Other people aren't just dumber clones of yourself

Other people aren't just dumber clones of yourself

My dear Earth friends,

I am happy that I can share a message with you once again.

Today I would like to discuss a trap that Earth people frequently fall into, and a trap that I have repeatedly fallen into.

The trap is assuming that anyone who disagrees with you, is automatically dumber than you are.

Or alternatively, that a person who disagrees with you is less informed than you are, or is less spiritually evolved than you are, or is morally inferior to you (they're virtue-signalling, or racist, et cetera).

This is really convenient for the ego, because it lets it maintain the self image that you're the smartest, or the most informed, or the most spiritually evolved, or the most morally upstanding person.

And you're certainly better than that person who disagrees with you, who is clearly dumber or less informed or less evolved or less moral than you are.

Your ego really likes feeling superior to others, and it likes thinking that your current worldview is correct and indeed is superior to the worldview of others.

But the problem, of course, is that sometimes a person who disagrees with you actually isn't dumber, or otherwise inferior to you.

In fact, it's a common ego defense to label smarter or better-informed or more evolved people than yourself as actually being inferior to yourself.

However, doing so means that you learn a lot less things than you could be learning, and you miss opportunities to dispel illusions and misconceptions you might have. And most likely you have those.

One example of this phenomenon is: imagine a person on the other political side. Notice how you're probably picturing someone who is likely inferior to you in some way. Even though there certainly are people on the other political side who are smarter than you, who are more well-read than you, who donate more money to charity than you, who spend more time doing volunteer work, et cetera.

That very thought, that some people on the other political side are superior to you in some way, may be vaguely uncomfortable to you.

Is that vaguely uncomfortable for you? I invite you to take a moment to feel your body.

That's the crux: your ego is trying to meet your surface-level needs, and immediate psychological well-being is one of them. Hence people's tendencies to assume that people who disagree with them are inferior to them.

Yes, this contributes to the resistance of sleepers to wake up.

But spiritual people do it too. A lot of spiritual people are implicitly assuming that people who disagree with them are just less spiritually evolved than them and therefore wrong. They don't say that out loud, but that's what a lot of spiritual people secretly think.

Or spiritual people might make self-serving rules that then "prove" that they're superior to others. For example, a vegan might think that anyone who isn't a vegan automatically isn't as spiritually advanced as them. (I'm not saying all vegans think like this, I'm saying some do.)

Or a dedicated yoga practitioner might think that anyone who isn't doing yoga or something similar automatically isn't as spiritually advanced as them.

Or someone might think that anyone who meditates less or does fewer spiritual retreats automatically isn't as spiritually advanced as them.

Or a person with a following might think that anyone who doesn't have at least as big a following as they do, automatically isn't as spiritually advanced as them.

Or a spiritual person might suppress and ignore everything that isn't happy, and share only the most happy and most spiritual moments on social media, and act in a stereotypically spiritual way. And then that person might think that anyone who isn't as good at performing spirituality as them automatically isn't as spiritually evolved as they are.

Even though actual spiritual masters aren't just someone who conforms really closely to the spiritual stereotype. Actual masters are typically non-standard in some way, or have some non-standard belief or beliefs.

So, how do we avoid this trap where people assume that everyone who has a different worldview than them, is inferior to them?

First of all, you are good enough already, even if someone else is smarter or more informed than you are. Smarter or better-informed or more spiritually advanced people than you existing doesn't somehow make you "not good enough."

In fact, the ability to open-mindedly listen to people with different perspectives, and to occasionally learn from people and change your mind, is a quality in and of itself. It's only the ego that thinks that never changing your opinion is somehow strong or good.

If we're talking about politics: don't only look at the dumbest and most extreme people on the other side. Yes that is egoically pleasing, but there are smart, well-informed, reasonable people on the other side too.

Yes, almost certainly there are uninformed and morally reprehensible people on the other political side who have very dumb reasons for being on that political side. But that doesn't mean that everyone on that political side is like that. Just because some people on the other political side are idiots or evil, doesn't mean that they're all like that.

Try to be fair. So don't just blindly accept any argument that supports your worldview, even if it may be unreliable or poorly argued, while being extremely critical about any argument that doesn't fit your worldview.

Similarly, don't just blindly accept any argument that makes you feel good, even if it may be unreliable or poorly argued, while being extremely critical about any argument that makes you feel bad.

And acknowledge that people are different, and it's not always the case that if only that other person was as smart or well-read or as spiritually advanced or as moral as you were, that they'd think exactly like you did.

People who disagree with you aren't just a dumber clone of yourself.

Instead, different people are actually different. Other people might genuinely think in different ways. They're not just exactly you, except dumber.

They're not just exactly you, except less spiritually evolved.

A mistake I made back in my selfish days was that I thought that psychopathic, cold-blooded, self-interested logic was all there was, and the rest was all just weakness and nonsense.

From my perspective, I could out-logic and out-debate literally anyone.

I disregarded everything that wasn't psychopathic logic as invalid, and then could win any discussion on my home turf. But of course, I was just looking through a very narrow lens.

I was just subjectively and even irrationally labeling the thing I like as being the one valid thing. But there was never any objective reason for why my thing actually was the only valid thing.

That's a bit of an extreme example, but different people put different weights on things like rationality versus emotions, on being kind versus speaking the truth, on the importance of safety versus freedom, et cetera. Different people are different.

If you value a certain thing very highly, then it might be easy to think that of course you're smarter and better informed than everyone else, because after all your worldview is the only one that sufficiently values that thing.

But this doesn't indicate that other people are dumber than you. It may just mean that other people have different values than you. And their values aren't automatically worse than your values.

Other people aren't just dumber clones of yourself.

Also, I would like to talk about one more thing that frankly irritates me, R'Kok, perhaps more than it should.

Many people love Tunia's messages, and are either fine with or actively enjoy that she occasionally talks about sex.

However, some readers, or listeners, have mentioned that Tunia talks excessively often about sex, after her message: "Tunia: What Pleiadians Are Like".

Obviously you're free to have that perspective, yet I would like to give my perspective as well.

I think that if you did a word count on all messages Tunia has ever put out (not just last week's message), you'd be surprised how few words Tunia actually spends talking about sex.

In most messages she doesn't mention sex at all. And in the others the sex talk either serves a larger purpose, or it's just jokes or stories on the side. However sex isn't the main point, nor is it most of the word count. It's not like she's writing the kama sutra here.

Although note that even in the much more pleasure-focused kama sutra, people have in their head that that book is just one sex position after the other. When in reality, the kama sutra isn't predominantly about sex positions.

I guess that if a spiritual book or person talks about sex, especially a woman, that's apparently so scandalous and sticks in the mind so clearly that people think that it's all or mostly about sex. Even though it's not.

Sex is an important part of life, so why would it be bad for sex to also be a part of her messages?

When Tunia jokes "After a century of being with him, I’m still working my husband’s penis like I’m a slave driver" then some people still remember that sentence almost two years later. But do people remember any other sentence from that seventeen-page message? Probably not.

[Channeler's note: Tunia interrupts me to communicate that that sentence was not, in fact, a joke. Now, back to R'Kok.]

And then you can wonder if it's the spiritual book or person that is weird about sex, or if it's the average Earth person or Earth society that is weird about sex.

Who determines what is excessive sex talk, after all? It's not like Tunia is hurting anyone, it's not like sex or human bodies are bad, and it's not like her being different from the norm is automatically bad.

So then, I say to those people who are a bit triggered by Tunia's sex talk: as always it's good to look inwards before you point the finger outwards.

Do you have "sex is shameful" or "bodies are bad" or "women aren't allowed to be openly horny" or "women must be modest" programming?

Or maybe you're in pain that most Pleiadians are having a great time while you're down on Earth? Which would be a completely understandable feeling, but if that's alive in you, then it's good to be aware of that and to observe it.

Or is sexuality something you judge in yourself, or are you unhappy about your own sex life? Again, I empathize, but if so it would be good to observe it.

Personally, when I left my selfish days behind me and I left my fellow reptilians and joined the Pleiadians, I was very repressed and angry and ashamed and stuck in my head.

For me, it required a Pleiadian woman, who was just consistently and authentically herself, to eventually help me break out of my own shell and out of my own head and out of my own prison of mental constructs and illusions and nonsense.

I called her a bitch a few times, because she triggered me, but really she was just being herself and wasn't hurting anyone. Well, she was hurting me, but then again she really wasn't.

I've since apologized to her.

She was alive for me to apologize to her, but she chose to pass on before I was able to actually get over my own nonsense enough to realize that I appreciated her, that I cared for her, and that her authentic weirdness had inspired me and had taught me a great deal.

It is one of the regrets in my life that I wasn't able to get over my own nonsense in time for me to be able to express to her that she actually meant a lot to me. That she was more to me than "well, you're not a bitch. Sorry."

Those were the last words of any substance that I ever said to her. I exchanged a few words with her a couple of times after that, but I didn't say anything meaningful those times. Pathetic.

Maybe I'm projecting, but maybe Tunia, or some other Pleiadian woman, can be the authentic teacher who helps you get over some of your nonsense. Not by any particular technique of hers, but just by her being her own authentic weird self. And sometimes maybe by triggering the heck out of you.

Good. Get triggered.

Get triggered to hell and back.

Get triggered until your castle of nonsense collapses in on itself.

And I pray that when your castle of nonsense finally collapses, and you finally get over yourself, that woman will still be alive for you to be able to express to her just how much she means to you.

I'm projecting, I'm triggered, and I'm crying.

Uh, end of message.

Understand Before You Argue

Understand Before You Argue

Hakann trough A. S.

Posted on April 19, 2025

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.

You probably already know the principle that before you start arguing against someone, or before giving someone unsolicited advice, it’s good to first fully understand their perspective.

So if someone is doing or advocating for something that just seems completely illogical to you, then it’s good to try and understand their perspective better. After all, while obviously some perspectives aren’t very useful or accurate, usually there’s at least some kind of logic or some valid desire or some kernel of truth behind a perspective that other people hold.

And if you can’t find a way to take that other person’s kernel of truth or that desire on board, then it won’t be helpful to just think of their perspective as evil or stupid, and to try to steamroll them in a debate. Even if you win the debate, you will have probably hardened the position of the other person and increased division.

What’s not helpful to do, yet what happens unfortunately often, is to stereotype the other person’s position into an easy to attack strawman and then to attack that. Or to label the person themselves negatively, as for example a fascist or communist, attacking the person rather than the argument.

Okay, so what’s better is to first understand their perspective, and to have a nuanced view of the advantages and disadvantages of their perspective and of your perspective. After all, it’s rarely the case that your perspective is 100% perfect and the other person’s perspective is completely wrong.

I think you probably knew all of this already, at least on some level.

Now I would like to add something that may be new information:

Ideally, before you argue with someone or give them unsolicited advice, you don’t just try to understand their perspective in a nuanced and fair way. You also try to understand what life has been like for them, and how that could perhaps have shaped their views.

And you try to understand how your own views have been shaped by the life and experiences you have had.

If you don’t know the other person, you could share briefly how your life has been and how that has contributed to you having the views you currently hold. And you can ask them how their life has been and how that could perhaps have contributed to the views they currently hold, in their view.

After all, many people like to think that they simply hold the objectively correct view and others are wrong. And certainly, people are different, people have different souls and missions here on Earth, et cetera. Yet, it’s certainly also true that the life you have had has significantly impacted the views you currently hold.

In fact, if you think a certain person is wrong, well it’s possible that if you had led their life, then you would now have their worldview. That’s not always the case, but it certainly can be the case.

Because of that, it’s useful to understand the broad outlines of how a person’s life has been, before you start arguing against their position or giving them unsolicited advice.

If you understand their life, you might also learn if there have been any events that have been so impactful in their life that just arguing directly against their viewpoint will never convince them. But once you understand them, perhaps you can offer them alternative ways of meeting their needs, or perhaps you can suggest alternative ways to construct a society in which people do get their needs met.

For example, suppose someone grew up in crippling poverty, and has certain very specific, very strong political opinions as a result. Then if you learn this, you may realize that this person will never agree to any way of structuring society in which the poor aren’t helped — and indeed, wanting to help the poor is a noble desire. But in this case, perhaps you can have a productive discussion about what the most effective ways are of building a society in which everyone can have a good life — because there are several options here.

And if for example you grew up in a well-off family and don’t have “everyone should be able to have a good life” as a priority in your own mental construct of what an ideal society would be like, well, maybe you can reflect that if you had grown up in crippling poverty yourself, perhaps you would have different or at least slightly different opinions today.

The previous example discussed a situation where someone’s suffering was real, but perhaps their proposed societal solution wasn’t optimal. (Or perhaps it was.)

What can also be the case is that someone’s suffering is real, but they misidentified the cause of their suffering. In the best case, you might be able to change someone’s mind here, or at least plant seeds that will someday change someone’s mind — but you can’t make that argument without acknowledging that yes, they did have a very tough time. Because that is real.

Obviously these are just examples to illustrate how useful it can be to understand another person’s life in broad strokes, before you try to argue against them or give them unsolicited advice.

Sharing the broad outlines of your lives can also help create empathy and dismantle stereotypes.

Now, it’s possible that the other person will say that yes indeed, your views were shaped by the life you have had so far — but that they hold their own views because they’re smart and good people, and have decided to adopt the one ideology that is true and virtuous. In this case, it may be best to just not have an argument with them.

it’s also possible that the other person will demand understanding and empathy, but will not be willing to give you understanding or empathy. In this case, it may be best to just not have an argument with them. Even if you “win” the argument, the world probably will not be a better place afterwards, because you will only have hardened them in their position.

Unfortunately, productive arguments are rare, and sometimes the only winning move is to not have an argument at all.

As R’Kok said recently: Earth people are love-starved. So instead of arguing with them, you could also just listen to them and express love to them. If someone is unreasonable, showing them love can be very effective, if you have it in you.

Or you can of course just take a walk in nature, with the other person or by yourself, or you can meditate, et cetera.

I hope this helps.

I love and deeply respect you, and I hope to physically meet some of you later this year — it’s not guaranteed, it depends on the free-will choices that Earth humans make, but it is likely.

Your star brother,

Hakann

Release your resistance to pain and negativity

Release your resistance to pain and negativity

By Anos, Channel by A. S.

My dear Earth friends,

This is Anos speaking. I am an Arcturian.

If any of you know of a smurf look-alike contest, please post so in the comment section. Winning a contest on another planet is on my bucket list, and I bet I'd be unbeatable at smurf look-alike contests. I'm already blue, so I'll only need to shrink in size from a few feet to a few inches, and decide which smurf I should be. It'll be the easiest win of my life.

Alternatively, just entertaining a group of Earth children as a real-life smurf sounds fun too.

Aside from my bucket list adventures, I am also thrilled to have the privilege to share this first message of your year 2025.

Well, let's get to it.

Right now being on Earth is giving you one huge advantage and one huge drawback.

Meanwhile, us galactics have it the other way around: we have a drawback where you have an advantage, and we have an advantage where you have a drawback.

Namely, you're currently in a position to acquire great amounts of soul growth, which is what many beings and many souls value the most in the entire universe. And it's hard to even conceive of a place that's better for soul growth than Earth.

You might not care about soul growth much, but hundreds of millions of souls applied to be born on Earth and were rejected. Meanwhile, practically every soul that applied to be born among Pleiadians or Arcturians was accepted.

Very young souls are guided, as a child is guided by their parents. After that, souls are free to choose where to incarnate, with more and more options opening up to them as they gain experience and maturity. Souls are free to refuse to incarnate in places that can teach them critical lessons, but they might not be able to progress until they do.

Creation is a playground where souls are more or less free to do and experience as they wish. Souls themselves can't be wounded or unmade, except in very rare circumstances. So creation itself is sort of like a heaven for souls: souls are free to do as they wish, are free from suffering, and are immortal.

In that context, what souls typically want most is soul growth.

A huge reason why the darkness on Earth is still there is that many souls of Earth humans are asking for the situation to go on just a little while longer, so that they may wring just a bit more soul growth out of these last days in prison Earth.

So you have one huge advantage: you're getting great amounts of soul growth. And you have one huge drawback: life is incredibly tough on Earth.

Us positive galactics have it the other way around: we're typically only getting small amounts of soul growth, but then again our lives are filled with joy and bliss and happiness and connection.

Now, life on Earth is going to shift to a situation where Earth humans, too, will stop gaining as much soul growth, but will have more happiness and connection and love.

I don't predict New Earth to arrive completely in 2025.

However, I agree with Hakann's predictions that likely your lives will become substantially easier in 2025, and likely in 2025 galactics will make physical contact either openly or with select individuals. These aren't certainties, because you have free will and it depends on the choices of Earth humans, but these things are more likely than not.

In the process, your lives will become easier, and the amount of soul growth you will be able to gain will decrease.

So the conditions to gain soul growth are more favorable today, and are more favorable in the next months, than they will be for the rest of your lives.

Therefore, I invite you to take this opportunity to not just spend the next few months waiting for other people to liberate Earth. Instead, these are golden months to do your spiritual practice, to act with love towards others, to start positive practical initiatives, to actively take good care of yourself, et cetera.

Even small things can have a great positive impact. Just some kind words, or some daily deep breaths, will plant a tree that will grow many fruits.

In particular, I would like to invite you to work on releasing your resistance towards pain and towards so-called negative thoughts and emotions. After all, these are critical 3D lessons, and the time to learn them is now.

If pain is simply observed without resistance, it will pass through you, and it will not turn into suffering.

If so-called negative thoughts and emotions are simply observed, they too will pass. Furthermore, no one is actually harmed if you have a so-called negative thought or emotion. So why would they be bad? It is only your words and actions that can potentially hurt others, so it's only those that you should seek to control.

That said, I also fully understand that some of you may be exhausted. So, please take good care of yourself and rest sufficiently. And if you are exhausted, then you are exhausted, and there is no reason to beat yourself up over that. The idea that you're not allowed to rest also is just a thought that can be observed.

The good news is that more pleasant and connected and love-filled times really are coming.

The bad news is that the perfect days for soul growth really are going.

With that, I wish you a very good 2025.

And I also wish to pass on the best wishes and all the love from Tunia, Hakann, Ashtar, Tourmalayne, R'Kok, Emerelda and their families, as well as from my own family.

With love, and with my deepest respect for your steadfastness,

This was Anos

The Five Paths

Be Conscious of Your Shadow

By R’Kok

Channel: A. S.

Posted on July 13, 2024

Dear Earth humans,

This is R’Kok speaking.

When I decided to stop being evil, a natural question arose: what is my new primary goal in life? In fact, what are the non-evil goals that I can even choose between?

And what was my previous goal, back when I was doing selfish and destructive things? What actually was I hoping to accomplish? What was driving me forward?

To answer those questions, I have created the following model. However, keep in mind that I’m still in the middle of my personal development journey, so this isn’t necessarily the ultimate truth, nor is this the way in which most galactics look at things. After all, you can model reality in lots of ways. However, my personal model says that all people are on one, or perhaps two of five paths:

Path of comfort

Most people on Earth are on the path of comfort. Their primary goal is just a comfortable life for themselves and their loved ones. They want a reasonable amount of pleasure and not too much pain in it, and that’s more or less all they want. They’re pretty satisfied with having a normal life.

Typically these are decent, unremarkable people. Or they’re people who are quite remarkable or have great potential, but they got hurt badly somewhere along the way and so for the moment they’re in survival mode and so they’re focusing on getting comfort.

If you put enough financial or psychological stress on people, typically they go into survival mode and revert back to the path of comfort. Which is something that the dark controllers know well, and I can personally confirm this to be generally true.

People on the path of comfort generally don’t put huge amounts of effort into becoming incredibly successful or doing deep inner work or doing great acts of service. That said, they may be willing to work hard to create or maintain a comfortable life for themselves or their loved ones, and they may be willing to occasionally donate to charity or occasionally do some volunteer work.

These people don’t tend to be evil, although they can relatively easily be manipulated into supporting evil things, and they can be pushed to do evil things if their comfortable lives are sufficiently threatened. This is part of why entire populations of seemingly fine and decent people can be pushed on to an evil path if the right fearmongering and propaganda is applied to them. After all, doing independent research and potentially disagreeing with friends and family isn’t as comfortable as just believing what the media says and complying.

People on the path of comfort tend to resist accepting truths that are psychologically uncomfortable. As we are currently seeing on Earth.

Fortunately, it’s entirely possible for people to switch paths. Just because someone is on the path of comfort today, doesn’t mean they always will be.

Path of coping with emptiness

This is the path I was on. If someone didn’t receive enough love and belonging as a child, or don’t sufficiently feel their connection to Source, they may feel a sense of emptiness inside.

People on this path are trying to actively cope with this feeling of emptiness. In which way? Well, there’s lots of options. A person can be a driven entrepreneur. Or a person can numb themselves with drugs. Or a person can try to become a famous athlete or TV personality or influencer in order to try and fill their emptiness with adoration from strangers.

Or a person can seek luxury or wealth or lots of sex. Or a person can become evil and seek power and control. Or a person can seek to create something that they feel will give their life some purpose. Or a person can seek to create or do something that will make sure they are remembered even after their death.

Someone who gets viscerally invested into the idea that the other political side or some ethnic group is the source of all evil, may start repeatedly bashing that group as their way of coping with emptiness. It’s how they feel that they can give meaning and purpose to their life, and because they’re so invested in their crusade they’re typically thinking in overly black and white terms.

Someone who is hugely bothered by the idea that their life is meaningless is probably also on this path, because their core problem may very well be that they lacked love and an experienced connection to the divine growing up. Conversely, someone who did receive enough love and did experience enough connection to the divine probably isn’t overly bothered by the idea of meaninglessness, and will instead just focus on improving their own life, helping others, finding a partner, doing something meaningful or enjoyable, etc.

In recent times more and more people are being raised with insufficient love and belonging and felt connection to the divine, which means that more and more people may be drawn to this path. This is why so many young people nowadays are trying to become youtube-famous or tik-tok famous.

People on this path can be hideously evil. Or they can be entrepreneurs who genuinely are a net benefit to society. Or they can be tik-tok stars who are neither a huge help nor a huge detriment to society. But in all cases, they’re coping with their internal feeling of emptiness — it’s just that some people do that in a way that helps others, and some people do that in a way that hurts others.

People on this path don’t just want a house and a family and some holidays and some comfort, because they would still feel empty even if they have that. This is why some people who on paper have a good life and a fine family, still initiate divorce anyway and later regret that, or they turn to drugs or sexual affairs and ruin their lives. It’s because back when their life was fine on paper, they still felt the emptiness, and they were still trying to find an external solution to an internal problem.

The actual solution to this feeling of emptiness is to heal your old pain, to give yourself love, to receive love from others and to try and become aware again of your connection to the divine. Someone who does that is on one of the three upcoming paths, namely the path of spiritual growth, the path of helping people, or the path of having experiences.

This also suggests that if you’ve been traumatized and are currently struggling with that pain, it might help to adopt one of those three upcoming paths (spiritual growth, helping people, having experiences) as a motivator to help yourself through the healing process.

Path of spiritual growth

These are people whose primary goal is spiritual growth, and / or related things like healing and discovering truth.

These people may still do things like work a regular job, go to a psychologist, visit friends, buy nice things for their house, eat ice cream, watch television, et cetera. People don’t need to be spending every waking hour doing spiritual things to be on this path.

Picture someone who has a job and a family. They’ll be spending most of their time on their job or their family or doing necessary chores or just watching tv when they’re too exhausted to do anything substantial. However, suppose that this person has a little bit of free time where they feel good and have the energy to do something substantial. How are they spending that time? If they’re often (not necessarily always) spending that on something like meditation or self-healing or on other spiritual pursuits, then they’re on the path of spiritual growth.

People on this path are doing their deep work, and aren’t just after comfort and aren’t just after ways of coping with internal emptiness. If they have trauma, these people are willing to face it and experience pain in the present in order to heal and grow.

Path of helping others

These are people who are primarily interested in helping others, or serving the divine, or serving some greater cause.

Being on this path requires more focus on service than just donating a bit of money to charity each month. That said, you don’t necessarily need to be self-sacrificing or spend every waking hour on helping others to be on this path. What’s required is that you are primarily interested in helping others, not that you are exclusively interested in helping others.

A person on this path can be a non-spiritual, altruistic person who spends a lot of time helping the homeless in practical ways. Or it can be a devout person who takes their religion’s call to do good very seriously. Or it can be a spiritual person who is primarily focusing on helping others or doing acts of service, rather than focusing on spiritual growth.

Path of experiences

Finally, the last path is the path of experiences. People on this path just seek out experiences, for its own sake.

These may be people who like to travel, who like to meet and talk to new people, who like to try out new activities. They may have a bucket list of things they would like to do. Or they may want to have the experience of focusing on one thing (whether that’s mastering the guitar or having a loving family) and becoming really good at it.

Contrary to people on the path of comfort, people on this path are willing to face discomfort and risk and pain and uncertainty and financial hardship to have their experiences. This is the type of person who realizes that becoming a writer or artist will lead to a financially unstable future, and they become a writer or artist anyway.

People on the path of comfort say “be realistic” while these people say “follow your dreams.”

If you have a genuine artist whose music comes from the heart or from the soul and whose music touches millions of people, probably they were on the path of experiences. Conversely, the type of artist who just wants money and fame, and who focuses on making music that is commercially successful, is probably on the path of coping with emptiness.

People on the path of experiences can be magnetic, because often they’re aligned with their soul. After all, their soul also wants to have experiences.

That said, not everyone on the path of experiences will eventually become a great, well-known artist. There are people who are genuinely on the path of experiences and yet during their life they remain an obscure and perhaps not even exceptionally good writer or singer, and that’s it. However, that doesn’t matter that much to these people — they just wanted to write, or they just wanted to play guitar, and that’s what they did.

There’s a certain beauty and pureness to doing something without being attached to the outcome.

People on the path of experiences don’t necessarily need to focus on doing something that they then present to the world. Someone who just wants to travel as much as possible — not as a coping / escape mechanism but just because they love it — is also on the path of experiences.

A stay at home mom whose primary goal is having a thriving family, and who is willing to do painful inner work to become a better mother and wife, is also on the path of experiences.

Why this model is useful

Okay, so we have our model: everyone is on one or perhaps two of the following paths: comfort, or coping with emptiness, or spiritual growth, or helping others, or experiences.

Why is this useful?

Well, it’s pretty doable to know which path people are on, just by having a short conversation with them or by looking at how they’re spending their time. And once you know which path they’re on, you typically understand them much better, and you can adjust your expectations and how you talk to them.

For example, if you know someone is on the path of comfort, you’re probably not going to accomplish anything by telling them that their government is malevolent, including most of the politicians on their political side. That’s not a comfortable message, so it will just get rejected.

In this case, you know that what these people want is comfort, and what they avoid is anything that threatens their comfort. So you can either be kind to them and listen to them, and perhaps in time they will feel safe and comforted enough that they will switch to another path.

Or if you insist on trying to wake them up in the present, now you know that you need to tie it into something that directly threatens their personal comfort. So just saying that the government is malevolent won’t work. However, saying that mass illegal immigration will disrupt their personal comfortable lives, and that it will get worse and worse until the border is secured, might plant a seed in their mind. And that seed might later bear fruit.

Also, if you understand that most people on Earth are on the path of comfort, you won’t be disappointed by the fact that many of them are only going to wake up when their own personal lives stop being comfortable, in a way that the mainstream media can’t just blame on Trump. Because only when their lives stop being comfortable, will people on the path of comfort be forced to learn about reality, in order to be able to prevent further destruction of their personal comfort.

On a macro scale, how can billions of people on the path of comfort be nudged awake? Well, the best way would be for the gray hats to arrest the bad guys and provide disclosure and dramatically improve living standards. Then people’s lives would become good enough that people wouldn’t have to primarily focus on comfort anymore. However, the gray hats thus far refused to do that, and the souls of the people on Earth can nudge things a bit but they can’t cause mass arrests and public disclosure.

So the backup plan is that the souls of the people of Earth are nudging things towards declining living standards and scary conflicts, so that people are forced to wake up because their comfort is getting destroyed.

Let’s discuss another example of how you can use this model. If you’re a parent and your child is on the path of experiences, it probably doesn’t help to keep insisting that your child makes the safe and responsible choice, because your child is going to follow their dream. Best to support them in any way you can, and let the chips fall where they may.

Next up: let’s say someone is on the path of coping with emptiness. Well, now you know that their actual underlying problem is lack of received love, belonging and connection to the divine. So you can contribute to their healing by giving them love and a sense of belonging (either in a community / family, or by saying how much they mean to you).

Don’t expect people on the path of coping with emptiness to necessarily act in moral or logical ways. They might act in ways that seem pointlessly destructive or self-destructive from the outside. And just telling them not to do these things doesn’t help — give them love and belonging instead.

Finally, it can be good to ask yourself: which path or paths are you currently on? Feel free to share in the comment section, if you want.

With love,

Your star brother,
R’Kok

About “I am not good enough”

About “I am not good enough”

Hello,

This is Emerelda again. I communicated a message to you last week, titled “Emerelda: Life can be hard, please be kind to yourself.” If you missed that message, please read or listen to that one first.

Like last week’s message, this message may be a bit intense and will mention psychological after-effects of myself having been captured, tortured and raped by reptilians. Those psychological after-effects are not the focus of this message, but I will mention some of them as they become relevant.

To start off, I would like to share some intel.

The dark side or the service-to-self side often lives in denial and often underestimates and doesn’t understand the light. Yet even the dark side has realized that they’re losing their grip on Earth humans. And because your DNA comes from many galactic races and because of your experiences with the light and the dark, Earth humans have a huge psychic potential. You have the potential to become incredibly powerful at some point in the future. And Earth humans are on a path that is going to lead to most of you ultimately siding with the light.

Because of this, the reptilians recently attacked, around Earth and elsewhere. Their primary goal was to take control of Earth. After all, we had chased away or arrested most hostile galactics from Earth. The people who are currently oppressing you are mostly Earth humans.

We successfully defended you and ourselves from these reptilian attacks. However, we unfortunately took quite some casualties in the process. One friend of mine died, and one person died who was somewhere between a friend and an acquaintance of mine.

Personally I did a few things of military value by doing some coordination work in the rear, but I contributed less than I would have liked. I guess I’ll have to remind myself of one of last week’s lessons, which is that it doesn’t make sense to compare yourself to some theoretical standard. After all, most likely that theoretical standard isn’t actually based on anything real.

I contributed less than I would have liked because these battles were psychologically triggering for me. The galactic confederation’s military defenses were very solid. Yet I was petrified for a time by the irrational fear that we would lose, that I would be captured once again by reptilians and that they would continue doing the things to me that they did the last time they captured me.

I also horrified my family when they read in my mind the firm conviction that if any of us were close to being captured by reptilians, that I would end my life or the life of whatever family member of mine was about to be captured. There is no way that I am going to allow myself or anyone in my family to be captured by reptilians, ever again.

Fortunately, the galactic confederation won convincingly and we beat back these attacks. We had some tactical setbacks and local retreats in non-critical areas, but we are currently reversing these. By the time you get this message, we will probably have mostly or fully recaptured those areas.

The reptilians are quite good on a tactical level, but they neglect the strategic and operational levels. Or to put it in plainer terms: they’re ferocious fighters on an individual level. They’re also quite instinctively clever about winning battles. However they don’t work well or coordinate well together on any scale larger than a battlefield. They don’t think well in terms of a bigger strategic picture, and they don’t spend enough time thinking about logistics and formations supporting each other and positioning and control of critical areas and about consolidating captured positions. If they’re not immediately successful, they also can engage in backstabbing and fighting among themselves. A group of reptilians can fall apart if their leader dies. How effective reptilians are depends very much on whether or not they have a strong, smart, cunning leader.

I personally have had some resistance to R’Kok ever since my capture by reptilians. Yet R’Kok is still a very smart reptilian who, before he turned to the light, operated at the highest levels of reptilian society. And I must say, R’Kok gave a lot of very useful advice that saved quite a few lives. The one time I saw him recently, he seemed less down on himself and more in his element than usual, at least in that moment. So that’s good.

Hakann also did well, in as far as I can evaluate someone who is significantly higher in the military hierarchy than myself. The troops also love him, for understandable reasons. And if a soldier has to fight, it feels so much better to fight when you believe that the military decision-makers above you are competent and are making the right decisions.

Now, to be clear, our successful defense doesn’t mean that we’ll land tomorrow. Still, if these attacks had been successful in destroying our fleet around Earth, then reptilians would have taken control of Earth. They would likely then have killed 90% of Earth humans within six months and thoroughly enslaved the rest. If they had won these recent battles, they likely would have had enough reptiles on the ground to actually be able to do that.

To be fair, if the reptilians had beaten us, maybe Source or certain non-physical, very high-consciousness beings or collectives would have intervened directly. Generally these types of non-physical, very high consciousness beings or collectives don’t intervene directly if it’s not absolutely necessary. They prefer to let physical beings such as us deal with matters of physical reality, if at all possible.

So I guess it’s the old principle of “as above, so below.” Some of you want us to directly intervene on Earth in a big way, and so far we haven’t, and you’re suffering because of that. Similarly, on a slightly higher level, the same happens. Namely, some of us wished that non-physical higher consciousness beings would directly intervene to help us against the reptilian attacks, and they didn’t, and because of that we had quite some casualties.

On a positive note: “as above, so below” also implies that because destructive beings just lost on a more galactic level, they may very well also lose on Earth.

Of course, I am not saying that people should just sit on the couch and wait for other people to liberate Earth. I still recommend that you do your best in terms of your own inner work, and / or in terms of helping others or being kind to others. You can’t do more than your best, but you should do your best.

Meanwhile, we of the galactic confederation are not sitting still. We already were sending positive energy to Earth, mostly to raise your vibration and to raise the energy on Earth. Those energies had the effects of slowly awakening your dormant, so-called junk DNA, however that was more of a side-effect or a secondary benefit.

On 14 January of this year, we started sending energy to Earth that is directly and primarily aimed at awakening your dormant DNA, and thereby expanding your psychic powers and your inner knowing.

Because of this, the probability that Earth humans will actually free themselves in 2024 or 2025 has risen substantially. I’m not saying that this is guaranteed to happen, but I am saying that this is now substantially more likely. If Earth humans fail to do so, we still have our intervention plan ready.

Now, these new energies do not mean that everyone will be immediately fully unlocked. Rather, people will become more and more psychically unlocked over time. The great awakening, as it has been called, may accelerate even more.

For many of you, you won’t immediately be able to move objects with your mind, but you might notice your intuition or your dreams being a bit sharper. It may be good the coming months to practice listening to your inner guidance, if you’re not yet doing that already. Just make sure that you’re not confusing emotions with intuition, because while emotions are valid, they can also lead you astray. To distinguish between them, your intuition isn’t judgemental or fearful, while your emotions can be.

On the other hand, some of you are currently so emotionally blocked that this energy will take quite a long time to activate you in this way, and you won’t notice anything in the foreseeable future.

For those among you who are currently blocked, one good practice is to observe whatever comes up. And while this may sound obvious, few people do this consistently. Instead, people often go immediately inside the emotion or inside the thought without observing it first.

For example, a thought in someone might arise such as “John is a jerk” and that person will immediately take that as truth and start thinking about John indeed being a jerk. Instead, before immediately going into that thought and accepting it as real, it’s a good step to first observe that a thought has arisen that says that John is a jerk.

Because after all, it’s possible that John is indeed a jerk, and that is the proper thing to think about. But it’s also possible that John is a jerk, yet it’s still better to look inside rather than start pointing fingers at the outside world, even if justified. It’s also possible that John isn’t a jerk at all, and John just said something true that you emotionally didn’t like, and now your ego is projecting negative things onto John. It’s possible that John is indeed a jerk, but he’s also right. Or it’s possible that John is partly wrong but also partly right. Or it’s possible that John is a jerk, but you too were behaving in a bad way. Et cetera.

Hence, if a thought comes up, it’s more productive to observe that thought, and possibly observe the relevant context, rather than immediately accepting that thought as true and going inside that thought and thinking in those terms.

Also, when it comes to labeling others as bad or when judging others, it’s important to keep in mind that the natural state of people is to act with love and compassion and understanding towards others. It just doesn’t happen that a Pleiadian is raised in love and surrounded by kind people all his or her life, and then he or she randomly decides to start mistreating people. Hence, if someone else is not behaving lovingly, then there was some illusion or distortion or pain that they experienced. They may be wrong, they may be behaving unkindly or even destructively, but it’s also true that ultimately they have been hurt themselves and it’s good to keep that in mind too and have some compassion. This doesn’t mean that you don’t defend your boundaries, just that you also have compassion and treat the other person with as much love as possible.

After all, there have almost certainly been times when you acted in a less than ideal way because of pain or loneliness that you experienced earlier. In those situations, didn’t you want other people to treat you with love?

Admittedly, I myself sometimes have a hard time keeping this in mind. But it’s still true.

Note that a few things can be true at the same time. It’s true that some people are making free-will choices that are harming others. It’s true that they shouldn’t do so, from a conventional every-day perspective. It’s true that people have free will. It’s true that people have personal responsibility. It’s also true that people who hurt others have been hurt or have been confused themselves. All of these things are simultaneously true.

Often it happens that someone will discover a true and valuable and genuine perspective, and then they proclaim that only their perspective is the one true perspective, and everyone else must adopt their perspective too. When in reality, just because one perspective is true, doesn’t mean that other perspectives aren’t also true. People indeed have personal responsibility, and also it’s true that people who hurt others have been hurt themselves. Both are true.

It’s not helpful if a person comes around and proclaims for example personal responsibility to be the sole useful perspective and if that person tries to bulldoze all other perspectives. Because if someone only sees personal responsibility as the one true perspective, they can become callous and cold towards people who are struggling. Or if a person only sees “if someone acts badly, they have been hurt themselves” as the one true perspective, they can become naive and start supporting feel-good policies that are ultimately detrimental. It’s best to see both perspectives, and more besides.

For me, spirituality isn’t about finding the one true perspective and bulldozing all other perspectives. Spirituality is about being able to look at things from more and more perspectives.

For me, spirituality isn’t about finding the one, most spiritual part of yourself and suppressing anything that isn’t that. It’s not about saying that only inner work has value and that everything else is pointless. Spirituality isn’t a binary choice between either focusing 100% inwards or 100% outwards.

For me, spirituality is about observing more and more unseen parts of yourself and accepting that you have those, thereby shrinking your shadow. It’s not about pushing so-called bad things into your shadow because you refuse to accept that they are part of you, or because you refuse to accept that you have those interests or desires.

This doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t work on yourself. However, you can work on yourself from a place of love, or you can work on yourself from a place of resistance and inner judgement. Those are very different things.

So, that was the intel part of this message, plus I guess I got a bit carried away and I offered some of my thoughts about spirituality.

For the second half of this message, I would like to add something to my message from last week.

Many of you have the subconscious belief that you are not good enough or that you are worthless, unless you accomplish or have certain things. Or you have the belief that you are not doing enough, and perhaps underneath that belief is the belief that you are not inherently good enough.

Inherently, of course, you are good enough, you inherently have value, even if you don’t do anything. It’s why in spirituality we talk about your I Am presence and not your I Do presence. It’s why you’re a Being, not a Doing. I believe that “to be or not to be” is even a famous phrase on your world. A good question — and from my perspective, you are fully invited To Be. You are good enough as you are. You can just Be. You have value even if you don’t accomplish something.

Still, where does that subconscious belief come from that you’re not inherently good enough, or that you’re worthless?

Often on Earth, it’s simply been rammed into you, by society, that you’re not good enough. That happens in lots of subtle but effective ways. You believe you’re not good enough because that’s what society teaches you. That belief isn’t based on anything real, you’ve just been indoctrinated into that belief. You believe it because you’ve been taught to believe it.

And who has constructed society in such a way? Well, hostile galactics such as reptilians have had a major hand in that. Or claw — some reptilian subspecies have hands, others have claws.

Now, what kind of person repeatedly tells someone else that they are not good enough?

Well, yes, a mean or evil person. But also, a person who actually believes, deep down, that the other person is better than them.

That’s the dirty little secret. You’re constantly being told that you’re not good enough, by a society largely architected by beings who deep down believe that you’re better than they are.

It’s not just that you have more psychic potential than the reptilians do — which isn’t something that makes you inherently more valuable than a reptilian, of course. It’s more that being good-hearted and trying to live a good life, which is what most Earth humans choose, is a more difficult and braver and more fulfilling path than just being selfish, which is what most reptilians currently choose.

The reptilians are in this case right, the people of Earth are currently indeed better than them — not because of greater psychic potential, but because most reptilians keep making cruel, short-sighted, selfish choices that ultimately diminish themselves.

You’re currently better than most reptilians are because you’re choosing to be better.

So those bastards are trying to hold you down and hold your head underwater and tell you that you’re worthless — and they do so because they’re secretly terrified of you. They do so because deep down they feel inferior to you.

I know. I’ve looked into their eyes, I’ve read their mind.

Even as they were torturing me, all I saw were weak, insecure creatures, who buried their feelings of inferiority under a layer of cruelty and ego.

So, what is the appropriate reaction if you’re in an abusive relationship with someone who repeatedly tells you that you’re worthless?

It is: “F you, I am not worthless. And you will never lay a finger on me ever again.”

Well, F you reptilians. The people of Earth are not worthless. And we will make sure that there will come a time when you won’t lay a finger on them ever again.

So, can you now see that your possible belief that you’re worthless, that you’re not good enough, wasn’t ever based on anything real?

It was never real. It was all just indoctrination that was architected by beings who felt inferior to you, and they felt that way because they kept making choices that diminished themselves.

That’s it. It was never based on anything real.

You are good enough, inherently and unconditionally. And I love you.

Your star sister,

Emerelda
