April 2025 Ascension Update

Coming out the other side of the March Eclipse Season we are off and running! Rebirthing is happening via the DNA upgrade we experienced last month, with each cosmic gateway/portal now building on the New Earth energies that are rippling through us and our world. As well, many are starting a new chapter in their lives!

It may feel like a wobbly time this month within your body, as you are still transmuting and expanding in your cellular structure, your heart and your brain. There is a need to stabilize the new frequencies in the body and bridge that with the higher aspects of the spiritual self. The body is still purging the last of the residue it needs to let go of in order to move to this new frequency.

The solar plexus area is still adjusting as well to a newfound sense of self worth, authentic self, and balanced power. It is important at this moment in your evolution to stay grounded, anchor in these new frequencies and allow your life to gracefully unfold amid any uncertainty.

Going forward you are experiencing a major inner transformation to embody a sense of true purpose to manifest more easily in the world, and create change. To do this requires deep connection with the inner Will, the Higher Self and Spirit to foster co-creative alignment.  

The two archetypes that are assisting us this month in metabolizing this tremendous DNA upgrade are in our Throat Chakra (5th) and are the Prophet and the Muse. These two archetypes assist embodiment via the Ascension chakra (Zeal Point chakra) that is located where the back of the skull meets the base of the neck (More about this in my video).

The Prophet supports you to own your creative power and creativity – to honour your own capacity to create; to share your creative expression with others and connect to the source of our own creativity. It also supports your to express your needs and true feelings, feel heard, while attuning to universal truth to guide you.

The Muse will activate the new frequency you are vibrating at to fuse together your creativity, soulfulness and spirituality, taking it to a whole new level, allowing you to shine and step more fully into your sense of purpose at this time on our planet. You are needed to be a Creator – to throw off the shackles of fear, illusion, disillusionment, paranoia, addiction and destruction  – and breathe life into creating a New World era.

Overall, April’s Ascension energies bring in a higher level of consciousness, and downloading of spiritual insight and messages to get us back on track again, to manifest the authenticity that is our divine nature, and creatively express ourselves in a way that honours and empowers the spiritual self.

Hello Beautiful Soul!

It’s time for a new cycle with better relationships, aligned purpose, deep seated transformation and inner freedom breakthroughs!

It’s eclipse season and the cosmic energies are ramping up!  

In September there are powerful cosmic forces and important coded gateways that aid us to expand and rise to new heights. Tapping into this divine direction we can receive motivation, clarity, direction and energetic nudges that support our creative sovereignty, and engage our internal willpower to take inspired action with our talents and gifts.

The key is to move beyond self doubt, as this will activate our 5th chakra to engage in soulful projects, new plans/situations and ideas, while at the same time being more responsible and accountable.

In this new cycle we freely weld our creative expression for the greater good and the soul’s growth, not for hedonistic pleasure (see my video for more on this!).  The New Earth paradigm requires us to create a balanced, peaceful and loving reality within ourselves – whether through thoughts, words or actions.

Our power to express our creativity, co-create our own life experiences (with Spirit), and bridge the inner and outer Self, comes from the energy in the 5th, or throat chakra. A balanced 5th chakra ensures that we are able to skillfully voice and manifest the needs of our soul using our strengths, talents and innate gifts in our daily lives.

If the 5th chakra is blocked and our ability to express this creative energy is impeded, our health in this area is compromised and we may experience apathy, anger, procrastination, and self-loathing. We may become insecure, lack self-discipline, and ultimately self-destruct. We can harm others in the process and stay in the old, lower vibrational paradigm of lack and fear.

The archetypes that support us for healthy creative expression in the 5th chakra are the Prophet and the Muse. As we embody these two archetypes in September we can delight in and recognize the soul’s need to express itself creatively as part of our soul’s purpose and spiritual journey to wholeness.

As we creatively expand and evolve this month through the Ascension process,  we are being asked to build on this universal aspect and shine our light in this way.

All life is a journey, it is a dance with Divine Creation, and we, as part of it, are here to sing the song of the soul!

September 2023 Ascension Energies

September brings winds of change and transmutation in our Year of Transformation, and deepens our sense of spirituality. Now dancing with our Higher Mind consciousness and rooted in the New Earth paradigm, we are grasping the knowledge that we create our reality, weaving our thoughts, words and actions into energetic calls to universal intelligence.

This month we continue our journey of reconnecting to Source: this can sometimes make us feel lost, unsure of who we are anymore and how to move forward. Are we really more than our earthly selves? It can feel like a deep cavern of existential crisis; a period of inner conflict where we are distraught over questions about identity, meaning, and soulful purpose.

It can also be an exhausting process to “do” our everyday life and humanness. So much so that we shut down, have compassion fatigue for ourselves (and others), and then feel a great sense of separation, loneliness, and despair. It can erode our self worth and we feel like a failure. It exhausts us so much we block off our heart chakra, thinking it is better NOT to feel anything so that we can just get through the day.

However, this stage of the Ascension process gives us an opportunity to expand the sense of who we are beyond our earthly bound self. To realise how connected we are to the universal flow of Creation, and become aware that we are truly beings of Light that radiate love at our core. And that we want belonging and unity – which is a reflection of our true state of existence as one unified being in creation looking through and mirrored in everyone and everything around us.

Overall the only true home for us is inside, knowing that everything we have is inside of us, and that we ARE Spirit.

Which leads me to ask you this question: this month are you willing to and do you have the courage to explore the depth of your spiritual heart, to open to love, to forgive, to understand that we are all One?

Or will you take spiritual shortcuts, stay in the Victim Archetype, and depend on or blame others because you are done with how “hard” life has become. This is the dance you will be doing this month and for the remainder of the year.

This month you have the opportunity to embrace your Lover and Magical Child archetypes, to embody emotional courage and pure courage to assist you on your journey. Courage is fortitude, and is the ability to confront fear, pain, danger, uncertainty, exhaustion or intimidation. Courage is about taking risk, and is the dividing line between low vibrating self-serving behaviour, and empowerment in service of the higher good (see page 57 in my book). Heart felt courage will assist you to have more balance in your life, be internally strong, and live as your authentic self.

It also allows you to accept that awakening comes not from anyone or anything outside of you, but through your own effort to awaken yourself. Courageous Self-Mastery is the key to the now and the future. When you do this, anything for you is possible!
