Today, the Department of War announced the initial release of new, never-before-seen files on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) as part of the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters (PURSUE). This interagency effort includes The White House, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), the Department of Energy (DOE), the DOW’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and additional components of U.S. intelligence agencies. The collection will be housed on WAR.GOV/UFO and additional files will be released by the Department of War on a rolling basis.

This release follows the direction of President Donald J. Trump to begin the process of identifying and declassifying government files related to UAP in the interest of total transparency. No other President or administration in history has followed through on this level of UAP transparency.

The American people can now access the federal government’s declassified UAP files instantly. The latest UAP videos, photos, and original source documents from across the entire United States government are all in one place – no clearance required. While past administrations sought to discredit or dissuade the American people, President Trump is focused on providing maximum transparency to the public, who can ultimately make up their own minds about the information contained in these files.

The American people have asked for more transparency on these topics, and President Trump is delivering. While all of the files have been reviewed for security purposes, many of the materials have not yet been analyzed for resolution of any anomalies.

In 2017, an executive order signed on March 9 marked a quiet yet powerful turning point in the evolution of global financial systems. Far from the spotlight of mainstream media, this decree laid the foundation for a profound transformation, aimed at freeing humanity from opaque and restrictive financial structures to pave the way for an economy of abundance, aligned with principles of transparency, fairness, and cooperation.

This decree, known as Executive Order 13772, was not merely an administrative directive. It carried a bold vision: to modernize the American—and by extension, global—financial system by ending centralized control mechanisms.

It called for more efficient transactions, broader access to capital for all, resilience against financial disruptions, alignment with economic growth, increased transparency, and enhanced global competitiveness. This was a first step toward dismantling outdated systems, such as SWIFT and banking cartels, which have long restricted the free flow of resources.

An Infrastructure for the Future

In parallel, financial technologies like Ripple (XRP) and Stellar (XLM) began aligning with this vision. These initiatives are not mere technological projects but pillars of a new global financial architecture. Ripple joined fast-payment working groups, expanded its network to hundreds of financial institutions, and collaborated with international organizations. Stellar, meanwhile, partnered with humanitarian initiatives and global agencies, preparing for a transition to smoother and more accessible cross-border transfers. Both systems adopted the ISO 20022 standard, a key step toward integrating the future global banking standard.

Between 2017 and 2025, a series of strategic events paved the way for this transition: the expansion of financial networks in 2018 and 2019, public discussions on central bank digital currencies in 2020, and the gradual rollout of the ISO 20022 standard starting in 2022. A Silent Transformation

This transformation does not rely on flashy announcements or sudden upheavals. It unfolds discreetly, through incremental adjustments and a reorientation of collective energies. Digital assets compliant with ISO 20022, such as XRP, XLM, XDC, HBAR, and certain stablecoins, are at the heart of this transition.

Unlike speculative cryptocurrencies, these tools are designed to support a stable, fast, and accessible global infrastructure, freeing resources from the constraints of outdated systems like Nostro/Vostro accounts or traditional foreign exchange markets.

Legal challenges, such as the lawsuit against Ripple in 2020, did not hinder this momentum. On the contrary, they helped clarify regulatory frameworks, strengthening the legitimacy of these technologies. During this period, Ripple continued to expand its influence, forging partnerships in Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East while developing solutions for liquidity and digital asset custody.

When Jesus said the proverb, “There is nothing hid that shall not be known,” (1) what exactly did he mean?

His truths have so many levels, and he himself views things from such a high perspective, that I cannot, with my Model T version of a brain, possibly know all of them.

However, one level I do surmise is that the Akashic Records record everything. (2) If it were desired that an event be known in the Halls of Justice, for instance, (3) exactly as it happened, the Akashic Records could be consulted.

Another level is that we have full-life reviews – some with our spiritual director – and, through them, we know all that we thought, felt, and did.

Still another level is that we regain our past-life memory in the higher realms and so we know everything by going that route as well.

But there is one level of meaning that isn’t well-known that I’d like to introduce.

The higher dimensions are capable of reading a person’s aura, thoughts, etc.

So it isn’t only referring to the fact that all underhanded, dark, and evil doings will come to light in this era, as we are seeing. That’s one of its known meanings.

But, at a deeper level, he’s just describing the way things are in the higher dimensions to which Planet Earth is ascending: Everything is known. In light of the situation our thoughts and actions are preparing for us, we might ask ourselves and wonder: What do we wish to be known about ourselves – with no censorship and total transparency? Because it will be.

This saying also helps us understand another facet of life in the higher domains. Why are the dark excluded? They aren’t excluded from the Third, and even the Fourth on the physical plane (they are on the Fourth’s near equivalent, the Astral Plane).

I can guess why, from my own experience. I can tell you from the 1977 experience of being on the Astral Plane I had, (4) in which I was weeping at something I saw, (5) so that I was immediately yanked back to the next lower level, which for me was my physical body (3/4D).

And so it would be for someone dark who tried to exist in 5D or higher. It’s unlikely they’d gain access in the first place. You remember the Mother said that they’d most likely die upon the event of Ascension. I love the mercy and grace in this quote so much, let me cite it in its entirety:

Divine Mother: Those people who just simply say “no, I don’t want to do this” will be gathered up in mercy, in compassion, gentleness and kindness – not brought to somewhere else, let me be very clear about that – they will be brought home for reconstitution. …

They will either die beforehand or die during, because they cannot incorporate the level of the love energy – because that is what Ascension is – they cannot incorporate that and it literally… you have heard of situations, especially you… have heard of situations where people’s hearts simply stop or explode for no explained reason.

It is simply because they cannot continue on, and the merciful thing to do is to simply, gently, and kindly, bring them home. We do not know the meaning of punishment, of what has in so many different religious pursuits been called “hell.” “Hell” is when you are in that place – the depth of despair. (6)

If the dark somehow gained access to the higher dimensions, they’d soon flee. We have testimony of this:

T.E. Lawrence: Should a man try to live in that rarified spiritual air [of a higher plane than Lawrence occupies] who carried still in his being the uncleansed stains of earth his sufferings would be terrible, as intense as the joy of which he would be capable when he is cleansed of them. (7)

Mother Florence: I do not believe that I could stand, for long, the intense Light and Glory of these Higher Planes. My soul is not yet strong enough. (8)

Mike Swain: The worlds above us are even richer in light and happiness. If I go up there (and I can) I find it too bright; the light hurts my eyes. And the vibrations are so refined that I can’t respond to them! So I reverse gear and return to this world – which suits me just fine! (9)

So, on the one hand, everything hid is made known and, on the other, the higher realms are closed to the dark.

It’s never occurred to me to look at some of Jesus’s other sayings in the book to see if they, too, are simply descriptions of life on the higher planes. But “nothing is hid that shall not be known” is just such a description.

The question has been asked repeatedly to us and to your many Star Families. What is the hold-up? What is taking so long for disclosure and First Public Contact with extraterrestrial beings? This inquiry resonates with many who are eager for transparency and connection beyond your planet.

For most of you who are more focused on your personal Ascension and spiritual growth, the questions surrounding disclosure have still surfaced and linger in the air like an unfulfilled promise. To truly understand what is taking place in this complex scenario, it is imperative to grasp the intricate dynamics of your world, alongside the constraints imposed by Divine decree and Universal Laws that govern actions beyond your earthly realm.

When the leadership of your world experienced a significant shift, many individuals felt an overwhelming excitement and optimism for the prospects of full disclosure and the long-anticipated first contact with your cosmic brethren. Even your various Star Families, those who have been watching and supporting humanity, are still filled with anticipation for our joyous reunion. However, as time has progressed, it has become increasingly apparent that within the existing control structure of your planet, numerous unknown and hidden agendas are beginning to surface, revealing a more complicated picture.

The elite factions on your planet, those who have long held power, are deeply entrenched in a web of influence that connects them to various entities now in positions of authority. These individuals have been known to make threats against the human race, motivated by their desire for total control over Earth and its inhabitants.In light of this, there has been a notable escalation in their defenses against the prospect

of disclosure. The reason for this is clear: once the truth comes to light, the public will uncover the identities of those who have been behind countless wars, the horrific human trafficking operations, the orchestrated assassinations of former leaders, and those who hold sway over the major corporations that dominate your planet. These powerful individuals have their hands in every aspect of your reality, manipulating events from the shadows.

It is crucial to understand that these are the very individuals who are actively working to impede full disclosure and extraterrestrial contact. Nevertheless, it is essential to maintain hope and recognize that disclosure and contact will indeed occur, albeit under different circumstances than originally anticipated. This shift is largely due to a betrayal of trust among your world leaders, which has complicated the pathway to openness and connection.

Moreover, it is important to emphasize that we, those who are observing and supporting the Earth and Humanity, are not giving up on this mission. In fact, the more these elite factions amplify their defenses against the truth, the more we raise our offensive efforts. You, the Ground Crew, are our powerful forces on the front lines, capable of manifesting your intentions and holding your light high. Your collective consciousness serves as a beacon of hope for your fellow humans and acts as an anchor to the 5th dimension, where love, unity, and higher awareness reside.

As you continue on your journey of Ascension, remember that every thought, intention, and action contributes to the whole of human evolution. Your commitment to holding the light not only empowers you, but also inspires those around you to awaken to their own potential. Together, through perseverance and unity, we will navigate, along with you, through these challenging times and ultimately achieve the disclosure and contact that have been so long awaited and promised.

There isn’t much we can do, individually, about the conflict building outside of us.

But we know there’s more at play than meets any ground-level eye (ours included).

And we know that it’s guided by universal laws. One of them is the Law of Balance, also called As Within so Without, As Above so Below.

Conflict without.  In Earth’s history, it’s been cyclical. It surely must mirror the conflict within contemporary leaders.

As I watch the conflict arise within me, I see – and remember – how often in my life I’ve been embroiled in cyclical conflict. Heavens, my first fourteen years were nothing but one long cycle of conflict, veering into a cycle of abuse at times.

I have within me the cycle of conflict. I’ve long wanted to address the subject and with the mayhem outside of us at  present, this may be the ideal time.

In the next few articles, I’d like to look at a cycle of conflict that I think a lot of us may recognize.

The rising love energies are said to be bringing conflict to the surface wherever it exists.  None of it can come with us when we ascend.

All of it must rise to the surface, be experienced, learned from, and released. Or, if we attach ourselves to it and hold onto it, we may have to wait for the next bus.

My family followed a cycle of conflict, erupting into catastrophic abuse on three occasions.

I inherited a two-handed script that incorporated both their lines and moods.

I’m now seeing that many people in relationship follow the same cycle; hence my desire to have a look at it as a subject.

Again, I’m talking about ongoing domestic conflict that never reaches the level of violence, but does reach the level of hostile and continual bickering that never gets resolved.

The first thing that needs to happen to get beyond it if we’re in it is, in my opinion, to become aware of it.  The graphic, below, is a description of how the cycle of conflict works and how my family operated.

Here’s what occurs. There’s an argument, a blow-up, an explosion. Then there’s a time of separation, a cooling-off period.

Finally someone breaks the ice. Then there’s a reconciliation, a brief period of getting along, broken by some disagreements that were never resolved.

Let’s pause here for a moment. Those disagreements, if they’re discussed at all, are discussed in good/bad, right/wrong terms, without either side taking personal responsibility. A lot of name calling, raised voices. People refuse to talk – or listen.

If we stay with good/bad, right/wrong, then the withholds – the things we’re not sharing which generate resentment in us – mount. When they become too many to manage and any little spark is applied, we explode.

Then we separate and remain in our corners until someone breaks the ice. And away we go, all over again, less hopeful, less optimistic and … nothing has changed….

Thereafter, we make several unproductive choices. I’d like to go over them, and possible ways out, in the next few articles.
