Today, I asked Spirit what you most needed to hear, and this is what I received:

“You are the channel, the gift, and the medicine.”

They say, your greatest offering isn't just the work you do. It's the energy you carry. Your very presence is the medicine. This is where your true impact begins.

The way you listen, the way you hold space, the way your energy naturally supports others. These qualities aren't an accident. They're woven into who you are for a reason. They're part of how you're meant to serve in this lifetime.

You're here to bring wisdom, healing, and transformation through your presence. You're here to help others step into their potential and truly come alive.

When you trust yourself to work in partnership with Spirit, you will notice something opens up inside of you. You stop holding back. You allow the Divine to move through you, and you become the living transmission of what wants to be expressed.

If these words speak to you, know this: This is your work. This is your time. And the world is waiting for what only you can bring.

Facing Death with an Enlightened Perspective

When we know we’re about to change our presence in an energetic density from empirical duality to complete freedom in every way, it’s as if the set in the play that we’ve been acting in is changing, and we’re beginning to participate in a whole new act. We’re being invited to let go of all attachments of every kind, because we don’t need them anymore. We have the ability to influence our destiny just with the way we are. How we think and what we feel determine our energetic presence and attract resonating energies. This is not different from living in empirical reality, but there’s no time. As a result, our creations are instantaneous. We go to where we imagine we are. We create what we imagine we have.

What kind of situation we’re in is of no importance. What is important is our attitude and perspective. If we can maintain the energetic level of gratitude, love and joy, we move ourselves out of the dramatic challenges of duality and into a presence of fulfillment. In this realm, challenges do not exist, because there is no fear. Since we are the directors of our scene, we can create any scenario we want. We do not need limitations. We are our own eternal presence of awareness beyond spacetime.

With no physical presence, our awareness expands as far as we want to go. There are no limits. Guided by our deepest knowing and feeling, we can enter an environment of great joy, compassion and love. We can feel the freedom of expanded awareness. If we practice this, we can feel confident and open in the face of physical death. It is our transition from one act to another in a different play.

The changing of the eras is like this as well. We are moving into a dimension without negativity. The more positive we can be, the easier our life becomes emotionally, and the more fulfilled we feel. Knowing that our intuition is part of infinite consciousness, we’re able to act freely in whatever way we feel guided. We are not just individuals, we are intimately connected in consciousness with every entity in existence, and we know how to read the energies around us. We can pay attention to the ones we love the most in every moment.

Our entire lives are occurring within the consciousness of humanity, and we participate as much as we desire or feel responsible to. Our human person is a physical expression of our presence of awareness beyond spacetime. In the moment between waking and sleeping, we can experience this awareness. It’s like dying physically for a while. During this experience, all attachments in our lives disappear, and we begin to direct our participation in lucid dreaming.

It is very easy to be caught up in your enthusiasm to change the world or save people from themselves, or show people you have found “the” way.

It is sometimes helpful to remember that while many of us have tasted the sweetness and power of being in our own “space” others have hardly known it in their present incarnation. For these dear ones, and there are so many, it may be much more of a gift for them to experience Presence, to feel how unconditional Love feels, to know that they are really and truly SEEN, than to know anything else.

Keep it simple, be yourself and hold the loving space. Just shine and ALLOW the other to experience the surprises that are in store for them.

By and large I resist the temptation to give others long or involved explanations that would burden their mind with the reality that I am currently experiencing.

Trust them to find their own way. Ask questions that build bridges from their own current point of view, not yours.

It is my experience that people will always ask for what they need. It will be obvious if you TRUST THEM in their own process.

Love points the way and the other’s experience of Presence will be the engine of their release.

PS: Half the difficulty people have with friends and family, and especially children, is the need to be understood.

Or from a simple question, the poor listener blows a fuse with the overload that is given to them.

People will ask on a “need to know” basis not on your “need to tell” enthusiasm.

Is it not similar with your own inner guidance?

You may have many questions but answers come on a need to Know basis through allowing and Trusting your Higher Knowing. And the answers are always right in front of you and are experienced as Profound SIMPLICITY.

The Universe supplies you always on a “need to know” basis rather than stuff your greedy mind so full that it becomes hard to swallow.

Dear friends, I am Jeshua.

I greet you as a friend and an equal. Feel my love and respect for you. I am with you and reach out my hand to you as a brother who knows the deep emotions you can encounter in earthly life. I understand your doubts, your fears, and the discouragement that overcomes you at times when things are not going right, or if things do not turn out as you had expected or hoped.

Feel my presence, here and now. I am present on Earth, forever connected with you. We are essentially one heart, connected by an energy, a link of love, and by a kindred spirit and unity. As a person on Earth, as a personality, you are focused on the reality that you see and experience around you: your three-dimensional body and the input you receive from the world around you. But, also as an earthly human, there runs through you the energy field of your soul, which is much larger and has access to sources of light and knowledge that are much greater and much more far-reaching than the earthly. They include, but reach beyond, the earthly reality.

The energy field of your soul runs directly through you, and that field includes knowledge and experience you have gained during other incarnations on Earth. Feel that field, it is not far away. Feel that field – the presence of your soul – as it surrounds you. Your consciousness as a human being on Earth is very focused on your outer, everyday life, on certain goals, on concrete things which need to happen, but in order to get in touch with your soul, it is necessary to take a step backward.

Imagine that the field of your soul, and everything in it, exists behind you like a loving presence that stands silently with you. The soul does not judge; she takes in everything, incorporates it as wisdom, and then moves on. Your soul is itself connected to a larger whole, with a web of energies, a network of like-minded souls, and you have the capability to feel that.

Sense your own body and your earthly personality; feel the person who carries your name. Now feel the presence of your soul behind you and around you. And sense beyond and around that an even larger field of spirit, a cosmic ground of connectedness with other souls. Feel the light that is present in this larger field. Feel its vastness and greatness and be empowered by it. You are not alone on Earth. If you release the daily tedium a bit and you take time to become open and create spaciousness for yourself, it then becomes easier to make contact with, and to feel connected to, these larger realities. It then is also easier for you to feel contained within them.

I am part of that larger web of energies, of connected souls, in which you are included. You are not alone. It is important to feel this link, because in your soul is the desire to incorporate some of the wisdom that is present in that other, larger field and to manifest it on Earth; to channel it, so to speak, so that broader groups of people can share in it.

I ask you now to connect quite consciously with this larger field that transcends you; with this web of light in which you live and move and have your being, and that has been known to you from your existence between your incarnations. It is a web or network of connected souls who are involved with the Earth and what is happening here; it is a web that is involved with humankind. As soon as you open yourself to this field, you are encouraged to bring it to Earth and to share it with others in whatever way possible.

Now imagine that you can receive a message from this field. That message flows into your heart in the form of an energy, a word, a color, an image. It does not matter what form it takes, only that you are open to receiving a message from that field. Then let that energy course into your abdomen. Even though you do not hear or see anything yet, give permission to this energy to move into your abdomen. Maybe you then see a figure that meets you from a different dimension, a dimension of calm and clarity and gentleness. You can see this figure as a guide. Just see what form it adopts and greet that guide. Feel the warmth and affection it has for you. That figure can be anything: a man, an angel, an animal.

Now imagine you are that guide. Enter with your consciousness into that figure and feel from within who that guide is, and how that feels for you. Sense that there is an agreement between you and your guide; you have something in common. A guide lets you see something about yourself. The quality the guide is radiating to you, and that you find as special and of value, is itself what you are developing. You are able to see this quality present in the guide, although in a more mature form, because this gift, this potential, is also present within you; that you are developing this quality that is already inherent within yourself.

Now take leave of this guide and come all the way back into your body. Feel that you are an inhabitant of two worlds. With your earthly personality, you take part in the world of everyday life, the social reality with all the ideas which are alive in it, and, at the same time, you are part of an atmosphere of being that is very open and free and very different in nature than  that of everyday reality. Learning to connect these two worlds together is the art of living. Thus can the light and freedom of the other side – the realm of the soul and the larger web of spirit around it – enter into your daily life. These are the seeds that are put down into the Earth, the seeds that cause new growth and inspiration among humans.

Your main task is to connect inwardly with the different levels of being. Then everything begins to flow naturally and spontaneously and you know what you have to do. When I say that you are here to channel light into this world does not mean I want to put you to work;  rather, I am pointing to something already emerging. You are already developing that channel, and the more consciously you connect these two worlds, the easier it will be for you to discover who you truly are, and you will know what is joyful to do.

It always works best if you express yourself from a stream of joy. Joy is a sign of the good and the true – remember this. Do not force yourself into all kinds of shapes trying to bend over backward to fulfill your mission. Just be yourself and follow the natural path of relaxation and joy. That is how spirit and soul work. Then it is an energy that can arrive more fully on Earth: the energy of joy and lightheartedness, rather than that of pain and struggle.

If ever there is a negative vibration in our presence, we have a resolution for this residing in our heart-consciousness. If we feel any anxiety or depression, we are holding negative energy in our psyche. It holds us in discordance with what we truly know and want to feel deep within. By paying attention to scenarios of energetic patterns that we passionately love and are grateful for, we can bring ourselves into alignment with our true innate knowing. When our vibrations are aligned with our heart-consciousness, we can be aware of many energetic patterns that have not existed for us, because we haven’t realized their reality in our species consciousness.

How does our realization work? It means making something real in our experience. It is an interaction of our perceptive ability with subatomic entities that arrange themselves according to our energetic signature, which is our vibratory expression. In our desire to have physical experiences, we have accepted life-paths and dimensions that we hold in our awareness. Many more are available to us, and we can have any of them by paying attention to their energetic vibrations. We don’t need the full complement of forms, sounds and the other empirical senses, but we must feel the qualities of perceived energies.

Whenever we open our awareness to the energy of our heart, we feel like supporting vitality and life-enhancement. We can fill ourselves with gratitude, compassion, love and joy. This opens our awareness to the dimension of these energetic patterns, enabling us to feel ourselves living in this environment and giving us the realization that creates experiences that resonate with our heart-consciousness. If we intentionally align ourselves with the spectrum of gratitude, love and joy, we can be aware of our heart-consciousness, and we can realize the reality of a life based on unconditional acceptance and love.

Consisting of subatomic, quantum, localized energetic beings, our physical bodies align with our energetic signature, and our cells express the qualities that we believe are real. By resolving our limiting beliefs about ourselves, we can open our realization to a greater expression of life enhancement. By dropping all judgments and preconceptions about life, we can be aware of a greater expanse of consciousness. It is all within the consciousness of our own Being.

Our personal essence is the essence of everyone. We are all individualized fractals of infinite consciousness. By paying attention to how we deeply feel about everything in our awareness, we can intelligently choose which vibrations we prefer to align with. When we are clear, these are the vibrations of our heart and are filled with love and life-enhancement. By paying attention to the flowing nature of our energetic environment, we can realize an expanding reality being created in our awareness.

When there is negativity in our presence, we feel unable to be joyful and filled with vitality. In our subconscious, we have established energetic blocks that keep us unaware of the Source of our life-force. We have not known the nature of our innate vitality. Although we have the free will to feel and imagine as we choose in every moment, our culture has not paid attention to qualities of our life-force. It is the pure expression of creative essence that constantly flows through us in the ways that we choose in our modulation of its polarity, frequency and power.

Because our life comes to us through the essence of our Being, we are created to be artists with our imagination and how we feel. We all do this all the time, knowingly and unknowingly. We create the beauty in our lives, as well as everything we don’t like. By paying attention to what we don’t like, we give it our life-force. It stays with us as long as we give it our attention.

The strongest creative force is our desire, and this is where we must pay close attention, if we want greater understanding of our own nature. We innately know the energy that we want to experience. This is the expression of our life-force. It is the same for all of us, because we are all the same essence of Being. Because we share our human consciousness, we can open our awareness to the awareness of everyone. In addition, we each have our individual interests and expressions.

This is as much of our script as we are given upon incarnation. We are cut loose from awareness of our origin and source, not even knowing that we are constantly creating the qualities of our lives. It is our life-long challenge to penetrate our consciousness to find out what our essence is, and what are we capable of. While living in a sea of consciousness filled with every possible experience, each of us holds and expresses a unique set of desires.

Because we have an ego-consciousness apart from our true essence, we must look beyond the ego to realize our essence and the extent of our awareness. Only we ourselves can stop us from creating everything we need or want. Our creative life force constantly fills us with its presence. It gives us the freedom to use our power of realization to shape and enliven our experiences. We can create a new world for ourselves and all who choose to align with the life-force that we recognize as our true presence of awareness.

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

 

We are ready and waiting for your requests. We love to hear from all of you directly, and when you speak those requests out loud, the energy that you infuse into the requests is felt not only by us but by all others who are your helpers. The universe responds well to sound, and when you speak something out loud, you create a sound. You literally put something out into the universe that will go on and on.

Now, as you connect to us with your requests, notice whether you can feel our energy, our presence, because if you can, then you know that you have raised your vibration to the point, to the frequency, where that is a possibility for you. Being in a lower vibrational state and putting out a request to us, to your guides, to the universe, is not as effective as when you raise your vibration first, and then state your desire out loud. 

Now, as you move forward as individuals, you will notice that it is important to you that others receive what they desire as well. And when you have that desire for others, you align with all the helpers that exist throughout the universe, because that is their goal as well. The goal of any helper is to help as many people as possible. And because you are a part of a collective, anything that you desire for the collective, you desire for you as well. 

You are a part of the collective of humanity. It is also important for you to recognize that you can always help others to raise their vibration. You do so by setting an example, by putting out a positive and high vibration. You do so by caring about how other people feel. When you listen with a compassionate ear, you have the tendency to elevate the vibration of the person you are listening to, because that is what they need in that moment.

When you live your life from a higher-vibrational state, you also tend to attract others to you who are right below where you are vibrationally and will benefit the most from being around you, or from hearing what you have to say. This is a beautiful time for you all to see yourselves as the leaders of humanity, as the ones who have the tools and the knowledge to get into those higher-vibrational states. And again, when you do, you align with us and you align with so many others throughout the universe who are of a higher vibration and who want to help all of humankind.

This ascension is not about separation or elimination; it is about integration and collaboration. The more you come together with your fellow humans, and you set positive intentions for all, the easier the process of ascension will be for everyone. You are not doing this alone; everyone who is there with you is a helper as well. And even if they are helping you by pushing your buttons, they are still helping you. Sometimes you need to know that you have pushable buttons so you can do something about them. 

You want to be love in all situations, and when you are around all people, not just the ones that are easy to love. That too will keep you in a higher-vibrational state; you will be the example you want to be to others, and you will be the leader that you know you really are in this movement of the ascension of the human collective consciousness’ vibration. That overall vibration continues to rise up, and you all who are a part of the Awakened Collective are a huge part of that. And when that is your goal, you have so much help coming to you from all directions.

The testing times are steadily becoming serious as more countries are getting involved, not necessarily by choice but for self-protection. It was always the danger as the threat of an escalation of the confrontation between Russia and the Ukraine shows no signs of being brought to a halt.

Much is at stake and we have no control over it beyond trying to influence those in power to seek a peaceful outcome. You could say that Humanity is at the crossroads and the decisions you make now will have far reaching effects. In wars there are really no winners as all sides will suffer whatever the outcome.

We cannot make decisions on your behalf but will again inform you that regardless of any escalation of the battle, there is a limitation to any attempt to spread it. It is already causing countries to take sides for their own protection as matters start to escalate.

The majority of human beings desire to live in peace and in harmony with all other countries. Politics should therefore be set aside in the interests of keeping the peace so that all may live their lives according to their wishes. Religion has also historically been at the root of many upsets and it is time for all versions to agree a peaceful arrangement between the various factions. All paths eventually come together as after all, there is only the One Truth.

Your future is bright and wonderful and you will get there regardless of what happens in the meantime. The Cosmos awaits your presence as many, many souls are now ready to ascend and nothing will be allowed to prevent it. Meantime their presence will help maintain an energy that will lift others up and give them hope of a peaceful solution to the Earth’s woes.

We need hardly mention that it is in a sorry state with the prospects of it getting worse but do not despair, as with the coming of Ascension the new Earth us ready to receive those souls who have lifted their vibrations. Dear Ones, all your efforts to overcome the negativity at present upon Earth firstly help you to ensure that your vibrations are high enough to ascend, and give a lift to others who also desire to evolve to the same level.

You have come through some difficult times and kept your goal in mind even if not always aware of it. You have been helped at all stages once you committed yourself to follow the right path, and you can be proud of your achievement. All your efforts to succeed have been well worthwhile and you can look forward to dazzling future that awaits you, but have patience and do not be distracted from your goal. You have spent many lives to get this far and we will ensure that you reap your due rewards.

In the future you will have a choice of which path to take that best suits your ambitions. You have earned your achievements and it will not seem too long before you can claim them. As we recently mentioned, your future is assured and in some ways defies description as life will be so different to what you experience now. Think beauty, harmony and a blissful experience far beyond anything you have encountered so far and you will grasp the nature of life to come.

We will be with you all the way and one day we shall meet and share our experiences, indeed it will be something of a reunion as we have met many times in the past. You have been somewhat isolated as your ability to progress needs your attention without being held back. However, as we mentioned recently, you do work when out of the body during your sleep period and may well be aware of it. There is so much for you to learn and understand, as on Earth you are reliant on people who profess to know your future needs, and you find it difficult to know who you can trust.

However, you will be all the stronger through your experiences and become more discerning when faced with new information. Again we will so to say be looking over your shoulder and helping you along. We probably know your needs better than you do as we can always see the greater picture. Your difficulty in bringing past experiences to mind is partly intentional so that you are not distracted from the work in hand and your immediate needs.

Each of you have so much to offer to other souls on a similar journey, but you cannot rush things as each one has a different approach to their experiences and some learn very little of value to their evolution. However, it normally works out well in the end as there is nothing like actual experience to help you advance. We as always are on hand to help you if so desired but would not normally interfere with your decisions. You often have to learn the hard way and that is your choice to make. You can be proud of what you have achieved do far, in the face of many attempts from the dark Ones to lead you astray.

You are very resilient and focussed on your goal and is to be recommended so that you continue to rise up in your vibrations. Practise makes perfect and you should reach a point where you can hold them indefinitely. There will be testing times to come but by now you should be able to overcome those that are of a negative vibration. You are a Light in the midst of darkness that has overwhelmed the Earth at times and other souls will feel comforted by your presence. Your energy is powerful and emanates a feeling of well-being and even healing.

You came to Earth to finish your growth as a spiritual Being, and as one that has succeeded you are ready for greater challenges. Until you return to the Godhead you will continue to evolve and become a powerful Light Being. Even now your power of thought is becoming stronger and as we recently informed you, and in time it will enable you to create virtually anything that you want. Indeed you will create everything you desire and we tell you these things to lift you up for the future.

Life on Earth can seem drab at times but not far into the future all that will change with Ascension. You should by now begin to appreciate and understand what the future holds for you and all the time you have focussed upon it, you have helped it to materialise. Your power of thought will create almost anything you need so you will become very self-sufficient in the future. You will eventually become Masters in your own right. Every effort you put in to ascend will be well rewarded as you must realise from many of the messages you read and not just through this source.

I leave you with love and blessings, and may the Light brighten your days and path to completion. This message comes through my Higher Self my God Self, and every soul has the same connection to God.

Everything in the empirical world has a unique energetic signature of vibratory wave patterns of unseen essence, but expressing itself electro-magnetically. On a subconscious level we can feel them and know what they are. We can bring this awareness into our conscious minds by opening to it and inviting it into our expanding awareness. This awareness does not come through the rational mind, and if there is fear present, awareness contracts, along with all other aspects of life.

For eons we have lived in a reality of varying balances between positivity and negativity. Generally, our consciousness has evolved in a mathematically expanding arc of Fibonacci sequences. The balance between the polarities has been tilted toward the negative until recently. Now we are headed into a higher positive balance. Humans generally are feeling more and more aware of the incredible gift that we are to ourselves. Once we become aware of the essence of our Being, we become transformed in every way in support and enhancement of all life.

Sometimes we face crisis situations due to the presence of anti-matter energetics. We feel threatened, sometimes fearing termination of consciousness. This is all in the realm of predominantly negative energy. To experience it, we must align with its vibrations by calling up fear of some kind, and ultimately of death. It is a world of entropy, eventually destroying itself and taking the positive world with it. Except that the positive world exists in a different polarity, and the two do not interact. Their energies repel each other.

Because our nature allows for free will, we are free to interact with both positive and negative energy, and because negative energy is not natural, it depends upon positive energy for its existence. Without the experience in fear, we would not recognize unconditional love and joy for what they are. It is the contrast of energies that enables our awareness of them, and we have the absolute choice of which ones we want to pay attention to. This is the determining power of our experiences.

Our attention is a focus of awareness within our larger consciousness. It is our attention that is our most powerful creative ability. We live in our imagination. Together, we imagine the entire empirical world. That’s why quantum physicists have shown that it exists physically only in our attention and recognition. It is all patterns of energy that we are aware of subconsciously and interpret as the material world for our conscious awareness. Because it stimulates our senses, we believe it is real. It is all a game in consciousness that we are playing with one another, and we control the qualities and forms of our experiences.

As we grow in the desire for peace and fulfillment and an understanding of the nature of life and consciousness, we can become aware of an inner knowing beyond questions and limiting beliefs and into the infinite. In our essence, we have no limits. We arise within the infinite consciousness of the Creator of all, possessing all the attributes of the Creator. We can learn to realize them within, transforming our lives into experiences of deepest gratitude, love and joy.
