Dear Readers,

Change is unfolding on various levels for almost everyone as obsolete personal and global energies clear and those of a higher frequency replace them. Change to what is known and already accepted by the majority often creates resistance even when those changes would result in much better circumstances. However, in spite of everything that may manifest during these times, never lose sight of the fact that a Divine plan is unfolding, one that can not and will not be stopped by three dimensional thinking, plotting, planning, or activities.

A Divine plan is a Divine Idea in Divine Mind and is thus governed by Divine Law. Everything real, every quality of omnipresent Divine Consciousnesses/God is held permanently in place by Divine Law which is why God is the one and only power. Human minds regardless of how intelligent, educated, or "religious" are incapable of fully understanding higher truth because three dimensional human minds are conditioned by and aligned with the lower resonating energies of duality , separation, and many powers.

God is always revealing ITself and truth is always available and flowing from within every person but is only received at the level of each person's receptivity. A consciousness already filled with beliefs of duality, separation, and two powers does not have room or receptivity for the truths waiting within to be discovered.

Because nothing exists outside of omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient Divine Consciousness/God, only God qualities can be reality. The universal dilemma of the conditioned three dimensional state of consciousness is that everything material looks, feels, and is experienced as reality. You who are spiritually awake chose to incarnate into the lower resonating energies of the third dimensional earth, in order to help lift earth's collective to a higher level. The presence of evolved states of consciousness on earth automatically seed the collective with higher truths.

Because life , intelligence, completeness. wholeness, abundance, harmony etc. are omnipresent realities, the lack, limitation, disease, and suffering etc. that seem so real on earth can only be illusory, false interpretations of reality. Those living from a three dimensional state of consciousness do not know that as individualized Divine Consciousness they are creators and so unknowingly continue creating the world of duality , separation, and many powers most accept as reality.

Life on earth has become continual search for that which is spiritual in a material world where they do not exist. Trying to change a bad picture into a good picture is and will always be nothing more than playing in the pool of illusion because three dimensional good is just as illusory as three dimensional bad, each being one end of the duality stick.

Every individual has a Divine right to experience the fullness of their own Divinity. Abundance, health, wholeness, completeness, harmony etc.etc. are the essence of your very being rather than existing outside of you where they must be sought, attracted, and held possessively if found.

Completeness already is and always has been who you are. Every soul unconsciously seeks to align with this reality but in the density of earth's lower frequencies most are not consciously aware of what it is they are actually seeking and so their lives become a continual search for spiritual qualities in a material world.

A certain degree of fulfillment can be and often is attained through three dimensional means but concepts will always be temporary and conditioned by duality, separation, and many powers. Good comes and goes. "Perfect relationships" often end up in divorce court. Health comes and goes. Fame and fortune comes and goes and needs to be protected. And then there is the issue of death versus life.

We are not saying that being spiritually evolved means sitting back doing nothing while repeating "everything is illusion" and having no goals. You are meant to be happy, achieve your goals, and experience the things that make your heart sing. Joy is a spiritual quality. Live and enjoy life on earth not afraid to take whatever human footsteps you are guided to take but always taking them from a level of spiritual awareness remembering that three dimensional plans do not always unfold as expected.

The three dimensional earth has been a school for learning and spiritual evolution for a very long time. Every person incarnates with a contract that they themselves have created meant to draw to them the experiences and individuals that are necessary for helping them to further evolve. There are no accidents.

Learn to be in the world but not of it. Suffering is not spiritual reality, but a starving child is real in earth's present level of consciousness. Do not go looking for things to fix, but if or when intuitively guided, serve in a way that those needing help can relate to. Sweet spiritual statements do not fill an empty belly.

Help is available for and at all levels of consciousness. If you find yourself guided to help with situations that seem to be very basic and three dimensional, it doesn't mean that you are going backwards into old energy. An attained state of consciousness can not and does not regress. In fact your consciousness of the spiritual unreality of material appearances helps to dissolve them.

The energy of many ancient tribal rivalries is presently surfacing which is why so many wars and conflicts are manifesting. This same thing is happening with individuals. Certain people may suddenly show up or situations arise that leave you confused, angry, and wondering why. Remember, nothing is accidental, especially at this time. Everything is a facet of the personal and global preparation necessary for shifting into a higher dimensional reality.

The higher resonating light energies now flowing to earth are serving to lift, open long closed and heavily locked doors, expose, and manifest in ways that will confuse and shock many. Conspiracy theories meant to confuse on every level and create fuel for maintaining earth's three dimensional consciousness are rampant at this time. Many, unable to align with the incoming high frequencies will choose to leave. As awakened light workers, be prepared to help when guided while at the same time never forgetting that all is proceeding according to a Divine plan. Allow the process.

Allowing is a facet of surrender. When you allow, you are surrendering outgrown three dimensional concepts and allowing the realities embodied in your own Divine Self-hood to express without the interference of three dimensional thinking. Allow others to make their own decisions and express as they are guided in the realization that everyone is evolving. learning, and experiencing what they need to experience as part of their ascension process. Trust that all is proceeding as it needs to.

Go within often, resting in the truth that God is infinitely manifesting ITself in, as, and through you and every individual as allowed.

Get out of your own way dear ones. Allow.

The Sacred Moment of Resistance

Everyone has resistance to difficult tasks, conversations, and habits. It’s a moment when you feel like turning away from something … and then more often than not, you turn away from it.

This is a sacred moment. I’d love to share more.

In this moment of resistance, you’re simply feeling fear. You rarely recognize it as fear — it can feel like anxiety, dread, overwhelm, boredom, frustration. But at a deeper level, it’s simply fear.

If we go below the label of “fear” … it’s simply sensation in our bodies. It’s an experience. It’s the experience of being in the unknown.

This is a very human moment. It’s also a sacred moment, tender and vulnerable, when we are faced with possibility but also uncertainty.

What if we could slow down, in this moment, and just let ourselves experience the uncertainty, the unknown, the vulnerability, tenderness, possibility and fear?

What if we could breathe deeply, and just sit in that experience?

Then instead of turning away … we could turn towards. Find some gratitude for such a sweet, tender moment full of our humanity.

From there, we could continue to step into the unknown, and take action. Write a sentence, read a paragraph, make some kind of movement towards possibility. One movement at a time.

And we could even do so with love.

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

For centuries, the false masculine and false feminine energies have been present upon your planet in numerous forms. Human beings who did not know that their true power is discovered in connection with the Source have found various other ways to get what they want from life around them. The head has dominated the heart. The controlling and bullying have waged wars, causing temporary submission but never real cooperation. There have been massive manipulations of minds by those imagining themselves in power. This has gone on for centuries. We are not pointing fingers at one group or another or one political party or another. We are talking about archetypal patterns that have been enacted in one form or another for ages—both within societies and inside of individuals.

The tides, however, are turning, however. More souls awaken to the truth of their inner light. More are becoming aware of the energies of the Divine masculine and feminine present within all beings.

In its truest form, the Divine feminine is represented by a heart in connection to the Source—inspired, nurturing, compassionate, and loving. In its purest form, the Divine masculine is represented by a mind connected with the heart—resourceful, connected, protective of the spark within, and willing to bring the heart’s inspirations into fruition in a tangible form. In the ideal union of Divine masculine and feminine, one is connected, inspired, guided, and able to act in concert with one’s inner being.

While you cannot control entire external systems, you do not have to be at their mercy. You can find these beautiful energies within yourself, allow them to work together, and in so doing, create a marriage of elemental forces that can assist you in solving all your life’s challenges and creating your dreams.

Imagine for a moment that the energy of the Divine feminine is represented by a pure heart connected to your deepest essence. You feel a loving desire, and instead of talking yourself out of it, bullying yourself into feeling the way you think you “should” feel, or requiring input from others, you sit with the feeling and the desire, acknowledge the truth of it within you and nurture it with your positive expectations. Like a mother with a child, you give birth to the desire, witness its unfolding perfection, and encourage its growth within.

Imagine now that the Divine masculine is represented by a mind in connection to Source. It understands the desires that have been born within you. It protects them by keeping negative thoughts, doubts, and the opinions of naysayers from swaying its resolve. It acts when inspired and waits when not guided. In so doing, the Divine masculine becomes the champion and supporter of inspired desires.

In a state of harmony, the heart feels an inspiration, and the mind acts in a supportive and protective way. The heart feels an inspiration to act, and the mind figures out how to do so. In this perfect inner “marriage,” Divine masculine and feminine give birth to creations and work together to bring them to fruition.

None of you likes to be bullied, and yet you have often bullied yourselves by pushing yourself, telling yourself your dreams are stupid, or negating yourself. None of you like to be controlled, yet you have tried to control the whispers of your own heart by telling yourself you shouldn’t feel this way or another. None of you like to be manipulated, and yet you have manipulated yourselves at times, convincing yourselves of the benefit of listening to others’ opinions over your own inner knowing, talking yourselves out of your dreams, etc.

However, upon your planet right now it is nearly impossible to ignore your heart. It is difficult to stuff your feelings. The flow of love is so strong that only allowing it to reveal itself to you and then nurturing its expansion within will feel good to you.

In plain terms, it is difficult to ignore your dreams and hard to make yourselves do things you don’t want to do. It is challenging to talk yourself out of your feelings and nearly impossible to pretend you can settle for what no longer resonates with your heart and soul. There is a call from within to be authentic. There is a stream of love that wants you to have what you want. There is a power arising within each human being that reminds them, “You want to feel good, and you want to feel God.” You want to give birth to your desires.

You no longer want to push yourselves. Instead, you want to live with a beautiful marriage of head and heart—Divine masculine and feminine, giving birth to your dreams and desires.

You start by sitting quietly and listening to your own feelings. What do you truly desire? What would make your heart sing? Can you, like a beautiful mother, acknowledge these dreams of the true child within and speak words of blessing upon yourself? Regardless of whether you know how these desires might be fulfilled, can you encourage yourself to believe in them? A human mother doesn’t know how her children will grow into the adults they dream of being, but she supports them nonetheless.

Next, can you pay attention to your impulses and inspired ideas and act when something feels “right” at the time? Can you give yourself a pep talk when someone has tried to negate your dreams? We know you can! The energies of Divine masculine and feminine live within each one of you.

As you collectively bring more balance to your head and heart, you will see this balance reflected in many ways in your physical world. There will be more open dialogue between diverse groups. There will be far fewer who succumb to bullying and fearmongering. More will “market” their wares by adding value and supporting dreams rather than ripping others down.

You are living in an exciting time when paradigms are shifting rapidly. You are living in a time when the old archetypal relationships between human males and females are changing as men find their hearts and women find their power, and each strives to become a whole and balanced person within. You are living in a time when far fewer people will support the false masculine energies of bullying and control and the false feminine energies of manipulation. You live in a beautiful time when so many call for love, connection, balance, peace, harmony, and the inner unity between head and heart.

We know your world is in chaos. You have collectively called for love, and yet so many resist love. You have called for change, yet so many do not want to change. There is a clashing of old and new energies, and yet, this stirring is tilling the soil of human hearts, making way for the birth of the new and beautiful energies where head and heart work in harmony, where male and female find greater balance within, where instead of he / she, him / her, they / them, you will all be gravitating more toward an understanding of “we.”

You are starting to realize that you are “we,” the people of the united planet of Earth, different but equal, striving to bring forth your unique desires, gifts, and talents, understanding that as you nurture the divine union of head and heart, your joy becomes the world’s joy. Your desires are part of the world’s collective desires. Your satisfaction becomes a generous offering of light to the world itself. Your being is a gift to the greater being called humanity, which is part of the greater being called Earth, which is part of your galaxy, your known universe, and indeed All-that-is.

Celebrate before you see the tangible manifestations of this shift in your world. Celebrate each time you acknowledge your own heart, listen to your own inspirations, and accept and love yourself through your own feelings.

These are chaotic but exciting times. There is no need to despair, no need to feel powerless or at the mercy of anyone or any group. Within you, the Divine masculine and feminine are powerful forces ready, willing, and able to birth any dream or idea into physical form.

Resistance to the Vast Flow of Love

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Although it is difficult, at times, to imagine, the Divine and your angels are always attempting to steer you on the path of greatest ease and joy. We never steer you toward “tough lessons.” We never steer you towards challenges to overcome. Like nature itself, guiding a river on the easiest course, we attempt to help you avoid obstacles and go around them as easily as possible. Even if you find yourself at what appears to be a “dead end,” we try to help you raise your vibration so you can be elevated above apparent circumstances.

All your tough situations and lessons result from only one thing—resistance to love. Thankfully, it often takes quite a lot of repeated resistance before you feel the effects of blocking the love and life force that is always trying to flow in your life. When we speak of resistance, we are not talking about intellectually saying, “I do not want what I want,” instead, we are talking about all the tiny thoughts, fears, doubts, focuses, and conversations that oppose what you want.

For example, say you want to heal from a physical condition. You might have a lot of very well-supported reasons why you cannot heal. In the 3D paradigm of reality, these could all be true. Perhaps they are even supported by your physical medicine and science. However, in the paradigm of energy, a new vibration creates a new physical reality. You can change your vibration at any time, and the moment you do so, your cells begin to respond.

Not a single one of you who has a physical problem would say to the universe, “No, I don’t want to heal.” This is not the type of resistance we are talking about. We are talking about resisting the flow of love.

The Divine whispers, “You can heal,” but if you’re focused on a diagnosis that says you cannot, your energy is running contrary to the love the Divine is offering. Without meaning to, you are resisting love. A more loving thought would be, “God, I want to heal. Thank you. Let me know what to do and when.” Then, focus on anything you can enjoy right now. Surrender to love.

The Divine whispers, “I can guide you,” but if you are focused on the fact that you don’t know what to do, you are resisting this love. Far better to tell yourself, “When I don’t know how God does.” Surrender to love.

The Divine wants to help you. You feel a strong desire to rest, but you feel you must research treatments. That is resisting love. You could instead surrender to love, take a nap, and wake up with guided clarity.

While the Divine is sending you signals of hope, inspiration, guidance, and possibility, these other fearful thoughts and focuses, no matter how true in the 3D world, run contrary to the flow that is trying to assist you.

Every time you complain about not having what you want, you are resting the flow, trying to get you there. Every time you explain the reasons why you can’t have what you want or haven’t had what you want, you are blocking the flow, trying to guide you there. Every time you doubt you will have what you want, you are resisting the love trying to assist you. All of these things are quite human. There is no judgment about any of them. Nonetheless, they block you from receiving the love and assistance that wants to flow into your reality.

So instead of speaking words of resistance—”I can’t. I don’t. I can’t afford. I don’t know how. It has never happened and probably won’t. I’m not worthy. I’m being tested., and so forth—” speak words that bestow blessings upon yourself.

I don’t know how, but God does.
I can’t do this alone, but I am not alone. The Creator of Universes has my back.
I can’t afford this right now, but the source of all abundance can figure it out.
It has not happened yet, but I am focused on the good now, so more will flow.
It has not happened yet, but I am focused on the good now, so more will flow.
It has not happened yet, but I am focused on the good now, so more will flow.
I feel like I’m being tested, but the universe does not test me.
I don’t feel worthy of having it easy but the universe thinks I am. Whether I think I am deserving or not, the Divine does. Whether anyone has told me I’m worthy or not, God thinks I am.
Whether I was loved or not by humanity, I am loved by the Source that breathes life into me.
I deserve to feel good. I deserve to be kind to myself. I deserve a good moment now, and now, and now again.
I can do this. I can find something good right now to enjoy. And I can do it again. I can surrender to allowing the angels to help me with a deep breath. This isn’t so hard after all. One moment, by one moment, by one moment, I can stop resisting love and let it in.

Letting love in, dear ones, might be a glance at the blue sky and a deep breath that feels like a little relief.

Letting love in might mean putting on a song that you enjoy and taking a moment to truly enjoy it.

Letting love in might be taking a nap, reading an inspiring quote, or having the tantrum you truly feel like having until you get it up, out, and over with!

Letting love in is allowing yourself to be yourself first, wherever you are, however you feel, with total self-acceptance, and then looking around, or looking inward, for something to feel a little better about.

Letting love in might involve enjoying a simple, seemingly meaningless pleasure. Does love have to be complicated? Does it have to look a certain way? Or can you surrender to the tiniest joy in which you can begin to feel the vibration of love? This is how you release resistance.

Letting love in might involve changing your stories. You all, regularly tell God what he cannot do in your life. You don’t mean to, but every time you justify why you can’t or don’t have something you’re explaining why God cannot work a miracle in your life! “I can’t afford this.” “I’m too old.” “My ship has sailed…” and on you go. Dear ones the Divine cares not about your limitations! The Divine has no limitations. Don’t argue to keep them. Release your resistance to love. So much in life happens that you do not control and do not understand, and yet God does.

Letting love in might mean focusing on people, situations and behaviors you do like rather than giving so much airtime to the ones you don’t. We’re not suggesting you try to enjoy negative behaviors or pretend you like things you don’t. We’re simply saying, shift your focus. If you stood at a buffet, would you focus on someone behaving badly or the food you didn’t like, or wouldn’t you rather load up your plate with food you like and go back to the people you do enjoy?

Be easy and kind to yourselves. You are all diligently persevering in learning a brand new paradigm of reality, and you are all, without exception, making incredible progress. Even when you take the slightest opportunity to be kinder to yourself, you release resistance, open to the flow of love, and allow your life to become just a tiny bit easier, more secure, and delightful.

Love will never stop flowing, dear ones. It is there for the taking, even in life’s tiniest pleasures. Stop resisting that, and you will gradually open to a mighty flow that will bring the bigger things you desire as well.

The thing itself isn’t the problem, your resistance to it is the problem

My dearest Earth brothers and sisters,

This is Ashtar speaking. I greet you in love and unity.

If something bad or unpleasant happens to you, or if something is bad or unpleasant in your life, often your problem isn’t that thing. Often your problem is your resistance to that thing.

As soon as you release your resistance to it, it may very well be the case that your suffering ends. Pain is unavoidable but suffering is optional.

Plus, if you release resistance, often your soul will see that the lesson has been learned and that there is no need anymore for that unpleasant thing to be in your life. This doesn’t always happen, but it certainly can happen.

So for example, suppose that you are currently single and deeply bothered by that and you feel that you need to be in a relationship and you are in resistance to being single. Then from my perspective, likely your problem isn’t that you’re single. Likely your problem is that you’re in resistance to being single. And letting go of this resistance can actually be a step towards helping you find a partner. This is not a guarantee, but it can work out that way.

What if that unpleasant thing that is in your life, such as being single, is actually a gift? What if it’s a priceless opportunity to release resistance, or to learn certain lessons that are easier to learn while single?

Perhaps in the future, you will look back and genuinely be grateful for this unpleasant thing that today you are cursing, because you will be happy with who you are and you will see that this unpleasant thing helped you become who you are.

Right now you might be thinking: well I have an unpleasant thing in my life, I don’t like it and I’m certain that this thing being in my life is not for my highest good. Well, yes, that is indeed possible. Your soul orchestrates a lot of your life to help you learn lessons and achieve soul growth, but your soul doesn’t orchestrate all of your life. Sometimes things just suck, that is also true.

Yes, there is a divine plan, but that divine plan works on the macro scale. The divine plan says that Earth humans will be free. The divine plan doesn’t say that on 11 July 2024, Anne will spill coffee on John’s suit.

From John’s perspective, it could be the case that Anne spilled coffee on his suit and it wasn’t for his highest good and it wasn’t orchestrated by his soul. It just sucks. This is possible.

However, don’t be too quick to say that something just sucks. Things that seem like they just suck, may very well be orchestrated by your soul and there may be an important lesson there to learn. Or this unpleasant thing can be a great opportunity to release resistance or excessive attachment.

By the way, sometimes in your world it is said that attachments are bad. This is often a Western misunderstanding of Buddhist doctrine. I don’t recommend buying into the notion that all attachments are bad, under the normal English definitions of those words.

After all, what would the world look like if parents weren’t attached to their children, and if spouses weren’t attached to each other? For the vast majority of people, relationships and family are hugely important to their well-being and joy and growth, and it would be nearly psychopathic to have zero attachment to your friends and parents and children and spouses.

For most people, sitting alone on a mountain top and having literally zero attachments isn’t for their highest good.

So attachments aren’t a problem. Excessive attachments are a problem. Or you could say that craving is a problem. Or you could say that clinging on to things is a problem. Or you could say that resistance is a problem. These things are of course slightly different, but they can be problems, whereas attachment by itself isn’t problematic.

Let’s go back to our main topic of resistance. Let’s say you are noticing that you are in resistance to something, but you are confused because there isn’t a clear reason for your resistance to that thing. Then it might be the case that you had an unpleasant experience with that thing in a past life, and that is where your resistance comes from.

For example, suppose you are often anxious about your partner cheating on you, even though no one has cheated on you in this life and there is no reason to suspect that your partner will cheat on you. Well, it might be that in a past life you were cheated on, and you still carry that energy forward.

Or it might be the case that in a past life you cheated on a partner, and you still feel guilty about that. If you have unfairly hurt someone else, that can actually lead to a stronger energy that you carry forward into the next life than if someone hurt you unfairly.

If you remember that you hurt someone in a past life, you can say out loud for example: “I apologize to everyone whom I cheated on in a past life. I am sorry. Please forgive me.”

That is a very specific case. How do you release resistance in general?

Well, it’s good to remind yourself that you are a reincarnating soul, and you are merely experiencing your physical body and brain. Once you truly understand that, a lot of the things that Earth people are often in resistance to, will no longer seem so desperate. Because it’s all just experiences. Unpleasant experiences are still just experiences at the end of the day, so why would your soul — you — resist them?

It’s good to remind yourself that likely your soul’s purpose in this life is either to learn something, or to experience something, or to be of service. Well, no matter what you do, you are guaranteed to succeed at learning things and experiencing things. Also, you are guaranteed to succeed at being of service, because your very presence on this world is an offering of energetic support to the rest of humanity. So your life’s purpose will automatically succeed.

Sure, it’s possible to succeed to greater or lesser extents, but to a reincarnating soul, it’s success even if you only succeed to a moderate degree. After all, you have infinite time and infinite lives to learn your lessons and have your experiences and do all the service work you wish. So you already are succeeding. And you can rest easy in that, and give yourself credit for that.

Great job. I’m not just playing with words here — I mean it. You’re doing a great job.

And furthermore, if you want to release resistance, you can use the method that I shared in my message titled: “Ashtar: Observe, feel and only then decide if you want to go into the thought.” So, for example, if you are currently single and are deeply bothered by that, you can first observe that you are thinking these thoughts, and notice how that feels in your body. Then you can fully feel the emotions, which might take a long time. If you open yourself up to feeling your emotions, then you’re automatically healing your pain and letting go of your resistance.

After observing and feeling, you can then decide if you want to go into the thought and start thinking along these lines, and / or if you want to take practical action.

I hope this was helpful. I love you very much, and I consider each and every one of you to be part of me. You have my deepest respect for how well you’re doing — frankly, most souls would do worse than how you are doing right now. You’re doing amazing, and you are amazing.
