We are coming out the other side of the massive awakening that occurred in April, along with a rising of our personal energy signature to a higher level. Individuation, rebirthing and soul expansion are occurring as we flow into May’s Ascension Energies!
This month focuses on the activation of our 11th chakra, so that we can integrate new skill sets and soul expansion into our daily lives via our 1st or Root chakra. We are in a more radical Ascension process going forward, as the old stories, our soul memories, that once held us back are releasing, the chains are now broken and inner autonomy is allowing us to move forward to the next level of our Soul Pathwork!
The 3 archetypes that we are embodying in May are the Earth Mother, The Shaman and the Sorcerer/Sorceress. All 3 are helping us shed fear and victim mentality, thus allowing freedom from self-imposed limitations so that we can stand in the power of who we are and why we are here without questioning.
As our spiritual nature grows going forward, we are being asked to allow this expansion of the Higher Self potential to integrate into the soulful, everyday present moment. This means listening for higher guidance, digging into our truth, and our sense of where we need to be, while holding the overall vision for the New Earth and our dreams without wavering. Alignment initiated by cosmic events will happen all month to support our soul expansion and unfolding of our specific Divine Blueprint.
The universe has a plan, so let go of control, allow change, galvanize your inner knowing, stay committed to your higher purpose and growth – and watch your life unfold!
Coming out the other side of the March Eclipse Season we are off and running! Rebirthing is happening via the DNA upgrade we experienced last month, with each cosmic gateway/portal now building on the New Earth energies that are rippling through us and our world. As well, many are starting a new chapter in their lives!
It may feel like a wobbly time this month within your body, as you are still transmuting and expanding in your cellular structure, your heart and your brain. There is a need to stabilize the new frequencies in the body and bridge that with the higher aspects of the spiritual self. The body is still purging the last of the residue it needs to let go of in order to move to this new frequency.
The solar plexus area is still adjusting as well to a newfound sense of self worth, authentic self, and balanced power. It is important at this moment in your evolution to stay grounded, anchor in these new frequencies and allow your life to gracefully unfold amid any uncertainty.
Going forward you are experiencing a major inner transformation to embody a sense of true purpose to manifest more easily in the world, and create change. To do this requires deep connection with the inner Will, the Higher Self and Spirit to foster co-creative alignment.
The two archetypes that are assisting us this month in metabolizing this tremendous DNA upgrade are in our Throat Chakra (5th) and are the Prophet and the Muse. These two archetypes assist embodiment via the Ascension chakra (Zeal Point chakra) that is located where the back of the skull meets the base of the neck (More about this in my video).
The Prophet supports you to own your creative power and creativity – to honour your own capacity to create; to share your creative expression with others and connect to the source of our own creativity. It also supports your to express your needs and true feelings, feel heard, while attuning to universal truth to guide you.
The Muse will activate the new frequency you are vibrating at to fuse together your creativity, soulfulness and spirituality, taking it to a whole new level, allowing you to shine and step more fully into your sense of purpose at this time on our planet. You are needed to be a Creator – to throw off the shackles of fear, illusion, disillusionment, paranoia, addiction and destruction – and breathe life into creating a New World era.
Overall, April’s Ascension energies bring in a higher level of consciousness, and downloading of spiritual insight and messages to get us back on track again, to manifest the authenticity that is our divine nature, and creatively express ourselves in a way that honours and empowers the spiritual self.
It’s time for a new cycle with better relationships, aligned purpose, deep seated transformation and inner freedom breakthroughs!
It’s eclipse season and the cosmic energies are ramping up!
In September there are powerful cosmic forces and important coded gateways that aid us to expand and rise to new heights. Tapping into this divine direction we can receive motivation, clarity, direction and energetic nudges that support our creative sovereignty, and engage our internal willpower to take inspired action with our talents and gifts.
The key is to move beyond self doubt, as this will activate our 5th chakra to engage in soulful projects, new plans/situations and ideas, while at the same time being more responsible and accountable.
In this new cycle we freely weld our creative expression for the greater good and the soul’s growth, not for hedonistic pleasure (see my video for more on this!). The New Earth paradigm requires us to create a balanced, peaceful and loving reality within ourselves – whether through thoughts, words or actions.
Our power to express our creativity, co-create our own life experiences (with Spirit), and bridge the inner and outer Self, comes from the energy in the 5th, or throat chakra. A balanced 5th chakra ensures that we are able to skillfully voice and manifest the needs of our soul using our strengths, talents and innate gifts in our daily lives.
If the 5th chakra is blocked and our ability to express this creative energy is impeded, our health in this area is compromised and we may experience apathy, anger, procrastination, and self-loathing. We may become insecure, lack self-discipline, and ultimately self-destruct. We can harm others in the process and stay in the old, lower vibrational paradigm of lack and fear.
The archetypes that support us for healthy creative expression in the 5th chakra are the Prophet and the Muse. As we embody these two archetypes in September we can delight in and recognize the soul’s need to express itself creatively as part of our soul’s purpose and spiritual journey to wholeness.
As we creatively expand and evolve this month through the Ascension process, we are being asked to build on this universal aspect and shine our light in this way.
All life is a journey, it is a dance with Divine Creation, and we, as part of it, are here to sing the song of the soul!
February’s energy codes support us to move to another level of growth, freedom and creative expression! Incredible creatrix energy is streaming in to awaken humanity and ignite our soul’s purpose. I have never felt this kind of Divine Creation energy before! We will be awakening the limitless creative forces within our DNA. This is a monumental time of personal evolution that will transform us to our very core!
This month we are in a DNA upgrade that gives us the leverage to break free from karmic patterning and emotional trauma that was lingering in our conscious and subconscious minds and body, and therefore find more solid footing going forward on our earthly journey. As we release conformity through this process and let go of past pain, we are stronger in who we are and can be more passionately connected to our life purpose.
The weight of the past is lifting, your body is healing, and your vibration is changing! You will continue this month to assimilate the lessons needed to transform your past into personal empowerment, healthier boundaries, and augment your self worth. Shifts will occur through this DNA upgrade to inform and illuminate your higher mind so that you can leave the safety (or fear) of what you know and take risks to move into a new layer of being and living.
Prepare for deep healing, integration and Ascension!
The DNA Upgrade Gateway begins Feb 2, peaks Feb 11, and finishes on Feb 22. This will be a 20-day period of accelerated psychospiritual transformation and impact your fifth (throat) chakra and your central nervous system. Upon completion of this upgrade your vibrational field is attuning to this new version of yourself – until the next DNA Upgrade in August, during the 888 Gateway.
The throat or 5th chakra will be the most impacted this month, and as it shifts and attunes to this new vibration you will be able to release any stagnation and fear of being heard and seen, so that you can follow your inner guidance and access spiritual inspiration and direction. The two archetypes for you to work with are The Prophet and The Muse. Each of which will assist you to stand in your soulful truth, and follow your Soul Pathwork with impassioned purpose and ignited inspiration. As you do you will feel more rooted and live in your own unique way.
As with all upgrades as you are given your unique talents, gifts and purpose by Spirit, there is increased accountability and integrity required!
How does the DNA 1-6 Upgrade work?
The process of returning to twelve strands of DNA in our earthly human form is a part of the Ascension process.
There are 12 Strands of DNA in the human body. There are two physical strands with another ten inter-dimensional etheric aspects upon them. They hold the knowledge of All That Is and Divine Remembrance.
During this upgrade / ignition process, at the etheric level, strands 1-6 of the ten inter-dimensional strands of DNA are connected and then expressed within the circuitry of the cellular system of the body and the brain.
DNA Strands 1-6 hold the vibration and embodiment for more: Gratitude, Inner Child, Childlike Wonder, New Beginnings (through erasing old stories about ourselves), Intuitive Insight, Divine Connection, Non-attachment, Deep Faith, and Unabiding Trust.
As the embodiment elevates in vibration, and as the new DNA is connected / expressed, fear-based patterns and beliefs are released simultaneously and make room for the experience of more joy, creativity, and self-expression. Each level of upgrade / ignition heightens and embodies YOU in these traits.
This energetic transformation allows YOU to release the Victim archetype (the old paradigm of living) and live in the 5th dimensional, empowered True Self. 2024 is the year that we are able to fully shed the Victim and grab hold of our own destiny if we so choose.
By activation of these dormant gene codes, you are also opened to an infinite source of evolutionary wisdom and flow of abundance.
Why is your Vibrational Frequency so important to your evolution?
Vibrational Frequency is the new sexy, the new normal, the new black (Think: Orange is the new black) – it is exceptionally important going forward to understand this! (see my video for more about this!)
To understand that the frequency you vibrate at is more important now than your material reality and your material / earthly sense of self is crucial going forward, as this is the turning point in evolution from your perception as an earthly being to spiritual being.
Your nervous system and brain are evolving during this process to carry more “light” codes and information. You are now a tuning fork for All That Is, and as such can pull in information as needed via your intuition, your inner know, and then go with the flow of cosmic wisdom and insight.
This is truly an exceptional transformation that will continue during each DNA upgrade and requires you to stay grounded in your body!

2024 is the Year of Reaping and Realization – a year that brings in the energies of new adventure, opportunities, success, happiness and unity through co-creating together, hard work, calculated risk taking, focus and determination.
2024 is a year that we can choose to build a solid footing for ourselves and continue to develop our personal power and spiritual prowess. Through connecting to our own guiding light and having a deeper understanding of ourselves we can truly find our place in the world. We have the opportunity this year to galvanize the lessons we are here to learn as a soul, as a realization that we are fully connected to everything and everyone in Oneness, and that we have a divine nature with a unique purpose.
This year is energetically an outward, action-oriented year versus last year (2023) that was deeply introverted and introspective. 2024 is a year of aligned initiative to create a stable foundation and move forward with courage to take our lives to the next level.
Overall, it’s a year that holds infinite possibilities and abundance, if we can step out of our comfort zones, take calculated risks, activate our own innate capabilities and internal drive to move forward. Honing our perception, and depth of awareness, actively engaging in our self-mastery, and our ability to work with others will also determine the level of success in our lives.
The two main archetypes that will guide and support you in 2024 are: The Earth Mother and the Galactic Shapeshifter.
Engaging with these archetypal energies this year, in a mindful way, will help you find a deeper sense of purpose, community, safety, and security.
The Earth Mother archetype returns you to a safe and nurturing place within and supports you to walk your path without fear and shed the shadow archetype of the Victim. In this way you are able to reclaim your connection to her wisdom and reclaim your connection to your True Self.
The Galactic Shapeshifter supports you to fulfil the role that you play in certain learning; humble, co-creative service to others, in your everyday challenges that test your determination, and walking your path so that you get to the heart of who you are as you traverse the Galactic Hero’s Journey in the New Earth paradigm. It is the realization that what you thought was hindering you, is actually a shapeshifting, loving energy that is helping you to live the True Self.
In these times of great change you have the choice to either be on this accelerated path of Ascension expansion or be further caught in your reactivity/polarization as a victim of your circumstances.

If last month left you emotionally raw, bewildered, ungrounded, and off centre, then October’s Ascension energies offer you the chance to reclaim more balance and inner harmony.
During September we were cracked open to another level of emotional vulnerability, reactivity, trauma and emotional pain, and this caused many to bristle and bang up against each other
Now we move on from the fourth, Heart chakra that we worked with in September to the sixth chakra: the Mind, or Brow Chakra during October. So repressed emotions, wounding, trauma, and inner pain that arose can give way to the opportunity for us to use our minds for personal transmutation and deeper spiritual wisdom.
Personal transmutation is the process of being with uncomfortable/undesirable feelings and experiences while loving yourself. It’s about sitting in our discomfort versus reacting to one’s environment or those around us.
In healing anger, grief and sorrow in this way, we are not easily triggered; we are less reactive and can be more fully present with ourselves and others. We are able to clear the subconscious mind and make space for non-judgement and self-love.
This in turn allows us to not lose ourselves in the past or future, and therefore move in a new, intuitively guided direction. A direction that embraces karmic freedom and a stronger container for deepening connection with our souls.
Transmutation on this level is intense, often has subtle but profound shifts, and requires resilience, commitment and processing time. It is like turning lead into gold. October gives us this opportunity, as we shift into darker, introspective days and the Veil thins, to transmute our trauma. As we do this our wisdom grows and our intuition grows stronger.
The six chakra archetypes of the Sage and Alchemist anchor in this process of metamorphosis, so that we embrace a deeper sense of Oneness, Wholeness and inner divinity.
These two archetypes remind us that we have other ways of knowing. Divine guidance and the voice of the heart are speaking to us if we choose to listen. The Sage restores clear vision by giving us the opportunity to take our discernment and our intuition to a higher level. The Sage assures us that we already know the answer.
The Alchemist gives us the confidence to carry our inner transformation out into the world to create positive change. The Alchemist is showing us that each moment is an opportunity to grow, to show up differently, and to transform and be transformed.
Self-Mastery is ours to own, but first requires us to have right relationship with ourselves. As we do, we repair our outer relationships, and shift into co-creation with each other.

September brings winds of change and transmutation in our Year of Transformation, and deepens our sense of spirituality. Now dancing with our Higher Mind consciousness and rooted in the New Earth paradigm, we are grasping the knowledge that we create our reality, weaving our thoughts, words and actions into energetic calls to universal intelligence.
This month we continue our journey of reconnecting to Source: this can sometimes make us feel lost, unsure of who we are anymore and how to move forward. Are we really more than our earthly selves? It can feel like a deep cavern of existential crisis; a period of inner conflict where we are distraught over questions about identity, meaning, and soulful purpose.
It can also be an exhausting process to “do” our everyday life and humanness. So much so that we shut down, have compassion fatigue for ourselves (and others), and then feel a great sense of separation, loneliness, and despair. It can erode our self worth and we feel like a failure. It exhausts us so much we block off our heart chakra, thinking it is better NOT to feel anything so that we can just get through the day.
However, this stage of the Ascension process gives us an opportunity to expand the sense of who we are beyond our earthly bound self. To realise how connected we are to the universal flow of Creation, and become aware that we are truly beings of Light that radiate love at our core. And that we want belonging and unity – which is a reflection of our true state of existence as one unified being in creation looking through and mirrored in everyone and everything around us.
Overall the only true home for us is inside, knowing that everything we have is inside of us, and that we ARE Spirit.
Which leads me to ask you this question: this month are you willing to and do you have the courage to explore the depth of your spiritual heart, to open to love, to forgive, to understand that we are all One?
Or will you take spiritual shortcuts, stay in the Victim Archetype, and depend on or blame others because you are done with how “hard” life has become. This is the dance you will be doing this month and for the remainder of the year.
This month you have the opportunity to embrace your Lover and Magical Child archetypes, to embody emotional courage and pure courage to assist you on your journey. Courage is fortitude, and is the ability to confront fear, pain, danger, uncertainty, exhaustion or intimidation. Courage is about taking risk, and is the dividing line between low vibrating self-serving behaviour, and empowerment in service of the higher good (see page 57 in my book). Heart felt courage will assist you to have more balance in your life, be internally strong, and live as your authentic self.
It also allows you to accept that awakening comes not from anyone or anything outside of you, but through your own effort to awaken yourself. Courageous Self-Mastery is the key to the now and the future. When you do this, anything for you is possible!
