So Many Reminders

So Many Reminders

As you move through your year, you may be reminded of a few simple things…

Trust can be much easier than you thought. Introducing yourself to the belief that it is okay to trust yourself and The Universe will be a huge step forward.

Fear has no place in the next phase. Fear keeps you frozen, stuck, unmoving and unyielding when flowing and discovering your new skills is the order of the day.

It is perfectly okay to not know what is going to happen. You may hate surprises, but The Universe is always offering beautiful opportunities where you believe none exist. Each moment of your existence is a joyous wonder!

Now that you are walking your spiritual path, wishing to go back or to stop altogether is no longer an option. You are learning and growing. There is no greater gift!

Unconditional Love is the greatest force of all. If you are ever in doubt, ask for Unconditional Love. If you do not know what your next step should be, ask for Unconditional Love. If you are having a challenging time, ask for Unconditional Love. It is free, there is an infinite supply, and you cannot wear it out!

You are beautiful. You are unique; there will never be another like you. Embrace your whole self and know that all will be well.

A Season of Romance

A Season of Romance

ENERGY FORECAST

SEPTEMBER 2024

Posted on September 1, 2024

Dearest friend,

Welcome to a brand-new month and season! As the energies begin to shift to a new direction, September will be filled with many surprises, so let’s jump right into it all!

A Deeper Connection

The energies coming in at this time are giving us the opportunity to strengthen our connection to the Universe, and the Source of all life itself.

What will this look like for our everyday lives?

The purpose of every human being—the purpose we’ve carried throughout all time and space—is simply to come home to ourselves.

“Coming home to ourselves” is another way of saying we’ve consciously chosen to remember and connect with our core essence. And that we’ve fully acknowledged our Oneness with the Source of All That Is.

Coming home to ourselves is less about reaching a destination, and more about a shift in awareness that can only happen as we embrace being in the present.

Coming home to ourselves allows us to transcend illusions of separation, fear, and survival-based conditioning. It helps us connect with and embody the unwavering peace that has always been beneath it all.

Isn’t that interesting to contemplate? Underneath all fear, worry, lack, doubt, and other survival-based conditioning, unconditional peace (love) is always there.

How does your Spirit feel, as you read that statement? Does it feel more expansive? Or more constricted?

The mind may try to create stories that limit its ability to tap into feelings of unconditional peace. Yet it only does that because it’s trying to keep itself safe and comfortable by doing what has worked for it in the past, which is to use survival-oriented coping patterns.

If this happens, thank the mind for trying to protect you and itself the best way it knows how. The mind just desires to be acknowledged and loved by you.

As it receives acknowledgment and love from you on a consistent basis, it will be less likely to resort to survival-based thought patterns for shock effect, just to get your attention.

September will offer us the opportunity to begin shifting our relationship with our mind, so that we can come home to ourselves, and experience the deep connection to Spirit/Source/the Universe we’ve desired since the day we were born into third dimensional life.

A Season of Romance

When we reflect on the word romance, we usually think about it as two souls coming together to share an intimate, open, vulnerable exchange of love.

This is a beautiful way to view romance, yet it’s not complete.

That image will always leave us yearning for something from others that they just cannot give us.

It’s why most people move through life feeling as though something is missing. That need creates an inner void that just doesn’t seem to get filled.

The need to find something outside ourselves to fill that void can leave us in search mode indefinitely, as we never really feel settled and at peace.

The remedy to all of this is to cultivate the kind of romance that will give us the peace, fulfillment, joy, love, prosperity, and well-being we have always searched for.

The only kind of love relationship that will ever give us these blessings is the one we have with ourselves.

Have you romanced yourself lately, if ever? Have you taken the time to honor and acknowledge your magnificence?

Have you taken the time to love every part of you, from the inside out?

When we fall deeply in love with a partner, it’s very hard to see any flaws in them in the beginning courting stages. We only see the pure soul essence of who they are.

What would happen if we gave ourselves this same gift?

Would we be able to move out of self-judgment more quickly, and fully see our perfection? Even those parts we once believed were imperfect?

We are now in a time where we can heal all of those prehistoric, human-made beliefs about romance not being an inside job. Beliefs that say it’s selfish to love ourselves—that it’s arrogant, or not spiritual.

All of those beliefs can be resolved, healed, and alchemized now.

They have served their purpose. They’ve helped us come to where we are now, in our individual lives and in our collective consciousness.

We don’t need these archaic patterns anymore, because they are no longer aligned with the direction our world and Universe are moving in.

We have evolved, and will continue to evolve exponentially over the coming days, weeks, months, and years. We have outgrown the primal parts of us that prefer to remain in the illusions of separation and fear.

That is not who we are, or have ever been at our core. It took us forgetting who we are for us to come to this point in humanity’s history, so that we could remember again.

So, over the coming days, weeks, and months ahead, we will be given the opportunity to shed many of the outdated belief patterns we once allowed to hold us back from being our most authentic, soul-satisfied selves.

Let this be the season of you choosing to make yourself the top priority in your life.

Let this be the season you commit to loving and honoring yourself from now on, the way you have always desired a partner to do for you.

Allow the supportive healing energies coming in at this time from the celestial heavens to lift you up, so that you lovingly raise up every aspect of your emotional, mental, physical, and etheric bodies.

You deserve this! This is what the Universe/your Spirit has always desired for you to give to yourself.

If you’re ever not sure how, ask for extra support from your I AM/Spirit Self, and Source Energy itself. They are beyond ready, and able to support you.

So how do we romance ourselves?

A loving relationship with ourselves requires three simple things:

1. Complete Acknowledgment of Our Inner and Outer Self – This means we are fully committed to seeing, hearing, and giving attention to every aspect of our body/mind/Spirit.

If we are judging our body for being “too heavy” or “too thin,” we are not fully acknowledging and honoring our body.

When this happens, thank the mind for resorting to old coping patterns to keep itself safe, and imagine your body being represented by your 3-year-old self.

Embrace that child, and hold her or him in your arms for as long as needed, until you feel a softening, a peaceful sensation in your body and mind.

2. Complete Commitment to Ourselves – This means we are choosing to make ourselves the top priority in our lives. We are choosing to cultivate a daily practice that nourishes our body/mind/Spirit.

Reflect on some of the things you loved doing as a child.

Did you like to sing, paint, draw, dance, spend time in nature, play sports, build things?

Anything we love doing is a golden nugget that helps lead us back to our true self. Give yourself permission to integrate these blessings back into your life now.

 3. Alignment with the Present – Although “being present” sounds like a trivial concept, it can be quite challenging for most people, because up until now we have been conditioned to live in a survival-based world.

When we are in survival, we are not ourselves. We become a shell of ourselves, living outside our bodies and the present moment.

This shell either lives in fear of the future, or dwells persistently on the past. It is never able to fully receive or be in the present moment.

Joy itself is the ability to fully receive and be in the present.

That’s why we may notice that those who meditate and spend time aligning with whatever helps them be fully present, are also happy and at peace with themselves.

Romancing ourselves includes giving ourselves full permission to align with the present, so that we too can connect with the inner joy and peace that has always been available to us.

As we develop a romantic love relationship with ourselves, something quite spectacular happens: The world around us begins to change, heal, and reflect the ways we are showing up for ourselves.

That includes aligning with a partner who loves us as fully as we have chosen to love ourselves. It includes aligning with a career path that liberates us, and allows us to express to the world the truest aspects of ourselves.

It also includes attracting to us daily blessings and miracles that affirm our feelings of connection to all of life.

And as enough of us move in this direction, our planet and the world will also heal, and reflect a new consciousness for humanity—one that operates within the freeing parameters of love.

Doesn’t that feel magical and expansive?

Now is the time for us to move in that direction. This is what the Universe desires most for us—to remember who we are, and to spend the rest of our lives honoring, loving, and acknowledging the magnificence of who we are.

Because by doing this, we are offering the Universe/Spirit the greatest honor and respect.

Onward and Upward

As with any romance, things can take a bit of time to blossom. Being gentle, patient, and kind with our mind, as it learns to open up to receiving love from us, will be quite helpful.

In the early stages of a romance, things often come to the surface, such as our old insecurities, self-doubts, and judgments. These are just self-protection mechanisms.

If this happens, know it’s because deeply buried emotions and thought patterns are coming to the surface to be acknowledged, honored, healed, and resolved.

With this awareness, we no longer find ourselves shying away from the emotions and thoughts coming forward, but rather embrace and honor them as part of the healing process.

Doesn’t it feel extraordinary to know there’s nothing your mind can do or say that ever justifies us being hard on it and judging it?

Even when it’s judging itself, we now have enough awareness to know it’s allowed to do that, and all that’s asked of us is to love it through that process.

Stable and Grounded

The energies of September will also support us in feeling more stable and grounded.

When we are grounded and stable, we operate at our most powerful, which is always found in the present moment.

Becoming present allows us to transcend the illusions of time. It’s from this space of no-time (a place of non-attachment) that our greatest, most desired intentions can manifest.

Here are some simple things we can do to feel more stable and grounded:

  • Walk or stand on the Earth (soil, grass, or sand) with bare feet
  • Express gratitude daily
  • Spend more time in Nature
  • Have compassion and love for our mind’s thoughts, without needing to judge them
  • Get connected fully to our five senses, taking quiet moments to notice the sounds, shapes, colors, tastes, textures, and scents all around us
  • Look into the eyes of everyone we meet, remembering that they are a reflection of the Universe

To the mind, and to those who identify more with being free spirits, the idea of being grounded may seem limiting. This usually stems from the idea that the word “grounded” implies being fixed or inflexible.

However, the opposite is true.

When we choose to be stable and grounded, we instantly bring ourselves into the flow of the present moment. Again, it’s in the present moment that we operate from our most powerful state.

It’s in the present that most of our freedom is experienced, because we are no longer bound to the past or the future.

Being grounded in the present moment allows us to fully enjoy our lives, while being open to all the new blessings life has for us.

Support and Community

This is an excellent time to get clear on what we desire to bring into our lives.

Here are some helpful questions we can ask ourselves to get more clarity on what we want to create more of:

  • “What excites me?”
  • “What are some things I loved doing as a child that I can integrate into my present reality?”
  • “What feels expansive and good to me?”

These questions can help us get clear on what we really want to experience more of.

Once we have that clarity, it becomes easier to take action and to ask for support.

Most of us have shied away from asking for support from others, either because we were not clear on where we truly needed their support, or because we had been conditioned to believe that getting what we want takes something from someone else, as if we are creating a burden for them.

Life is about being part of the human experience. One of the main components of the human experience is being part of a community.

We are here to share our blessings with one another. If you are surrounded by people who do not want to support or help you, it’s usually a reflection of how you have been treating yourself or others.

Are you generous with your support towards yourself and others? Do you offer support without expecting anything in return?

Does it feel easy and fun for you to share your blessings with the world?

When you can fully answer “yes” to these questions, you will notice abundantly available support in your life.

When we share and express what we desire with the Universe and those around us by asking for support, we open ourselves up to receiving opportunities we might not have otherwise had a chance to experience.

The Universe wants to give us everything we’ve ever desired. It’s just a matter of how open we are to receiving it.

If you are ever feeling unsupported, find an opportunity to support someone else, even if it’s someone you don’t know very well.

This act of kindness will shift the energies for you, and open your mind, eyes, and heart to knowing that life is much more than separating ourselves and hiding from others.

It’s about living, loving, and sharing our gifts and our presence openly.

The next few months will nudge us to open ourselves up to receiving and giving support.

It’s time to release the pride or old patterns that we’ve allowed to hold us back from living our most desired reality.

So much was shared in this forecast. I’m excited to hear about how you choose to work with the opportunities we’re being given now, to move into self-love in ways we’ve never experienced before!

May this September bring you home to yourself, and allow your heart, mind, and Spirit to feel loved unconditionally, always.

Until next time,

With gratitude,

Emmanuel

The Caregiver Archetype: 8 Signs You Have This Personality Type

The Caregiver Archetype: 8 Signs You Have This Personality Type

The caregiver archetype is someone who finds fulfillment and joy in helping others. Is this you? Are these signs revealing your true destiny in life?

The caregiver archetype, also known as the saint archetype or helper archetype, finds happiness in being compassionate toward others. It’s the most selfless archetype of them all. And no matter how awful someone may seem, the caregiver will see good in them.

Their traits include self-sacrifice and high levels of empathy. Here are a few other quick characteristics to help you understand.
  • Maternal in nature
  • Trustworthy and consistent
  • Forgiving and providing encouragement
  • Generous
  • Simple and humble
  • Are you a caregiver archetype?

The caregiver will always work their hardest to make everyone happy, or at least content. They spend hours, even days, making sure that people are taken care of and protected. Their goals are to make the world a better place, one person at a time, and this is what they do.

So, could this be you? Take a look at the signs of a caregiver archetype and decipher your various personality traits.

1. Sees the best in people

As I briefly mentioned above, the caregiver archetype sees the best in people. When others see a villain who does evil deeds to get whatever he wants, the caregiver will see someone who is hurting. After all, most mean deeds come from some place deep inside that is broken or incomplete.

If you are always giving someone the benefit of the doubt, no matter how they act, then it could be a sign that you are a caregiver at heart.

2. You’re neglecting yourself

Unfortunately, there are sometimes negative signs of any archetype. With the caregiver archetype, one of the negative signs is not taking care of your own needs. You see, with the selfless attitude that comes with this personality, there is a habit of not doing enough for oneself.

When others always come first, then you may be putting yourself last. Does this sound familiar? If so, there is a probability that you are a naturally caring and helpful person to a fault. However, you must take some time to take care of yourself as well.

3. Always encouraging others

Do you find yourself spending more and more time encouraging others in their life endeavors? Well, you could be a natural caregiver. The caregiver archetype is one that constantly feels a need to uplift others and cheer them on. Yes, this saintly personality is a cheerleader, of sorts.

Maybe a friend is struggling through a divorce or a family member wishes to embark on a new career. Do you always seem to be the one there with them, pushing and strengthening their resolve? Well, if so, then caregiving may be your strongest trait.

4. You love being in the presence of people

Is it the person you spend time with, or is it the activities that are important? When you do fun things with people, what do you remember the most? Is it the place you went, or maybe it was the delicious food you enjoyed? Or perhaps, it was neither of these things. If you find yourself fondly remembering the person you spend time with, it could be that caregiving nature shining through.

Caregiver archetypes tend to remember moods, facial expressions, and gratitude that come with spending time with others. This personality trait indulges in the experience with the individual more so than the actual activities enjoyed.
5. The simple things make you the happiest

A caregiver’s spirit is sometimes a very quiet one. They are humble and never really ask for help all that much. Considering that the caregiver archetype is a helpful personality, they try to take care of themselves and live a simple life.

The majority of their energy, money, and other resources go into providing for the needy and doing charity work. The rest of the time spent on themselves is generally uneventful. Most everything they do is a form of caring or further educating themselves to be better caregivers.

6. Hurting people gravitate toward you

If you have a caregiving nature, other people are drawn to your kindness. Have you wondered why all your friends come to you when they have problems?

Well, maybe your personality is like a magnet that offers peace and tranquility. While it may be frustrating keeping up with other’s problems, just know that you’re a source of comfort for them.

7. A strong interest in healthcare

There are just some people who are called into the medical field. Caregiving is a huge part of a nurse’s job and personality. The best nurses are the ones who take the time to understand the personal needs of patients and their families.

If you have this strong urge to become a nurse or other medical professional, it could be that you are a caregiver archetype. If this is true, then maybe attending college and getting started in this career will bring fulfillment. There are also nursing colleges online that can get you started on your journey.

8. You sometimes make things worse

Here’s one that you might not want to hear, but it might just ring a bell. Do you sometimes get carried away with helping others, and then suddenly you’ve made a mess of things?

Well, the caregiver archetype can unfortunately go too far at times, relinquishing their boundaries and even breaking through the boundaries of others. Even though this is a harsh truth, if you’re a true caregiver at heart, you recognize this weakness.

Cultivate the caregiver in you!

If you relate to these signs, then it’s a good idea to investigate further. If you are a natural caregiver archetype, then it’s so important to understand your strengths and weaknesses.

There is fulfillment in being a loving and caring person. The world, after all, needs more people like you because you make the world a better place with every kind deed.

Blessings to you.
