I was thinking of you today, and I asked Spirit, “What beauty can I bring to you?”

Immediately, the Divine responded to remind you of the loveliness of who you are, to remind you that you are unique and special, and there is no other one like you. They said if we could shower you with 1000 rainbows, fill your heart with the most exquisite joy, wash away every single teardrop of pain you have ever shed, and restore you to your original, perfect form, here, now, it would be so. :)

Beyond this, no matter what is happening now, in your heart, there shines a little diamond light. As I look at it now, it’s a little pearl of light, and inside your soul essence is stored. The very beautiful and sacred essence of who you are is right there.

Breathe into the center of your heart, allow your beautiful shimmery shiny sparkly pearl to begin to expand. Take a peek inside. What does your soul most want to share with you now?

And I will ask you the same question, “What beauty can you bring to the world today?”

How can you love your own heart a little bit more, how can you bring a sparkle to the eyes of someone close to you, how can you fill the heart of a beloved animal companion, your next-door neighbor, or the one you hold most dear?

Today, together, let us bring a little more beauty to the world.

And then, if you will, let me know how your light lit up another person today.

p.s. The most important thing you can do today is listen to that part of the Divine that lives in your heart. May I ask that you promise to listen to this part of you every day. Your life, and the world, will be forever changed as a result.
