How to Manifest

Greetings beloved beings of love, light and wisdom, I am Master Kuthumi. It is an honor to be in your presence and to embrace you in my love. My love surrounds you always. I am a gentle caring friend, supporting you along your spiritual evolution and growth upon the earth.

I wish to speak of how to manifest; how to manifest the reality you wish to experience, how to manifest health in your physical body, how to manifest situations/experiences, how to manifest people coming into your life and your reality.

It is first important to have a goal – an intention – and let that intention be deeply meaningful to you; something that excites you, something that allows access to fulfillment that brings you joy/bliss, connection with yourself and connection with the Creator.

It is also important, with this intention, to allow yourself to have an open mind. What we mean by this is, although you have a goal that you wish to manifest, it is important to allow that goal to manifest in a magical and miraculous way, and to ensure that all pathways are open to that goal.

Maybe that goal will not look exactly as you imagined, or maybe not be exactly like you imagined. You allow the universe to paint the picture. You give the idea, and you allow the universe to dictate how you get to that idea, and even what that idea may look like, or how it appears/manifests.

When you become rigid in your thought process, this can cause you to feel stuck; as if you cannot manifest your goal, as if it feels impossible.

It is important to hold your goal very lightly, to love it and to believe in it, but also that, if it doesn’t manifest, you will find fulfillment in other ways, and know that fulfillment comes from within your being. The more that you can access and inquire within – to access your own inner fulfillment – the easier it will be for that energy of fulfillment to be projected into your reality.

You can even imagine your goal and the energy of fulfillment, synthesising within your heart space, embraced by love; like a seed that is being planted into the universe, into your being and into your reality, you hold it lightly because you do not wish to damage the seed.

It is often the mind that holds things tightly; it must be like this, it must look like this, it must manifest by this date. This is an example of holding onto your seed too tightly.

There is of course a need for belief and trust in yourself, your own abilities to manifest and your relationship with the Creator and your guides.

It is important to realise that you manifest daily. Everything that you experience in your reality, you have manifested; you have drawn it into your reality for your experience, whether you are happy with it or not. Remember that you are always evolving/shifting/transforming, so what you need changes as well. Something you may have manifested a year or two ago, that fulfilled your need in that moment, may not be as fulfilling in these moments.

It is important to trust in yourself and your natural ability to manifest. It is not that you are learning to manifest, in any way, because you already know; you have a natural ability. What you are achieving is manifesting something that is dear to your heart.

It is important to think of your goal with hope, trust and the knowing that you are supported – emanating that fulfillment energy into your being and your reality.

You can ask yourself, “If this goal manifested in my reality, what would it feel like? How would I feel emotionally, physically? What would I be wearing? What would it taste like? What would it smell like?” You have this energy of the goal which you can cultivate within you and that is more important than any repetition of affirmations or ideas, because when you get that energy into your cells, it naturally is attracted into your reality.

As you are emanating that energy daily, there is also a need to question yourself. “What is holding me back? What is holding me back from manifesting this goal? Why hasn’t it manifested already?”

This is where you examine where you feel stuck – your beliefs especially. You might find that you are fearful of your goal manifesting, or that you’re fearful of change. Or maybe there is one thing that you simply can’t let go of in your reality.

Encourage yourself to explore deeper and deeper what is holding you back; what is stopping you from experiencing your goal right now? You will notice that there are numerous beliefs – all different kinds of beliefs connected to emotions, memories, maybe even past lifetimes. Recognising these clears the way and allows your manifestation to come into fruition.

It is often what is holding us back that stops the manifestation.

Now, how do you release those beliefs?

Simply recognising them helps and then every time they come up, every time you find yourself saying that belief to yourself, just gently rewriting it. You can send love to that belief and that part of your being that’s holding onto that belief. Send love, peace and healing, and you can say, “I’m re-writing that belief now,” and then have a new belief that supports you.

That is the most major key – to acknowledge what’s holding you back – because if you can reach a space where there is nothing…you cannot conceive of any thoughts or beliefs holding you back…then you will find it is easier to manifest; it will come into your reality.

Sometimes things don’t manifest because you are not thinking about them with open perspectives. You have a fixed idea and those ideas sometimes need to shift. The growth of manifesting something is all about shifting your perspectives; actually changing yourself to be attuned with that which you wish to manifest.

It is often your beliefs, your thoughts or wounded energies that stop you experiencing your dreams/desires.

You can call me forth to bring healing to your being – to cleanse the energies that are holding you back causing you to feel stuck – and I will do so. And of course you can add anything else that may serve you.
Please remember that you are a being of manifestation and that it is your natural ability to manifest. It is what you do daily and it’s why you came to the earth.

I love you.

I am Master Kuthumi.

Prioritize This Over Everything Else

Prioritize This Over Everything Else

The Creators (12th Dimension)

A Nonphysical Collective Consciousness

Prioritize This Over Everything Else - The Creators - channeled by daniel scranton
We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help.

We know that you have lots of circumstances, conditions, situations there on Earth that you find to be unpleasant to say the least, and we know that you have to deal with all of that, and we don’t. And as a result, we know that some of what we give you can be considered by you to be easier said than done. So we are acknowledging that with you right now before we begin what we really want to say to you.

The point that we would like to make with all of you is that nothing is more important than your vibration, and to prioritize your vibration above all else will make you happy. It will put a smile on your face. It will maintain the inner peace that you always want to maintain in spite of whatever is in front of you. The way to prioritize your vibration is to make it the first thing you’re focusing upon as you wake up in the morning. Strategize by tuning in to the vibration that you most want to be in for the vast majority of your day, and then tune in to the chakra where you feel this vibration lies within you and is most easily accessed by you.

You can flip that switch more easily than you think you can. You can be in a state of being just because you desire to be in that state of being, and you put your attention on feeling the way that you want to feel as you start your day. You are more likely to experience the next thought and the next thought that you think as reflections of that vibration. You are more likely to remind yourselves to be in that vibration throughout your day, no matter what is happening or isn’t happening.

You can also choose at any time to focus on something that you know will make it easier for you to be in that vibration. That’s your free will. Your free will is not just about you choosing to do this or do that, say this or say that. Your free will is about choosing how you want to vibrate and choosing what you put your focus upon. Your focus is easy. You don’t even have to come up with a joyous thought in order to activate the vibration of joy.

You can simply focus on something that always brings you joy when you focus upon it, and you have so many images in your mind’s eye to choose from, so many images on your computers and phones to choose from. You have so many movies and videos to choose from. And you can imagine scenes in your mind’s eye as well of memories of you being joyous. You don’t have to invent the vibration of joy when you have so much that you can focus upon.

Now, that being said, why would you ever focus on something that puts you in a state of fear, in a state of lack, in a state of anger or sadness? Sometimes you’re going to feel those emotions and access those vibrations, but you don’t have to choose them. You don’t have to keep choosing them once you realize that when you focus this over here, you feel that hollow, empty feeling inside that you don’t enjoy feeling.

If you find yourself triggered by something and you’re in one of those lower-vibrational states of being, don’t worry. You can get out of it just by breathing your way through the feeling of it, and then you can go back to activating joy, love, peace, excitement, freedom, or whatever it is you choose to feel in the very next moment. As you make this your priority, you will not only be happy, but you will create the reality you want to experience day after day, week after week, month after month, and year after year. We promise you this is the case.

We are The Creators, and we love you very much.

Does physical contact make you uncomfortable? Are you embarrassed by emotional outbursts? Do you wish you had more close relationships but you’re afraid of being abandoned?

If you can relate to this, you may have grown up with emotionally unavailable parents, but these are the consequences.

What are the signs?

  • They respond with anger or hostility to you.
  • They always shut down emotional conversations.
  • They don’t spend one-on-one time with you.
  • They criticize your feelings.
  • Why is emotional availability so important?
Children grow up in a family setting, forming relationships with parents and siblings. These influence their psychological development. Children are hard-wired to attach to their parents.

Indeed, experts in child psychology highlight the importance of attachment, where the primary caregiver (usually the mother) forms a bond with the child.

Attachment and emotional availability

At first, a baby’s needs are physical; food, warmth and bodily functions, however, gradually, the emotional bond becomes more important. Good parents don’t just look after our physical needs, they reflect emotions back to us, allowing us to identify and process our feelings in a safe way.

As we grow, receptive parents help us co-regulate these emotions until we can manage them ourselves.

Emotional availability and development

Emotional availability refers to the quality of interactions between the parent and the child. These interactions affect how the child develops. Parents who are emotionally available are sensitive. They are responsive and engaged with their children.

For example, if a child is upset, and the parent reacts with compassion, meeting the child’s needs, in that moment, they feel secure. As the child learns its parents are safe and reliable, they become confident, well-adjusted, emotionally stable individuals.

Whereas attachment theory focuses on how the caregiver’s actions affect the child, emotional availability is slightly different. It examines a more co-responsive and transactional experience. Here, how the child responds to the parent is just as important as the parent’s response.

For example, a sullen or rude child may provoke a negative response from the parent.

Emotionally unavailable parents cannot connect to their child’s emotions. They don’t reflect their child’s emotions, are immune to their feelings and as such fail to co-regulate their emotions.
Characteristics of emotionally available parentsReact promptly to support and comfort when their child is distressed.
Respond to their child’s needs.
Are present and engaged with their child.
Encourage their children and are interested in their lives.
Can talk to their children about anything.
Are not afraid of showing or witnessing emotions.
Emotionally available parents are:Sensitive to their child’s emotional state. They are responsive when their child is stressed and react appropriately.
Engaged with their child and provide a structured approach which guides learning at the child’s level and encourages independence.
Have a non-intrusive attitude where they follow the child’s lead, avoid interfering or controlling the situation.
They can control hostility, such as their own negative emotions towards their child, whether this is overt hostility such as anger, or physical aggression, to covert types, including frustration or impatience.

Characteristics of emotionally unavailable parents

Emotionally unavailable parents might be physically present in their child’s life, but not emotionally. They do not provide support or guidance for the child’s emotional needs.

Examples of emotionally unavailable parent situations

The child passes an important exam at school and dashes home to tell her parents. Her mother is preparing dinner in the kitchen. The child is excited about her results and tells her mother the great news. However, the mother does not look up. Instead, she instructs the girl to wash up and lay the table.

The child falls over in the playground and suffers a nasty graze on his knee. When his father comes to collect him, he is still tearful and tells the father his knee hurts. The father does not comfort him. He tells him off for being so clumsy.

Long-term effects of emotionally unavailable parents

Children of emotionally unavailable parents can suffer from several long-term effects:

Lack of identity

The back-and-forth nature of interactions with our parents helps us develop our personality and identity. It provides a solid base for us to develop our ideals and morals. An absence of this during the most important time in our development creates a void.

Relationship problems

If our first and most important relationships are lacking, it is not surprising that children of emotionally unavailable parents struggle in adulthood to form healthy relationships.

Substance abuse

Many adults turn to substance abuse as a way of filling the void left from a traumatic childhood. Drugs that provide a feeling of euphoria or well-being are common amongst childhood abuse survivors as they try to forget or compensate.

Personality disorders

It is not unusual for children who grew up in an emotional vacuum to develop personality disorders, such as borderline personality disorder or narcissism. These are two extreme examples.

On the less extreme end of the scale, children may have problems controlling their emotions, or shut them off altogether.
Final thoughts

Growing up with emotionally unavailable parents doesn’t have to mean you live with the consequences forever. In fact, it’s empowering to recognize your behavior has a cause. This new perspective allows you to identify your triggers objectively.

Now you can shed toxic habits, form healthy relationships, and heal yourself.

6 Triggers for Empaths and How to Protect Yourself

6 Triggers for Empaths and How to Protect Yourself

By Janey Davies, B.A. (Hons)

Empaths are highly sensitive people who can tune into other people’s feelings. Often called emotional sponges, empaths feel another person’s distress as if it were their own. They can easily burn out, becoming overwhelmed as they soak up emotional baggage. But what triggers an empath? Are certain situations more likely to provoke a response than others? Here are 6 triggers for empaths.

6 Triggers for Empaths

1. Death

One of the biggest triggers for empaths is death. Losing a loved one is devastating for everyone, but death is a huge trigger for empaths, whether the empath is grieving for their own loss or supporting someone.

Some are afraid to grieve or acknowledge the loss because they fear falling into a deep depression. The worry for empaths is that they’ll tap into these all-consuming feelings of devastation and they won’t be able pull themselves out.

However, it is necessary for empaths to experience grief so they can process the feeling of loss.

2. Being misunderstood

Empaths are authentic, understanding people who value sincerity. They often open up and reveal their own vulnerabilities to help others.

Being misunderstood is triggering for empaths because they are so honest. They’re always genuine, so to be misunderstood is heartbreaking for them. They assume people know they are not putting on an act or presenting a false front.

If this is triggering for you, try re-framing the situation; for example, change the perspective of your relationship with others. Stop seeing one as the victim and the other as the villain. Once we change the energy around the situation, it allows healing to take place.

3. Fake people or situations

Another trigger for empaths is fake people. It’s why empathic people find small talk so challenging.

Empaths are self-aware and know their strengths and weaknesses. They never hide one or exaggerate the other. You rarely see empaths posting dozens of gurning selfies on social media because they don’t need to live up to the fake hype of a perfect life.

However, this expectation of presenting a false front is also triggering. There’s an unspoken pressure to conform and be inauthentic on stage. Empaths fall into this trap as they strive to fulfill others’ needs.

If you’re triggered by fake people or situations, give yourself permission to sit in the audience, quietly clapping but not being part of the performance. And don’t forget, you can leave.

4. Helplessness

Empaths have an ingrained sense of responsibility to help others; whether this is people, animals or situations. But of course, they can’t help everyone. Charity adverts asking for donations trigger empaths because they want to help end suffering. The world’s atrocities often go unnoticed by others, but not empaths.

You have finite resources and there’s only one of you. Learn to protect, develop, and use what energy you have in the right places. You do not have unlimited energy. Remember, step away when you need to.

Otherwise, you’ll burn out and be no use to anyone. I would also add, be wary of manipulators who are happy to lead a parasitic life with sensitive people like you.

5. Over-commitment/Letting people down

This trigger for empaths follows on from helplessness. In the quest to be whatever others need, empaths often over-commit and then feel a dreadful sense of guilt when they can’t deliver what they’ve promised.

Empaths will always say yes, to their own detriment. They can get lost in other people’s narratives and neglect their own needs. But empaths sometimes need help too. Likewise, an empath feels obliged to accept an invitation and hasn’t got the energy or inclination when the time comes.

This is a trigger for empaths, as they hate to disappoint people.

To overcome this, think of yourself as the protagonist in your own story, rather than a character in someone else’s. You are as valid as anyone else, and there will be times when you are the most important person and times when you take a backseat. You don’t always have to put your needs last.

6. Being called different

Many empaths are introverted, solitary people who need time and space alone to recharge their energy. They are not at their best in crowds (I mentioned small talk is difficult for them) so they’ll be reluctant to attend large gatherings. They think on a different level than everyone else.

We label people who are different weird and ostracize them. Empaths have a few close friends, rather than a wide circle of acquaintances. They are better at one-on-one conversations than flitting from person to person. It’s hard for empaths, after all, we’re all supposed to be social butterflies these days.

Perhaps you are the black sheep of your family and you’ve never understood why, but it is triggering for you. It is OK to be different. And you are not alone; there are many more people like you out there.

What to Do If Something Triggers You as an Empath?
Where does the trigger come from?

My favorite saying about empaths is ‘You can’t pour from an empty cup.’ It is important to recognize triggers for empaths and work through where they originate from. Perhaps something in your childhood makes you susceptible to certain situations, or maybe you have always been a people-pleaser?
Look after yourself

Acknowledge you feel others’ pain, and that is a wonderful gift. However, you must take time to recharge yourself. Accept there will be times you don’t have it in you to help, and you cannot help everyone, or please everyone.

What do people really want from you?

Frequently, people just want someone to listen to them. When you allow a person to verbalize their worries, they can work through them. Don’t feel you always have to come up with solutions. Appreciate that we are all on different journeys and it’s not up to you to figure out someone’s life.

If something triggers you, imagine observing at a distance and thinking objectively, rather than getting embroiled in other people’s problems.

Final Thoughts

There are many triggers for empaths, but remember, it is not your responsibility to make other people feel happy, relaxed, or comfortable. Empaths are acutely self-aware, so why not use your triggers to further your own self-development?

As you finish shedding your old layers there will be a lightening, a lifting and an easing of energy.

You may be letting go of situations, experiences or feelings that have kept you bogged down and feeling a bit stagnant.

Think of it as stretching after a good night’s sleep…it will be about allowing yourself to gently expand into those unfamiliar spaces with joy and anticipation.

Remember, dear one, it is about letting go of fear and embracing whatever comes your way with new vigor.

The next phase is on its way, and you are worthy and deserving of the arriving gifts!
