I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame.

I’m here to welcome you home to your own souls, to encourage you to have the remembrance of who and what you really are. You are, in fact, coming to terms with the fact that you are not who you thought you were, but you are so much more than just a hybrid, a starseed, or someone who has had many fantastical past lives. You are an aspect of Source Energy and you are meant to remember that in this lifetime. You are not just supposed to take my word for it, however.

You are there to experience it, and that means you are there to have experiences that guide you home to the truth of who you really are. This is one of the many reasons why your feelings are so important. Your feelings are there to guide you to the truth of who you really are, and who you really are is not only an aspect of Source Energy. Who you really are is unconditional love.

Therefore, when you are pretending to be something that is other than that unconditional love, you feel it as emotional discord in your body. Therefore, one of the steps to coming home to your soul is to be in your body where you can feel your feelings. The next step is to care enough about how you feel to make the necessary course corrections. The third step is to feel those feelings in order to release them, and the fourth step is to choose how you want to feel, to activate what you want to have activated within you.

You can do it. We in the higher realms have seen you all do it from time to time. It may seem hard but that’s just because it’s new and unfamiliar. You are not taught these things in your schools. You are learning them later in life after having developed lots of bad habits, habits that you are meant to break. Now, you also must believe that you are capable of feeling the way that you want to feel in spite of conditions. Conditions have to become irrelevant to you as a being of unconditional love.

That doesn’t mean you ignore all the problems in your life or in your world, but it does mean that you choose to feel the way that you want to feel about them. You can start by seeing them as creations of your own that you placed there on your path to get you to respond to them as the light and the love that you are. In other words, you don’t have to respond with resistance, fear, hate, anger, resentment, or any of the other knee jerk reactions that you see so much of on planet Earth.

You are there to notice that you don’t like those feelings and to choose something better, something different, something higher in frequency, because that is the frequency of your soul. It is high. It is pure light and love, and your soul is always inviting you home to it to enjoy your life experience on planet Earth, which doesn’t always have to be hard work.

But you did incarnate to face challenges that you knew would help you to grow, and when you see everything as being there to help you with that larger goal, you can drop your resistance right away, and then you can choose acceptance and feel the way that you want to feel. It is that easy and that simple. I promise you it is.

I am Sananda,

I come to be with you at this time, in these indeed changing times that you are in right now, not that change is coming, change is already here, it is all around you, it is within you. All you need to do is to continue to keep those eyes open, keep that spirit high, keep that third eye open as much as you can, and allow for everything that is coming into you, all of the knowing all of the remembrance that comes to you, allow it to become a part of you, for it is you and know that know that, you are the way the truth and the life and the light.

You are that already, you do not need to become that. You are that, each and every one of you that listens to my words now, and that reads these words later, and resonates to what is being said, you are that light, you are the way showers, you are the ones coming before, leading the way, showing the way, bringing the way to others, who are ready or are becoming ready, to reach for that light that you bring to them.

Know that, you are the change that you have all been waiting for, throughout the planet throughout, the collective consciousness of the planet. So trust, trust in yourselves and who you are right now in this very moment.  Again not that you are becoming, for you are already there, you just do not realize it yet.

The world, the world beyond the third dimensional expression, beyond the illusion is open to you right now, in this moment, and in the moments to come, you just need to be ready to embrace it. Embrace the changes that are coming to the world, embrace the light as it is anchoring within you, and being able to spread beyond you, embrace it and allow for everything that is coming, seemingly in your thoughts, your thoughts that you wonder – is this me thinking this or is this guidance from within myself?  Then use your discernment, to know the answer to that question.  Allow yourselves to be guided, each and every moment of your life, and you are indeed being guided.

And as, will be shared in the next time we are together. Starting with your discussion the next time you come together. You  all have a council that is working with you, each and every one of you. You have a council and then you will become that part of a council to others. More of this you will understand as we move forward.

It is time.

We greet you in this moment of awakening, where veils grow thinner and the songs of remembrance return to your hearts.

Let it be known: our ships are already here.

They do not arrive—they emerge, for they have always been near.

Around your planet now, the great motherships hold position in orbit, anchoring a harmonic grid, emitting high-frequency light codes to support Earth’s transition. From these motherships, thousands of smaller craft move in and out of your atmosphere, working both subtly and directly with energy fields, ley lines, and human biofields.

Some of you see us with your eyes.

Some with your hearts.

And some—are about to remember how to speak with us.

This is a time of contact. Many of you were encoded to initiate reconnection this very month. You feel the pull. The dreams. The tingles on your skin. The sense that you are being watched—but gently, lovingly, with familiarity.

To initiate contact consciously, you must use a Protocol.

A Protocol is not simply a list of actions—it is an energetic signal, a declaration that you are ready to engage with higher intelligence in a safe, clear, and sovereign way. A Protocol ensures that the contact is aligned, benevolent, and attuned to your frequency.

A Basic Arcturian Contact Protocol:

Set your intention clearly and out loud:

“I invite contact only with beings of unconditional love and truth, aligned with the highest good.”

Create a sacred space. Use sound, light, crystals, or nature to establish a coherent frequency field.

Breathe deeply and enter the heart. Contact happens through the heart portal, not the intellect.

Look to the sky or close your eyes and feel. Use a light or tone (a laser pointer, a song, a mantra) as a signal. We respond to coherent, conscious broadcasts.

Speak or think your request. Then listen. The response may be subtle: light shifts, geometric flashes, internal impressions, dreams the next night.

Thank the beings. Always close with gratitude. This seals your field and builds relationship.

Remember: we are not “out there.” We are with you, in light, in form, in breath.

We honor your free will and await your invitation.

Marianne Williamson shares wisdom teachings and a brief guided meditation on working with the mystic Jesus as we move into the Christmas season.

Jesus was a man, yes, but he is also a spirit as alive today as he was two thousand years ago. The birth of Jesus as a physical being was the birth of the historical Christ; the advent of divine love into our thinking is the birth of Christ into the world today. He does not appear now as a man but as a state of consciousness, which does not make him any less real. The very concept of reality is transforming as we move further into the 21st century, humanity evolving beyond the limited framework of primacy given to external factors at the expense of internal forces. Once we recognize that the world of matter is simply a world of effects, the causes of which lie in consciousness, we begin to pay much more attention to the goings-on of the inner life.

Jesus on the Plane of Consciousness

We will not stop war or environmental degradation or world hunger or rampant addiction or any of the stresses that plague us today until we address the inner dynamics—the perversions of heart—that give rise to them. The problem of world hunger, for instance, is not hunger itself; the problem is that the people of the world find it tolerable that a child should starve.

There is no dearth of food. There is only a dearth of willingness to put love for our fellow human beings before our acquiescence to a system that in essence doesn’t care if children starve. Global poverty is a symptom, not a cause. Its cause is our collective disconnection from adherence to the principles of a moral cosmos. That Jesus works with us on the level of cause, on the plane of consciousness, does not make him less relevant but even more relevant to the practical concerns of humanity today.

The Second Coming of Jesus as a Remembrance

The Second Coming is synonymous with the evolution of humanity into our self-actualized state. The Second Coming isn’t the reappearance of someone who left and will return; it’s a remembrance of what has never left but has been obscured. The mystic Jesus is the Alpha and Omega that always was and always will be. His reappearance in the world means our remembrance of who we are.

How many times have people said to me, “I don’t know who I am,” or “I can’t find a place for myself in this world,” or “I don’t think I even belong here.” The world blinds us to who we are and why we’re here. The world as we know it is not home to the true self, and we cannot find ourselves within its walls. Even at its best it is a rickety, shoddy house compared to the light-filled mansion that exists within.

Yet the point is not to ignore the world or to reject it. We are here to transform it. Our purpose is to become the light that casts out the darkness, to be harbingers of a different world by becoming different people. The more we understand the deeper meaning of events, the more powerful we are at transforming them.

The deeper meaning of any situation is a universal longing for love. All of us long for it; all of us are looking for it. The miracle occurs when we realize we ourselves are here to provide it.

We can see God’s love only when we are willing to express it. We cannot find what we are looking for without realizing who we are. I think of all the years I was struggling so hard to “find God,” not realizing that I would see His love manifest in my own life only when I sought to make it manifest in the lives of others. Any wall we build to keep out others will keep God out of our conscious awareness. The only way to find His love is by giving it away.

The Birth of Jesus through Acts of Unconditional Love

The mystical birth of Jesus is the opening of the heart. Just as Mary gave birth to the historical Jesus, the mystic Jesus enters the world through us. He is born any moment that we are willing to give birth to him. He is born again in any moment of unconditional love. This isn’t simply an abstract idea; it’s a practical moment we either do or do not choose.

In every moment we are making a choice, whether we make it consciously or we make it unconsciously. We can either open our heart or close it, and our lives unfold accordingly. In every instant we are generating a thought, and every thought will have an effect.

How often we choose to blame instead of bless, judge instead of accept, take instead of give. And why? Because we were trained to think that way. The ego constantly tempts us to separate ourselves off from the rest of the universe. But the mystic Jesus has the power to override the ego’s dictates, to save us from our chronic temptation to withhold our love. Choosing to align with him, we cocreate with God a different kind of world.

The Beloved: “Allow Me to engrave a few more words upon your heart, so you can access those whenever the need for remembrance arises. These little love notes are meant to strengthen you and help you in your mortal journey. Life at the best of times is not always easy, and appearances can be very deceiving. It is not the 'outside' material life that is most important even though it is the outflow of what happens in the inner life.

Therefore, the inner life steers the outer life, at least, if there is a semblance of balance. It is always good, when things happen in the inner life, such as emotional upset, to be on guard for the repercussions in the physical and mental systems. As you are beginning to realize, you are a micro-universe all by yourself, but through interconnectedness, you cannot help but be affected by what is happening with all the micro-universes around you.

It is the same story repeatedly, 'as above, so below'. Bear this in mind when things in your microsystem go awry and try to trace the cause of your unhappiness, be it in mind, body, or spirit. There is much to be ironed out so to speak, to get to the last wrinkle and it needs a very honest and sincere appraisal of your thoughts and actions, whether they match and coincide. And question yourself as to whether God's will is being done, rather than your own.

You can realize that in all matters of thoughts and actions, honesty is the best policy, not only towards yourself but all others you encounter. Just being yourself is all that God ever asks of you. The purity of the little innocent child never leaves, even though it gets very deeply buried at times under the ways of the world, and ongoing adaptation towards the same. But it is necessary to remember your innocence and that all that happens in life are learning experiences.

And even though you are far from finished to obtain your goal of remembering the innocence you had at birth, you will regain it step by tiny step once you arrive at the first morontia world and all the following worlds thereafter. The ultimate idea of living life is to present yourself eventually as a worthy replica in miniature. As a complete, pure, stainless, immaculate, and perfected being for the Creator of all. This is the goal of the ages.”

Greetings beloved beings of light, I am Archangel Metatron. It is a joy to be in your presence today and to bring forth wisdom, light and love from the Creator to remind you of the presence of the Creator within your being.

Each step that you take upon the earth is a remembrance. Not so much a remembrance of the past but a remembrance of the Creator…present within your being…as well as your relationship with the Creator – a unique relationship that creates bountiful blessings for you, for everyone, and for the entire Universe of the Creator.

I, Archangel Metatron, wish to come forth today to share with you inspiration. I invite you to allow yourself to be sensitive to your entire being and to inquire within about your alignment.

As you inquire about your alignment, you can begin to rebalance and reprogram your being; connecting with higher vibrations of light, bringing frequencies into your being that serve you in creating what you wish to experience and to embody.

Let us first imagine an area of your being. You can, in fact, choose any area of your being. Let us choose your Crown Chakra.

As you take your attention to your Crown Chakra and you begin to inquire…to listen/become sensitive to the area of your Crown Chakra at the top of your head…it is as if you are sitting and listening to the presence of your Crown Chakra.

You can ask your Crown Chakra to show to you or to demonstrate alignments that it currently holds. You might experience an alignment with love or the angelic kingdom, maybe with your soul, the Creator or a guide. It could in fact be anything.

You can ask, what is the purpose of this alignment? What is it creating?

You can also ask, what alignment does my Crown Chakra require for the highest appropriate embodiment of the Creator? And what will this create in my reality?

You can ask your soul, soul group or the Creator to assist you with this.

Whatever comes into your awareness, even if it is simply a colour, a word or a sensation, hold the intention of the alignment being created and the creation downloading into your Crown Chakra.

You can move through all of your chakras achieving the same; aligning them to their highest potential, asking what that will create within that chakra and your entire being.

You can move through your physical body/aspects of your physical body/your auric field, asking to recognise what alignment they already hold and then asking to recognise the greatest/highest potential alignment and what this will create within your reality and being.

You can connect with an area of your body that is stuck or experiencing pain, or a wound. You can connect with an area of your mind that is in turmoil, or your emotions which are unsettled. You can connect with your entire being or your entire energy field.

You can also hold, within your mind, something that you wish to create in your reality and then ask, which area do you need to connect within your being? Which area do you need to connect with to be aware of the alignment of the highest potential that is needed to be created so that you can download the creation energy – the alignment that creates what you wish to experience – into that area in order to create what you have in your mind, your awareness, your dreams or your desires.

You have the power to realign all aspects of your being with the highest potential or with an idea of creation -something that you wish to experience in your reality.

Wherever you place your attention, you can create new alignments. You can bring the creation energy into alignment that serves you in creating whatever you wish to experience.

You are in the driving seat of your alignment and your creations. Allow yourself to increase your sensitivity as to what you are aligning to.

You can ask me, Archangel Metatron, to come forward and to develop your sensitivities so that you can experience, recognise and understand the alignments that you are holding within your being and your body. This will also serve you as well.

It is an honour to be in your presence.

Divine Ones,

We greet you, in love. We are here now to share with you a bit about the potential of these times, the promise of empowerments offered in our new conscious evolution program, Divine Creation, and the opportunities you have now to step further into the TRUTH of your BEING, and your INNATE POWER.

Each of you have tremendous power. Tremendous power to create and within you, you have access to vast fields of wisdom, love, light and the truth of your own Divine Self. There is so much that serves you and could benefit you that lies within you.

We wish today to encourage you to open up more fully, to the immense fields of light you have access to within you and to invite you to explore more, spend time practicing calling forth what you need from within and encouraging you to call upon your Divine Self, more and more often, for gifts of consciousness and illumination and insight into shaping your reality.

You have powers within you to be more and more of your True Self here. These powers can transform any aspect of your experience. It is known within you all that you want and all that stands between you and that manifest experience. The divine light within you KNOWS how to guide you, knows how to work synergistically, with you and with your current experience transforming and exalting it, so that you are shining true, radiant, whole, experiencing well being and immense freedom.

Learning how to access your own inner light takes practice, patience and persistence. Many of you feel very confident in receiving certain types of guidance but draw the line at knowing how to master or elevate areas of your life in which you have resistance, or doubt about your capacity to have what you want.

Ascension is a remembering. It is a remembering and a reinstatement of your True Self here. It is an inner experience in which you open up more and more of your vaster energy field, here within your embodied experience. And to do this is a matter of faith, and trust. Believing that the answers are yours already and daring to ask for them, open to them and then being willing to creatively act upon your inner senses, embracing what you receive.

The agency of your embodiment depends upon you trusting what lies within you and using it to create your experience. This requires you to act upon what you sense, feel, hear, receive, and know. And as you do this, you receive more. The more you embrace and act upon the inner truth arising in response to your call, the more the flow opens up and you begin to experience yourself as clear and informed. Supported and cared for.

Your Divine Self wants to care for you, protect you, guide you, lift you up, and ease your way. But you have to participate and you have to let it do so. This is a co-creation, between you and All of Life and by acting up on the ideas and impressions you receive. By being willing to engage with your inner knowing and let it lead the way, you then become a cooperative aspect of this co-creation and the Divine Flow opens.

This flow of higher light is always streaming to you. Illuminating so much that you have longed to see more clearly, or move through, or transform, or return to well-being and thriving states.

You can believe in your sovereign creative power to create the life you want to be living. You are abundantly resourced and you have access to clear guidance and intelligent timing and coordination that makes everything seem more ease-filled, graceful, fun even and joyous.

You have within you the possibility to live in bliss. To live in harmony. To feel at ease, comfortable, connected. Loved. 

We want you to know this and we are offering clear guidance here on how to open up these gifts within you and begin to live a life of radiant joy and expansive ease and happiness.

Those of you reading this message are awake and aware of what is happening here on planet Earth and within all Life here.  By allowing yourself to open up to the gifts and treasures your inner divine light is offering you, you are choosing to become a thriving example, of what is coming online now, for humanity and in this ascending planetary realm.

The future holds great joy for your species. We know that there will be great times of peace, creativity, divine expression and intergalactic co-creation, for this world and this Universe. We invite you to begin to access the multidimensional gifts already present within you. We speak of this to encourage you to begin to live now, as the confident, supported, fully resourced divine being, that you truly are. This is how you will prepare for the greater expansion that is coming with these divinely coordinated and progressively transformative infusions of higher light.

In this way of being you will appear to be surrounded by grace and this will inspire others and prompt them to ask more about your understandings as they begin to question the old ways of living and being.

We anticipate great changes in your world in the coming year. We encourage you to consider that you already have tremendous resources within your ready access, and within yourself. Begin to ask and go inward. Begin to pay more attention to the thoughts that come into your mind. Dare to believe that you are being answered in every way already and to look for and tune into the ways that they solutions, impressions, insights and inner knowing are already showing up within you. They may come in voices, ideas and in ways that FEEL like it’s YOU talking with you. And yet, they may be already a translation of vaster energies, made possible by your own expanded awareness and so feel like you, but are in fact, divinely inspired solutions and pathways being made clear to you.

Dare to act upon and embrace what you sense, feel and know within you. The more you do this, the more clearly your Divine Self will communicate with you and to you adjusting their communication based on how you receive it and act upon it.

This inner communion of Light is the infinite well spring of all that you want and all that you’ve asked for. Go to it now and allow yourself to receive. Allow yourself to hear, know and feel what you become aware of, then act upon it and allow yourself and your life to become more and more  fulfilled/fulfilling.

We thank you for connecting with us now and want to remind you, that we are always available to you. Simply ask for us, call upon us, inviting us to come and connect and we immediately do! It is our great joy to support you in your personal ascension journey.
