This Movie has a Happy Ending

In my opinion, the reason people don’t flock to the divine qualities, don’t put their names down on a waiting list, don’t queue up for tickets is that, when one calls upon the latter or wants to be in them, they don’t necessarily come right away.

How long did I wait to experience love before I did? Sixty-five years? (1)

My relationships were chaotic. I had nothing to offer except what substitutes for love in our dimension – usually money and subservience.

I now can call up love when I want it. We’ll all of us be able to do this soon enough. It comes when the kundalini reaches the fourth chakra.

I’ve noticed in the last months that I can also call up other divine qualities – provided I recognize them. That act of recognition – “Oh, this is bliss!” – seems to be essential.

The purpose of life is after all an act of knowing: Knowing who we are. (2) So it shouldn’t be surprising that the explosion of a wisp of bliss should be triggered by recognition or realization.

Whenever a divine quality was mentioned decades ago, I’d have to smile dumbly. I didn’t know what compassion felt like, ecstasy, happiness. I was only going through the motions.

Now the motions have disappeared from my mind and I’m happy just being me and doing whatever I do. I trust myself now. I trust this love.

I’m drawing love up from my heart as I write this and one thing I notice about it is that it’s sustaining, nourishing, rejuvenating. There was very little about my life before coming upon this love that came close to it in its re-awakening ability.

All the satisfaction I got back then, I got from my work. I was stuck in the intellectual realm. The heart opening, which is only the first of our spiritual experiences, was my first taste of genuine love.

This movie has a happy ending. We’ll all experience that same heart opening and introduction to the divine qualities which I’m describing. When we do, the whole tenor of life on Earth will shift.

People will be down on the beaches, walking in the parks, volunteering, serving, helping out. The love we’ll experience then will cry out to be shared and that alone – in the absence of anything else – will push us in the direction of being with one another and correcting the world’s ills.

It’s certainly pushing me. But, later on, it won’t be about work. Literally and figuratively, it’ll be the expression, the reception, and the re-sending of love. All we’ll want will be to experience more of it and share it with all around us.

(1) The fourth-chakra-induced heart opening is known as spiritual awakening by Hindus and stream-entering by Buddhists.

After it comes savikalpa samadhi or cosmic consciousness when the kundalini awakens the sixth chakra. After that, Brahmajnana, God Realization, or kevalya nirvikalpa samadhi in a seventh-chakra awakening.

Only after that do we leave the Fourth Dimension when we experience – if present “rules” apply – sahaja nirvikalpa samadhi, a full and permanent heart opening.

But all the rules have changed:

The heart is one portal to the higher dimensions. It’s the one best known and most accessible to us.

But let me not leave you in suspense. The vision I had in 1987 showed me that the purpose of life for us is enlightenment. The purpose of life for God is to allow God to meet God in a moment of our enlightenment. That means that all of us, without exception, are launched on the same journey from God to God. All of us, without exception, will realize God – who we are.
