We can now realize that we are graduating from lives involved in an illusory matrix of confusing and low-vibration negative energy. Those who control that realm live in constant fear and synthetic light, which has moved them to seek power over humanity. Now we can recognize their role in our experiences to challenge us, requiring us to look deeper into our hearts and recognize that we are powerful Beings who cannot be controlled, once we know who we truly are. We can thank them for their service, which costs them their own life force and forces them to try to usurp ours. We can forgive them and release all negative feeling toward them, for they are also beings of light who may awaken to their true identity with our blessing.

In the game of consciousness that we are all participating in, everyone has chosen a role to act out. Some have chosen to be victims, and some have chosen to be evil controllers. Everyone has a pre-determined role, defined by the vibrations of our state of being. But we are not confined to our roles. We can change them at any time by changing our vibrations, the way we think about ourselves and what we believe is true. None of this is fixed outside of our own consciousness. With our attention and realization, we control the forces that shape our lives, and we possess the only power that brings every experience into our awareness.

Knowing that we would have no idea of our true identity, or what this life is about, we incarnated here to confront the most difficult conditions imaginable in our quest to regain awareness of our true essence and our infinite abilities. Making scant progress each time, we’ve done it over and over. Finally, we’re being enveloped by an environment of increasingly beneficial energies that are aiding us in opening our awareness to our personal truth, which has been hidden deeply within forever. As we open our heart to realize deeply how we truly want to be, we receive a glimmer of our true essence.

When we are deprived of Self-knowledge, we subject ourselves to hatred and dread of the evil ones. The only way we can know how to live under their conditions is to follow our heart. We can look deeply into our intuition and feel what resonates with us as love, joy, peace and compassion. We can go with those feelings and know that we are infinitely powerful creator Beings—fractals of the divine Creator and possessing all of the attributes of the Creator in our true Self. Without giving our power away to the psychopaths and enabling them to function destructively by using our life-force, our light, without our true conscious permission, we can recognize that they need the life force inherent in our fear in order to survive. If we withdraw our attention from their threats and intimidation, and instead confidently feel our heart energy, we can transform our experiences into love and joy, especially when we can feel it with full confidence. This is when the energy of life rises to a higher octave in resonance. Everything changes to align with that energy, life becomes wonderful, and we are on the path of mastery.

As we learn to pay attention to our vibrations and how we deeply feel about ourselves in every moment, we can alter the constraints to awareness that we have placed upon ourselves. Any life-diminishing thoughts and feelings can come into our awareness for what they are. In our heart, we can use this awareness to focus our attention on scenarios that we want and love. By intentionally raising our own vibrations in alignment with our conscious essence, we strengthen the light of our heart and become more radiant in the consciousness of the Creator.

Since we have accepted the threat of termination of our consciousness, we must come to know that this is fantasy. At worst, it is unknown. Our physical presence is an expression of our conscious essence. We are projecting our human characters as actors in the human drama of living in a predominance of negativity. Our script has room for extemporaneous creativity and adjusts itself as we require. It is here that we can enhance the consciousness of humanity, using our creative intentions and attention to align with the desires of our heart.

Once used to balance the energy of humanity in a realm of good and evil, negative energy is no longer supported here. As the vibratory resonance of our planet is becoming powerfully positive, the Spirit of the Earth no longer accepts negative energy, which is no longer hidden. Humanity is recognizing it and rejecting it. Anyone who is predominantly negative is having an increasingly difficult time living here. This portion of the population is migrating to a more compatible planet.

As we increase the light in our eyes and the radiance of our heart, we are transcending into the realm of love and joy. This is one of the timelines available within the scripted destiny of the human drama. Rising naturally in alignment with our deepest feelings for life, our experiences occur in an energetic dimension beyond negativity. We can open our realization to our eternal presence of awareness, which we all share in the essence of our consciousness.

If we expect every day to be filled with the vibrations of our heart, and we hold that perspective, regardless of how long it takes to manifest in our experience, we can transform ourselves into the beings that we love and want to be. We can become acutely aware of our inner knowing of everything. Arising in the universal consciousness of the Creator, our conscious essence empowers us to create whatever we want by aligning the vibrations of our mental and emotional processes with the prompting and knowing that comes to us deeply within our Being as life-enhancement in every way for all life.

In ways that keep us from expanding our conscious awareness, we have been restrained by our hidden beliefs that keep us locked within the empirical range of electromagnetic wave frequencies and polarities. We know that there are innumerable ways of understanding the nature of our reality and the range of vibrations beyond our physical senses. We have believed that beyond our physical senses we cannot be aware of any vibrations or sense of presence. The basis of this barrier to our awareness is our subconscious addiction to the vibrations of empiricism with the qualities of good and bad. By recognizing these energies in our attention, we make them real in our experiences. Our reality is an interaction between the wave patterns and our own awareness. Although we have the ability to interact with any of them, we have blinded ourselves to all energetic patterns beyond our physical senses by a fear of the unknown. This creates a belief in nothingness and causes discomfort in transcendence.

The unknown does not exist in ego-consciousness, except as a label, not as an experience. If we were to drop our guard, we have feared what might happen and how we could become prey for negative forces. This is the reason for a leap in consciousness to transcend the ego. We can keep realizing and questioning our limiting beliefs, so that we can accept them, be thankful for the experiences they have added to our realization, and then release ourselves from their boundaries.

In our imagination we can experience the resolution of personal negativity and the freedom and ecstasy that results. This process aligns our own energetic signature with a higher realm in a dimension where only positive energy is present. It does not change our empirical presence, but it changes the quality of our experiences. As we are able to live in constant gratitude and acceptance of everything, and desiring to enhance all life, we can fill our lives with greater vitality and joy.

This is a possible perspective for us. To make it real in our experience, we can practice doing it and find out what happens. We will have to confront powerful fear and doubt to be able to free ourselves from them. Eventually we have to confront our belief in mortality. Because this belief has kept us from realizing our presence beyond the body, it has stimulated fear of termination, and it is the source of all our fears. It is based on our intentional choice of not knowing what we deeply know in our own consciousness.

If we wish to become adventurers in consciousness, we have the choice of living with life-enhancing or life-diminishing, positively- or negatively-oriented perceptions. The result of these choices directs our presence of awareness toward more vitality or toward more depression. If we have had enough experience with negativity, we can choose to make the leap beyond fear and into unlimited acceptance and understanding. We can gain a transcendent perspective of great awareness of how life works and what it is really about. By following our inner knowing, we can become adept at creating the lives we love for ourselves and all of humanity. When we are in alignment with the consciousness of our Creator, we are grateful and accepting of our entire lives, which become fulfilling in every way.

There is such great potential for our awareness and experience. While being completely relaxed in ourselves, we can learn to be comfortably alert, giving ourselves the space to be aware of our inner-most conscious essence, where we can know and feel absolute freedom and unconditional love. Here we experience ourselves as fractals of the consciousness that creates everything. We can know this by how it feels to be imbued with joy and unassailable wisdom. This is the essence of each of us, giving us unlimited creative power through our attention and imagination.

Even in our limited human experience, we have this creative ability. We are always creating, knowingly or not. We have been creating our lives mostly unconsciously by the vibratory qualities of our thoughts and emotions in every moment. When we learn to direct our attention, as much as we are able, to the energies that we love, and we stop thinking about things we don’t like, we begin to train our subconscious mind to align with these vibrations and project them into our experiences.

In this way we transform our lives. As we become adept at intentionally directing our attention to the kinds of things we love and want to experience, we can be accepting of every encounter, regardless of any judgment about any qualities outside of ourselves, and we can be aware of our inner guidance. We can live in a higher dimension of creative freedom and enhancement of all life. Because we are participants in infinite consciousness, everyone and everything we experience is in our own consciousness.

Because we have lived in a spectrum of conscious, creative energies and anti-conscious, life-diminishing energies, we’ve been able to experience life apart from our Source consciousness. Our essence, however, is not bound by the limitations of duality, and we can open our awareness to the greatest wonders we can imagine. Beyond this, we can continue to expand into our infinite cosmic consciousness. Until we begin doing this, it seems impossible to make this our reality.

Everything that exists is an expression of consciousness, and we control our own conscious awareness. As we master our focus of attention, we can transform the energies in our awareness into whatever quality we desire. By finding our inner essence and guidance, we can live in alignment with the consciousness of our Creator. We can transcend any threats, because they do not exist in the realm of acceptance, gratitude and joy. As we focus positively beyond negative polarity, we can hold our attention upon a wonderful realm that exists in our consciousness. We can recognize it and bring it into reality in our experience. It is our gift to the consciousness of humanity, as well as to ourselves.

we’re graduating from thought as we have known it. We can expand our awareness beyond our ego-conscious mental processes into empty present awareness. In this state of Being, we have access to an inner world of infinite possibilities. By aligning with their vibratory resonance, we can choose the ones we want to experience. We can invite them into our experience and sense their presence in our inner awareness. Our entire reality resides within our consciousness. When we release our fixation on what we believe is real, we free ourselves to realize our infinite essence of present awareness. We can free ourselves from negative experiences that we have created intentionally and unintentionally. As they no longer exist in our attention, they pass out of our experience.

There are many ways to achieve empty present awareness. After many years, or even lifetimes, of practice, many Tibetan monks reach this stage of presence of Being. We like shortcuts to this realization of our presence, and we’ve found some. We can soak in a sensory-depravation chamber for as long as we allow ourselves. We can engage in bio-feedback. We can become aware of the inner sounds of the dimensions we identify with. For some, ayahuasca and other psychotropic shamanic plants can greatly enhance our intentional awareness.

In empty inner awareness, we can sense our intuitive knowing in clarity and confidence. As we open ourselves to our true essence, by aligning with our greatest life-enhancing vitality, we can enter a process of self-transformation. We can engage with everything in our human experience from a perspective of our choice. The realization that love is the most powerful force occurs when we align with it in every aspect of our lives. It is the nature of the guidance we receive in our intuition. By keeping our attention aligned with life-enhancement, we invite it into our experience. Fear and intimidation do not exist in this alignment. Love is powerful, because it is attractive, more than anything else, and it’s the most desirable and fulfilling expression of life to hold in our attention.

Because we are the creators with our personal radiance, we bring into being the expressions of our own vibratory spectrum. This is what we experience. By being intentional in every aspect of life, we can transform our lives. This requires being an acute observer with no limiting beliefs. Waiting for our recognition and energetic alignment, everything we need and want is within our own consciousness.

We’re not incarnated here to have to deal with the evil-doers. We’re here to learn to transcend their negative energy and to leave them to their self-destruction. When we open ourselves to our own heart-consciousness, we can identify with our true nature and ascend into a dimension beyond negativity.

We are approaching a time of realizing the essence of our consciousness. On the way of clearing ourselves of all fear and doubt, we can pay attention to a realm that transcends our human awareness. We may have to stretch our imagination until we can recognize our greater awareness. It arises from the consciousness of our heart, which is our connection with the Infinite Source of our life. Every part of our physical presence is filled with vitality, as much as we subconsciously allow, because of unresolved fixations, which need recognition and acceptance. By examining the kinds of energies that usually come into our awareness, we can realize our vibratory signature. Its polarity and frequency constitute our perspective and state of being. These are expressions of the quality of energy we radiate through the thoughts and emotions in our attention. We can be aware of these things, while also being aware of the consciousness in the heart of our Being. We can recognize this by desiring to open ourselves to unconditional love, compassion and life-enhancing energies residing in our heart and higher energy centers. 

Within the energetic spectrum of the consciousness of the heart, we can realize our timeless presence of awareness with limitless creative ability. In this state of Being, we can align ourselves with its energetic patterns, knowing and feeling our creative power and using it intentionally for greater and brighter life all around, including our own. By opening our awareness beyond the world of good and evil, through our desire, we can pay attention to what feels really good within. This is the intuitive radiance of our heart and our inner guidance to transformation. We all have the ability to open our awareness to a higher dimension of life. We can align ourselves with the feelings of acceptance, unconditional love, gratitude and compassion. Continuing in this state of being creates a kind of leap in consciousness where everything is different. It stimulates unknown fear in ego-consciousness, and everything happens telepathically in our interactions with universal consciousness.

We have the option to create whatever life we desire. Nothing can stop us from realizing this, and once we do, we are no longer subject to fear, unless we want it and identify with it. Then we give it our life-force through our attention. Realizing what is happening on a very deep level, we can turn our attention to the scenarios we love and want to live in. Without fear or doubt, our intentions become the energetic qualities of our experiences. Filling ourselves with gratitude, love and compassion, we can regain our limitless abilities as fractals of the consciousness of the Infinite One. In resonance with our inner guidance, we can have as much awareness as we desire within the entirety of infinite consciousness.

Part of our essence is our ability to imagine beyond the realm of materiality. We are free to pay attention to realms beyond time and space as well as the life processes in the cells of our bodies. We can open our awareness as far as we allow ourselves. Outside of ourselves, there are no limits. How open we are is our personal choice, along with the programming in our subconscious.  We must gain a cooperative alignment with our subconscious awareness. There is a vibratory alignment that opens our awareness in this way. It is when the ego-consciousness is inactive during sleep, daydreaming or meditation.

 We can train ourselves to calm our ego by knowing that we are completely fulfilled in every way all the time. This knowing is our choice. It can happen by directing our imagination toward scenarios that we love and are grateful for. In every moment there is an energetic balance of light and dark. We recognize the quality that we choose. Whichever one we pay attention to becomes real for us. Because we believe in its reality, we experience it as our reality. This all happens within our own consciousness. 

If we change our polarity, so that we recognize the dark aspect of a scenario, that’s what becomes real for us. When we learn to direct our attention to the vibratory quality that we love, that’s what becomes real for us, unless we don’t believe it. Our limiting beliefs about ourselves are held deeply in our subconscious. Through deep meditation, we can realize their origins, and we can resolve them. In this way we can transcend our limitations intentionally, expanding and intensifying our awareness in a wonderful way.

We can choose to live in a state of gratitude and joy, while imagining and seeing the light in every conscious being. When we can believe in it and know this as reality, we transform our lives into an experiential realm of beauty and soulful love and joy. This realm can exist in our present experience. If we hold doubt about its reality, we direct our attention to the realm of fear. This diminishes our life and disempowers our visions, even though it exists only in our own consciousness. 

As fractals of universal consciousness, we create experiences with our imagination and emotions, and we can also transform our lives. In our essence we are unlimited in conscious awareness. Because we have limited ourselves, we are the ones who must transcend our conscious limitations by intentional recognition and realization of the energetic patterns that become our experiences. The radiance of our vibratory presence is an expression of our beliefs and realizations. By holding our attention on the light of infinite love within our heart-consciousness, we receive inspiration in aligning with life-enhancing vibrations that become the qualities of our experiences.

When we finally open our realization to our real identity, we can dramatically change our lives. Having our awareness confined to the hypnotic trance of humanity upon incarnation, we are involved in a process of Self-discovery. When witnessed from within, the dualistic empirical trance is very convincing and attention-consuming. If we are to expand our awareness beyond this trance, we must look within our own consciousness for greater realization.

Since infancy, we have been programmed by our society to adopt beliefs about ourselves that are severely limiting, making us create our own victimization, poverty and loneliness. None of this happens outside of our own consciousness. As a result of our beliefs, which control our mental and emotional processes, we are completely self-responsible for everything we experience. We have been our own enslavers.

As we proceed along the path of expanding our awareness, we can increasingly be present without ego-involvement. With all of its unfulfilled needs, the ego is the expression of our limiting beliefs. If we are to release its hold on our awareness, we must recognize its limiting presence.  Without higher guidance, it has assisted us in navigating our life experiences. But we are capable of so much more. 

We have many clues to guide us, and we have amazing abilities, waiting for us to realize. We have a guiding consciousness that we can feel and resonate with. It is the conscious life force that is part of our essence. When we are in alignment with it, it expresses itself as creation and life-enhancement. It fills us with joy, freedom and self-fulfillment. We may identify it as the expression of the heart of our Being. It is symbolized by our physical heart, which lives to give us life within the limits that we create for it.

As more of us awaken to these realizations, we expand the consciousness of humanity, making it easier for everyone to realize the greatness of who we are. We can all realize the emotions of our soul, such as gratitude, joy, love, abundance, freedom and limitless life. These are part of our true Being. When we search for them, and use our imagination, we allow them to come into our experience. It is only when we are open to them and desire them without doubt that they can manifest for us. Because we are so deeply imbued with doubt and fear, we must be able to surmount our programming through a strong desire and intention to expand our awareness. This expansion happens naturally when we come into resonant alignment with the energetic expression of our heart.
