Greeting beloved being of LIGHT, we are here, it is our honor to connect with you in this manner. We know that you continuously feel the energy transmission we offer through these words. Humanity is stepping into a new, ever expanding phase of evolution. You are stepping into a new reality, a reality that is being called forth from your heart consciousness. There is a pause occurring in time that many are feeling. This pause is allowing you to adjust to the new frequencies. You intuitively sense something is different yet when you look out into the world things seem the same. That sameness is shifting; there is a tremendous influx of energy that is bathing each of you and your reality.

These new energies has never been felt before, so there is a feeling of puzzlement. As well as a deep recognition from that aspect of you that is multidimensional and all knowing. Even though the outer reality seems the same and the issue’s this planet is facing still looms ahead of you, there has been significant shifts in the realms of truth and transformation.

We acknowledge each of you for your incredible support. Your clear intentions and heartfelt vibrations have anchored this new wave of transformation and transparency which is beginning to filter down into physical manifestation for you to observe. This next period of time will seem to morph and stretch in unusual ways.

Do not be surprised by what will unfold as you are straddling multi-dimensions. You are moving back and forth between the old and the new, adjusting and reestablishing your presence and frequency. That match the reality that you have anchored in your dreams and visions. Hold firm to those dreams and visions allow them a home in your heart and consciousness. Welcome the upheavals, the changes as they appear in your life and the unfolding events around the world. Remember that you are the one calling forth this new consciousness of realized and recognized oneness. Hold the anchor for the frequencies coming in which activates those that continue to slumber or resist their true awareness of oneness.

Celebrate and claim your true power, acknowledge, appreciate and own your ability to make a difference. Honor yourself for the strength and courage you carry in this physical walk in life. Honor yourself for the experiences that you have been willing to transform. Honor yourself as the conscious heart that you are. You chose to do this incredible service for yourself and all mankind and we embrace you with our gratitude.

Continue to maintain a frequency of grace and gratitude; for these vibrations and frequencies will allow you to surf the tumultuous energy fields that change brings. These are exciting and thrilling times of divine unfolding. Allow yourself to walk in grace through the days ahead, uplifting all that is before you. Be mindful to care for your physical body as it also experiences the changes of dimensions. Celebrate as often as possible what is right in the world, for this attitude continues to anchor and call forth the true connection and oneness with all.

My Personal Message

Seems summer has arrived. We still have foggy, chilly and sometimes damp mornings. By noon the sun is out and shining its face off. The daylight hours are long and pleasant. My garden is growing and blooming. I planted some new plants around the fountain and they are doing excellent.

My favorite view is out my kitchen window into the courtyard with the lovely fountain, 'Waters of the World.' I am amused watching the birds splashing and enjoying a delightful bath - from the tiny humming birds to all the others, including the crows. The crows have taken to bringing their food to the fountain to wash. They often drop the bread or a noodle in the water. This means we have to clean the water more often. It is still a treat and a gift from nature.

This month has been soft and easy, just the regular routine, which always include an afternoon nap. Mornings are coffee, news-homework, and a game of rummy with my partner. I spend a couple hours with e-mails and office work. I then offer a private session with the 'team,' have lunch and my nap. More office work and phone calls. An evening to relax.

My main focus this year has been my latest book 'from a creative view'. This is a book of my life experiences, stories and some poems. I am so excited to share these stories. It has been interesting for me to see the various threads that continue to run through them. I have enjoyed observing how my gifts and abilities have shown up. How the 'team' has been present throughout my life subtly and then in a more direct manner. My daughter is editing the stories and we are almost complete with this process.

Next, I will take it to the graphic artist who assisted me with all four of my other books. What I like is our process. She has all the computer skills for the layout and format. I get to set next to her and design how the page looks and select the images. This book will be in color. I plan to use my collage images and photos to illustrate the stories and poems. To say I am excited is an understatement.

Everyone seems to be experiencing subtle, yet great, changes in their inner awareness. Feeling the shift to other dimensions and their paranormal abilities becoming available. These are amazing times and we are all becoming more and more aware of creating our reality. We continue to transform world issues with powerful and clear intentions, prayers and the powerful tools we have been given. The 'team' reminds us to use sounds, as well as the light of the violet flame of transformation, to transmute all that is occurring in our lives and on the planet.

I am, again, including these two suggestions since I believe they are so important for us to use each day of our lives. With everything that is happening on the world scene these are some good things to remember:

Thought I want to share!

Re-set, re-adjust, re-start, re-focus...As many times as you need to.

First, it's an intention. Then an action. Then a practice. Then a consistency. Then a habit. Then it's simply who you are.

I am grateful to be alive during this wonderful expansion of consciousness. Eighty years ago there was very little acceptance - and it was rare to find - individuals offering channeling. Now, I am fortunate to have offered close to ten thousand sessions. Our reality continues to reflect our own shifts and changes.

Please call for your appointment. I continue to arrange session for all those who have sent me a request. Of course, I love this work and connecting with clients. It is rewarding and engaging. The sessions are powerful. It is amazing what is revealed and what effective, simple tools the 'team' provides. They gently and lovingly stretch our consciousness. I love working with these incredible conscious beings and making them accessible to you.
