A year and change into the Golden Age — a deep, and thus far unquenched, thirst for justice among a huge portion of the MAGA base notwithstanding — the administration has prosecuted precisely zero COVID criminals.
What’s more, the Department of Justice, when Pam Bondi isn’t promising to prosecute Americans for “hate speech” or rolling out new schemes to cover up the Epstein, hasn’t scrounged up the time or energy to bother even investigating any of them.
No prosecutions, no investigations, no press releases.
Nothing but radio silence.
The guy running HHS, RFK Jr. wrote a big, beautiful book elaborately detailing the rampant criminality of Fauci and many, many of his co-conspirators.
And yet, nothing.
Rather, AG Pam Bondi seems far more interested in prosecuting phantom “hate speech” crimes and covering up for the Epstein class.
Were she inclined to do the job the base that put her in office would like her to do, however, she would have a plethora of legal implements at her disposal.
It is true that, for some federal crimes that these people likely committed — and we’re only discussing federal crimes, setting aside state-level statutes under which these people could be targeted — the statute of limitations has run its course and the window for prosecution has elapsed, being over six years out since the start of the pandemic and even longer from the pre-planning (the tabletop exercise Event 201 coincidentally timed in October 2019, just a few months before the lockdowns began, the illicit gain-of-function work on coronaviruses in offshore labs, etc.).
Criminal conspiracy — which these people provably engaged in — typically has a five-year statute of limitations.
The key provision, though, is that the clock on the five-year statute of limitations window for criminal conspiracy only commences once the conspiracy has concluded.
As the conspiracy — the shot mandates, the forced masking, the business closures etc. — arguably continued deep into 2023 and arguably even beyond, we’d still be well within the five-year window for prosecution.

For statutes such as 18 U.S.C. § 371, which require an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy, the statute of limitations begins to run on the date of the last overt act. See Fiswick v. United States, 329 U.S. 211 (1946); United States v. Butler, 792 F.2d 1528 (11th Cir. 1986). For conspiracy statutes which do not require proof of an overt act, such as RICO (18 U.S.C. § 1961) or 21 U.S.C. § 846, the government must allege and prove that the conspiracy continued into the limitations period. The crucial question in this regard is the scope of the conspiratorial agreement, and the conspiracy is deemed to continue until its purpose has been achieved or abandoned. See United States v. Northern Imp. Co., 814 F.2d 540 (8th Cir. 1987); United States v. Coia, 719 F.2d 1120 (11th Cir. 1983), cert. denied, 466 U.S. 973 (1984).
An individual’s “withdrawal” from a conspiracy starts the statute of limitations running as to that individual. “Withdrawal” from a conspiracy for this purpose means that the conspirator must take affirmative action by making a clean breast to the authorities or communicating his or her disassociation to the other conspirators. See United States v. Gonzalez, 797 F.2d 915 (10th Cir. 1986).”
So, who should the Department of Justice be investigating, assuming it was serious about pursuing justice?
· Peter Daszak. Former EcoHealth Alliance who acted as the conduit through which Fauci funneled NIAID funding to the Wuhan lab (after the Obama administration outlawed gain-of-function on American soil)
· Deborah Birx. The so-called “Scarf Lady” who ran the Trump White House response (into the ground)
Entire books can, and in some cases have, been written about each of these seedy characters, whose depravity stretches far further back in time than COVID; indeed, their lack of morals or decency was the qualifying features that catapulted them to the top of the Public Health™ apparatus in the first place.
None of these people, for the record, benefitted from the flurry of pardons issued by whoever was running the Biden autopen on his way out the door, with the exception of Anthony Fauci. And even Fauci’s pardon, if indeed if was signed via autopen as it appears to have been, is highly suspect.
All of which is to say: there is no excuse for the total lack of effort to punish these demons who perpetrated the greatest scam in world history and killed untold millions of people, and perhaps billions in the aggregate, in the process.
COVID, Monkeypox and Now West Nile: The Election Virus Fearmongering Continues

Election Day is just a few short months away, which means the time has once again come for government authorities and the media to start their fearmongering campaign about the latest “election virus” to hit the streets: West Nile Virus.
End of August and early September is usually when mosquito populations really start to explode across the more humid areas of country, including in New York City where city officials have begun “spraying” the streets with chemicals as mitigation.
Thanks to the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “pandemic,” some cities and towns are even launching “voluntary” curfews and lockdown orders as a way to try to mitigate the perceived threat of West Nile Virus.
The town of Plymouth in Massachusetts, for instance, posted a notice that its jurisdiction is at high risk for the spread of mosquito-borne diseases like West Nile. As such, residents and visitors are being told to stay home after dark in order to stay safe.
“PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THERE IS A BAN IN EFFECT FOR ALL OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES BETWEEN DUSK AND DAWN,” reads a sign posted in Plymouth.
How many election viruses will they push?
With monkeypox (mpox) also making headlines, it would seem as though the race is on to see which election virus sticks as the one to upend normal voting day procedures and turn it into another COVID-like mass hysteria event to provide cover for the election thieves to do their thing.
The media is still talking about the latest “strains” of COVID, too, with the FDA having just approved yet another “vaccine” for the dreaded virus. So we are witnessing the emergence of a potentially fate-altering trio of viruses taking center stage as Election Day approaches.
As for West Nile Virus, the claim is that 33 states – 33 is a powerful number in the occult – are now threatened by its spread. Is this true or is it simply a code meant to deceive the world as the string-pullers angle the country towards destruction?
There is actually a fourth virus the media is talking about that is also said to be a threat: eastern equine encephalitis, or EEE. A handful of towns across Massachusetts have imposed “voluntary” lockdowns to address that alleged “threat.”
“The desperation continues,” wrote someone on X about all this virus and disease fearmongering. “They have to stop people from going out to vote come November.”
Another brought up the fact that billionaire eugenicist Bill Gates released genetically modified (GMO) mosquitos into the natural environment on several occasions over the years. Could this new West Nile Virus scare be a product of all that?
“Voluntary curfews until mandatory curfews,” wrote another about how this all sounds a whole lot like that “two weeks to flatten the curve” line that was dished up during COVID, only to then become several years of lockdown and mask mandate hell.
“How many viruses will there be in November?” asked another, clearly referencing the upcoming election.
“I wonder if citric acid mixed with chlorine dioxide knocks this out,” wrote another, suggesting that if West Nile Virus really is a threat that there is an easy, natural way to remedy it. “It is used to treat malaria as well.”
Robert F. Kennedy: When the Covid vaccines were being rolled out, the mainstream media derided my statements at the time as “misinformation” and “conspiracy theories.”
RFK Jr. predicted that vaccine makers would begin to roll back their promises of vaccine immunity, from 100 to 80 to 70 to 50, etc. In fact Pfizer did that some years ago. Meanwhile, the “magic” vaccine, as Bill Gates called it, promises to take down millions, as it was intended to do. Thanks to Kathleen.
The mere fact that such things as the assassination of a president are being discussed and accepted as things that “happen” gives me the shivers.
And the fact that mainstream media would concentrate afterwards on fact-checking claims rather than finding out what really happened depresses me. (1)
Of course I stand as much of a chance of being wrong in my support as they do in their opposition. Partisanship blinds us to faults just as much as love does.
How did we get to a place where the news of the assassinations of world leaders was accepted as easily as … well, say, landing a man on the moon! Errr…. That was not a good choice.
We have to pull ourselves out of the abyss the cabal has prepared for us. Covid knocked the props out of our community connectedness – our “common unity.” We were divided, first, by choice; then, by agitation; and now by wars.
“Divide and conquer” – the cabal fanning both sides. We seem to fall for it every time. Racially, politically, religiously – we’ve allowed ourselves to be divided again and again and … conquered.
But, hey, we know that evil has gone as far as it can go. The other day I cited Matthew on the matter:
“Universal councils that set standards for civilizations’ interactions would not sanction killing 90 percent of Earth’s population, an Illuminati goal of longstanding. They [the Illuminati] cannot have a third world war—they started WWI and II and made vast fortunes by selling war machinery to both sides in both wars—and they cannot fabricate and release more lethal viruses.

And it isn’t only Matthew saying that. The One who creates, preserves, and transforms universes – the Divine Mother – also says exactly the same thing – and her word is law in the universe:
Divine Mother: [I am speaking about] those in … positions where control and abuse of power have been rampant. That will not be the platform [from] which integration of the various galaxies [into the new interdimensional region of space] takes place. That is not the Plan.
I know very clearly, sweet one, as do you, if it is not [in] my Plan, then it will not occur. (3)
Any possible combination and permutation of events would arise to prevent that from happening which is not in the Mother’s Plan.
And the triumph of evil is not in it.
Finally, we did not incarnate this lifetime to be martyred, the Lord Kuthumi reminds us:
“You did not incarnate during this time of awakening and action, ascension in the fullest meaning of that word to be martyred, to suffer. That is the paradigm you are literally smashing to smithereens. You have delicately and indelicately said ‘no’ to , for which we praise you, honor you.” (4)
The world has never joined together before to say “No!” to the deep state.
The ten days of broadcasts (and the Quantum Voting System) (5) may see that happen for the first time in human history. If so, that’d be one more thing about these times that make them beyond historical.

Died of renal failure and pneumonia; mother says hospital treated son with remdesivir

In December 2020, life was going well for 40-year-old William Donald Judah. He was vice president of a family-owned janitorial company in Prattville, Alabama, the father of a 5-year-old son, stepfather to two other children and a softball coach.
“All the girls loved him,” his mother, Donna Sue Harvell, told The Defender. “He was affectionately called ‘Coach Will.”
Harvell said she was supposed to see William right after Christmas 2020, but the plans were canceled when he tested positive for COVID-19 and began experiencing symptoms such as a loss of smell and taste.
“I would’ve dropped everything and run up there, but he said, ‘No, there’s nothing you can do,’” Harvell recalled.
In the coming days, William’s symptoms worsened. On Jan. 2, 2021, he called his mother and told her he had to drive himself to Prattville Baptist Hospital. “They’re going to go ahead and keep me,” he said.
“He was going to the hospital to get some antibiotics, and they isolated him,” Harvell said. By Jan. 8, 2021, he was dead — a victim, his mother said, of COVID-19 hospital protocols, which included the administration of remdesivir over five days.
“We miss him every day,” said Harvell, who shared medical documentation with The Defender confirming her son’s story and the medical treatment he received.
‘That hospital failed him’
Harvell said her son was initially “upbeat and cheerful” after being admitted to Prattville Baptist, explaining that a nurse was “coming in now to give me an IV,” Harvell recalled.
But when she told him that in her region of Florida, monoclonal antibodies were being administered to COVID-19 patients, he told her that nurses at his hospital told him they were administering “what they gave President Trump” — referring to remdesivir.
The hospital isolated William and prohibited his family from visiting, Harvell said. But in communications with his mother, William said he was experiencing difficulties.
“I had spoken to him and they were also giving him Toradol for pain,” Harvell said. “He was in a lot of pain, and they said that he kept pulling the mask off, so they had the oxygen on too hard.”
According to Harvell, a nurse told William the oxygen was “on too hard” because he was trying to pull the mask off of his face. “She was basically blaming him,” Harvell said.
Still, William’s outlook initially looked good, based on tests conducted at the hospital.
“I received a text from his wife saying his blood tests were good,” Harvell recalled. “They had unhooked the IV, they had taken him off fluids — he didn’t need them anymore. His blood count looked good.”
Harvell said William was told “he should be doing well in a couple of days.” That was 36 hours before he died.
“By Jan. 6, he indicated that he wasn’t getting any better and he might need to be moved,” Harvell said, referring to a text message William sent his family that day.
By this point, William was diagnosed with pneumonia. But Harvell learned her son was not receiving appropriate treatment for it at the hospital. Instead, they were still giving him remdesivir.
“I asked, ‘Are they giving you an antibiotic?’ He said no, and he said, ‘They’re watching me for blood clots.’ Now, why would they watch him for blood clots with a respiratory infection? I said, ‘Are they giving you a blood thinner? Are they giving you Plavix or aspirin?’ He said no [and that] they said, ‘There’s something might be wrong with my liver.’”
“This is a side effect of remdesivir,” Harvell said.
According to Harvell, “The next day, [the hospital] drugged him, they put him on a ventilator, and he passed.” But when she tried to find out more information from the hospital, staff initially only told her they had taken him off fluids.
She said he coded twice and they were able to bring him back. But the third time they were “busy” with other patients and just could not bring him back. “They were just too busy,” Harvell said.
“He drove there and left in a body bag, and my first words were, ‘What happened?’ That hospital failed him. We were expecting him to come home. They had just taken the IV out,” Harvell said.
Family kept in the dark about renal failure
It took three weeks for the hospital to release William’s death certificate, Harvell said, and the release required the assistance of the funeral home. When finally released, the death certificate listed William’s causes of death as COVID-19, pneumonia and renal failure.
“I did not know about the renal failure until I received the death certificate,” Harvell said. Other family members, including William’s wife, also were kept in the dark, according to Harvell.
Harvell said the hospital did not receive informed consent from William or his family before administering remdesivir. Instead, Harvell alleges hospital staff did not tell William he was suffering from renal failure.
She said:
“He had pneumonia. He should have been given an antibiotic for pneumonia. If they were watching him for blood clots, why wasn’t he on a blood thinner? … And he not once mentioned [renal failure], so I don’t even think he knew that he was in renal failure because he would’ve told me. He would’ve told his wife. He would’ve told somebody. He would’ve told his dad.”
According to Harvell, hospital staff did not offer William alternative COVID-19 treatments, such as ivermectin.
She noted that William was unvaccinated, but that likely didn’t play a role in the treatment he received at the hospital, because in early January 2021, COVID-19 vaccines were not yet being administered to his age group.
“I’ve had COVID twice. My husband is 77. He’s had COVID twice. If anything, we would be the ones to pass away. But we didn’t go to the hospital. We didn’t take remdesivir. I took ivermectin and we’re fine,” Harvell said.
“If William would’ve stayed out of the hospital, he most likely would’ve lived,” she added.
COVID Censorship KILLED People, Wall Street Journal Admits

Just about everything Big Tech tried to keep a lid on concerning Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “misinformation” turned out to be true in the end, a new op-ed from the Wall Street Journal said.
In tandem with the federal government, social media companies like Twitter and Facebook blocked key information about lockdowns, face masks and the “vaccines” that, had more people been able to access said information, far fewer people would have succumbed to death.
It turns out that the so-called “virus” killed very few, if any, people. It was everything else that was responsible, from the fear and hysteria to the forced social isolation to having to wear a piece of cloth and plastic over one’s breathing holes that contributed the most to people dying.
Errant hospital protocols (i.e., remdesivir and ventilators) also killed many thousands, if not millions, of people. And Big Tech did its part to keep the truth about this hidden by labeling all warnings shared online as “disinformation.”
“Legions of doctors stayed quiet after witnessing the demonization of their peers who challenged the COVID orthodoxy,” the Journal reported about the matter. “A little censorship leads people to watch what they say. Millions of patients and citizens were deprived of important insights as a result.”
“Health authorities and TV doctors insisted young people were vulnerable, demanded toddlers wear masks, closed schools, beaches and parks, and were loath to contemplate crucial cost-benefit analysis. The economy? Mental health? Never heard of them.”
COVID was never the problem – it was the government’s “solutions” to it that destroyed everything
Then there was all the censorship of truthful information about ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) that deprived the masses of simple, safe and effective remedies for COVID that fueled the fires of death across the land.
Meanwhile, the government poured $6 trillion into all sorts of other remediations, including Operation Warp Speed and the train wreck that became of all that, with tens of millions of people developing various side effects or dying as a result.
These shots are certifiably useless when it comes to actually stopping the spread, but that never stopped the government or the media or social media from pushing them and pushing them and pushing them. The massive public health costs of the fallout from this jab push have only just begun to manifest.
The worst year for excess mortality, in fact, was 2021, the year of the “vaccine.” Prior to that, barely anyone was dying from actual COVID, even though the media was pretending as though people were dropping dead in the streets all over the place from some phantom contagion.
“Excess mortality in most high-income nations was worse in 2021 and 2022 than in 2020, the initial pandemic year,” the Journal explained. “Many poorer nations with less government control seemed to fare better. Sweden, which didn’t have a lockdown, performed better than nearly every other advanced nation.”
“After navigating 2020 with relative success, young and middle-age healthy people in rich nations began dying in unprecedented numbers in 2021 and 2022. Health authorities haven’t focused enough on this cataclysm of premature death from non-COVID heart attacks, strokes, pulmonary embolisms, kidney failure and cancer.”
Even despite all the censorship, the truth is still getting out, thanks to the power of the internet. Authorities recognize this, which is why they are attempting to crack down even more on free speech.
“Digital censorship is their response to this crisis of authority,” is how the Journal op-ed put it.

Dr. Reiner Fuellmich is now being exposed to the deep state’s standard response to someone who dares to speak the truth. They had him extradited – or rather kidnapped – from Mexico, incarcerated him in a maximum security prison, and are now starting their standard campaign of belittling and ridiculing him, destroying his reputation so that he won’t run politically and expose the “pandemic.”

I have experienced that state, of feeling solid like granite, immovable because I was temporarily in a divine state of peace. Gandhi is a good example of someone in this space. If that’s what Reiner’s describing as the Energy that supports him in his court appearances, bravo!
I’m glad to hear that people are keeping a vigil outside his prison cell. Every attempt to raise public awareness of the odds stacked against him, I think, will shorten the time before he’s free again.

Dr Martin and a panel bravely exposed the World Health Organization for the criminal organization that it is and proved that COVID is, indeed a bioweapon.
MOST people seem to have moved on from Covid-19. They may occasionally refer to the ‘pandemic’, but they’d rather put it in the back of their minds. So it’s important that we critical thinkers don’t let the truth be buried by an official narrative that a deadly disease struck, radical interventions were necessary and then a miraculous vaccine saved millions of lives.
I know a nurse who worked throughout covid at the local intensive care unit. She believes that while the disease was exaggerated, it was distinct from the usual respiratory infections. Positively-tested patients admitted to her unit frequently suffered from asthmatic attacks.
But such symptoms probably resulted from the terror induced in society by the government. And these patients were right to be terrified, because they faced being hooked on to a ventilator, totally dependent on overworked clinical staff, with no visitors allowed. Aƒƒs Roger Watson and I explained on TCW, many never took another natural breath.
The book What the Nurses Saw by Ken McCarthy features interviews with nurses who worked in the killing fields of US hospitals. An army veteran, Erin Marie Olszewski qualified and practised as a nurse in Florida. When New York became the American epicentre of Covid-19, she answered the urgent call for nurses from the city authorities.
On arrival Olszewski was surprised to be boarded in a luxury hotel, having no work assigned but paid $10,000 weekly by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Clearly the crisis was not as bad as portrayed on the news.
Eventually Olszeswki was posted to a large public hospital, to find doctors and nurses following extraordinary and harmful protocols. Rather than a last resort, intubation to breathing machines was primary treatment. Andrew Cuomo, governor of New York, acted as medical dictator, ordering 30,000 ventilators.
As paycheck employees following administrative policy, doctors abandoned their Hippocratic Oath, mistreating patients who walked into hospital but left via the morgue. Consent, so fundamental to healthcare, was reduced to doctors telling patients that their only chance of survival was mechanical ventilation.
According to Olszewski the throughput was like a factory production line, manufacturing the desired mortality data. Nurses, normally reticent in challenging decisions made by doctors in a rigid hierarchical culture, failed to put their patients first. They were complicit in state-sanctioned murder.
This was particularly awful in the public hospitals of New York, where the majority of patients were poor and funded by Medicare, the federal system that incentivised use of ventilators, paying hospitals $39,000 per case. As patients were expected to perish, little care was given and they lay unwashed on their faeces. As soon as a corpse was carried out, the apparatus was used for the next admission.
Another whistle-blower, Nicole Sirotek, observed that institutional power was rarely needed to ensure nurses’ compliance with the covid regime. The nursing staff policed themselves, making clear that any dissident would be ostracised, imperilling their professional career.
According to Kimberley Overton, a nurse in Nashville, nurses were told not to spend time near patients’ beds to reduce spread of the virus, despite their full exposure in wards dedicated to covid cases. This was unnecessary cruelty. Patients were deliberately isolated, deprived of nutrition and water (drips were regarded as sufficient fluid intake), and communication was impossible with nurses covered head-to-toe in PPE.
Wards should have had a warning at the entrance to abandon hope, all ye who enter here. Overton observed that covid was killing only people in hospital, not at home nor among the homeless. The treatment regime was devised to end lives efficiently. Ventilators were key to this, as Overton described:
‘In all my career, I had never seen the PEEP (positive end-expiratory pressure) settings set so high. Typically we see it at about five, and we were seeing that pressure at fifteen. We were blowing people’s lungs out.’
To sedate intubated patients, high doses of fentanyl were administered. It was standard practice to conduct a breathing test on patients after a day on the ventilator. They almost always failed, because of the respiratory suppressant effect of fentanyl.
But the most dubious intervention was remdesivir, declared by Anthony Fauci as the ‘drug of choice’ for covid sufferers. This antiviral was originally tested on Ebola cases, but over half died in the trial. For Covid a rushed and incomplete trial was claimed as evidence of its efficacy, but the drug often caused kidney failure.
British readers will be particularly interested in the account of Kevin Corbett. I spoke alongside Corbett at Trafalgar Square in September 2020, when he warned the mass audience of the ‘Nazification’ of the NHS.
Covid-19 was not panic by the authorities, but a deliberate and planned takeover of the healthcare system. Individual care, to which taxpaying citizens believe they are entitled, was replaced by Nazi-style viral hygiene. Petty dictators in matrons’ uniform had never enjoyed so much power: no mask, no shift. The rationale for covid rules was never therapeutic, but exertion of totalitarian authority.
The NHS was bad, but American hospitals were much worse. The profit incentive was irresistible to unscrupulous administrators, with incredibly high payments for concluded cases (i.e. deaths). Another factor is that senior managers and clinicians of Democrat leanings were dealing with patients of lower socio-economic status and populist Trump proclivities. Vaccination rates in the US confirmed this political divide.
The motto, should another pandemic be declared (Disease X, as the media are priming), is ‘stay out of hospital’. That’s a terrible indictment on doctors and nurses, so many of whom broke their code of conduct to participate in crimes against humanity.
What the Nurses Saw should be required reading for politicians, administrators and clinicians who uncritically accepted and applied the Covid-19 orthodoxy. McCarthy’s compendium of bedside experiences shows what happens when all professional and moral standards are abandoned in favour of a globally enforced problem-reaction-solution contrivance. As Bill Gates excitedly foresees, there will be a ‘next time’, and if as a society we do not learn the lessons from the pseudopandemic and confront the evil-doers, we deserve whatever follows.
