I am Saint Germain, keeper of the Violet Flame. 

We begin at the centre of the Earth. Scientists know that there is a ball of red, hot magma that is molten and liquid there but Lightworkers know that, energetically, the centre of the Earth hold’s Mother Earth’s diamond core. It contains her beating heart and is the home of the Violet Flame. The diamond core is crystalline and every point is 12-faceted, like her diamond.

Above the Earth, totally surrounding Mother Earth, is the Crystalline (Lightworker’s) Grid where all Lightworkers have anchored their light. Each vortex point on the grid is a twelve-faceted diamond and is an exact mirror of Mother Earth’s diamond. Any energy sent by a Lightworker from the grid will harness the energy of all Lightworkers connected to the grid and then go directly to Mother Earth’s diamond core before going out to the world. If they invoke the Violet Flame as well, it will accompany the light, transmuting negative emotions as it sweeps around the Earth. The power of this energy cannot be underestimated.

Every Lightworker who has activated their Crystalline Lightbody is surrounded by their own 12-pointed diamond with each point being 12 faceted. As you can imagine, each facet links directly to the Crystalline Grid and to Mother Earth’s diamond core.

Can you see the pattern?

Each Lightworker works with a council of twelve ascended masters of light. Many of these masters have different aspects of themselves on different councils. The over-lighting council is the Cosmic Council, formerly known as the Great Brotherhood of Light. Each master represents a ray of light which corresponds to the 12 chakras held in the human body – seven main chakras and five higher, galactic chakras that are the gateway to each person’s Divine Blueprint and their ability to access the divine wisdom and universal knowledge that is each person’s birthright.

Every Lightworker who teaches others anchors in their own council of twelve that will work with and protect every student they ever teach. In turn, each of those students will anchor in another council of twelve for their students, should they become teachers themselves. Again, the Great Cosmic Council oversees all lightwork around the world and guides all other councils.

The number 12 signifies the 12 virtues and attributes of the Source of Creation – the Mother Father God. These 12 virtues and attributes are embedded in the 12-chakra system of every person on Earth. Activating higher frequencies of coded light in each chakra will bring in the Lightbody, bringing the person into alignment with the crystalline energy. Not all Lightworkers are aware that their energy is powerful, but their consciousness and demeanour will naturally attract others, and they are more likely to be in teaching or healing professions.

The number 12 is divisible by 3 and 4. When you add them together you get the sacred number of 7. 7 is the most powerful, spiritual number because it signifies wisdom, spiritual connection, mercy, forgiveness and divinity. The number 3 signifies the Law of 3 – when you say a command three times you make a decree and it will be so. The number 4 is the number of the angels , the 4 elements and balance in all things.

Activate your 12 chakras and become an active Lightworker for the planet. You are more powerful than you could ever imagine.

Doubt can creep up on you when you least expect it, even when you have made up your mind and begun to make plans. In those moments, it is very easy to begin second guessing everything previously decided, causing a lack of confidence in oneself and one’s intuition.

Indecisive people can find making decisions for change very difficult indeed, preferring to let other people choose for them in case they make a mistake. Making life-changing decisions can be difficult at the best of times, but for those who lack confidence in themselves, it can be excruciating.

The Universe will always have your back, but it works best when the lines are clear. Sitting on the fence about something will only delay things, because blurry lines are very hard to decipher. Making a firm choice may seem final and difficult, but once a choice is made, the lines become clear and the Universe can ‘read’ them and begin to deliver what you want, as long as you remain focused and clear in your mind.

If making a decision is the hardest thing for you, learn to listen to your heart and feel with your gut, rather than going over everything in your mind until it is all a tangled mess! Even though a choice is logical, what does your heart say? Are you making the best decision for your future? How would it feel if your went down each path, if there is more than one choice? Why are you even making this decision—for you, or for someone else?

Doubting yourself can mean that you don’t trust yourself, and it could even be an indicator of low self-esteem. Worrying about what other people may think also might mean that you are not feeling empowered, whereas being concerned about the effect your decision has on others is an indication of a higher consciousness. If you  are, at any time, unable to weigh up the pros and cons and make a balanced judgment, maybe  try this simple technique.

Narrow down the choices to two or three; e.g. one that you really want, one that others are telling you and one that is possible. Centre your energy in your heart space and breathe slowly until you feel grounded and relaxed. Put your mind out of the way as much as you can.

‘Feel’ into each option by seeing it at the end of a path. How long is the path—is it straight or windy? Does it get darker or lighter? As you walk towards the choice, would you feel happy doing it/being there this year, in two years, in five years? Are you instinctively drawn or repelled?

While making a firm decision is the best way to moving forward with positive intention, lingering doubt is also a sign not to be discounted. Learn to trust your intuition and follow your instincts. If it doesn’t feel right, then it probably isn’t the best choice, even if it ticks all the other boxes.

Sometimes, leaving it up to the Universe can help take the stress out of making any decision. If you do that, always thank the Universe for delivering what you want/need in the highest and best way and timing for you, then let it go. I AM AA Michael.

We think of energy as electricity, the generation of heat or the product of fuel, but, in fact, everything that is made of matter can be thought of as energy. Money is a form of energy, as are food, crystals, plants and even inanimate objects. Everything on Earth vibrates and generates its own energy, although it may appear to be solid and stationary.

All forms of energy have a particular vibrational frequency, that creates a level of consciousness. Humans are energetic beings, and their vibrations will be higher or lower depending on their state of health and mind, the food they consume, the vibrations of the people they interact with and the kinds of lives they lead. Different forms of energy that humans use as exchange also have different levels of vibrations, which can, in turn, raise or lower the frequency of energy that we emit to others. Natural and organic foods and medicines will raise  vibrations, whereas synthetic medicines and foods grown with pesticides will lower them. Sunshine can raise one’s energy, thus improving one’s mood and optimism, whereas rain and clouds can have the opposite effect.

Anything used as an exchange of energy to live and survive on Earth will directly affect how humans feel, think, say and do every day. The frequency of energy used as exchange will affect how happy or sad, positive or negative we feel. For instance, a smile or a kind tone of voice in response to a gift or service given will always create a much higher energetic exchange than harsh words or no thanks at all. If the exchange of energy returned is lower than the intention or value held by the person providing the gift or service, an imbalance will be created, causing dissatisfaction and disharmony between the giver and receiver.

Money is a very dense energy form which can weigh people down like a tonne of concrete, especially if importance and status are attached to it. Money has the potential to keep people grounded in the physical world, blocking their minds to the opportunities and possibilities that the Universe offers, should they be open to it. If humans could always think of money, possessions and food as forms of energy rather than as physical objects or the only form of energy exchange that matters, they would find it much easier to create abundance in their lives.

Although the use of money as legal exchange cannot be avoided, the vibration in which it is handled can have a major effect on people’s financial situations. The Law of Attraction comes into play here, as attachment to money, status or material objects will keep you in the Third Dimension and block your ability to manifest what you need. Worry about money and the lack of it will only bring more of the same. Giving thanks and blessings for the abundance you already have, however, will quickly open the way for attracting more abundance into your life. Visualising the abundance you need, the form it must take, e.g., financial, happiness etc,  and giving thanks for it coming into your life, as if it has already happened, you are giving clear signals to the Universe and it will answer. After putting your request out there, it is essential to let it go, because you will be back in the cycle of attachment if you don’t!

If you need money and it doesn’t eventuate, even though you have asked the Universe every day, it might mean you need to look at your belief system – do you feel deserving of money? Do you actually believe good things can come to you at all? Do you believe life is hard, or know how to live life, not just survive it? These beliefs can be huge blockers!

So, how has money changed, improved or ruined your life and how can you change your perspective of money to that of flow and abundance rather than hard earned and always in lack? Are you liberal with your energy exchanges, or miserly and guarded? While one can be too generous, also creating energy imbalances, it is necessary to give, spend and let go of energy in order to receive it. There can be no flow with only one spout – pouring water from a vessel without refilling it will only drain and deplete it.

So, next time you find yourself short of energy, whatever form that may take, reflect on how much you have given and how the exchange you received made you feel. As a co-creator, you are much more in charge of your life, and wealth, than you might imagine, just through your beliefs, thoughts and actions.

Intuition is a psychic knowing. It is claircognizance in its most intrinsic form. When you trust your intuition, you are almost certainly right. But, where does it come from?

 

Intuition can be a feeling, a thought, a sudden knowing that something is not right, is about to happen or a knowing about something or someone that you have no way of knowing about. It comes from your higher mind that is tapped into the universal (not human) consciousness stream. Within this stream is God’s mind. While the universal consciousness is like a data bank, God’s mind, or the Source of Creation, is a living consciousness within each one of us, constantly creating based on our beliefs, experiences and choices.

 

Our etheric body is the most open and sensitive body of all four bodies. It facilitates our connection to our higher self, our angel guides and to the vibrations of consciousness swirling all around us. More evolved beings will be more highly attuned to their connections and thus are more likely to take more notice of the signs they are receiving as intuition or inner psychicness, but everyone is connected to universal mind and the Source of Creation and has thus has the ability to tune into their psychic knowing, no matter where they are on their path of evolvement. The denser their energy and vibrations the less tuned in they will be.

 

Psychic-ness is this connection to the etheric (not always spirit) world, where there are no boundaries on the transmission and reception of messages. Listening and hearing the messages depends upon trust and an ability to switch one’s mind off. The mind becomes a receiver, not a transmitter. This takes practice and trust.

 

Déjà vu is a sense of being in a place or situation before. It is because we are living all times at once.

 

Premonitions, or pre-cognition, are a psychic gift that can be alarming, particularly if there is nothing the person can do to intervene.

 

If a psychic prediction is incorrect, it is more likely because the person allowed their mind to get in the way and they stopped trusting themselves.  Taking a moment to breathe and intentionally putting your mind to one side can be helpful, as well as allowing rather than forcing the messages to come.

 

Trust is the most important word that we can give you. In time, as the accuracy of your visions or messages become apparent, it will become easier to accept that you have not made it up and that the messages are true and correct.

As you sit reading this message, how are you feeling? Are you excited, joyous and energised, or tired, worn-out and fed up? Many people on Earth are feeling the latter at the moment, because nothing in the world seems to be changing; actually, they seem to be only worsening. As people struggle to put food on the table and remain civil to each other, the rich get only richer and, in some cases, more corrupt.

The opposite side of this story is that, for some people, the worries of the world seem not to concern them as they manage to live happy lives without fear or loss of any major kind. While they are not particularly wealthy, these people enjoy abundance of love, friendship and good fortune, despite the goings on in the world that are creating sickness, death and violence. How do they do it?

Life is a journey, and the roads that you travel will very much depend on how you view your place in the world and whether you are able to see the bigger picture or not. In other words, your level of consiousness determines whether you live life in drama or in perspective, with both choices then having major influences on your life experience. Once in drama, it is very difficult to extract oneself from the myriad of low-level stories that create multiple layers of illusion and mistruths that enmesh the person in trivialities that become mountains to overcome. Drama is created by the ego which wants to be heard, to be important and better than others, to gossip, to belittle and to fantasise. Drama perpetuates itself until the lines of reality become blurred, resulting in friendships becoming toxic and families falling out, businesses being lost and the lives of innocent people being ruined. We are talking about third dimensional energy here that has a vibration akin to treacle and can be a trap one may never get out of.

The only way to avoid being enmeshed in Third Dimensional realities (which is mostly illusion) is to be aware, but not invested, in the propaganda of the media and the problems of other people which are not your responsibility. One can be compassionate and empathetic while allowing others, including close family, to learn their lessons and to find their own way. It is not your job to rescue or save people who may have very hard lessons to learn, as difficult as it is to stand by and watch. In terms of global problems, such as wars being waged on the innocent and harm being deliberately inflicted for personal or corporate gain, we can only advise that spiritual law is always in play and the wheel turns for all souls, not just a select few. It is far better to keep your consciousness above the drama while concentrating on your own behaviour and integrity. As small an action as it may seem, consider the result if every soul on Earth did that one thing – loved, accepted and worked on themselves being the very best they could be. That is what ‘shining your light’ means, and the world needs every single soul on Earth to begin to see that they can make a difference, if they only believe it.

So, the road you are travelling in life very much depends on the vibration you are in. As like attracts like, it is logical to assume that what you are attracting exactly matches the vibration of your beliefs, thoughts and actions. If you are a weary traveller, change will only come when you change your perspective and start a new story. No matter what is happening around you that is disempowering and defeating, you can take charge of your circumstances and begin to make positive changes just by changing your perspective through your thoughts. When you believe, you will begin to create based on the vibration of your thoughts.

We must add here that your path could also well be set within your soul family as you traverse the decisions made to enable you to reach mastery through the myriad of lifetimes already lived. If you are repaying karma or completing lessons abandoned in previous lifetimes, your life may seem harsh and unfair. We urge you to seek spiritual counsel, in whatever form resonates with you, and to turn your attention to service. Finding joy in helping others will expedite your learning and help your soul to reconcile its past misdeeds. It is not God whom you need to appease, but rather your soul as it navigates its way back from fragmentation to self mastery once again.

So, if you are a weary traveller, not a happy camper, please do some self-reflection, but also connect to the Source of Creation and reach out to us, the Masters of Light for assistance and guidance to help you to find your highest path. All you need to do is ask. If you feel your answers are not being heard, your belief systems may need examining. Do you believe in a higher source, whether it be religiously or not? Do you believe you are deserving? Do you believe that things can change for the better? Believe it and create it, it is that simple.

You may have noticed how people’s energies, perhaps even your own, seem extremely fractured at the present time. There has also been a noticeable change in weather conditions around the world. The changes in energies are significant, and the effects on your moods and dispositions cannot be underestimated.

Many people on Earth are becoming more aware of themselves in spirit. They are raising their vibrations to match the energies of Ascension. They are bringing in their lightbodies and consciously becoming loving beings who are willing to serve the planet. However, there are many others who are resisting the vibrations of love and peace, and their fight is creating disharmony and disequilibrium upon the Earth at this time. Instead of awakening to their higher purposes they are allowing themselves to be dragged down into the drama of the ego of the mind.

In response to this, Mother Earth is in pain. She cries out for assistance as she continues to assimilate the energies of the Fifth Dimension. The mismatch of energies is causing her much grief, and the cataclysms on Earth are one of the consequences of this. The weather patterns are, in many cases, her attempts to clear the negative energies that abound and that are threatening to keep her energies from fully ascending.

Whether the Earth ascends or remains in drama and chaos depends not upon the ‘powers that be’ such as governments, world leaders or even God. It depends upon each individual to make the changes they need to make in order to strip away the baggage of the past and any mistruths they have held or stood in for so long. It is time for people to bring their awareness back to themselves and to work on the issues and the problems that no longer serve them. The biggest factor is to take everyone else, including God, out of the picture and to just work on yourself: your innermost secrets and lies, your insecurities, your wishes and dreams and your self-concept. If each and every individual worked on these things and learned to trust and have faith in themselves and in the Creator, there would be no work left to do!

The lightworkers of the world are being called together to assist Mother Earth to overcome her dilemma. Send as much healing as you can: to the planet, to other people and to yourself. Do everything you can to maintain a state of love and harmony in your lives. Clear your past-life and childhood baggage. Release all judgements of yourself and others. Meditate as much as you can, and call upon me to bring in the love-energy of the angelic realm and the masters to assist you. We must band together, for we are all one.

I greet you with love and in the light of the Creator. I have come forth to explain to you the symptoms of ascension, or the raising of your awareness to your own spiritual truth. As you become more awakened and aware, more light will enter into your energy centres, called chakras. Your third eye will become more knowing and your psychic senses will begin to increase. Your body will begin to change in its needs, such as being drawn to organic food or repelling the idea of eating meat. Your senses will become more attuned and honed to the sights and sounds around you and you may find yourself living a healthier lifestyle altogether. You may also find that your body becomes more sensitive to foods or to the environment and that you can no longer eat or use substances that once caused you little concern.

As your chakras receive extra light, they will begin to spin and vibrate at a faster and higher level. This will allow you to think and feel at a higher level also. You will begin to feel more accepting and less judgemental of others, yourself and your current situation. You will begin to show more compassion towards other humans and to animals. You will find that the acceptance of cruelty to animals or injustices to humans will be intolerable to you. Your interest in world affairs and injustices will be heightened and you may find that you become drawn to charity work or to helping others without wishing anything in return.

The unpleasant side to raising your energies to a higher vibration are the physical symptoms you may experience. You may feel lightheaded, have constant headaches or some nausea. You may become irritable or unexplainably tired; your body may ache and your joints may swell; you may feel tremors in all or certain parts of your body. These symptoms are not permanent nor are they dangerous and they are signs that you are in the process of bringing in your lightbody and joining Mother Earth in her ascension.

There are many blockages a person may encounter on their journey to ascension and enlightenment. Fear is the biggest blocker, as is the immersion in the third dimensional world of ego and drama which can drag a person’s vibration down very quickly. The more you allow yourself to be dragged down into the depths of drama that is so well-played out in the media as well as by many people who have so far resisted the call to bring in the light of ascension, the harder it will be for the masters to assist you to raise your vibrations. Blocked chakras can receive no more light until they are cleared. You will know you are blocked in your energy centres if you feel sick, lethargic, tired or out of balance. If you are grumpy and irritable, judgemental and critical, argumentative and angry, you will be less likely to allow the light of Creator to permeate your being, to raise your vibrations out of the lower levels and to unblock your chakras.

Now more than ever it is essential to be aware of how you are feeling and behaving; if you are blocked in your energy fields you may wish to seek out someone who can help you to unblock them. As well as beginning the process of bringing in your lightbody, you will also increase your feelings of health and wellbeing while feeling more energised, balanced and at peace within yourself.

There is a matrix around the Earth, below the Ascended Crystalline Grid, that is now imploding upon itself.

As the domination of men is continuously challenged and under scrutiny, humankind grows ever weary of the violence, war, corruption and crimes against humanity that are forcing many humans to exit the planet. There is no end to the misery for many, while the world waits for news of the next war, the next catastrophe and the next pandemic.

Think, for a moment, of the fleeting nature of life and consider, if you will , about the permanent nature of death. Or is it? Death is a transition from the physical form to the etheric, and the freedom that having no human body brings is unimaginable. Loved ones left behind grieve, but the soul flying free rejoices that their time on Earth is over so the real work can begin.

Even so, what is occurring on Earth is both caused by and causing major energetic shifts in the consciousness of man, and the consequences upon the dark souls who control the matrix of power around the world is clearly evident. While the turmoil grows more intense and disturbing for those watching it unfold on their television screens, the reality for those caught up in any of the multiple conflict, health crisis and disasters is like a never-ending nightmare they cannot wake from.

Dear Hearts, the state of the Earth is one of constant flux due to the escalating attempts of the dark to overtake the light. If humans allow themselves to submit to the fear and acts of oppression, they will lose sight of the light that is ever present and there as a way forward. Light always overcomes dark, and as the matrix pulls tighter, attempting to gain or regain control, the space left for the light grows ever wider.

What can you do? Pray, meditate and love – yourself, your loved ones, friends and those that you cannot abide. Send love to your friends but more so to your enemies, for they need it the most as they embark on the journey of repaying the karma they have created and of learning the lessons they have ignored. The more love in the world, the more light, which then shows the way to those who have previously been lost. See the good in the world and focus on building upon it. It does not mean that you ignore what is happening, but how can you assist through service rather than emotion that only leads you down the spiralling path of despair and loss of hope. Where there is life there is love, hope and the human spirit, which is actually born from the light of Source and therefore never lost and never alone.

The Flower of Life (FOL) is a symbol steeped in mythology but relevant to the modern and current world. Its symmetry is sacred and healing in nature and can be used by the healer and lightworker in conjunction with the codes and rays of Creation to extinguish darkness and activate the light. The Flower of Life in its simplicity, that is, one flower on its own, is enough to activate powerful light codes that connect each person to their Christed-self through repeated symbols of infinity. The three intersecting infinity symbols within each flower represent the sacred triad, or each person’s etheric replica and is therefore a crucial tool in helping each person to cleanse and reharmonize soul fragments to bring the person back into alignment with their I AM Presence. If one considers that the rays held within the sacred triad are those of diamond, silver and gold, the power of the symbol will become clear. Each flower is situated in a circle, which represents infinity as well as the never-ending Circle of Life that is cyclic and symbiotic in nature.

If one examines the diagram closely, the entire picture represents the Omniverse. The 12 circles represent the 12 universes within. They are all interlocking, which represents Oneness. 12 is the number of Creation and thus of every person’s own divinity. It contains the 12 rays of light which make up the white light of the Source of Creation. When one consciously connects to this light, their spiritual journey will become a way of life and a crucial part of the ascension of Earth.

The magic of life and of Creation itself is held within every petal and intersection of the lines within the symbol of the Flower of Life. It is the first symbol of Ascension, activating light codes within each chakra that open the person to higher levels of consciousness. The frequency of the codes are dependent upon the person’s current level of consciousness, as well as their ability to hold the vibrations in their energy fields without succumbing to the lower energies of 3D Earth. Without mindful intent, raised vibrations can plummet very quickly when a person allows the negativity of other people’s realities to permeate their consciousness. Along with the Violet Flame of Transmutation, using the Flower of Life as a tool of Ascension is one of the most powerful things one can do to help bring Earth out of transition and fully into the Age of Aquarius.

The symbol of the Flower of Life is now available to every Lightworker, awakening and emerging soul who is intentionally sending love and healing to the Earth, the Human Collective Consciousness and the Golden Crystalline Grid. All you need to do is to focus your attention on it and intend that it multiplies its form and strengthens its energy wherever there is love and light being projected from people all around the world. The power of this one intention can never be underestimated. Please make it a daily practise.

Consider a beautiful flame emitting the palest of a rainbow prism above it. Gentle but powerful, this prism of light maintains its centre and never wavers, until a gust of wind blows the flame out and it is gone.

The fragility of life can be explained in this way, that with one act that cannot be undone, the light within can go out. Whether it is final, as in death, or life changing in a way that the will to live is extinguished, the choices made by either self or others can result in the life all people related to the person being changed for ever.

Life is sacred and is a gift from Creation. However, the gift of free will is also sacred and cannot be transgressed upon without invoking another chain of events involving karmic law and the changing of destiny. One’s own soul’s path cannot be known by another and is therefore to be respected, even though it may involve lessons and karma that could take lifetimes to learn and repay. It is not for anyone to make decisions for another without that person’s knowledge or permission.

A life lives in love with family and friends is a life welllived, whether it has been a long one or cut short. The pain of loss felt by those left behind is always testament to the person lost to them: the way they lived their truth, the love they gave away freely and the way they treated others.

If your light burns dimly, or you are finding it difficult to find the light within, you must consider what the lessons are for you at this time and where you have perhaps strayed from your truth or lost connection to the Creator, the Source of Creation and unconditional love. There is no way forward unless you can find the connection that fills your heart with warmth and light and you can see the bigger picture of what is happening. If it is difficult for you, it may be wise to seek counsel with someone who can help you to regain trust in yourself and your connection to the Light.

The rainbow prism of light contains all of the 12 aspects and virtues of our Mother/Father God, the Creator of All That Is and is a reflection of the strength of your connection to your purpose and your higher consciousness. The more vibrant it is, the stronger your light will be and you will find yourself much more able to share your love and light with others.

Try this short meditation to help you to find your connection to the light within:

Close your eyes and take three long, slow breaths in and out, relaxing your shoulders with each one. Be aware of your feet on the floor and yourself in the chair, hearing the sounds around you. On the next breath in, send it as a beam of light through your body , down through your feet and ground your energy into Mother Earth. Hold the energy there for the next three or four breaths, then bring it back up through your feet and body until there is a ball of light rotating above your crown.

Ask now for Archangel Metatron to be with you, to help you to regain your connection to your own light and to the rainbow prism of light. See now, in your mind’s eye, or feel or imagine a beautiful rainbow column of light connecting through your crown to every chakra in your body and above it. It sparkles with a spectrum of colour like you have never seen. See, feel or imagine, at the same time, the Violet Flame of Transmutation flooding your body, transmuting all of the negativity, toxic thoughts and emotions, anxieties and fear to love, sparking off as golden light and leaving you feeling lighter and freer. In your heartspace, now,  a pink lotus flower is blooming. Golden light is now flowing from it, filling you with the greatest sense of warmth, love and peace.

Continue breathing slowly in and out as Metatron cleanses, balances, aligns and activates your chakras to a higher frequency of light, while cleansing your aura and grounding love into all of your energy fields. He will then place a gift into your hands, which you must place into your sacral chakra, which is below your belly button. Hold your hands there as the gift ignites your sacred fire and fills you with purpose, clarity and an overall sense of wellbeing.

When all sensations have finished, give thanks to Archangel Metatron, open your eyes and write the thoughts that come freely into your mind. This is your message to find your way forward.

he heart is the vessel that keeps you alive. It beats regularly every single day of your life until the day you die. It is a very strong muscle that consists of four chambers and it supplies oxygen to every part of your body.

Your blood, pumped by your heart, actually carries your intent for living. It is your life-force… your ‘River of Life’. If there is a blockage in an artery or vein, a lack of iron or some kind of blood disorder present, the cause is usually not just a physical one. Any physical disorder in the body can be a signifier of past or present emotional trauma that is crying out to be dealt with. If the disorder is in your ‘River of Life’, searching for an area of your life that you are discontented with could possibly unearth the underlying cause. If the condition is in the very young it is very possible it stems back beyond this lifetime and they have brought it through to this lifetime to be resolved and healed.

The will to live is a powerful intention which, if lessened can cause a person to become sick or even to die before their time. Life itself, as sacred as it is, carries many hard lessons that, for some, can become just too much to bear. When a person’s spirit is dampened, ‘dispirited’ in the true sense of the word, their life-force becomes lack-lustre, their bodies out of balance and their minds fill with depressive and negative thoughts. Then the body takes on illness and the will to live can be taken over by the will to die. In such a state, diseases such as cancer, multiple sclerosis, liver disease and chronic arthritis can manifest very quickly. In many cases the heart goes into arrest and the person dies before their time.

Dealing with emotional stress and trauma can be confronting, but living with it and ignoring it has the potential to disrupt your life for many years and to even end it unexpectedly. Your body is an amazing system that works in harmony and symbiosis with itself and, when all is in balance you will feel healthy and happy. If you have a physical symptom you must look beyond the physical body, even if it is a genetic condition. You are here on Earth for a reason and your happiness, or unhappiness will always be reflected in your physical body. How you deal with emotional trauma and mental stress is important, because your will and intention to live is literally flowing through your bloodstream as we speak.

Just because Earth revolves around the restrictions of time does not mean that there are no options available who wish to benefit themselves, loved ones and the planet in a positive way. For instance, if you wish to join with others in an Earth healing at a certain time but are unable to be there, either in person or psychically, simply hold the intention that your energy be joined with the group in the healing at that time and it will be. If you wish to witness it yourself as if you are there, you can go backwards or forwards on the timeline and engage in the group healing at the appropriate time. You can then project your energy to the planet and actually witness it happening. Working on the timeline in this way is possible to do hours, days, weeks or even years after the event.

Dear Ones, time and money are simply energy. So too are thoughts, intentions and any act of consciousness. When one consciously intends to send energy, whether it be money, love, healing or thoughts, (well-intentioned or otherwise) to a particular person, event or place, it will occur and have impact upon that person, event or place. The transmission of energy creates more energy, and the vibration of the creation will depend on the vibration of the original intention. So, if the energy that is sent is positive and intended with love and for the higher good, the energy created from that will produce more positive energy and the impact will be beneficial for all concerned. However, if the intention behind the energy is false, malicious and deliberately meant to cause harm then the impact of that will rebound on the sender and create energy of a much darker vibration.

Do not allow yourself to be ruled or hindered by time, Dear Ones, and use it to your advantage. However time, as a precious resource, must be used wisely and with the highest and best intentions if you are to reap the most benefit. Make time for the people and things that are important in your live and do not waste time on trivial matters, worries, gossip or people who deny your friendship or who do not value you as you deserve. Life is short but, in the universe, you have all the time you need!

The pendulum swings one way and comes back in just the same manner. Without interference, it comes back at the same speed and time as it left, slowing down at a continuous rate and stopping when it has completely lost momentum. A pendulum will move according to the energy emitted or that is simply present, so the movement will be a response, either to a question, a thought or to energetic frequency.

The fact that a pendulum will swing in response to a thought is food for thought indeed, and is testament to the fact that every thought creates form and is therefore an energy to be reckoned with, should the thoughts be intentionally harmful. A person wishing harm on someone will emit and send the energy that can be tracked by a pendulum or divining rod through its lower frequency. The movement would be different to thought frequencies that are higher and intentionally good. It is vitally important, then, for human’s protect their aura, bodies and energies so they are more able to withstand interference from the outside world, particularly if they are sensitive and empathic.

The Human Collective Consciousness has been spoken of before, and it is important in this context to speak of it again as a reminder that every individual on the planet is constantly contributing to and impacted by it. The level to which each human is connected through their consciousness and energy fields is above what one may expect; think back to a time when a loved-one’s black mood ruined your night or when a person’s positivity rubbed off on you and you will understand what I mean. The Human Collective Consciousness is a mish mash of every mood, every thought and every conversation had by every human, causing it to be incredibly complex and dense in its nature. It is ever changing and moving, causing disturbances in people’s moods and energy fields suddenly and often without warning.

Even though the energies on Earth are constantly in flux, as well as being manipulated by many who wish to be all powerful and dominating, everything residing or existing on the planet, as in the whole universe, is governed by Spiritual Law which never changes. All laws are connected and are instantly activated through reactions and interactions. Humans are operating within the Laws of the Universe even though they most likely are unaware of this fact.

There are too many laws to discuss here, with many being complex and inter-relate, however, if you keep in mind that for every action there is an equal reaction that will come back to you in the same energy as you created it, then you have a good starting point for knowing what you must change. Every thought, belief system, word and action creates in the exact energy in which it was made, meaning that, if you are in a negative cycle causing things such as financial hardship, relationship issues, poverty or conflict at work then you must look at yourself and the energy you are emitting. When you change your energy, you immediately change the vibrational frequency that goes out to the world, also changing the frequency of behaviour and level of consciousness that is returned to you. Simple speaking, like attracts like. You cannot control the behaviour of others or the bad things that are happening globally, but you can control your own thoughts and behaviours so as to attract more favourable outcomes in your life.
