A Vision for Comfortable Working Conditions
The Vision Alignment Project
We imagine ourselves living in a world where all employers everywhere truly care about the working conditions of their employees; where the environment surrounding the workplace is comfortable and conducive to their happiness, health and well being; and where the employees, themselves, have a say-so in the creation, design, and maintenance of that environment.
We see a four (or less) hour work day that provides more than enough compensation so that the worker can easily survive, thrive, and enjoy his or her life to the fullest - and have plenty of extra time during the rest of the day for creativity, recreation, inner pursuits, and fun.
We see a world where sweat shops and all forced labor is a thing of the past because people everywhere have seen and understood, to the Essence of their Being, that we are all connected to each other, that we are all One, and that what we do to another, we are actually doing to ourself.
