The gift of ageing is to have found inner peace, to look back on a life with gratitude and to be able to treat yourself and your fellow human beings with tenderness. Perception changes and the approach to life changes: from doing to being! If you have been completely absorbed by being, then you accept and look back on your own youth with love, but without longing.

“Work or pension?”
 
JJK: I am finding it hard to accept that I am getting older! I notice how I struggle almost every day with the fact that my body no longer does what a young body does and that the age of 58 is slowly becoming apparent. Most recently, a hairdresser who does not quite speak German yet, who I spontaneously stopped by for the first time when it came to paying, asked me: “Work or pension?” to get me a pensioner’s discount. Although I am working on myself, I cannot really accept the ravages of time! Huh?

LADY NADA: What happens is that the inner becomes more and more prominent, and what happens is that you become fully attuned to your inner presence and reality. Your non-acceptance stems from the fact that you identify with the physical body as much as with your soul. It is the identification that you are now slowly giving up, what remains is the respect and love for your body.

JJK: What I definitely want is to grow older in good health. For many people, age-related illnesses creep in, as people like to say, and I want to avoid that at all costs. Are sport, dietary supplements and a healthy lifestyle good advice?

LADY NADA: What is good for your body is familiar to you, so continue to listen to it and your earthly vessel will serve you well until the end of your days, keep you healthy and give you pleasure. It still needs some time for your complete acceptance, then everything will become natural, simple and easy.

JJK: It is funny, although I know of course that I am infinite consciousness, that I lived before this life and will continue to live after this life, I find it hard to accept getting older?

The identification

LADY NADA: The degree of identification makes something easy or an issue difficult. If the identification is abandoned, not only the point of view changes, but above all the feeling about it.

The topics and what seems important vary from person to person, but everything always gains weight and significance through identification.

JJK: So slowly get used to it …

LADY NADA: To love yourself for the beauty that radiates from the inside out and that is now becoming apparent in the more mature years of life.

Beloved human beings,
Life is eternal, you are eternal as beings of divine origin.
Eternal youth is the goal for those who know neither a before nor an after!

But you should be carried by the certainty that your soul is immutable and your spirit immortal. You are divine consciousness that inhabits an earthly body for as long as an experience is foreseen. Then you return to your celestial presence and take your place with us again in the light.

Do not attach too much importance to earthly phenomena – they are transient, just as your earthly garment is transient – what endures is you, in all your power and glory.
