The Waves – Cosmic Frequency

As cosmic energetics increase in their cleansing and illuminating of this planetary realm, exhaustion on all levels — physical, emotional, and mental — is in need of being addressed.
Although we are also working to keep our nervous system calm so that both personal, national, and global issues can be dealt with while we are also receiving cosmic surges, we also need to have the vitality to move through each day’s activities.
Exhaustion — whether we refer to this experience as “major fatigue” or “extreme tiredness” — the results are the same.
Many people are having insomnia and thus already very energy-drained when it is time to get going with the day’s responsibilities. Others are sleeping well at night but awakening worn-out as if they have not slept at all. Still others are sleeping but having very strange dreams and awakening fatigued after having been active in the astral realm of the dream state. Very few people are ongoingly sleeping well at night and awakening with vibrant energy.
For those whose energy starts out good, later in the morning or afternoon a wave of fatigue suddenly occurs. For others who are already tired as they begin their day, the sudden later wave of further fatigue can be even more challenging.
A dear friend of mine who takes excellent care of herself via naturopathic ways shared that as she was driving home from work a few days ago, she had to pull over twice and take a brief nap. She joked that if police officers had seen her drifting in and out of her lane, they would have pulled her over and accused her of being inebriated. All day she said waves of fatigue had been coming over her.
Many people have been reporting similar experiences. They can be feeling fine, and then suddenly, there is a need to put their heads down on their desks.
Everyone — even those of us who are blessed to have ancient knowledge to teach others also experience symptoms of the “Shift of the Ages”, and one of the most profound is fatigue. Everyone — the youthful and the elderly — are dealing with this. It usually occurs when cosmic energetics are most powerful.
The greater electromagnetism of our planet and solar system and the delivery of this intensified electromagnetism to our cells creates not only physical exhaustion but also emotional weariness and mental fogginess.
Drinking several cups of coffee throughout the day does not work, and the caffeine in it damages the nervous system and the heart which is a part of the nervous system. Sugary sweets are not good either.
Even those who take homeopathic remedies such as “Olive” by Bach Flowers are finding that although this works wonderfully, they are having to take more than the two small drops under the tongue four times a day as recommended, and instead, an extra dose is better.
Instead of two cups per day of Nettles tea, three cups is necessary. Will there need to be more and more of an increase in the natural substances that many of us are already taking in order to successfully achieve continual vitality? No.
This situation is only temporary as adjustments are made by cosmic events to Earth’s upsurge in vibrations and frequency as “She” is aligned with the various cosmic occurrences so that increased LIGHT can build a shield of protection within the auric field and increase the power of the plasma that already resides within it. This may take longer for some persons than for others. It depends on how well a person is working with spiritual and natural modalities provided by SOURCE.
The research of Dr. Matina Gkioulidou, Professor of Applied Physics at John Hopkins University, shows that when no geomagnetic storms are occurring that are affecting the Earth, high-energy of hundreds of thousands of electron and proton volts carry a major electrical current that encircles Earth which is called the “Ring Current”.
However, when geomagnetic storms do indeed affect Earth, protons with hundreds of thousands of volts enter Earth enhancing the “Ring Current”. So, the electrons are less than the protons, and this is what challenges technological systems and humanity as well.
The protons surge through the depleted magnetosphere which is having this depletion due to mankind’s various unwise scientific experimentation above the Earth in an endeavor to control and manipulate natural forces. Thus, the cleansing that is necessary to heal this situation and to heal and illuminate planetary creation is stronger now.
As mentioned above, we need to keep our nervous system calm, but we also need balance, and therefore, there are times when we need to give ourselves an uplift in energy — not so much as to become anxious or keyed-up — but again, “balance” is the key factor.
We want to be able to handle the “waves” that occur. We want to have what may seem to be an oxymoron — “calm energy”. The following is suggested to achieve this:
1.) Continue to wear AMBER as a necklace, prayer mala, a large pendant, or a bracelet. AMBER provides energy and also assists in protection from EMFs (“Electromagnetic Frequencies”), helps to heal all aspects of the physical vessel (muscles, joints, stomach, kidneys, bladder, gallbladder, blood pressure, etc.), is calming to the nervous system, and helps to have a good sleep at night. Further, it heals depression and anxiety. It also protects our auric field from being invaded by the chaos and stress of others. Make sure that your AMBER is authentic and not just pieces of Amber mixed with plastic or certain types of resins or that it is not merely colored beeswax. The best AMBER is BALTIC AMBER. So, be careful from whom you obtain this precious substance whether it is the hardened jewelry or soft resin that can be rubbed directly on yourself for healing purposes. AMBER contains iron, carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, terpenes, sodium, and succinic acid.
2.) Now, however, add CITRINE to what you wear. CITRINE is the yellow to deep orange (known as “Madeira Citrine” when it is very dark) quartz crystal. It gives an energy lift, removes anxiety and depression, provides a sense of joy and courage to follow-through on what is necessary to be done, and it helps to heal any stomach upset issues. Like AMBER, CITRINE contains iron and other vital substances that give an uplift to a depleted vessel.
3.) Each morning upon arising, pronounce aloud three times the following Sanskrit mantra: “AUM SRI SHAKTIAYEH NAMAHA” (“Oh, Divine, I bow to Thy Power, Force, and Energy”). It is pronounced: AUM SHOCK-TEE-AH-YEH NAH-MAH-HA”. It is stated in the holy text THE SHIVA PURANA that without SHAKTI, SHIVA (which translates as “Auspicious”) could not exist. SHIVA is our HIGHER SELF that is the light of the GREATER LIGHT of SOURCE. It has been depicted as a strong dark blue male figure sitting in meditation from whose tears flowed (because he saw the future of humanity as it moved from era to era) to produce the tree that produces the Rudraksha seeds. SHAKTI is an aspect of the DIVINE MOTHER.
4.) Continue to take “Olive” by Bach Flowers for energy enhancement, and continue to drink Nettles tea which is loaded with vitamins and minerals that energize the cells.
5.) Take walks during the day. However, avoid strenuous exercises that can add to energy depletion. Allow your energy to come via calming Yoga or Tai Chi movements, rather than forcing your energy to be charged-up and leave you out-of-breath and worn out. Strenuous fast-paced exercises cause your physical vessel and all of its parts to work harder to achieve balance.
6.) Avoid chemical medical prescriptions. These actually cause a depletion of cellular energy.
7.) Get to bed by 10:00 PM even if you must read or listen to soft music for a while. Even just reclining the physical vessel helps it to rest.
8.) During the day, play healing sounds from singing bowls, tuning forks, and Panda drums.
9.) Turn-off technology (cell phones, computers, lap tops) at least one hour before bed.
10.) Breathe the energizing pranayama “Yogic Breath”: Inhale through your nose from below your navel as you push out your solar plexus and abdomen. Hold this for a few seconds. Then exhale trough your mouth as you pull back on your solar plexus and abdomen. Hold again for a few seconds before inhaling again.
Realize that even if your job is stressful or if you are having personal family or local situations to deal with, national and global issues can also cause exhaustion to the human collective while we are also dealing with incoming cosmic energetics.
In other words, sometimes not all of the exhaustion that you may be incurring is your own. You may be experiencing collective burn-out. So much is happening on both national and world-wide stages.
For example, in the USA government agencies are dealing with two fatal shootings on yesterday involving government agencies: one in Minneapolis, Minnesota and the other in Portland, Oregon. Protests are now erupting nation-wide. This is being monitored by other nations too.
Thus, world-wide there is chaos, and this must be faced while we also are grateful for the good things that are occurring around the world and in our personal lives. It may seem as if the good is hidden because there is so much focus on chaos.
The very fact that we can access HIGHER KNOWLEDGE at this time that is based upon ancient teachings which can help us to soar further into this new era of DWARPA YUGA as we further release the horrors of KALI YUGA, is testimony to the fact that there is still good to be had.
