spiritual Awareness

by Owen Waters

Posted on June 1, 2025

Life can be a treadmill of mundane details or it can be an inspiring adventure of uplifting experiences. Through the regular, daily practice of meditation, you can start each day by raising your frequency of consciousness above the mundane, work-a-day level into the spiritual realms of consciousness.

Here are seven facets of spiritual awareness which unfold as a result of daily meditation. Any technique will work. The Ultimate Meditation technique is particularly effective.

Spiritual Awareness Facet Number One – Flow

A sense of flow attracts synchronicity into your life’s events. This almost magical sense enables you to always be in the appropriate place at the appropriate time in order to gain the most out of the experiences that the complete you, your inner self, planned for this life.

Spiritual Awareness Facet Number Two – Unconditional Love

You develop a sense of unconditional love for the inner, spiritual essence of all the people that you connect with in your life. Even the difficult people, as they are often holding up a mirror for you to understand an aspect of past habits which, deep down, you would like to examine at this time.

Your sense of unconditional love naturally includes full acceptance of yourself, just as you are, with the personality that you adopted for this lifetime of experience. You can catch those old thought patterns of self-criticism and remember that you live in a universe which is naturally full of love and unconditional acceptance.

Spiritual Awareness Facet Number Three – Abundance

Accept abundance as the natural flow of the universe. Forget those opinions about there being something wrong with money. It’s a form of energy and the universe is filled with energy. Life gets a lot more convenient when you are abundant. It gets really inconvenient when you are not.

When you follow your innermost joy, you find yourself doing work that you love and find absorbing. When you find your work absorbing, you become very good at it, without feeling that it took a lot of effort to become that highly skilled. When you are good at your work, employers and customers alike hear about you by word-of-mouth recommendation and they seek you out. The more in-demand your services become, the more they are worth. Following your inner joy is the secret to finding and developing an occupation which brings natural abundance.

Spiritual Awareness Facet Number Four – Intuitive Insight

Both men and women find that, with regular spiritual practices, their sense of intuition develops smoothly and naturally. Soon, your insights grow to become very valuable in dealing with the challenges of life.

Spiritual Awareness Facet Number Five – Creativity

A growing sense of creativity becomes apparent when spiritual practices become your daily routine. You discover new ways to achieve results because you see situations from a broader perspective.

Spiritual Awareness Facet Number Six – Wisdom

Advances in spiritual wisdom and understanding come with deep meditation. In meditation, it is important to let distracting, surface thoughts dissipate so that deeper realizations may surface at the time that they are needed.

Spiritual Awareness Facet Number Seven – Raising World Consciousness

When you detach from worldly concerns and express a higher frequency of consciousness, the conflicts of the lower frequencies of consciousness become automatically healed. When you let go of any form of conflict within yourself, you are able to rise to a higher frequency of consciousness in a state of harmony and balance.

Higher frequencies of consciousness hold a higher power. Not just a slightly higher power. The power ratio of spiritual consciousness to conflict-oriented consciousness is many thousands to one. If you allow balance to enter your life through a spiritual state of consciousness, it will manifest immediately and very powerfully in your daily life. You will also be helping to raise the global consciousness in a very powerful and constructive manner.

Being In The Mystic Zone

Being In The Mystic Zone

By The Scientist of the Heart

Greetings from Home, dear ones.

I am the Scientist of the Heart. Today I move to the forefront of the Group of 9, to give you an overview of troubling items that seems to pervade many paths of Lightworkers moving forward. Let us explain. In our open question and answer broadcast, we often hear from people who want to move forward but feel they are blocked or burnt out. Although they feel as if they need a change in their work, most do not have any open doors to make such a drastic change. Many have family members who rely on them for support, which makes them even more hesitant to initiate significant changes.

There are also those who feel their relationships have stopped growing, or even that they have fallen out of love. Perhaps they do not wish to rock the boat, or they are afraid of hurting their partner by telling them how they truly feel. There are also those who have specific goals with a preset path laid out before them, but they often lose inspiration and feel empty inside. All in all, change is difficult for humans. We wish to bring you an alternate view of life from our side of the veil and unlock some of the greatest possibilities that lay before all of you, no matter who you are.

Creativity in Different Levels of Life

There are many extenuating circumstances that affect decision making. Of course, viewpoints change with age and differ greatly in various stages of life. As a preteen most have their greatest desire to grow up and be an adult, so they can make their own choices instead of taking only the paths laid out by their parents. Yes, that is why many young adults end up taking a direction that’s diametrically opposed to that of their parents.

Then there are the teen years, when for most there is a certain fearlessness. It feels as if the reigns of control are now off and they can determine their own direction. Experimentation opens up all sorts of possibilities of finding one’s passion in life. Although sometimes there are negative consequences to those experiments, it’s also a critical time of free-flow creativity where the feeling of being magical emerges Young adults who choose higher education are usually required to choose one path of study, which from our perspective is one of the greatest killers of creativity. Being forced to choose their path at this age usually ends up with people who study one thing, then work in an entirely different field later in life. This pattern of blocking the creative flow by societal norms, often results in many of those questions we spoke of earlier.

Relationships

Most adults are obsessed with supporting themselves, or creating wealth as a means to find happiness. Many fall in love and have a family, creating wonderful opportunities for growth. Let us speak of relationships here, because people do not grow at the same rate. As people evolve in life they often grow apart, but that is not wrong, dear ones. If two people can continue to grow their relationship and their love in a harmonious way, they can have a long-term relationship.

Good relationships are not determined by how long people stay together. They’re determined by their ability to communicate openly and freely, fully supporting each other even in their differences. If that communication is lost, the relationships become routine and the partners often feel empty inside. One of the challenges we see is in the way humans perceive relationships. They often judge them by the way that they ended, rather than by the depth of the love and support that they shared.

We often hear parents say they do not want to cause their children trauma by ending the relationship their family was based upon. But what are you really teaching your children when you do that? Are you not predisposing them to the same challenges as they grow up and fall in love? There are many tools available to help rebuild relationships, such as marriage counseling or therapy. We always suggest using those before prematurely ending a relationship. But if those tools fail, then staying in an unfulfilling relationship can be detrimental to both your magic and your creative flow.

Being in the Mystic Zone

If you have ever watched professional sports, you’ve witnessed an important point we wish to share with you now. To be a professional athlete you must learn the rules, and then practice to teach the body what to do. Current understanding is that this an action of the prefrontal cortex of your brain. However, once you are at that level of competence you must then stop thinking and get out of your own way. This is often referred to as being in the zone, which actually bypasses the prefrontal cortex all together.

Let’s say you have mastered the art of throwing a baseball in the strike zone and you can do that 97% of the time. Now imagine that you’re on the pitcher’s mound practicing. You are throwing perfect pitches in the strike zone, when someone walks up to you and offers you a million dollars if you throw the next pitch into the strike zone. Well, your odds of doing that just decreased tremendously. Why? Because you would naturally engage your prefrontal cortex and think too much, rather than staying in the zone and letting your body do what it already knows how to do. In sports it’s often called muscle memory, but it is the same thing channels do when they channel spirit. They must put themselves in the zone and stop thinking long enough to allow the flow to come through them. The same is true of musicians, writers, artists and everyday people just going through life.

Can you imagine what it would be like to stay in that hyper-creative zone all the time? If you had that ability, you would never feel stuck or burnt out in your job, relationship or life path. Being in the zone takes practice, lots of practice. That’s why we have always said that the art of creation is done by balancing the head and the heart. Use your head to set your direction, and then trust your heart to lead the way and place you in the zone. This becomes even more important as we step into higher vibrational status in the fifth dimension.

Our intent is to give you a different perspective from which to view your own life and your spirit’s path, as you play the game of pretending to be a human. Walk with confidence and know that your spirit knows the way, if you allow it to speak through you. Please remember to treat each other with respect, nurture one another and play well together.

I am the Scientist of the Heart and I love you dearly.

A Season of Rewards

A Season of Rewards

ENERGY FORECAST

March 2025

Posted on March 1, 2025

Hi my friend,

There’s a lot of passionate energy in the world right now, which is another way of saying there are big changes and movements happening!

It also means that we are now in a heightened energy cycle.

If we have been experiencing stagnancy, or felt like hibernating a bit, the passionate energies accessible to us now will help us get things moving again.

For those who identify with being an empath, who are highly sensitive and aware of others’ energies, passionate energy can feel overwhelming at times.

Spending time in Nature, making sure we are well hydrated, and having a daily spiritual practice that helps to ground us, will help to pacify any sense of overwhelm.

Here are some of the ways that passion (fire) energy can show up in our lives:
  • Motivation
  • Zest and vigor
  • Anger and frustration
  • Excitement
  • Spontaneous joy
  • Heightened sexual desire
  • Moodiness
  • Inspiration
  • Creativity
  • Anxiety

If you have been noticing these energies a bit more than usual, give yourself permission to channel them in a direction that feels healthy and productive for you!

The energies listed above are an indicator that things are stirring now—moving within and all around us.

When given a healthy outlet, they serve as a vehicle that transports us to align with our highest vision, and the kind of reality we desire to experience.

These passionate energies support us with anchoring the embodiment of Divine Action. They can also help us feel more refreshed and alive.

Now is the perfect time to begin new projects, make big decisions, travel, move, start a new relationship, invest, find a new hobby, or take a course to learn something new.

A Season of Rewards

From March 20th to about July 15th, we will enter a season of receiving many new blessings and rewards from all the hard work we’ve put in in recent years towards our personal growth, healing, goals, and highest visions.

The more committed and consistent we have been in doing our inner personal work, the more rewarding this time will be.

We will experience a jump-start to a “reward” season during the second half of March, when a new wave of excitement, joy, and creativity will be in the air, supporting us in moving forward.

If we are someone who tends to be a procrastinator or lacking in motivation, especially when it comes to being committed to loving and honoring ourselves in every way possible, this will be a time to refine and resolve this coping pattern.

By choosing to recognize procrastination as the mind’s way of creating a distraction (because it doesn’t like change), we can now have compassion for that response, without allowing it to hold us back anymore.

It also helps us realize that we have other choices.

We deserve to thrive, and to receive ALL the blessings the Universe desires to shower upon us.

The only reason we may not fully receive them is because of the limited coping methods we have chosen in the past.

There are many coping methods that are empowering and freeing. The more we love and honor ourselves, the clearer it becomes that this is what will set us free to fly beyond any limitation we allowed in the past.

Our being the most loving and compassionate presence for ourselves and our inner child is the greatest reward we could ever give and receive.

Everything else just becomes the delicious icing on the vegan organic cake!

Now is the time to nurture this kind of unconditionally loving relationship with ourselves.

This is one of the main reasons we have all decided to enter this Earthly experience.

This is what many of the masters and sages who preceded us, such as Buddha, Kwan Yin, Jesus, and many others, were able to tap into.

They were able to love and honor themselves to such a degree that it naturally poured into the experience of all those around them—those who were open and willing to receive love.

This is why so many miracles were documented from those who spent time with these Sages. They elevated the space they entered, and brought others into that space of unconditional love.

Pure, unconditional love is the most powerful energy in all Universes.

Embody it, and one immediately becomes the most powerful energy in all Universes.

What these Sages were showing us, is that each one of us has the exact same capacity to do what they were able to do, and more!

Let’s work with the energetic doorways the Universe often provides, to strengthen our love and affection for ourselves, especially our inner child.

We can then also be that unconditional love for others, in ways that heal, uplift, and inspire others to love themselves and the world in the same way.

Choosing Love Daily

As these fiery energies heat up, they will powerfully support us in choosing love.

Love allows us to see the wholeness in everything. It allows us to see beyond the illusions of separation.

Choosing love as our daily path is a powerful practice. Some days it can be hard to choose love, so let’s remember to be gentle with ourselves along the way.

We were raised in a world dominated by left-brain thought, which tends to look down upon the abilities of the heart. Yet we can experience more love by choosing to think less and feel more.

It’s important to understand that emotions are not the same as intuitive feelings. Emotions are mind-based reactions that judge something as being either good or bad.

Intuitive feelings are not about judgment. They are about your high heart resonating with something as being true for you, or not. In other words, your heart responds by either contracting or expanding.

We have also been taught that action is preferable to feeling and intuition. And yet, love is less about doing, and more about Being.

As we step into that state of Being that is love—living from the heart and suspending all judgment—the Universe is always there for us, supporting us along the way.

Because when we choose to live in love, the Universe arranges everything in our outer world so that we can experience even more love.

The more we become aware of these opportunities and move into them, the easier it becomes to anchor love into our reality as a way of life.

It is important to realize that though we were taught otherwise, real love does not have any conditions placed around it. It also does not indicate weakness.

It is time to become aware of belief systems that are simply mind-based structures that distract us. They move us away from our true nature, which is based on real love. A love that does not judge, and does not cause us or another pain or hardship. A love that does not require us to give up or hide some part of ourselves.

True love is an unwavering frequency that flows through all of life. Choosing to be and embody love means that we immediately align with this constant flow.

In that moment, all the resistance we have to life fades away, so that everything in our life flows much more easily.

Our Higher Self: The Power of Love

Because we have so many misconceptions about what “power” really is, many of us have hesitated to reclaim our own innate power. We tend to associate it with misused power, the kind that is corrupt or controlling.

An ego-based use of power is usually a sort of misdirected creativity, a false form the mind created after losing connection to its Higher Self.

It’s a form of self-protection that comes from forgetting that we don’t need to be controlling outwardly. We are always safe and provided for, on a higher level.

But in this new and exciting era we are now in, we are collectively remembering the truth of how powerful our Higher Selves really are.

This is a powerful awakening, and one that is allowing us to fully reclaim our true and authentic power, which is interested purely in serving our and everyone’s higher good.

In this time when so many are ascending into the fifth dimension, we are rising out of the lower dimensional energies of duality, judgment, and narrow-mindedness.

This is freeing us to move out of the illusions of the false outer power we have been shown for so long, and into the true power of our real inner nature—and that is based on the power of love.

Untangling Ourselves from Victim Consciousness

If there was ever a time to release the victim archetypes that we as human beings have identified with for so long, it is now!

We can of course honor these archetypes for working to keep us safe and protected for thousands of years. As our minds looked out onto a dangerous world, they concentrated purely on survival.

But we now know that a world built mainly upon the idea of survival is not a world in alignment with who we are at our core: Divine Beings, carrying Love as our highest purpose.

As Divine Love Beings, we are here to do far more than survive. We now seek to thrive, and to love ourselves and the world around us, affirming that we are constantly safe and protected, even though our survival-based minds may try to tell us otherwise.

So now, as we release the victim role, we can joyfully welcome in our Higher Self!

Releasing victim consciousness means taking on board several empowering ideas, even if they seem to go against the grain at times.

The first step is to accept every person, every experience, and every outer situation that comes to us, without trying to change it.

We don’t have to agree with everything and everyone we meet. We just need to release the need to let outer conditions—and our reactions to them—define who we are. Through acceptance, we also release the need to dwell on the past, and what may have been.

The second powerful step toward releasing victim consciousness is to release the need to blame.

We tend to feel the need to blame when something goes wrong, because we have been taught that there is always something or someone outside of ourselves who is right/wrong or good/bad—someone or something that is responsible for our experiences.

We are at a place now where we know that this cannot be true. And that blaming another always leads us away from the peace of our Higher Self.

“When you think everything is someone else’s fault, you will suffer a lot. When you realize that everything springs only from yourself, you will learn both peace and joy.” ~ Dalai Lama

We know now that we are the Creators of all our experiences.

We can release the need to judge, simply by realizing that as we operate from our Higher Selves, we acknowledge ourselves as Creator of all we are and all we experience.

When we act or feel like our Higher Selves, we do only what feels to be in alignment with our high heart, releasing what doesn’t.

Blaming ourselves or others holds us back from connecting with our Highest, most Divine Self.

The third step to releasing the victim role is to take full responsibility for our lives and well-being.

The victim mindset won’t necessarily approve of this new behavior. It may well resist when it hears that we are responsible for our lives and well-being.

It senses that it is losing its job. And that it can no longer take comfort in separating itself, supported by the illusion that whatever we need has to come to us from outside ourselves.

It is natural to feel that resistance. But as we take responsibility for our lives and our well-being, we actively move out of victim consciousness, and into Creator consciousness.

Living from our Creator consciousness, we can move mountains! At that moment, as we are reclaiming our true inner power, we can manifest from the most authentic and powerful aspect of ourselves.

Taking these three steps actively supports our transition from victim consciousness to Creator consciousness.

As we move forward in Creator Consciousness, we remember that at our core, we have always been Love itself.

This is what’s happening right now.

We’re remembering that we have much more in common than we realize, because we are a human family.

And the illusions of separation through race, gender, roles, job titles, class systems, structures, religions, and sexual orientations, are being highlighted and polarized at this time so as to be healed, addressed, and resolved once and for all.

Love is awakening and healing the consciousness of humanity, no matter how it may appear on the surface.

Love has always been here, and now it’s taking center stage, ushering us into a completely different era.

Until next time,

With gratitude,

Emmanuel Dagher

Swap Anxiety for Joy

Swap Anxiety for Joy

By Myra Goodman

Posted on January 11, 2025

World-renowned life coach Martha Beck teaches how to find liberation from anxiety by embracing curiosity and creativity.

There’s some good news for those of us who struggle with anxiety and are eager to live with more joy and less fear: Martha Beck has figured out how to break free from the torturous grip of anxiety, and she’s helping others do the same.

Beck—a Harvard-trained sociologist, world-renowned life coach, and best-selling author—has devoted her life to cracking the code on anxiety, one of her biggest struggles since childhood. “Luckily,” Beck writes about her younger years, “inactivity made me just as anxious as everything else. So I charged forward into life, not so much bravely as frenetically, like someone running from a swarm of bees.”

In her wisdom-packed new book, Beyond Anxiety: Curiosity, Creativity, and Finding Your Life’s Purpose, Beck teaches how to replace the excruciating “anxiety spiral” with the exhilarating “creativity spiral.”

Brain Basics

Beck’s anxiety-busting strategies rely on understanding two things about the human brain. First, just like every mammal, we have an ancient part of our brain—our amygdala—that manages many of the emotions essential to our survival, especially fear. Second, our brains have two hemispheres, a left and a right, and each has a very different way of processing information and experiencing the world.

Beck explains that anxious thoughts are generated by our brain’s left hemisphere—the verbal, logical, and analytical part of our brain that thinks linearly and logically, accumulates facts, and passes judgment. In contrast, our right hemisphere—the creative, non-linear, intuitive part of our brain—experiences life in the present moment. Instead of bringing the past forward or fretting about what might happen, it stays attuned to immediate emotions and sensory input. This means that the right brain does not experience anxiety, because anxiety is always future-focused.

For most animals, the experience of fear ends when they are no longer in danger. But the human brain’s ability to hold information as a verbal story and elaborate on it with imagination enables us to generate scary scenarios that can keep our fear response elevated indefinitely. “And here’s a key point,” Beck writes. “The thoughts remembered and imagined by the neocortex feed back to the left amygdala as if they are actually happening.”

Commiserating with people who are well-acquainted with anxiety spirals, Beck writes, “You know how it feels to lie awake, safe and sound, getting more and more terrified—not by actual events but by possible ones … jolts of intense alarm followed by terrifying thoughts about potential disaster followed immediately by even more intense jolts of alarm.”

The Anxiety Spiral Versus the Creativity Spiral

Beck believes that much of our anxiety stems from how much our culture prioritizes left brain functions over those of the right brain. She writes: “From early childhood, you have been constantly rewarded for thinking in a certain way: verbally, analytically, in organized lines of logic … In school, you were carefully taught to repress your creative genius by working through every subject in a logical, linear way … You had to follow consistent procedures, and they had to be the same procedures as everyone else.”

According to Beck, living in a left brain-dominated culture not only breeds anxiety, it reduces the right brain’s ability to perceive context, connection, and beauty. “Where the left side analyzes (the word analyze means ‘to cut things apart’), the right side synthesizes, or puts things together. Working with the raw material of whatever we perceive in the present moment, the right brain harmonizes, blends, relates, and assembles things, often in highly original ways.”

When we learn to calm our anxiety and access both sides of our brain, we can activate what Beck calls the creativity spiral, which is the mirror image of the anxiety spiral. “Where the brain’s left-side spiral sparks fear and makes us want to control things, its right-side spiral sparks curiosity and makes us want to create things.”

Beck’s roadmap to swapping anxiety for joy is based on the fact that these two opposite spirals can never be activated simultaneously. When one turns on, the other shuts off.

“Anxiety shuts down creativity so completely that even the slight stress of being told we’ll get paid for solving a puzzle makes us less able to think creatively,” Beck writes. “But by the same token, deliberately entering and moving further into the creativity spiral pulls us out of the anxiety spiral … It can take us on a wild, delicious joyride that leaves anxiety so far in the rearview mirror we can barely remember it.”

Fostering Calm

Because anxiety shuts down creativity, the ability to calm ourselves is a prerequisite to fully activating our creativity spiral. Beck explains that the most effective approach to soothing anxiety is acceptance and kindness. She bemoans how often people try to “attack” anxiety, “fighting it like warriors on a search-and-destroy mission”—an orientation that only reinforces the left brain’s tendency to compete, battle, and conquer.

Beck shares six “amygdala-whispering” techniques (summarized below), which are akin to “horse whispering”—methods based on building trust and connection, as opposed to “horse breaking,” which relies on force and control.

Martha Beck’s “Amygdala-Whispering” Techniques

  1. Sigh. Exhale deep breaths with long sighs. “Every time you breathe out, your heartbeat slows a little. Exhaling taps the brakes on your fight-or-flight response.”

  2. Soften the focus of your eyes. Because maintaining a sharp focus is part of the fight-or- flight-response, “Softening the focus of our attention, especially the focus of our eyes, sends a powerful message to our anxiety creatures that it’s okay to relax.”

  3. Move. Staying still when you’re feeling anxious can feel akin to captivity. “Movement, especially shaking, is a highly effective way to handle current or post-traumatic stress … a powerful way for the nervous system to regulate into a state of peace.”

  4. Accept. Trying to stop yourself from feeling your emotions fuels anxiety, while acceptance breeds calm. Try telling your anxious parts, You can go ahead and stay scared. I’m not going to try to change you. I accept you exactly as you are.

  5. Murmur, hum, sing, or chant. Our amygdala is reassured by sound and vibration. When we’re anxious, our throats tighten. Our voices go up in pitch as well as volume. Relaxing our breathing muscles by speaking in a low, slow voice is soothing both because it requires us to loosen this tension, and because the physical vibration of a calm human voice helps regulate our nervous systems.”

  6. Deploy kind internal self-talk (KIST). Use a gentle voice while focusing on extending loving-kindness to yourself as if you are addressing another being. Experiment with comforting phrases such as, “You’re okay,” “I’m here with you,” “May you feel peaceful,” and “May you feel free.”

Turn Right Toward Curiosity

Beck views curiosity as the secret doorway between the fearful and inventive sides of our brain and explains that there are two very different types: deprivation curiosity and interest curiosity. The first stems from a worried need to accumulate enough information to feel safe, while the second stems from an enthusiastic desire to explore.

“Where anxiety makes us avoid more and more of the world, curiosity draws us forward, helping us get used to unexplored environments and unfamiliar experiences,” Beck writes. “Anxiety retracts; curiosity expands.”

Confident that our innate curiosity is always eagerly waiting to be reactivated, Beck writes, “Once you begin turning on your interest curiosity, opening the secret doorway between worry and wonder over and over, you’ll find that the door starts to work more smoothly.”

As we reawaken our childlike curiosity, Beck says we will begin to feel more playful and filled with wonderment.

Activating the Creativity Spiral

Throughout Beyond Anxiety, Beck offers many practical strategies to activate curiosity and creativity. She urges people to drop their externally conditioned ideas about what should interest them and begin to pay close attention to what actually sparks their delight.

Beck has coached people whose creativity spirals were activated by all sorts of activities, including raising chickens, making variations on spaghetti sauce, photographing insects, and carving soap. “Your interests may seem quite normal or completely bizarre to the people around you,” writes Beck. “What matters is that they stimulate your curiosity and make you want to keep playing with them.”

Diving headlong into what interests us often allows us to experience the delightful state of “flow.” Beck says this is what happens when time disappears and we join with the “energy of pure creation.” Not only do flow states flood us with delicious-feeling hormones, they enable us to bless the world with our best, most creative ideas.

Beck emphasizes, however, that even our most passionate creative pursuits won’t always feel easy—and they shouldn’t. Embracing “getting stuck” is an essential part of the creative process. Beck writes that getting stuck is our clue to take a break, appreciate the open and receptive state of not knowing, and then re-engage when our minds are clear and rested.

Free Yourself, Heal the World

The benefits of swapping anxiety for creativity are far-reaching. “Anxiety is contagious,” Beck explains. “As society makes us anxious, we make it anxious. Our uneasy feelings, thoughts, and actions bleed into the world around us, making others more anxious still.” Anxiety also reinforces suspicion and prejudice, which can lead us to “embody the very attitudes we don’t want to see in the world.”

Creativity spirals, on the other hand, are what Beck calls “love in action.” They open our minds and hearts, impelling us to learn about different people and perspectives. “Anxiety spirals show us only half the world. Creativity spirals show us all of it.”

Beck wants those on an anxiety-healing journey to understand that the logic of anxiety is always self-defeating, because it makes us believe that the only way to be safe is to never feel safe.

Anxiety always lies. Always,” writes Beck. “Remember, healthy fear is the truth: a clear impulse to act when, for example, there’s a leopard in your bedroom. Anxiety is only a thought: the fear of leopards when no leopards are present. You’ll always have your healthy fear. It can save your life; anxiety can only ruin it.”

For Beck, turning toward curiosity and creativity is what finally enabled her to extricate herself from the relentless grip of anxiety. She is certain that the more you activate your own creativity spiral, the more “you’ll start to experience that incredible, beneficent magic: a sense of the world reaching back toward you from all around, as if the vast intelligence of nature is exploring you.”

Do not ever underestimate yourselves or your impact on the collective. And please do not ever assume that your impact must come through action or that it must be measurable to have the impact that you desire to have. You are making progress in the way that you experience your reality, in the conclusions you make about your reality, and in the ways in which you respond to the opportunities that come up for you as a result.

You have everything that you need in every moment of every day, and those of you who recognize that can relax and can expect that what is needed will always come. When you do this, you demonstrate to your fellow humans how it is done. You are there not only to live a life of ease and freedom, joy and creativity, but you are also there to be the ones who lead the way. That is one of the reasons why you decided to put yourselves on a path that would ultimately lead to you being awake in this life.

You are now getting to the point where you can honestly say to yourselves that you have something to give, something to offer, something to teach to your fellow humans. And then you have to ask yourselves how. How am I going to do that? Well again, let us take you back to what we said earlier. You are having an impact, period.

You are impacting every other being in this universe and the universe as a whole with your mere existence, and when you think a thought that is positive, that is uplifting, that unites, then you are having the type of impact you want to have. And you may not be able to recognize that yet or experience it in a visceral way, but the more you pay attention to your feelings, the easier it will be for you to acknowledge when you are having the type of impact you want to have.

And as you pay attention to your feelings, you may find that you get inspired to do something, to write something down, or to make a video. And when you have that intention to be of service with what you are doing or creating, then you automatically are. So don’t worry about the what, and allow the how to be inspired from within you. You don’t have to do it the way anyone else is doing it in order to experience the impact that you are having on this universe.

You all who are awake will receive a calling at some point, and you can trust that the calling is coming. You can trust that what is needed will appear, and you can trust that your opportunity to serve will come in the perfect timing, and it will then allow you to experience the impact that you are having on the collective. Until that time, you can always focus on your heart, your vibration, your thoughts and your intentions, and you will grow into the being that you want to be and the being that has something to say, something to offer, something that will have an undeniable impact on the collective you are a part of.

We encourage you to start by acknowledging yourselves and the changes you’ve already made in this lifetime, changes that you know have impacted you. Some of you can acknowledge that you have made changes that impact others. And we also encourage you to make a list of those. In the acknowledgment of self, you of course build yourselves up, and you build your confidence up, to the point where you have something to offer, something to give, and you know it without a doubt.

And all of this can be fun if you make it fun and you decide that it can be fun and joyous and interesting. All of this doesn’t have to be hard work and serious just because it’s spiritual in nature. And when you remember that, you can go about being the being of service that you are who impacts the whole with a smile on your face.

We are The Creators, and we love you very much.

A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY

A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY

ENERGY FORECAST

DECEMBER 2023

Posted on December 1, 2023

Happy Holidays my friend,

Your presence here is cherished, and I’m so grateful for you.

We have so much to catch up on, so let’s get right to it . . .

A Golden Opportunity

As the year 2023 comes to a close, we are being presented with a phenomenal opportunity to heal the deepest wounds and hurts within ourselves, to help prepare us for an epic new year.

2023 has been an immensely spiritual year, one that has been helping us anchor into our hearts and minds a balance between the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine.

Ancient Chinese philosophy describes this time of chaos and heightened change as a turning of the tides.

The Yang (the Masculine) is being called to support and serve the Yin (the Feminine). Although these principles can appear to be opposites, they are essential to the expansion of one another.

Every aspect of our lives is experiencing the reverberations of the sweeping internal and external shifts that have been taking place.

Right now, we have the opportunity to welcome an unwavering balance between the Divine Feminine principle and Divine Masculine principle.

This balance has a strong potential to manifest itself and become realized in the collective consciousness in 2024 and beyond.

This will reveal itself through qualities of more grace, compassion, gentleness, patience, flexibility, wisdom, beauty, authenticity, creativity, and abundance, as well as more acceptance, forgiveness, nurturing, fertility, accessibility, kindness, healing, and unconditional Love.

What’s being asked of us now is to create the space within our mind, body, and energy field to better support and sustain these qualities and to allow them to flourish.

For each remaining day of 2023, I invite you to find a few minutes to create space in the following way:
1. Close your eyes. Take several deep breaths to help you center, then place your right hand over your heart, and place your left hand on top of the right hand.
2. Ask your I AM Presence/Spirit how you can support and love them throughout your day, the way she/he has supported and loved you always.
3. Listen to the silence in between the thoughts. This is where the answers from your Spirit will begin to reveal themselves. If the mind is unable to understand or receive a direct answer, simply allow your mind to bask in the silence for a moment.
4. Express gratitude to your mind for being willing to embrace the stillness within you.
5. Express gratitude to your Spirit for loving you unconditionally.
6. Open your eyes and express gratitude for each of your senses—your gifts of sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell.
7. As you go throughout the rest of your day, imagine periodically what it would feel like if your heart was smiling.

A Time to Heal

The opportunity to heal our deep and unresolved traumas is now being fully realized, in our personal lives and for all humanity.

Growth and healing that once seemed impossible to the rational mind are now becoming a normal part of life.

Healing occurs because of allowing ourselves to return to a state of peace.

Wherever there is peace, we can know that flow, ease, Love, wholeness, joy, creativity, and abundance will reside.

If any of the following are attached to our expectations of healing: Fixing something, getting rid of something, controlling/forcing something to happen, blaming something, hiding or denying something, not allowing ourselves to feel something—that makes it far more challenging to experience a healing.

Allowing peace to be our top priority creates an opening for lasting healing to occur.

True peace is the foundation for creating a world of unity, Love, and abundance for all.

We are seeing many countries around the world now breaking away from the old ideologies that have promoted intercultural separation and disconnection. There’s a collective priority now that is laying the foundations for a much brighter future ahead for all, rather than for only a select few.

There may be a healthy skepticism in our minds as to whether all this is really happening, because of all the separations that our minds have been conditioned to see in the world.

This is completely understandable, considering that it used to take decades or centuries before any real change became visible.

However, as things continue to evolve more quickly, it’s becoming easier to notice the changes happening all around us.

In our personal lives, the current energies are creating an opportunity for us to transcend the old stories we once created for ourselves, which prevented us from healing.

Some of these stories include:
Believing that we must believe that every thought we have is true
Believing that the mind needs to operate from fear and victim consciousness
Believing that we need the approval of anyone other than ourselves
Believing that we are broken and need fixing
Believing in lack, and not having enough
Believing that we are not allowed to feel our feelings
Believing that we are misunderstood, and that no one can understand us
Believing that we need something outside of ourselves to make us happy (a romantic soul partner, a certain lifestyle, a specific body type, etc.)

All these stories, which were created by the mind’s tendency toward self-protection, have the opportunity to be resolved now, so that we can return to the peace that has always been underneath it all.

Peace is who we are at our core.

As our inner stories come to the surface to be healed and resolved, it’s important to give ourselves permission to feel all our feelings, without judging ourselves.

Every thought, emotion, and feeling we have ever experienced deserves to be acknowledged, and to receive our unconditional Love.

With this new awareness, imagine the opening that will take place for healing to be fully realized in our lives!

A Special Time to Be Present

The holiday season is an excellent time to practice being more present in the moment.

When we are present, we transcend time and operate from the most expanded and empowered version of ourselves.

Practicing presence allows us to be open to miracles, insights, opportunities, synchronicities, and blessings that we may otherwise not have noticed.

Being present helps us to transcend the illusions of time.

It’s from this space of no-time (a place of non-attachment) that our greatest, most desired intentions can manifest.

Here are some simple things we can do to anchor ourselves in the present:
Spend more time exploring and enjoying nature
Express gratitude often throughout the day
Sing, dance, knit, or find other ways to express ourselves creatively
Notice and be mindful of our five senses—taking quiet moments to notice the sounds, shapes, colors, tastes, textures, and scents all around us
Have a big belly laugh daily
Look into the eyes of everyone we encounter throughout the day, and smile

It’s in the present moment that most of our freedom is experienced, because we are no longer bound to the illusions and habits of the past or worries about the future.

Consciously choosing to ground ourselves in the present moment leads to a life lived from a state of grace, flow, and ease.

Welcoming the Support of the Universe

As this year comes to a completion, this is an excellent time to reflect and get clear on what we’d like more of in our lives.

Here are some questions to ask ourselves, to get greater clarity on what we want to create more of:
“What does my life look like when I am at peace and happy?”
“What are some things I enjoyed doing as a child that I can integrate into my life now?”
“What actions or situations feel expansive and good to me?”
Answering these questions can help us get clear on what we really want to experience more of.

Once we have that clarity, it becomes easier to take action, and to ask for support.

Most of us hesitate to ask for support from others, either because we’re unclear on the kind of support we desire, or because we were conditioned to believe that getting what we want takes something away from someone else, creating a burden for them.

There’s also the belief that, “If I ask for help from others, they’ll expect me to return the favor.”

Life is about sharing this human experience with our sisters and brothers. And an important aspect of the human experience is being part of a community.

We are here to share our blessings with one another. If you are surrounded by people who do not want to support or help you, it’s usually a reflection of how you’ve been treating yourself or others.

Are you generous with your support towards yourself and others? Do you offer support to others without expecting anything in return?

Does it feel easy and fun for you to share your blessings with the world?

When you can fully answer “yes” to these questions, you will notice that support is abundantly available in your life.

When we express what we desire with the Universe and those around us by asking for support, we open ourselves up to receiving opportunities we might not have had a chance to experience otherwise.

The Universe wants to give us everything we’ve ever desired for ourselves. It’s just a matter of how open we are to receiving it.

If you ever find yourself feeling unsupported, find an opportunity to support someone else, even if it’s someone you don’t know very well.

This act of kindness will shift the energies for you. It will open your mind, eyes, and heart to knowing that life is much more than hiding or separating ourselves from others.

It’s about living, loving, and sharing our gifts and our presence openly.

Enjoying the Magic of the Season

Often, this time of year offers a unique glimpse into what direction we are moving in as a whole, in our collective consciousness.

This happens most easily this time of year, when most people are more open to the magic and wonder that is actually available to us at any time of year.

This often allows people to put aside their differences, while practicing more kindness, care, and compassion.

Because of this, each year during this season, we all move up another step on the ladder of consciousness. We begin to move further out of the world of separation, and into a world of peace, love, and respect for all life.

If you are someone who has closed yourself off from the extra magic available to us this time of year, don’t be too hard on yourself! Just know that if you desire it, it’s available to you.

During this holiday season, let’s love and adore the three-year-old child within us, and in every person we meet.

This is the part of us that just wants to be loved, accepted, and nurtured.

We as adults now get to offer this love to our inner child, and the inner child of all those we encounter.

Happy Holidays!

Till next time,

With love,
