There is a harmony being called forward within you each to find a compatible path for both your physical well-being and your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. For many, there has been a heavy emphasis on one over the other, and the new template for humanity is one of true balance where all parts of oneself are embraced as in the whole. Where all the parts are considered equally valid and important to be attended to.

So, you will find that as you move into new timelines of higher frequency, your schools, your businesses, your products will reflect this. They will not only reflect the sustainability of respect for your planet, but they will respect the spiritual nature of all beings, the physical health of all beings and be created for the benefit on all levels of a divine being, living on planet Earth.

So, as we move into these new timelines, consider that in terms of what you choose to bind yourself to. Consider what things you give your focus and allegiance to, for those are the things that are being brought forward within many on your planet. These are to bless all, not just a few – but everyone with respect for each dimension of well-being within you for the highest good of all concerned.

Let your businesses be based upon this fundamental philosophy. Let your creative projects find ways to communicate this. Allow yourselves to learn to live and harmony like this and to discover what that means in all areas of your society. For those of you who are leading the way, this is an important component of your creations to understand the value of all the aspects as one of the whole, without disregarding any.

So even if you are creating a garden in sacred devotion, your respect for the plans, the environment around you, the spiritual purpose of the land, the harmony with its neighbors (as an example) are all important. And when you create new ways of living your life, please take this into consideration, that all aspects must find their place of balance for you to receive the most dynamic unfolding as a divine being informed in this realm.

It is truly a gift to be here to discover this, to be on the frontier of human potential, to uncover what this may mean for the many aspects of your world. Let us assist you. Come with your ideas and let us explore them together to find ways of bringing this reality into form.

Beloved ones, we are your companions along this journey as Arcturians, star beings who have walked with many of you along your journey in the cities of Atlantis and many others in your incarnations. 

Within those lifetimes, there was a tendency to seek to elevate humankind through technology. The technologies would alter the experience in the body to lighten the density, to clear the way for higher vibration experiences to bring us into further harmony with the elevated aspects of our higher selves, and yet we did not need to experience the transition of the body in the way that you are journeying in this lifetime. So, in some ways we took an alternative pathway to our higher knowing.

You have an opportunity in this lifetime to bring your body along on this journey – to come as an integrated being, fully present in human form while accessing the higher mind and higher knowing in all you do. It requires constant recalibration from within your cells to acclimate to what is happening around you. 
So, if you find it difficult to navigate the current energies around you, I would not suspect that you were doing anything wrong. It is simply a process of transmuting the old within your cells, as the new makes room for what is of higher vibration.

This may require greater rest on some days, an expelling of lower density material or energies that exist within you through detoxing of your human bodies – salt baths, transformation of the foods that you intake, in order to feel satisfied and supported, and to change your habitual ways of being and thinking. In particular, you struggle with old ways of operating, that are limiting your capacity to adjust. So, this is why many of you are being asked to change your way of being – in how you operate, not just in your homes, but in your everyday life, in workplaces, in travel, in the way in which you relate to your own self, in the corners of your mind. There is much to be recalibrated.

The old thinking will not support you and will cause anxiety and derision within you if you cling to old ways of viewing your reality, for it has changed. So, it is like putting on a dirty pair of glasses to look through, to try to see more clearly. It does not work, not the way those glasses worked when you could not see clearly at all. 
They were an improvement even then, even if they were not entirely clear. In this case, your natural eyes are more accelerated in their perception, and yet that requires a shedding of many tools that you have been using, many ways of speaking with yourself, of engaging with those around you in a more loving fashion, that you may live a gentler existence as your body and soul seeks to embrace.

It is not natural at the higher states of vibration to be pummeled with harsh energies, chemicals, harsh thinking great negativity, judgment or the withholding of truth. 
All these things cause pain to the system in some regard. So, allow yourself to explore what feels better than the way you have been living. Whether that is primarily focused on spending time in nature more frequently or sleeping more often or relaxing into the task at hand without anxiety as to their urgency. It is learning to operate within the flow in harmony with all things, trusting that you will know the proper order of actions within your day, the requisite amount of sleep, proper foods, and nutrition that you need or even simple movements throughout the day that allow your body to adjust to what is happening.

For many of you, it is crying out for more attention, and this is why many are experiencing strange ailments – things that they have not bumped up against before – because this is a new experience. 
It is not like the old days where there was a pathway forward in heavy energies of the densities around you. While there are certainly those hanging on with their life to the old energies, that does not make them established within the potential realm in which you can exist. Give yourself the gift of focusing your attention upon those new energies that lift you, that invite you to new ways of thinking, that remind you how much better you feel when you care for your physical bodies in new ways. As you find that harmony between the spiritual and physical, you will find the path forward of expansion that benefits both – rather than feeling that the body is being dragged behind to try to catch up with what is happening spiritually. They are meant to evolve together in harmony in sisterhood or brotherhood as partners.

This is the charge at hand to discover what this means for your individual life, to know what your needs are on the physical level in relation to the wisdom harnessed within your soul, and to offer that to yourself willingly, openly, and embrace the journey ahead as one.

It is my pleasure to join you. I speak from the planet Arcturus. We come to bring you the highest level of healing, upliftment, and joyful communion with the higher realms, that you may act as transmitters of the higher frequencies that are available through embodied form for each one of you – in your respective places on the earth.

Allow yourselves to receive the words we are speaking, but surely more than that, the essence of our presence, the heartfelt opening to your connection as a starseed, whether that was within our realm or others. We offer you a hand and extend a welcome in brother and sisterhood to the galactic community. It is our privilege to be invited to share a message of peace and love.

There are many in waiting – and what are they waiting for?

They’re waiting for a signal, a clear marking of the turn of this stage in the evolution of your planet. This hesitancy comes from thinking that there is something more that they must know, feel, or be sure about, in order to move forward to create what they have come here to do. And this hesitancy is causing limitation in the ability to renew the planetary resources, to contribute to the shift in the way in which each soul has desired to do so.

And so we are here to say that the message is clear: It is time. There’s no need for any more waiting for any of you. For any who are hearing this message, let this be the call to step forward.

You do not need to know more, to do more, to be more, to step into your power and to stand as sentinel in the place in which you live, for the light. It may be represented in many forms and shapes and dimensions, but let us be clear, the time is now. And let that mean what it does to you individually, in terms of the nuances of what your next steps are.

You each have your unique path, and unique desires of your heart, which are seeking to be born into fruition in this lifetime. And many of you, including this channel, are at times caught in fear of a variety of common entrapments that humans face:

• whether that is financial,

• whether that is the clarity you’re seeking,

• whether you think you are unworthy at times,

• or simply concerned that you must have more preparation.

All these things are holding you back. We ask you to set them aside, to take a giant leap of faith. Allow yourself to recognize and feel your worthiness to play these roles, to step into that opportunity that has been calling to you from deep within to take your place.

Each of you have the capacity to know what this is, where it will be, and how to do this, but it requires the mastery of heart connection within your own being. You must be tethered to your truth, to your divine nature, to listening deep within you on a daily basis in order for this to occur. That is one of the most significant factors in this hesitation that is occurring for many on your planet; the unwillingness, perhaps, or reticence or interference in some way, that prevents you from taking your life in your hands and making space to do this exact practice, the art of inner connection, the art of true listening.

Just today, this channel experienced this when she took a walk. Something came to her awareness which has been making an attempt to peek through, to resolve an aspect of her life and experience. But until that realization could find the space to become present within her consciousness. It was holding her back, and she felt within her being, the relief at this knowledge that emerged by simply walking quietly through her neighborhood.

There is no need to be a master meditator or spend hours on end in silence in order to do this listening, but there must be space in a regular fashion where it is not filled with thoughts, anxieties, worries, concerns, judgments. The consumption of media, even books and sometimes music, interfere with this. Allow yourself the gentle receptivity that nature offers you by simply being within her realm. This is where most of you have the easiest access to the truth and you could not spend too much time in nature and your lives.

From our perspective, it is one of the things that is sorely missing that affects the joy and happiness of so many globally – the disconnected from your beautiful planet Earth, who is your source and supply of such a multitude of gifts to each one of you.

Recognize her love for you.

Recognize her as a source of sustenance, encouragement and deeply loving presence in your lives.

She is there to stand as witness as you look within and holds the space for this access.

She is in deep devotion to each one of you – or she would not still be in the state she is in, while you struggle to step forward and join her in co-creating the reality that you all desire deeply to do together.

She awaits with an open heart to meet you, to help you, to fill your place, to find the joy that awaits you in that stepping forward.

This is our gift to you: a reminder of the powerful presence of Mother Nature in your lives and connecting you to your own truth and essence.

We join you and honor of your invitation to bless the lives of those who hear you speak, as all in your planet have entered a new phase of evolution, a new planetary cycle. We have opened to a radically new time.

It is our heartfelt interest to assist all of humanity in this effort to remember your true nature – the roots of civilization that come from the divine nature of all life. It has long been a distorted view of the world that so many on your planet are operating with. These are misconceptions of a very limited set of ideas of who they are, what is possible to create together and how to return to their true nature and operate from the divine blueprint within them.

In your world, it always benefits you to recognize the frequency of the energy behind any communication that you hold. For this is what delivers the message that ‘packs a punch’ as you say in your world. It is what empowers words to land softly on the heart, or with crystal clear clarity that is needed, to resolve the darkness and confusion that is wrapped around the minds of so many.

The word is power, and it rides upon this frequency and emanates through the voice of the one speaking. So, tune your frequency before you speak recognize whether it is being carried on the recognition of your wholeness or if an aspect of your being that is struggling, hurting, angry, wounded is the one delivering the message. 
All these parts are entirely valid in your experience and yet they are seeking attention. Not to come from love, but to be heard.

So before you speak to another from those places, seek to integrate by inviting their presence within you to be heard fully and completely from a place of compassion and the embrace of love.

This means approaching these parts with neutrality for what has been experienced. For when an aspect within you, for example, is holding anger, there is often deep hurt beneath this layer. So, in simply approaching the feeling of this aspect with compassion, with the presence of harmony and a willingness to hear all grievances –then, then will it soften and you will know the root desire beneath the anger. You will know the need for love that is calling for your attention. And when that part is heard and acknowledged and accepted for what it is – as valid, its defenses and shields will drop away, as love melts and dissolves the resistance to its integration. Then you may feel that you were at one with this formerly angry part of yourself or hurting aspect and you will feel at peace and this peace will carry you to a new place from which to communicate.

This is a little-known skill in your world, the simplicity of meeting your parts. and inviting them to wholeness through non-judgment, acceptance, radical honesty, and compassion. When these elements are present, which, by the way, are all elements of under the umbrella of love. Then you will begin to have the language of heart communication on your planet.

You will begin to know how to care for your own selves in a way that allows you to show up in your true divinity as beings of light, living in harmony with one another, and yet expressing your uniqueness, the traits that make you different without losing that level of peace and true harmony amongst you.

The words with which you speak will ride upon the energy of love, for you will no longer be filled with inner conflicts, for those have been resolved by your own will and practice. Your ability to embrace what is within, is simply reflected in your outer world, and it becomes natural for all external forces to drop their resistance. For the change you deeply desire and wish to come to pass will occur – one step at a time through the integration of love, the power of acceptance, seeing beyond duality, being open and willing to experiment and learn this skill of self-love.

It may seem that it is a process and yet it is fundamentally a way of being with yourself, a way of nurturing the various parts of your personality. This is part of the mastery of being divine in the human body, learning to work with your ego to become adept at communicating love to the childish parts within you that have been wounded along the way of your upbringing.

To learn to find balance within so that you may bring equanimity to your relationships, your work, your service in the world, and discover underneath all that we are speaking of – that it is most natural for you to respond to all from a place of love.

It is simply an undoing of so many things you have learned: the conditioning that has told you:

• you must stomp on others to stand up for yourself or
• push down feelings to be accepted or
• to protect your hearts from one another or
• that you must appear a certain way in order to be loved.

There are so many conditioned responses established in your world that have limited your capacity to feel loved and to express the love that you are. As you play with these parts and bring them home in your own embrace, without regard for what others think of you, have told you, or say to you — when you come to peace, and fall in love with yourself, your world will offer this beautiful reflection back to you in so many ways.

And gradually, one by one, this will ripple throughout your world, as you inspire one another to make change, starting within the sacred chambers of your heart.

Greetings!

Divine Souls, this is a Time of Connecting with the Elestial Blue Arcturian Frequencies that have streamed through many, many channeled messages over the past few years.  These higher dimensional Arcturian Blue frequencies are the colors and messengers of your Divinity, and your Avatar gifts that desire to live and express through you in these Ascension Times.  Arcturian Blue Frequencies emulate wisdom, gnosis (or Knowing Within), peace, strength, and the ability to alchemize lower frequencies into higher, celestial energies for ourselves and others.  We Are The Ones We Have Been Waiting For.  We are the Star Seeds and the Lightbringers who came for these times, to live, be, breathe, and embody what our Multidimensional Gifts are, to assist with the transformational and transmutational energies of these times.

So let us take a Deep Divine Conscious Breath In, and let us invite God, Gaia, and each of our Unique Councils of Guides ~ whose soul and sole purpose is to empower our Divine Mission to manifest in full fruition with Divine Resplendent Glory, Grace, Peace, and Ease ~ to breathe the Living Light of Source Within Us.  Breathe a Sacred Conscious Breath for the Light You Truly Are, and the Wholeness in God’s True Timeline You Already Are.  Breathe this Sacred Prana deep into your lungs, your cells, your life force, and your conscious awareness, feeling yourself filled to the brim with this Abundance of the Living Light, honoring, fortifying, and strengthening you to live your Light Outloud in all of the wonderful ways you feel guided to do so.  Breathe a Sacred Conscious Breath again into your lungs and your heart center, and into all of your core chakras, your Root, your Sacral, your Solar Plexus, your Heart, your Throat, your Brow, and your Crown, and see them lit up and emitting the most pristine and vibrant chakra color hues, happy to be honored and included in this meditation and this intention today.

You are the Colors of Light.  Each and every one of you carries the Colors of Magic within you.  You have talents within you that you regularly live and express in the world.  July and August will invite the more dormant talents and gifts you have within you to come forward, and start a revolution and a renaissance of Divine Soul Expression in you.  It Is Time for your Moreness to be More Accessible and Expressed in your daily life.  No more playing small.  Its time to play Big.  Its time to breathe Big, dream Big, and Express Your Soul Light in everything that you do.  From your first Conscious Breath of every day to the last Conscious Breath of the day that you take before sleep fills your Ascending Body Temples. Breathe in these Sacred Colors of Light as much as you can, as if you know them to be your Soul’s Nutrition and Sustenance in the Higher Realms of Creation.  For in Truth, they ARE.  And you are now re-discovering how easy it is to feed, nourish, love, strengthen, and empower some of these emerging Higher Dimensional Aspects of you, that desire the Allness of You to co-create together all of the Light and God Infused Talents you are and have for exactly the times you are living in now, today.

We have spoken about the Rise of the Garden.  We have touched on and summoned in the awareness that You Are The Tender of Your Garden, Your Eden, every single day and in every conscious breath.  The energies that want to step into the spotlight today in these messages coming through is that more of what is conventionally understood to be true in how this world works, functions, and is arranged and orchestrated is fundamentally changing.  At the very core of Mother Earth, changes have taken place and are continuing to take place that change the very fabric of Creation itself by changing the very fabric of Mother Earth’s Frequencies.  And thus, all who live upon her must change according to those Higher Dimensional, Higher Vibrational, and Higher Creational Codes.

As the True Garden of Eden continues to Rise, each of you will experience new invitations to let go versions of you that simply no longer serve you or the Whole of Creation.  This has been occurring in more of your subtle bodies over many years this lifetime.  What you will be emerging and experiencing in the coming weeks and months is an evident shift, evolution, and activation of more of your conscious bodies of consciousness and soul awareness.  You are rising to take your place among the Avatars of the past, and of the future, by living your Avatar Essence in the Here and Now.

So what may have felt vulnerable, what may have felt elusive, what may have seemed too hard or too out of reach . . . all of that and all of YOU will be rising and called to embrace the spiritual work of Soul Clearing, Attuning, and Integration. This is next level Ascension now.  And 2024 will continue to summon and elicit your Higher Dimensional Aspects forward, as you courageously and steadfastly do your daily work to clear away 3D stories and 3D matrix conditioned aspects of you, that have kept you small, constricted, and compliant in the serpent’s den and underbelly of Creation.

You are so much more than your stories.  You are so much more than any lack and limitations that the lower 3D matrix has led you to be-lie-ve.  We are not here to Be The Lie any longer, as in Be-Lie-Ving.  We are here to be-Truth, or to express the Living Light in Action through Be-Truthing.  We are here to express the energies of Be-Rising, and Be-Faithing, Be-Excelling, and Be-Ascending.

As the world awakens, a new language will emerge through each and all of us that more vibrationally matches the Truth of Who We Are as Divine Souls in a God Creation.  So many words have been hijacked or intentionally created to enslave the speaker of those very words.  Every aspect of daily living is calling in this clarity of the words you speak, the light you shine, the colors you wear and call into your breath on a daily basis, and the soul sight through which you see this world, and your place within it.

Star Seeds are not here to follow conventions.  Lightbringers are not here to collude with the illusion.  Evolving souls in the Time of the Rising of the Great Garden are not here to perpetuate the spell castings in all languages and in many words used and expressed today.

Star Seeds, Lightbringers, and Evolving and Ascending Souls are here to usher in The New.  They are here to show the way of releasing this old 3D paradigm of constriction and incarceration, and embracing the emerging New 5D+ Structures, Technologies, Spiritual Expansion, and Talent Expression.  We are here to Rise and Be Bold.  We can add that to the New Language;  We are here to embrace Be-Bolding, or being Bold!

Moreness of Everything in our lives will be our experience.  There will be no shortage of distractions.  There will be no shortage of deceptions getting exposed.  There will be no shortage of continued attempts to perpetrate propaganda and mind control on the public either.  And at the same time, there will be no shortage of Infusions of Celestial Light, empowering humanity and all life on the planet to see clearer, hear deeper, feel clearer, and more.  There will be no shortage of tools and remedies to assist humanity with transitioning out of a deep spell in this lower 3D matrix, aiding everyone to stand up in their power, in their own sovereignty, and in their own awakening soul codes and BE WHO THEY TRULY ARE.  There will be no shortage of abundance coming back to We The People, and Truthfully, to All Sentient Life On The Earth.  The Meek shall inherit the Earth.  It is happening.  It is happening, dear ones.

For the remainder of 2024, get used to MORENESS.  Expect Moreness in every aspect of your lives. The Ascension Cycle is accelerating.  A great deal of illusion must spin and squeeze to the surface of Humanity’s consciousness and awareness while at the same time . . . a great deal of what is Real and True in God’s True Timeline must expand and become more omnipresent in people’s conscious awareness and daily life flow as well.

2024 marks the spot in the Ascension Cycles where Humanity makes a significant shift from being deeply asleep and complicit with their containment and enslavement, to being stirred to a level of awakeness and alertness, where the slumber and the illusion is more known to All.

In the coming years, more changes, plans, technologies, structures, and systems will emerge into place as if by magic, with a seamless flow, that ultimately pulses from within the Core of Mother Earth, and deep within the core and Heart of Creation.  Nothing can stop the Light Energy pouring forth from the Core of the Earth and the Heart of Creation.  Nothing can stop what is coming.

What each individual is invited to in these next few months and in the remainder of 2024 still to come . . . is to allow the release of increasing layers of illusion that were implanted into your 3D identities and karmic histories as challenges, fears, anxieties, frailties, limitations, and more.  The old stories of you that are not the Divine You must go.  The New Stories, the True Story, of You must now emerge.

Its a Time of Reclamation.  Its a Time of Revelation.  Its a Time of Renaissance and Revolution, emerging in a new way.  Without war.  Without illusion.  Without pretense.  The Living Light is simply emerging on an epic scale for all to see, know, and thrive in again.

How do you want to experience your Reclamation of your Soul Codes?  Your Soul Colors?  Your Colors of Magic that live within your Consciousness?  Your Body Temple?  Your Talents and Gifts?  These are the questions.  And as you explore them this month and beyond, and as you tune into the question, Who Am I?, feel yourself expanding and opening to be the most beautiful, grace-filled, joyful, Divine Soul you could ever imagine yourself to be.  Because that is Who You Are!  This is your Organic Divine Truth and your Organic Divine Blueprint, that places you among God/Source/Creator’s Greatest Happy Thoughts, for creating Creation In The First Place.

Let’s embrace the Return to the Garden.  Let’s embrace the Soul Colors and Living Light streaming through the planet, to empower our every step in the Ascension now.  This is a Time of Great Renaissance and Evolution.  Let’s journey it with as much Joy, Light, Peace, Strength, Courage, and Willingness as much as we can muster!

WE ARE THE ARCTURIANS and we know you. We have connected with you in other ways when you open your field to higher light and we are happy and honored for this opportunity to connect now.

You are awakening more deeply to the Truth of YOUR Being. You are becoming more aware of the infinite possibilities out there, for communion, co-creation and connection. You are also daring to ASK FOR MORE. This is wonderful.

We wish to remind you that you are LIGHT, Infinite, eternal Light. You are free and always free, no matter where you are focused. And in this freedom and as this Light you are LIFE ITSELF. And so are we, so know this: We Are One.

We will attune you now to our frequencies so you can open up this connection more fully. As you call upon the Lord of Arcturus and the Arcturians we come and we are happy to be in this connection with you.

You are feeling pulled, called, inspired towards new things. This is an indication of the expansion you are allowing and creating. See this as a positive thing. You can become overwhelmed because the awareness of how much of this new is calling. How much you may want to change. We wish to help with this.

Again - realize this is an indication of great change and a beautiful affirmation of your ascension journey and how far you have come. Recognize it as this and instead of being overwhelmed, understand that you don’t have to do it all, all at once. But you may be very aware presently, of a new vision of life, flowing in and it may come in piece, and you may be receiving this as an awareness of a great many things that are no longer current with who you have become and what you are expanding into. And with an awareness of the new that is now calling to you and it may feel like a lot.

As you become aware of the possibilities for changing a whole lot of things in your life, and at this point in your life, where you feel much is already established, understand that you are living now, in a new time. You are witnessing and co-creating a new time. You are emerging INTO a new time.

And in this new time, things can be created differently. Will be created differently. In this new time, you will create many new things, many new experiences. For this is the nature of this new time, it will inspire you to create.

What you create in this new time, may feel to be more fundamental, you may feel inspired to change foundations within your life, things that have in the past felt steady or stable and unchanging and now? You may feel like you are starting over and that idea can be interpreted as a setback, but it isn’t one. So see if you can realize when you get into that frame of mind and laugh about it and open it it.

This new reality you are moving into, expanding into, filling with your light and your awareness? It is becoming luminous and radiant with your light. And this light is drawing more human beings upward, into this higher light expression. Those of you who are already experiencing these higher planes of being, are not only discovering them for yourselves, you’re becoming a beacon, shining a homing signal to others. You’re awakening others simply be being here now. And your simultaneously and more aware of your own new beginnings. It’s a magnificent time of newness.

What’s your relationship with new beginnings? Take a moment and consider this.

Ask yourself HOW you want to participate in THIS new beginning — the one you created. The one you felt was coming, and which also may have felt like a dream, or out of reach, for a very, very long time.

But now you’re here. You’re different. It’s a new beginning.

And as you allow it, move into it and do so with joy, with curiosity, with a willingness to experiment and see what comes of things, we are confident you will be pleased and this will empower you to step forward into the new, even more.

So do make some changes that are calling to you. Start with anything that appeals to you. Know now, that you have time, for investing in and creating so many things. You are supported. Your frequency is such now that the kind of support you can allow is significantly more. That will be wonderful to discover, too.

We are happy for you and for humanity as a whole. Even though there is war, and disturbing news in the world, there is also these kind of new beginnings, as new planes of expression and being have opened up and are available.

Earth exists now in an ascended state and some human beings are moving into these higher frequency planes of existence and beginning to live there. Anyone can do this if they wish. It is simple a matter of tuning in to it, by feeling for your heart’s guidance and allowing love, allowing joy, allowing peace, allowing harmony, allowing ease. Allowing authentic expression. Being PRESENT and noticing what is calling to you NOW. What is presenting to you now and opening to it. Allowing it to be and in your sovereign authority and power, creating from that present moment awareness what you want to live, create, express, and be.

That is the way forward. Notice what is calling to you in the present, NOW, and let yourself repeatedly come into your heart, expanding the heart light until it expands and encircles you. Grounding into the Earth and also activating your Divine Flow; the connection you have with All That You Are, and All That Is.

And from that state of transcendent sovereign alignment, opening to the flow of life within you and letting it light the way, call you forward into being more, into being you more fully, here and now.

This light? This life within you that can lead you? It’s YOU. The vaster you. The Eternal Self. The Divine Self, the future you, the core of your being and the ascended you.

They all live within you and there is a way of being in which they come together within you as ONE, in a unified field of light and harmony and this is how you want to live. As this unified field, more and more. As this harmonious aligned expression, or more accurately, emanation of All That You Are.

We are so very pleased for all of you that are discovering this Oneness within you. And for any of you who have yet to feel, or notice this, we point you towards it: it is there, waiting to be recognized, acknowledged, owned, centered in.

Get familiar with your inner harmony, the Oneness within you, the Truth of Your Being. Make friends with these fields of light and consciousness that exist within you and which feel like home. Which feel like peace. Which feeling like you being you, naturally, easily, openly, fully.

The divine Light that is you, the Eternal Self, the Atman, the Monadic Light calls to you. Calls to you. Endlessly calls to you.

Come as you are.

You are welcome in this endless, infinite field of Love now. As you are.

There is nothing else to accomplish or do, only to be who you truly are, here.

Greetings to you beloved beings of light upon the earth, we are the Arcturians. We come forth as a collective vibration and civilisation, sharing our energy, our wisdom and our support with you now. We are here to share with you clarity and ways in which you can develop your own inner clarity. We are speaking especially concerning the way that you perceive yourself and your outer reality.

You may believe that you have a clear perspective of who you are and the reality and existence around you. You may believe that there is only truth and the truth is present and you are able to recognise it clearly. We wish to share that there are many aspects of your being that impact the way that you perceive yourself and the reality around you. These different aspects of your being create certain pictures, visions, beliefs and understandings that seem immensely real and true to you.

An example of this is that your beliefs impact what you create and what you see through your physical eyes. Your beliefs are held within your being, within your cells and especially within the cells of your eyes, as well as your Third Eye Chakra connected to your eyes. Imagine all the beliefs that you hold. Some you may be aware of, some you may not. Some may be positive and encouraging, others may not. These beliefs impact your Third Eye Chakra and your physical eyes, and in truth, everything else connected with these areas. It’s as if your belief system is held within your Third Eye Chakra and your physical eyes. These beliefs impact what you choose to manifest through your Third Eye Chakra and what you choose to see through your physical eyes.

If you believe that the world is a chaotic place then you will create it through your Third Eye Chakra, and in truth, your entire being. You will also see it with your physical eyes. It might almost be that you make invisible the good in the world and the peace that is present. Your eyes and of course your awareness and your mind… everything is connected…draw you to the chaos, so that everything else is blocked out and you see only the chaos in the world and the chaos in other people. Because you are seeing it physically, you have confirmation that it is the truth and so it seems true and absolute to you.

If your belief system is changed – that there is only good in the world and only good things happen to you – then you’ll begin to create with your mind and of course your Third Eye Chakra, and in truth, your entire being, that this is the case. You will attract these experiences into your reality. Your eyes – your physical eyes – will draw you to circumstances and experiences where you recognise that the world around you is good. You have confirmation and it becomes your truth.

This explanation is immensely simple. There are many more intricate and detailed aspects to this process. We, the Arcturians, wish for you to understand that you choose to see/sense and acknowledge an experience – what you wish to see in the world. All of this comes through your being, your mind, your belief systems, your Third Eye and even your physical eyes support this process. We enter into a space where we realise that maybe the way that you recognise yourself and the world around you is not necessarily the truth. However it is your truth, at that moment, because of the belief systems, the wounds, the baggage, the transformation and the enlightenment that you have gained to date.

The way that you perceive the world, may not necessarily be the truth, but it is the truth of your own being, in that moment. Therefore we understand that your perspective of yourself and the world around you will shift and alter as you grow. As you release wounds and healing takes place, new beliefs are anchored into your being and new understandings realised. You and the world around you will never be the same again because you will never be the same again. You are only who you are, in the moment.

We recognise that there is an immense flow and flexibility within your being and also the reality around you. Many of you may be asking that you do not wish to see the chaos or the trauma or the pain in the world. Maybe you’re focusing upon the positive and yet it still seems to be present. Remember that we are working on a collective vibration so shifts that you make influence the collective energy of humanity and gradually shifts will take place. It can take a wealth of energy to enter into the physical vibration and to impact and transform the physical vibration. Sometime it can feel like there is a disconnect between energy and physicality just because it takes longer to influence and impact the physical reality.

It is also important to realise that there may be beliefs within your being that you have not yet recognised – fears, wounds, trauma – and these you can recognise by the way that you react to certain pains or suffering in the world, and recognising what you are creating and how it is linked to your belief system. Gaining clarity, in your reality and your being, and even your spiritual growth as well, actually comes from a space where you realise that you are creating and choosing everything – creating and choosing even the lack of clarity, the confusion, the misunderstanding, whatever you may be experiencing.

Within your being, within your soul, your essence…and you can enter into your soul and essence through your heart space – your Heart Chakra and Higher Heart Chakra…there is the energy of clarity. You can begin to imprint this energy of clarity into your Third Eye Chakra, into your mind, into your belief systems and of course, into your physical eyes. Imagine if your physical eyes – the cells of your eyes – held the vibration of clarity – clear seeing, clear vision, clear thinking, everything that you associate with clarity. This would impact the physical way that you see the earth and yourself in a very dramatic way.

We, the Arcturians, invite you to experiment with this – connecting with that energy of inner clarity – letting it radiate out, letting it enter into your Third Eye Chakra, your mind, your being systems and your physical eyes so that these areas are dowsed in your inner truthful energy of clarity. Allow yourself to experience this daily and notice any shifts that take place in the way that you perceive yourself, others, and in the world around you, and the clarity that you adopt.
