The Mercury Retrograde has yet to arrive and will be at its height from July 18th to August 11th, and as has been mentioned previously, we are already in its pre-shadow or opening portal.

In September there will be two eclipses — a Total Lunar Eclipse (September 7th) and a Partial Solar Eclipse (September 21st).

The Autumnal Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere and the Vernal Equinox in the Southern Hemisphere will also occur in September.

With the Mercury Retrograde direct motion and its post-shadow or closing portal happening in early September (on September 3rd) and with the eclipses, the equinox as well as with constantly increasing energetics such as solar dynamics and pressurizing plasma from both our Sun and from deep space and further with electrifying Uranus now in Tropical Gemini, the next weeks and months are definitely times in which to monitor all aspects of being — physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Of course, a spiritual orientation will help with this. There must be a daily prayer life and a focus on natural rather than chemical wellness paradigms in order to better aid the nervous system in maintaining stability. Much has already been discussed in this regard.

Today, Friday, July 11th, our planet is again receiving heightened energetics that began to arrive late yesterday.

Cosmic forces will escalate more and more throughout the weekend and into — as mentioned above—the coming weeks and months. These powers will steadily accelerate as human collective consciousness needs them to do in order to continue the cleansing procedures of planetary and human records.

People will be affected by not just personal issues but also by community, national, and global circumstances — all being stirred in one human “pot”.

There will be continual reception and acclimation to the cosmic energetics that are bringing LIGHT for upgrading of our beings — inside and out.

Without being cautious about thoughts, feelings, and actions, there can be a sensation of being overwhelmed and burned-out.

The Westernized consciousness is used to being constantly on-the-go, acting quickly, being restless and in need of constant stimulation, and the Western ideology has moved substantially into other parts of the world and has influenced certain behaviors.

There is less relaxation, meditation time, and natural lifestyle activity unless people are in an ashram or a retreat center where a slower pace is required.

Key words — as given above — are RECEPTION and ACCLIMATION.

Whenever there has been a profoundly major increase in cosmic forces coming into the Earth, the human physical vessel, emotive responses, and mind states are activated just as the planetary vibrational frequency and amplitude (“Global and/or Regional Schumann Resonance”) are activated.

All of the symptoms that have already been given so many times (for example, headaches, dizziness, upset stomachs, aches and pains, fatigue, heart palpitations, anxiety, sleep disturbances, strange dreams, etc.) tend to be at a heightened level. Then after this incoming power, there is a period of adjusting to what has occurred.

Often, the adjustment or the ACCLIMATION can be just as challenging as the RECEPTION of the cosmic energetics. With this happening over and over again, people can become frustrated and depressed—but these too are symptoms of the “Light Activation” experience.

Again, this is why a spiritual attunement is vital because then we can understand what is truly happening and adjust more easily to the transformation process. This is also why research into both the science and the spiritual concepts of what is occurring in this space/time continuum is very important.

Certain sectors of mainstream news reports are now beginning to give information on cosmic occurrences and their effects upon our planet instead of just reporting about the weather. They have yet, however, to offer the natural and spiritual techniques to “ground” during these times.

Television advertisements are still also filled with information about chemical drugs showing people dancing and singing so that “Big Pharma” can reap the monetary benefits. There will always be people who prefer chemical drugs to natural substances because there is a powerful programming that has occurred in their consciousness.

In fact, some companies that own chemical drug products also now offer natural substances. They have decided that they will reap monetary rewards in both ways similar to advertisements about gambling casinos and then at the bottom of the television screen, there is a way to contact a service that can heal people from a gambling habit. So, they will take people’s money for gambling and also for being healed of the habit. Thus, the same is now true of health products.

Many companies that own drugs also own natural therapies. Some few natural companies are strong enough to hold fast to only their natural products. One excellent company for homeopathic therapeutic wellness products is “BOIRON”. (I do not own stock in the company nor am I paid to support the company. I often give information on companies that offer superb natural products).

“BOIRON” products are available either on-line and in some health food stores. I also suggest “BACH FLOWER” remedies. There are 38 of them for various health needs. The “Rescue Remedy” by “BACH” is wonderful for everything. However, the other remedies should be read about for specific situations. For instance, the remedy “GENTIAN” is very good for depression which many people have reported experiencing, and “WALNUT” is superb for all of the enormous changes that are happening in the world at this time.

If readers have not done so already, now is the time to acquire the products that you will need to carry you through the RECEPTION of cosmic forces and the ACCLIMATION to them such as homeopathic remedies, herbal extracts, essential oils, gemstones, etc.

Whatever metaphor we use — an escalator, a roller coaster, a balloon — they are not coming back down.

We are steadily moving up and up into a stronger field of energy as our planet and entire solar system do the same.

Your consciousness will shift. Your emotions will change. Your physical vessel will transform. We are in the “Now” that the past has foretold.

Being beset on all sides by negativity is not a pleasant experience. With every way you turn, you may feel attacked and assaulted, both mentally and physically. Such is the way with those that carry great amounts of light. What to do? 

Breathe, smile, nod if you must and keep bringing in and shining out more light. Those that come to you this way are in need of deep healing and their attacks are merely attempts to gain that healing. 

You are loved, protected and very capable of doing this if you so choose. The Universe made sure of it.

Even if events happen very quickly, if up becomes down and down becomes up, it is your inner peace, your inner silence, your inner calm that matters now.

Because you know the world and people, you must now withdraw, hold back and take back! Because the coming discharges are happening so that humanity’s karma can be redeemed, and they are happening so that the individual human being can be freed from the burden of collective human karma.

What is now emerging can cloud your mind, stir your soul and shake your heart. Everything is changing, everything is moving towards the light, everything is healing, becoming whole, becoming wonderfully sublime.

So now it’s about recognizing God’s handholds, realizing that you are surrounded by God at every step, accompanied by God, and supported by God. Give your deep inner longing more space, give your need for harmony, love, and joy more importance, give yourself more attention, and give your fellow human beings more time.

Victory over the dark entities is based on the unity of people – a unity that is achieved spiritually, mentally or through direct encounters. Both have their place today and both are of the utmost importance.

The hermits among you may connect with the luminous human family in meditation; those who are in the prime of life may look out for like-minded people and connect with each other.

This power of humanity is needed now! The power of groups brings trouble to the rulers of the last days, the self-confident behavior of people creates reality and actuality.

The silent majority is needed just as much as the loud minority, however things turn out – it depends on each individual!

The divine spark in you is now ignited and so you become visible to all people who have not yet released their inner light and made it shine. You go ahead, you lead the way, you are the bright light in this dark time for many people.

We from the realms of the Inner Earth love you for your courage, respect you for your perseverance and support you wherever we can.

The peoples of the Inner Earth know what is happening on the Upper Earth now and what is being decided in these days. Our full attention and presence is with you, nothing is left to chance, everything must be considered.

Welcome dear readers.

You are entering into a season during which much of the world celebrates the birth of the master teacher Jesus. It is important to remember that the Christmas story is every person's story and not just that of one man. The Christ (Light of Spiritual consciousness) can only be born into a consciousness emptied (the stable) of personal ego and beliefs based in duality, separation and two powers. Because this state of consciousness is already full, the higher frequencies of the real Self cannot flow--there is "no room at the Inn".

The early days of every sincere spiritual journey usually includes a period of personal "set backs" and problems that may manifest physically, emotionally, mentally, or even spiritually. Because the higher frequencies of Christ consciousness cannot align with a consciousness already filled with lower resonating energy the clearings begin often serving to dismantle the seeker's three dimensional belief system.

This is what is meant by the "dark night of the soul". This period can be extremely painful as the seeker watches many of the beliefs he/she has build their life on crumble. However it is always temporary if not resisted because once the false concept of something is eliminated, its reality can begin to manifest. The clearing out of all that is old and false is necessary for moving to the next step of the evolutionary journey. Every person experiences their own personal clearing process based on their state of consciousness and energies needing to clear.

Never feel that somehow you have failed if all hell seems to break loose in your life. Consider every experience regardless of how difficult or devastating, as a graduation because these experiences serve to move you out of and beyond a state of consciousness you have outgrown. Many of the energies now clearing were added to over lifetimes and have become firmly established in your belief system making them difficult to release because they are familiar even when recognized as being old energy.

Allow the process dear ones, always trusting that your Higher Self (the you that has never forgotten ONEness ) is in charge and not the personal ego sense of you that believes it must do this or do that in order to be spiritual. You can do all the reading, classes, and activities you feel you need to do in order to more deeply evolve into who and what you now know you are but it is the Higher Self that determines your readiness as well as what experiences may be needed to get you there.

It may seem as if nothing is happening in your quest for deeper realization, but know that the moment you were ready for and consciously began a search for truth, you consciously or unconsciously stated your intention to spiritually evolve. At this point "the train leaves the station" and does not stop until the destination is reached even when there are stops and bumps along the way or you decide you want to get off.
​
Outer "spiritual" activities indicate an intention to evolve and are important steps up to a certain point, but there comes a time at which every seeker must move beyond activities designed to bring them closer to God in order to move beyond the sense of separation these activities represent and into an awareness of self and all life as already one with God. This is the difference between metaphysics and organized religion (separation) and mysticism (oneness).
​
Your work is to rest in an awareness of oneness, trust that you are being guided in every moment, and allow the process. Release all concepts of what spirituality is or must look like. Surrender any remaining beliefs derived from images of "saints" engulfed in light and with eyes skyward promoting the idea that they are better, holier, and closer to God than you. It is time to move on from the preachers, experts, articles, and even channels that tell you that you are "less than" and must be "saved". You have never not been "saved".

No one can avoid the constant inner pull toward deeper awareness even when or if it is on a three dimensional level. As an individualization of Divine Consciousness, every person is automatically drawn to once again experience their wholeness and will seek it in accord with their state of consciousness. Even the murderer believes he is somehow making his life more whole by his actions.
​
Every person is already self sustained and maintained, whole and complete, cause and effect, abundant, intelligent, harmonious, and infinite, etc. etc. but the density and resulting hypnotism of being in three dimensional energy blocks this awareness from most. The evolutionary journey is nothing more than the process of getting out of your own way and allowing these already present qualities of Source/God/Divine Consciousness to flow into expression--the Christmas story.

Trust is often difficult because humans have been programmed to beliefs of separation throughout their many lifetimes. Almost everyone is born carrying energies of fear, distrust, and separation causing them to automatically carry a sense of distrust throughout life. When living in three dimensional energy it is wise, practical, and necessary to distrust and question situations and individuals but at the same time as a spiritually awakened person it is important to remember that fear and distrust are facets of separation energy.
​
Life lived in three dimensional energy is not easy and not for the fainthearted which is why you who are spiritually evolved were considered strong and brave enough to be a part of and contribute to earth's ascension process. Not everyone who wanted to be on earth at this time was allowed to come. You came to clear all remaining old energy for yourself as well as for the world and by doing so lift earth's collective consciousness to a new and higher level. You are doing it.
​
The journey gets easier as the long carried and comfortable old baggage drops away. Issues once considered important start to feel unimportant. You begin leaving behind the do's and don't s, rights and wrongs, must dos and must not do, sins and not sin, good and bad. The rules you were taught based in duality, separation, and two powers begin to crumble and you discover that life becomes easier when you are aligned with reality.

You find that without conscious thought you have become more understanding, patient, loving, and kind because you have removed the blocks and opened the door to your own Divine Consciousness allowing IT to flow as you. Things, events, people, solutions, and situations that are fulfilling and of a high level begin to unexpectedly show up. Things that you could not have asked for because you did not know about them. Fulfillment is the true nature of SELF.

You are, always have been, and always will be Divine Spiritual Being in spite of any and all present or past appearances to the contrary.
