Jesus: “Do not carry all the weight by yourself. I am here to make your burden lighter.

“There are so many things you care about, so many things you want to achieve and ever so many goals you desire to reach. I am here today to remind you that you are not alone in your journey on this Earth. I decided to come to this world to experience firsthand the true nature of human beings. That’s why I know how you feel. I knew you before you came here, I know you now and I will know you forever.

“Let go therefore of the burden that tires you and place it on me. I will help you carry it.

“When you learn to do so, when you learn to trust in My help and when you realize My living presence on Earth and in your life, the joy will invade your heart as will the certainty that everything that happens is well planned for your growth and evolution.

“Open your arms and receive all My love. Receive all My blessings. Let My love and help reach you. Live your truth, which is having Me with you and in you, always. That is the truth that will make you free from suffering and pain, anguish and resentment.

“If you accept My truth as your truth, you will see your life in a different color and joy will fill your days.

“Do not suffer any longer. Do not worry any more. I am here to walk beside you. You will constantly enjoy the path you took in your time on earth.

“I am here with you. Feel My presence. Live in My love, in My care and under My protection.”

Jesus: “There are moments in life when you feel despair, perhaps helplessness in not finding the course, the exit or the way. You simply feel lost. Trust in Me. Hold on to Me. I am with you in those moments, as I always am. It is necessary during your life on Earth to live through some situations that can cause you pain and uncertainty. Those are your opportunities to express your faith. Trust, trust, and keep trusting.
 
“Even My death on the cross was an act of faith and total surrender.
 
“Trust in the Father’s Will. Give up all your anxieties and all your worries and fears, but really give them away in an act of total abandonment.
 
“Live the experience of being completely at peace in the midst of trials and conflicts. You can be completely at peace, even living in deep joy while experiencing My love, despite the difficult conditions that may surround you.
 
“But the peace and joy of My love is within you and these cannot be taken away or changed, except by you when you decide to live your life away from Me, distant and without My presence in your life. You are always free to choose. I am here with you to give you My peace and love. However, I always respect your decision to either let Me into your life or not, because I love you forever.
 
“Take My Peace, take My Light and My Love. They are larger than any situation you might be living through today. Everything will pass, but My love for you will not pass.”

Thought Adjuster: “When is it the perfect moment to be at peace, to be happy, to give a smile, to help or to tell someone you love him or her?

“When is it the perfect moment to talk to Me? To listen to Me? To dedicate to Me a few minutes of your life?

“When is it the perfect moment to do what your heart tells you to do, but you don’t do it because of your unfounded fears?

“When is it the perfect moment to stop and watch a sunrise, a flower, a bird, or to simply stop yourself?

“For Me there is no time, neither a beginning nor an end. But for your time on earth, there is. And it is a time that can pass as fast or as slow as you decide.

“The perfect moment is now. Yesterday was, it no longer is, it has gone. You don’t know if tomorrow will or will not come. You still don’t have it in your hands.

“What you do have in your hands is this precise moment. It is yours. And for this time and each one of your moments here and now, you have absolute power of decision. What will you do with it? Will you use it to think about what was or was not? Will you use it to postpone what your heart tells you to do? Or will you just do it?

“Awake! Realize! Put all your strength, your energy, your consciousness, your love and your being in this very moment, and in every one of your moments. Focus here, focus now. And make your moments the best they can be.

“Now is the perfect moment. Do it, do it now.

“Be happy now.
Live in peace now.
Forgive now.
Help now.
Laugh now.
Rest now.
Love and love yourself now.
Close your eyes, breathe deeply and listen to Me... Now.

“Now is the perfect moment... Do it!”
