Become Your Higher Self in Your Physical Body

Become Your Higher Self in Your Physical Body

The Creators (12D)

A Nonphysical Collective Consciousness

We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help.

We sense your energies there on Earth, and we know that you are doing far better than you think you are, individually and collectively. It may seem as though you are trudging along, not making much progress at all, but as you look at your lives from your perspectives, recognize that you always have the option of changing those perspectives. You can change so much about yourselves, your lives, and your world by changing the way you are looking at all three. That is something that we have trained ourselves to do in order to be of greater service to all.

We have trained ourselves to look for the positive, to look for the progress, to look for the potential, and to always see the love. You want also to feel the love within yourselves for your life, your world, and yourself, and you have the power, the capacity to do that. You just need to exercise your free will and make that choice so that you can live more as the loving being that you are. You don’t need anything to change in order to do this.

In fact, it is quite probably true that nothing can change until you do shift your perspective, shift the way you are looking at yourself, your life, and the world. When we say ‘the world,’ you can include all others on the world that you currently live in that statement, because it is necessary for you to drop judgment and resistance to your fellow humans in order to truly be who and what you really are. You are unconditional love that has incarnated, and unconditional love is incompatible with judgment and resistance, and that is something else you must use your free will to choose.

Choose love over all else. And when you can’t find love, then reach for acceptance, and you will get there eventually. Pretend that you are the way you want to be, that the world is the way you want it to be, and that your life is exactly how you wish it to be, and see how you feel. If you like that feeling, then continue the charade. Give yourselves the feeling of satisfaction, contentment, and even joy because you can, not because the conditions call for those states of being.

And when you do this, you will show yourselves how powerful you are. You will show yourselves that you can shift right now and become your higher self while in your physical body, and then you might just see the world and all of her inhabitants changing and changing for the better. You might also see your life circumstances shifting to reflect to you the shifts you have made within yourselves, and if you don’t see any of those things, then you know you are testing yourself to see just how unconditional you really can be. It is who and what you really are. Unconditional love. Accept that, and you’ll change everything in a heartbeat.

We are The Creators, and we love you very much.

Perspectives are your toolbox

Perspectives are your toolbox

Hakann trough A. S.

Posted on March 1, 2025

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.

If you read enough spiritual articles from various sources, sooner or later you will encounter perspectives that seem contradictory.

For example, you should choose some kind of spiritual practice and do it regularly. But you should also go with the flow and not force things. Which should you actually do? What if on a given day you don't feel like meditating, or you feel like going for a walk instead of meditating?

Spiritual sources say that you shouldn't be excessively attached. But don't you need a large amount of attachment to your spiritual path in order to have the discipline to sit down and do some spiritual practice every day?

You should focus on love and light. But isn't that kind of naive in a world where dark controllers are trying to enact depopulation and kill most people? Shouldn't you be practical?

Tunia once said to drop the concept of good and evil because so much judgement and hate and feelings of being better than them comes with it. Yet, us galactics are fighting evil-doers. Isn't that contradictory?

We're told that duality is bad. But when you really drill down to it, you could label pretty much any message as being dualistic in some way. Eating when you're hungry is dualistic. Locking your front door is dualistic. So, what gives?

Some sources say that all you need is love, or all you need is to be present in the current moment. Yet, endless messages get written regardless. So is just being present all you need, or not?

Should you focus on improving your own life and doing your own spiritual practice, or should you focus on helping others?

So, as you can see, there are a lot of messages that say at least seemingly contradictory things.

Now, in a lot of cases these things aren't actually contradictory. For example:

- helping yourself is a valid path, and helping others is also a valid path, and from a high enough perspective both of these things are sort of equivalent because all is one.

- for some people it is optimal to focus on love and light, and for others it is optimal to focus on practically working against the dark controllers in some ways.

- it is possible to work against the dark controllers without judging them or being emotionally hostile to them.

- once you embrace that you are in fact a reincarnating soul, it may become possible to focus on love and light, or focus on your spiritual practice, or focus on helping others, without being excessively preoccupied with what the dark controllers are doing. Because after all, on the most fundamental level you are safe.

Still, in some cases contradictions may seem hard to resolve. Then what should you do?

Well, I would give up the Earth human idea that there is only one universal truth that applies to everyone. Instead, I would adopt the idea that perspectives are your toolbox. And you can work with them as appropriate.

So for example, the idea of "go with the flow" is one valid perspective -- it is one useful tool that you can apply as is useful. And the idea of "have discipline and do your standard spiritual practice regularly" is another valid perspective, and is another useful tool to have in your toolbox.

Which of these two is the one universal truth -- is the one universal truth that you should go with the flow, or that you need to have discipline and be regular in your chosen spiritual practice? Well, neither of those two really is the one universal truth, because some people should be going with the flow more, and other people should have more discipline about their chosen practice.

Some people should care more about what others think, and some people should care less about what others think. And both of those perspectives -- "you should care more about what others think" and "you should care less about what others think" are useful tools that you can keep in your toolbox, and you can use them as appropriate.

How do you know which tool you should use when? Well, that is where wisdom and intuition and guidance comes in. Or if you struggle to access those things, just live and try out things and you'll get experience and you'll learn what works well for you.

There are also some perspectives that are only useful at a higher level of consciousness, and other "training wheel" perspectives that are useful at a lower level of consciousness. For example, the idea that all you need is love and light is the perfect thing to teach to a spiritual novice, because love is so fundamental. But a more spiritually advanced person needs to learn that being kind and loving in the normal way is only the appropriate thing to do 90% or 95% of the time. The other 5-10% of the time you should call out dysfunction, or be firm with someone, or not tolerate the intolerable, et cetera.

So, which is the true perspective -- that all you need is love and light, or that you need strength and wisdom too? Well, I would advise love and light to the spiritual novice, and I would advise love and strength and wisdom to the more spiritually advanced person who has already learned the lesson of love.

Higher perspectives aren't necessarily better than lower perspectives, because higher perspectives often come from non-physical beings, and you don't have the luxury of being non-physical at the moment. Therefore you need to care about lower concerns that higher non-physical beings don't have to worry about.

Furthermore, some higher-consciousness lessons may be counterproductive if low-consciousness people try to learn them. If someone is told that strength is important, before they've learned about the importance of love, then that can encourage jerk-like behavior. Similarly, teaching someone about the concept of flow, if they don't yet have any kind of discipline or good routines, can lead to a situation where the person mis-uses the concept of flow in order not to do useful, unpleasant things.

So, it's best to not focus on which perspective is the one ultimate truth, and instead to see which perspective is useful for you at the present moment.

Also, if there seems to be a perpetual culture war between two things, then probably both sides have some good points and some blind spots, and neither side has the ultimate truth (even though one side might be more functional than the other side). So for example, is mainstream left-wing politics or mainstream right-wing politics the one universal truth? Well, neither of them is. Both sides have their strengths and their flaws. Ultimately mainstream left-wing politics is the unintegrated feminine, and mainstream right-wing politics is the unintegrated masculine, and you can't really throw away either the feminine or the masculine without unbalancing things.

Ideally you have both the left-wing and the right-wing perspective in your toolbox, and you see the strengths and flaws in both, and you can look at the world through either lens. Now, it's entirely fine to think that overall one of the two is currently significantly more functional than the other. It's fine to vote for one of the two. But neither of the two is the ultimate truth.

Of course, it's also fine to just not care about politics and to focus on self-improvement or helping people instead. Just because you can gather tools in your toolbox, doesn't mean that you necessarily have to do so.

So, in summary: rather than trying to figure out which perspectives are the sole objective truths and which perspectives are objectively false, it's more useful to see perspectives as tools in your toolbox. And you can take them out and use them as needed.

Ultimately, words are just man-made concepts anyway. So rather than focusing on whether a particular sentence is the ultimate truth, ask yourself whether a particular sentence is useful for you in the present moment.

A good spiritual message can show you a map of the terrain. It can be beneficial to spend some time looking at maps, but ultimately maps aren't the one ultimate truth. Maps are maps, and no amount of staring at maps will bring you ultimate fulfilment. Instead, occasionally look at maps while continuing on your spiritual journey -- walk, breathe, do your spiritual practice, meet your needs, spend time in nature, and follow your intuition and your soul.

If you want to know the ultimate truth, sit down in nature and breathe, and feel your connection to everything. That is the ultimate truth. Now, you may need to first let go of illusions and old pain and old concepts to fully appreciate that, and that is what spiritual practice is for.

I hope this was helpful. I love you very much and I wish you a very good week.

Your star brother,

Hakann

You Are Already in Paradise, It’s Just Your Lower Self that Isn’t

You Are Already in Paradise, It’s Just Your Lower Self that Isn’t

Ashtar via A.S.

Posted on March 23, 2024

My dear beloved Earth humans,

This is Ashtar speaking. I greet you in peace and love. I am happy that I can communicate this second message to you.

Often there are different perspectives that all have some amount of merit and validity to them. Just because one perspective has some amount of validity, doesn’t mean that other perspectives are wrong.

In this message, I will be exploring the perspective that you (meaning your soul) is already in paradise, it’s just your lower self (your mind, body and emotions) that isn’t.

However, even though I believe this perspective is valuable, I also acknowledge that the perspective of “I am suffering here on Earth, please help me” is entirely valid and has merit to it. Indeed, I agree that the amount of suffering on Earth is too much. As I shared last week, we are working to help you.

With that said, let’s dive into today’s perspective.

Spiritual people often know that they have a soul, but really they’re still viewing their lower self or their vehicle as “them”, just with the footnote that they also have a soul.

Spiritual people often know that they reincarnate, but really they’re still viewing their current life as their actual existence, just with the footnote that they reincarnate.

Lots of people are still fundamentally viewing themselves as a physical body and brain, one which dies after eighty years or so. And this is leading to a whole lot of suffering. I am not saying that this perspective is objectively wrong, I am just saying that this perspective will lead to suffering. Because if you believe that one short painful life is all that you’ll ever get, then of course that idea causes much pain and distress.

However, if you view yourself as an immortal soul and this as just one very challenging road trip that you chose to experience, then your current situation looks much less depressing. (If you do incredibly evil and harmful acts then you might get unmade, but this is very rare, and otherwise you are immortal.)

Therefore, today I will invite you to no longer view yourself as a brain whose existence will end after eighty years or so, and truly embrace the idea that you are a reincarnating soul. And I know that this may be easier said than done, and that is why I want to help you by making the case for the “you are already in paradise” worldview during the rest of this message.

This might sound like I’m being callous, but from my perspective I am trying to help you see the merits of a worldview that will lead to much less suffering for you if you choose to accept it.

So, let me share why I think that there is a lot of merit to the worldview that you, meaning your soul, are already in paradise, and it’s just your lower self or vehicle that isn’t.

You probably know that you have existed for something like a million years and that you have had something like a thousand lives — it may be a bit more or less, depending on the person, but something like that.

So, if you’ve had a thousand lives, would it be more accurate to view yourself as a reincarnating soul, or would it be more accurate to view yourself as just one body and one brain and one corresponding mind, out of the thousands of bodies and brains and minds that you have had?

You know that you largely create your reality. You also know that currently you are living in a reality that your soul likes, because this is giving you great soul growth, but that your mind probably dislikes this reality is painful. This indicates that the real you is actually your soul, because you — your soul — determines what manifests, what resonates, where you reincarnate, when you die, et cetera. Certainly it’s your soul, i.e. you, and not your mind who determines that, because you’re currently in a situation that your soul likes and your mind probably dislikes.

Yes, you largely create your reality. And you are your soul. You’re just experiencing your lower self right now, but really you are your soul.

For the rest of this message, when I say “you”, I will be referring to your soul.

You actually are already in paradise.

It’s just that right now, you as a soul may not have quite as much awareness, experience, power, perspective, et cetera as you want. And thus, you can make the free-will choice to gain soul growth by incarnating somewhere. Because you’re in paradise, this is your choice — you can reincarnate in one utopian world after the other and experience as much bliss as you want. Or you can experience a number of lives in a near-paradise and then freely choose to take a field trip to a very challenging world, such as Earth, and get a lot of growth from that.

However, don’t worry, you’re in paradise — you’re an immortal soul who can’t be harmed. So nothing bad can ever actually happen to you. Sure, the vehicle you’re driving, namely your lower self, might get hurt quite badly, but you can just exit your vehicle whenever you want (you as the soul can arrange the death of the lower self). And you can have as many vehicles as you want, without limit.

Could you picture a better paradise than this, namely a paradise where you’re immortal and you can’t be hurt, and you can experience as much bliss as you wish, and you also have the freedom to experience pain and challenge if you choose, but it will only ever hurt your vehicle and not you?

I think that is paradise. In fact if you were in a situation where you weren’t allowed to choose to experience pain and challenge, I think that wouldn’t be paradise. Believe it or not, endless pleasure does get boring after a while.

Sure, your lower self, your vehicle, absolutely isn’t in paradise. But you are. And yes, you are experiencing your vehicle right now, but that doesn’t mean you are your vehicle. It just means that you are experiencing your vehicle.

And yes, as I explained in my last message, many of you have requested that we make the Earth course a bit less painful. Many of you have said that your vehicles are getting too banged up and have requested that we make the Earth track a bit less muddy and rainy and dark. And we are doing so. However, just because you are experiencing that your vehicle is getting banged up, doesn’t mean you are getting banged up.

If you want to be kind to the other vehicles on the road, that is an entirely valid path. If you want to damage them and be service-to-self, that is an entirely valid path too, because you’re damaging other vehicles and not other souls.

You’re an immortal being who is living in paradise, and you chose to take a day out of your immortality to take a field trip to a very tough world, possibly to get new experiences and perspectives. And you certainly are succeeding in getting those. No matter how much your lower self might think it is failing on Earth, you are actually succeeding, because even by just existing on Earth you are getting a ton of soul growth.

Or if you came to Earth to help people, you are also succeeding, because even your very presence and your energy are helping other Earth humans.

Now, some people might argue that their choices can make the difference between getting some and getting lots of soul growth; between helping some people versus helping a lot of people.

And that’s true. I agree your lower self should do its best — and ideally then not stress out about the outcome, because it can’t do more than its best.

Some people might be worried about: “if I don’t learn my Earth lessons during this life, I might have to go to another Earth type of world later to learn those.” However, note that it’s your mind and thus your vehicle thinking that — however the vehicle isn’t going to reincarnate. Meanwhile, you — your soul — aren’t in any kind of resistance to possibly doing another kind of Earth course later if necessary (possibly after first doing another few fun Pleiades courses). You aren’t in resistance to pain.

You are an immortal being who can’t get hurt. You also have infinite time. Therefore you also can’t actually fail. Because how can a being fail if that being can’t get hurt and can’t run out of time? There is no such thing as failure for such a being, and you are such a being.

The worst thing that can happen is that you grow less quickly than other immortal beings, and that you need to take more courses than others to end up at a certain level of soul maturity. But why does it matter to an immortal being if someone else is going faster? Eventually you’re all going to end up merging back into Source anyway.

So there really is no way in which you can possibly fail, no matter what you do or don’t do during this life.

Now, most likely you want your lower self to do its best, because it’s being guided by your nudges and intuition towards whatever you want to experience through your lower self, or towards the ways in which you wish to help others during this life. So I am not saying that your lower self should just sit on the couch for the rest of its life.

On the other hand, even in the slightly unfortunate situation that your lower self sits on the couch for the rest of its life, then that’s not actually a problem for you because you’re an immortal being. Even if that happens, you’re still getting experience and perspective from your current trip. And after this current trip you can always just take a break, select a new vehicle, select a new racing track and then take another drive. For an immortal being, it’s no problem to take a second trip to learn some lessons that weren’t learnt on the first trip.

So while your lower self should do its best, there’s no way in which you can actually fail. Because there is no such thing as failure for the immortal being that you are. I think your lower selves are doing great, however even if they weren’t, that wouldn’t actually be failure for you, because there’s no such a thing as failure for an immortal being.

Also, if your lower self sits on the couch for the rest of its life, then that also doesn’t actually say anything about your quality as a driver, or as an immortal being. Okay, you as a driver took a vehicle on a very tough track, and the vehicle had a really hard time on that very tough track. That doesn’t actually prove that there’s anything wrong with you as a driver. You may have had a thousand vehicles, why does it say anything about you if one vehicle struggles on a very tough track?

So: you are an immortal being. You can’t actually fail. You are already in paradise. You just happen to currently be experiencing a vehicle on a very tough racing track — you just currently happen to be experiencing a lower self in a very tough world. However, just because you’re experiencing your lower self, doesn’t mean you are your lower self.

Here is an exercise that you might find helpful. For a few days, in your thoughts only use “my” and “I” to refer to your soul, and otherwise use “my lower self.” So for example, if you notice yourself thinking “I am tired”, replace that with “my lower self is tired.”

And right now, if the following feels genuine to you, I invite you to place a hand on your heart and a hand on your belly and to say out loud: “my dear body and emotions and mind, I appreciate you so very much, because thanks to you I can experience life on Earth. I am experiencing life on Earth right now, therefore you are succeeding and you are doing exactly what you need to do. Thank you so very much. I love you. ”

Or if you want to tweak the words a bit so that it does feel authentic, that is completely fine too.

My dear soul, I hope that this awakened a deep knowing somewhere within you.

With all the love from my soul,

Ashtar

8 Tricks Emotionally Intelligent People Use to Handle Arguments

8 Things People Who Respect Themselves Never Do

By Sherrie Hurd, A.A.

learning-mind.com

Posted on September 19, 2023

Emotionally intelligent people have an unseen arsenal. Well, they have the ability to logically charm and reason their way through almost any issue.

I think the major trick used by emotionally intelligent people is self-control. They have so much self-control that negative situations don’t automatically shake their deepest feelings. Arguments become an equation they must solve, and not a nerve-wracking situation that leaves scars.

Their objective is winning the argument, but, of course, in the nicest way possible.

Secrets Emotionally Intelligent People Use to Handle Arguments

I admire an emotionally intelligent person, as I can lose my cool easily sometimes. I am hotheaded. There, I said it. So, what sort of tricks are these guys playing, you might ask? Let’s take a look.

1. Use small talk

Most arguments rarely include small talk. Let’s face it, if one of your friends is mad at you, then they probably don’t care about the weather or current events. Hey, but emotionally intelligent people are going to make small talk, anyway.

If you want to be more emotionally intelligent, instead of jumping right into the argument, take some time to say “Hello, it’s nice to see you”. It’s so much harder for someone to be insulting when you say something nice, you know. And yes, confusion may be their first response to this too.

2. Tap into positivity

When you’re in a disagreement with another person, attempt to tap into their positivity. Yeah, they may be angry or frustrated about something, but deep down, there is still a positive seed.

Smile at them. A smile can change the atmosphere and even make the other party reconsider their own standpoints. Smiling can even make people forget why they are angry for a moment. This moment may just give them the time they need to cool down and think straight.

3. Manage thoughts

An emotionally intelligent person can manage their thoughts. While most of us get into arguments and our thoughts become cluttered, this individual already has the end goal of the confrontation in mind. They also consider all possibilities and questions, with choices and answers for those situations.

With all these things cataloged and ready to go, emotionally intelligent people can stop an argument before it even starts. This is a win right from the start.

4. Control reactions

Every action has a reaction, right? Yes, it does. However, reactions do not have to be inflated and dramatized. This is how a person loses an argument really fast. How you react to accusations or insults shows your inner strength.

Emotionally intelligent people have a firm foundation of feelings, primed for proper reaction. They are not easily angered or get their feelings hurt by what someone else says. They understand that their reactions are powerful if used in the correct way — these individuals are stable, logical, and calm.

5. Try on perspectives

An emotionally intelligent person isn’t always right, and they know that. So, another trick they utilize to handle arguments is they strive to see other’s perspectives. They know that everyone is an individual with personal ideas, morals, and beliefs.

With that being said, people with stable emotions believe that a person’s perspectives should be respected and considered. This also means that it’s profitable to have an open mind without judgment.
During an argument, they can listen to the other person and understand where they’re coming from, possibly coming to an agreement.

6. Leverage emotions (both yours and theirs)

One of the tricks of an emotionally intelligent person is the ability to leverage emotions. When you leverage emotions, you essentially try to bring out the feelings that are most useful for each situation in an argument.

If you need the other person to laugh, then you bring that out by telling a joke to lighten the mood. You can call it a step up from just offering a smile. You can also leverage your own emotions when needed, tapping into happiness or contentedness at will.

7. They do not pretend

Emotionally intelligent people are also rather honest people when it comes to revealing how much they know. In an argument, you’ll not see them proclaiming things without proof.

So many of us, when in heated arguments, will say untrue things to other people, and this just enrages them more. Being honest during a confrontation can make the other person pause and consider how they should react to the truth.

Truth is powerful, and emotionally intelligent people are aware of this.

8. Strengths and weaknesses

One other vital thing to remember is that emotionally intelligent people know their strengths and weaknesses, including triggers. They understand when to speak and when to listen, according to their vulnerabilities.

During confrontations, they already know how to respond to threats against certain parts of their character. They are also aware of just how resilient those strong places are.

Let’s Try to Be More Emotionally Intelligent!

I think that if we all try to be more emotionally intelligent, we can stop so many confrontations before they start. It just makes sense.
I remember my father telling me about the fist fights he got into as a young man, and how he lost them most of the time. I asked him why. He said,

“I don’t know, I was just furious at the moment.”

You see, losing your temper with a head full of conflicting emotions and ideas, yeah, that’s not the winning recipe. It’s so much better to be, you guessed it, cool, calm, and collected.

I think we all can learn so much from emotionally intelligent people and how they handle arguments. But I also think, if anyone is a hothead, there’s hope of getting better. I know I’m still working on it.
